Aaron liked my dog and gave him atention as soon as he came into the house. He was trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and honest. He responded promptly to emails and phone calls (except when there was a glitch in phone service). He did miss one minor item in my welcome guide -- washing and drying the sheets he used. But overall, Aaron is an excellent house and dog sitter.

This was my first official pet sitting with Trusted Housesitters and it couldn't have been better. Suki is very sweet and good-natured. Though she's an "older" dog, she's very energetic and loves her walks. I really enjoyed her company and especially having her sleep in my room each night. Linda is really lovely and very organised. She gave me a tour of the house and showed me where to find all the relevant items. She also has a notebook which explains everything thoroughly in case you need to refer to it later. I also really enjoyed chatting with her and hearing about her cycling and travelling. Her house is very cosy and I felt right at home. If you're a nature lover, the area is great for hiking, walks on the beach, seeing waterfalls, and much more. I had a really great experience and would love to go back and look after Suki again in the future. Definitely one that I'd recommend to other sitters.
Emily is an excellent host. It was effortless to communicate with her. Her house is as cool as the descriptions say, and she not only prepared little surprises but also shared tips about the city. Cleo, her cat, is super cute and cuddly, making it very easy to be around her. I am delighted with the week I spent with her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!
I had a great sit taking care of Cobie and Meena! They are so beautiful and lovely to spend time with! They love to walk and loveee their food! There are shops on walking distance and some amazing walks for the dogs along the coast. Communication with the owners was extremely easy and they were very accommodating with food and showing me around! All in all I had a fantastic time 😊
Jax and Birdie were amazing to look after! Very chill and sweet pups. Windy’s home in steamboat was beautiful and clean, and she was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend looking after little Jax and Birdie!
I had a lovely stay at Balnarring with Jean the red border collie who loves a walk down the beach and a play in the back yard but also settles down on the couch later in the day. Flossy and Alex were very good with their communication and requirements and very friendly on my arrival and the house was very comfortable.
Sherri was very friendly and left detailed instructions for the care of her babies. The sit is located in a wonderful neighborhood of Vancouver easily walkable to local restaurants and stores. This was my first time administering pills to a cat but I started to get the hang of it and KJ was a trooper. Hang in there on learning the cats names, after a few days their personalities will help you to determine who wants cuddles and who wants to be left alone unless they seek you out. Cats are very well behaved and a joy to be around.

Honestly, I can not thank Tails enough for being the best doggy daycare in the world! I’ve been being my dog here since he was 3 months old and they are truly the most caring, loving, and wonderful people. My dog starts crying and scratching to get out of the car door once we turn the corner because he is so excited to run up the stairs. It’s so easy to tell how happy he is and I feel confident they go above and beyond to make all of the dogs safe and happy all day long! They constantly post on Instagram so you can see your dogs running around playing and happy all day! I have three other close friends that use Tails and they are equally as happy. This place is a God send!!!!!! Several months ago, I took on my father's 10-year-old Labradoodle full-time, as our father is in the stages of dementia and could no longer care for her. I grew up with dogs and knew the responsibility would involve many adjustments. I was completely overwhelmed with this new responsibility while trying to manage my personal life, my freelance business as a makeup artist, and our five cats. I knew this day would come, and I spent two years acclimating our cats to his dog. I never once wanted to re-home his dog as she has been a part of our family since she was six months old. However, with my unpredictable freelance schedule, I needed a reliable doggie daycare. I had her at another place, but they spent more time on their phones than engaging the dogs. I asked for suggestions in a local FB group, and hands down, Tails R Waggin was repeatedly suggested. The entire staff is fantastic and genuinely loves and cares for your dog. They engage them, send you photos and videos occasionally, and constantly post on their FB and Instagram accounts! Every single review I read is 100000000% accurate! I highly recommend them!! Charlie, the owner, is the most fantastic human as well!!!!
My dog LOVES tails! When I drop him off he doesn’t even look behind, instead he races to the entrance. He comes home tired and happy from playing with all the dogs. Charlie is fantastic! He takes an interest in the dogs, takes time to know their personalities and is interactive with the dogs. I am so happy to have found Tails R Waggin. My puppy was so shy and afraid around other dogs. Now she runs right in and plays with the other dogs all day and comes home exhausted. Georgie loves going to Pleasant Paws. He comes home after a day at the "inn", happy, healthy and exhausted from playing! This is a family run clean daycare and they love and care for my boy! The pictures are Georgie hanging in the backyard where the dogs play !
Great place to leave your dog for a day or board for longer stays. My boy Blue absolutely loves this place, sometimes I think more than home with us. He gets a great workout with his buddies and is exhausted when I pick him up. Billy knows dogs and I trust him immensely with our pup.

I would give them 20 stars, if I could. I only wish I had found Pleasant Paws Inn sooner! My dog is a bit on the anxious side and I have never been comfortable with the idea of boarding him in a typical kennel environment. It is clear that everyone at Pleasant Paws has a genuine love for the animals in their care and importantly, they are fantastic about communicating with me while my pup is there. The best thing I can say is that every time I have brought Finnegan there, he is happy to go and every time I pick him up, he is happy to come home. Perfect <3 !
Pleasant Paws has been our dog Fiona’s home away from home for a little over a year now. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and well- maintained and the outdoor play area is spacious and allows the dogs to run, play and exercise together. Most importantly, Julie and her staff are kind, caring and attentive - they are tuned in to each dog’s personality and make a real effort to accommodate their needs and behaviors. Fiona loves being there, and I love being able to look on FB on the days that she is there and see pictures of her throughout the day! We are always confident that she is well taken care of when we leave her at Pleasant Paws, and that has given us enormous peace of mind.

