Sarah and David are wonderful hosts. Their home is spotlessly clean and very well equipped and comfortable. We loved Charlotte and Sammy, such sweet natured cats and very easy to look after. We had a lovely welcome from Sarah and David and some great recommendations on restaurants and local attractions. Their welcome guide is very comprehensive and clearly written. We house sat for Lisa and Chris and their beautiful dogs! A lovely, clean house walking distance from town with an amazing trail system behind the house. A daily highlight was certainly walking the dogs through the lush trees along the river. We slept in the “guest bedroom” which was perfect, downstairs and had our own space. Absolutely loved our time and would certainly housesit again!
Had a great time watching Leo in Clare and Tim’s beautiful Santa Monica home! He is such a charming, affectionate cat, and I would be happy to watch him again. Clare is kind, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. Gorgeous location with lush outdoor space, friendly neighbors, and plenty of cute spots nearby. An especially great place for anyone looking to spend time at the beach!
Nala and Bea are just too adorable, they are the nicest easiest and cuddliest pets ever. Looking after them was straight forward and we really enjoyed our week in Teddington. Nala has the loudest purr and is so gentle when being cuddled, and Bea just loves everything and everyone, including her food, cuddles, walks in the park and you! Martin and Ursula are very kind and warm people that have created a beautiful architect's dream home which we very much enjoyed staying in. They were very quick to respond to queries and we felt very comfortable in their home. We would love to be invited back again, thank you Martin and Ursula for trusting us!
Sitting for Victoria was a blast and a good change in pace from my travels across Europe and the UK and getting to enjoy some pure English countryside. Smudge and Ruby were great and a joy to walk through the woods everyday, both are such characters and enjoy all the cuddles and belly rubs you can possibly offer! Would highly recommend this sit to anyone who is looking for a countryside sit, some quality neighbours and some damn good fish and chips right across the road!

We love The Barker House! We having been sending Rosie since she was 6 months old! They greet her every day she attends with warm, genuine affection. I know she loves going because she is always excited to go there! My favorite part is that the dogs get so much time to play outside! As an energetic 3 year old black Labrador, she needs lots of play time and lots of snuggles. At the Barker House she gets both ~ I would highly recommend them!
Our pup has been going here since they opened and every morning that is a daycare day he's already downstairs waiting by the door ready to go! The staff is amazing! Last thing I'll say is we love having a place for our pup to stay when we go away and knowing that he is in good hands. If the tail wag doesn't say enough when you drop them off and pick them up, then surely the daily pictures of the smile on your dog's face will!

I want to thank the barker house so much. They have an incredible staff. My dog buddy was comfortable after day one of going there. After trying another more local daycare I know now not everyone is the same. I will drive the extra time to bring buddy here. Sam is amazing. So is so responsive and buddy loves her so much.

Let me just say the people at Barker House are genuinely wonderful. They care about the pups pleasant and easy to communicate with. My Jack Russell is a sweet girl but shes a Jack and can be tough and strong willed and they make me feel like shes liked and very well cared for. Would recommend this place to anyone. Its further than the Daycare shes coming from (Home Pack Pups). I dont feel the love there so the added distance isnt issue to feel secure about the level of care my pup gets
Our Mascot Quinn is a 7 month old Newfoundland at 125 pounds. He is my baby and I worry, as all moms do if I do the right thing by him. I have to say.....taking Quinn to The Barker House is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I am a small business owner for pets and my expectation is VERY high. They do not disappoint. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. If you are on the fence...jump it. You will be so very happy.
Big thank you to the staff at the Barker House. My fiancé and I were able to vacation out of the country for a week with confidence that our two dogs were in good hands. Amber was extremely responsive to our emails with questions and updates on how they were doing. The daily pictures also helped ease our minds and put smiles on our faces when we missed them dearly. We boarded our very nervous rescue with Angie and the experience was wonderful! We did a once a week daycare to prepare our little one. She was tail wagging the day we dropped her off for boarding. She loved it there and Angie is very kind, patient, loving. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend Angie's Pet Care! So happy we found her!

I wouldn’t bring my 4 dogs anywhere else. The owners are great people and the care for the animals is unmatched. They have a fenced area so your dogs will get exercise rather than be in a kennel all day.

Ashley at Sandy Paws takes care of our two dogs anytime we go out of town! She also visits them once a week for some puppy playtime and to let them out while I’m at work. They absolutely love her, and I know they’re happy and healthy anytime she’s with them. The pictures and videos she sends me make my day and we just love seeing how much fun our furry kids are having! She takes her personal dogs on all kinds of fun hikes and other adventures, so while I haven’t yet used the dog walking service at Sandy Paws, I know my dogs would love it! I would highly recommend Ashley and her services to anyone and everyone!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Puppy Love Pet Care! April not only takes my dog on play dates three days a week, but she also watches him at her home while I'm away. Henry adores April and playing with all of his friends! It's also comforting to know that Henry is with a family that adores him while I'm away and not locked up in a kennel.

April is a Godsend. . I was anxious about finding the right fit for a walker for my high energy GSP when I moved to Pembroke. By chance I found April on Facebook and set up a meeting. She came over to meet Gus and it was a great fit from the start. The only downside is I think Gus likes April better than me now :-( From a business perspective - she is super responsive, flexible with weekly schedules changing, and her rates are awesome for the quality of care. I highly recommend April to anyone moving to the area!

My Dog has been doing Daycare with April now for about 6 months and its the best thing I could of done for him. April is so caring, and really loves her pups. I also did a 3 night sleepover while I went away and I seriously do not think my guy missed me cause he had so much fun with April and her family. I highly recommend this business! A+++
I might be biased because the owner is my sister, but April is truly amazing with her fur baby guests! When we go away for vacations or long weekends that our pup can't attend, we drive all the way from NH (2 1/2 hrs!!) to pembrook so April will have her!! I highly recommend Puppy Love Pet Care!!
April has been watching our Molly for the past 1.5 years. We found her through a personal recommendation and never looked back. She is so loving & caring with the dogs and helps with anything you on are working on -training wise ( bonus) . Molly is also socialized on these days, playing with many of her other dogs she takes care of. April also does sleepeovers and Molly comes home exhausted and so very happy. I would highly recommend April to anyone looking for a dog walker/pet sitter.

The Secret Garden has a great boarding facility. Our very reactive dog has stayed with them many times. They always take their time with him to ensure both he and they are safe. He loves his daily walks around the grounds. the dogs are not kept in small crates. They have their own little kennel to move around in with a raised dog bed. It’s fun to see pictures of him posted on Facebook everyday while we are away. They are very responsive to text messages during business hours. They always respond in a reasonable timeframe when I text to check in on him. I can’t say enough great things about the staff! Thanks for all you do to keep our pup safe while we are away. Adding a few photos they took from his most recent stay.
The team at secret garden continue to help me feel comfortable and stress free while i am away knowing my two dogs are being well taken care of. They post tons of pictures daily and are so helpful with any questions you may have. Thank you secret garden for always taking such great care of Stallion and Rollie!
We love the Secret Garden! More importantly we know our pup loves the whole experience. He is so excited when we pick him up, which is nice to see that he misses us. When we get home he naps almost the rest of the day or evening. We all appreciate the attention and play time he receives. Also, it’s fun to see on facebook the new friends he’s made too. The Secret Garden has lots of space for the pups to play and walk. We always add in a nature walk too when he stays. On the day we pick him up we’ll add an exit bath for him so he’s nice and clean for when he comes home. I’m so happy I don’t have to do that myself anymore. He’s a Husky German Shepherd mix which means an obscene amount of fur! ALL YEAR LONG. I have a hard time bathing his gazillion layers of fur. Leave it to the professionals. It’s worth it every time.
I never felt comfortable boarding my dog anywhere in the past until I found Secret Garden. They are truly the best place I have ever found! The entire place is clean, the staff is wonderful. The kennels are amazing and not the stackable type! It’s like every dog has their own little paradise! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My dog never comes back smelling or having any skin issues !! He’s an English bulldog so he is prone to skin issues if not kept clean. I truly think this is the best place and would recommend to everyone!
We have boarded our 3 year old Greater Swiss Mountain dog and 3 year old Basset Hound there 3 times in the past year and have had a great experience. When we pick up our dogs they are happy and healthy and because of this we know they have had the best care possible while at Secret Garden. It is not just a dog kennel in a tiny location, it truly is a resort for your pets because of the land they have. We really like the way they conducted the evaluation before they would allow our dogs to stay there. They evaluate them for hours which gives you and the staff a better understanding on how they will fit in a Secret Garden. And lastly, we feel they have a great grooming service. When we pick them up they alway look and smell clean.
My family and I absolutely love bringing our pets to Secret Garden! We love that we can reach out to them at any time and they are extremely responsive and always helpful and polite! Our pets always come home happy and tired as they are spending a great deal of time playing and socializing we are so fortunate to have such a great facility near our home.

Secret Garden Pet Resort in East Bridgewater is AMAZING!!!!! My dog loves being there and I can enjoy what I'm doing, because I don't have to worry about him. I have peace of mind knowing that the staff is taking great care of him. My family and myself can see pictures of him on their Facebook page, so we can see him enjoying his time there while we are enjoying our time away. Thank you Secret Garden & to the Staff for always providing the best service for me and my dog!
I am so grateful I found secret garden! I have 2 dogs- one that is very anxious- and knowing that they have a safe place to go when I am out of town where they will be cared for and loved like they are at home is incredible! They’re able to play and socialize together, share a room, and get lots of energy out. The staff is so kind, and getting updates and seeing loads of photos of my happy pups was so reassuring while I was gone.
Excellent loving care for your dog when you can’t take them with you . Clean premises. Caring staff. My dog can’t wait to get in there when we arrive. Definitely a good sign.