Our dog Clover has gone to Julie and Pleasant Paws Inn for nearly 3 years now. Clover loves it there, whether for daycare or boarding. She can't wait to get out of the car and be with them for the day or the weekend. In particular, it has been such a relief for us to know they're available whenever there has been a family emergency. They're so responsive and ready to take Clover on short notice. We never have to worry.
Julie and the staff at Pleasant Paws are the best in the business. Our boxer puppy Cooper spends two days a week at daycare there. When I pick him up after work he is exhausted and happy from playing all day long! Just this past weekend Cooper spent Friday through Monday at PPI while we were away on a weekend trip. Cooper did GREAT! We got to see pictures of him playing with his friends on Facebook while we were away. When I picked him up on Monday I couldn't even get him out of the car he was snoring so loud! It was so nice to know that even though we missed Cooper while we were away he was well taken care of and didn't seem to miss us too much! I can’t say enough good things about Buddy’s Parking Lot! I’m so grateful I found this place for my dog Valentino, a 2 1/2-year-old Pomeranian, who has been going here since he was a puppy. After moving and trying several other daycares, it’s clear that none compare to Buddy’s. Valentino is never as excited as he is when he gets to Buddy’s Parking Lot, and his happiness shows every time I pick him up. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, and I can tell they truly love what they do. Valentino has never suffered any injuries here, unlike other daycares we’ve tried. I highly recommend Buddy’s to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their dog! Thank you to all the staff Valentino loves you!
We absolutely love Buddy's! The staff love our Honey, and she loves them right back! She flies out of the car when we arrive and has to be carried to the car during pickup. Within just two visits, the staff know us by heart and treat her so kindly. Special shout-out to the grooming service, they did a beautiful job with her and even surprised us with just the cutest little bows.
Buddy's was recommended to us by our dog trainer after we were having bad experiences with another local daycare and I cannot say enough good things about this place. All the handlers know the dogs by name and I can tell the staff take the time to get to know the dogs and interact with them which gives me confidence in the safety of the establishment. Our dog Sophie gets so excited when we tell her she is going to daycare and comes home exhausted after such a fun day of play. We've only boarded her overnight once but she seemed to do well with it and I love that she's able to snuggle with the handlers!

My dog loves going there but there are several things they could improve on. There is a lack of communication when it comes to emergencies. My puppy caught influenza from another dog there and they continued to allow symptomatic sick dogs to attend. Lastly, he has thrown up feces, so there is a hygiene concern.
I have recently started taking my Golden Retriever to Buddy’s. He jumps out of the car and struts in happily on his own, and is always excited when I pick him up. His exercise tracker tells me he plays all day while there. Happy to have found a daycare where he’s outdoors and not kenneled.
My Goldendoodle has been going here since she was 15 weeks old. She is now 2 1/2. I love this place. I know when I drop her off she is in good hands. She is always happy to go inside and that says it all. I also use their grooming service. Karen does a famtastic job and is done in 2 hours and my girl is 65 lbs and her ears and tail can be challenging as they tend to mat.
We drop our dog there for any length of time (within their long hours), whenever we need doggy daycare. Never need to call ahead for drop off or pickup and never a worry. The owners and staff are amazing. They also board. I will not have my dog "play" anywhere else.
Karen always does an amazing job when grooming Simba, you can tell how she genuinely loves her job and loves pets. I have been to other grooming places and he has never felt as comfortable as he does here. Highly recommended, great quality and great pricing !

I appreciate the initial screening and vaccine documentation requirements to ensure health and safety. The camper cams give me peace of mind. I can check in any time and see how my little guy is doing. I could see for myself that the dogs are under constant supervision. The counselors are good with the dogs, playing with them and cleaning up after them. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making drop off and pick up very easy.
My newfie Georgie has been going to camp since she was 6 months old. She really looks forward to seeing her doggy and human friends once or twice a week. Everyone who works there is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to be a dog!

This is a wonderful place. My dog, Yako, really enjoyed himself for his "interview"/first visit and stay at a doggie day camp facility. He especially like Matt, who was totally gentle with him and really made him (and all the other dogs) feel comfortable and safe. It is a big, clean doggie day care/boarding facility and they keep the dogs entertained all day long. When I brought Yako home, he drank some water and went to sleep. Perfect. I am very comfortable leaving my dog for boarding and it is easy to get to from Manhattan or the Bronx. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Rockland County, NY. A++
I had a last minute change in travel plans and Camp Bow wow was amazingly supportive and very welcoming to me and my pup Mango! I felt safe being able to log in and see him at play having the best time with his friends. Staff took excellent care of him and I’m so grateful for you all!! Highly recommend! This was his first time away from home and from me and we were both very nervous but camp bow wow made this experience so seem less and for that I am blessed. I can never saw enough about how truly wonderful Paw Pals is! From the dog walking service, to the daycare, to the overnight home stays and the boarding, we have done it all and each time has been wonderful. They truly treat your pet like their own. Our dog is now 10 and has always been a nervous type. The team at Paw Pals is always so patient and kind and loving with him. I always love getting the reports with how sweet he was with them too! Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that she's a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. We are going on a few vacations over the summer and plan on sending him here with complete trust that he will be happy and on vacation, too! Thank you Paw Pals!!

Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

Paw pals exceeded our expectations! This was our first experience boarding our extremely nervous dog and the entire staff took such good care of our dog and our family! They sent two report cards a day with a written and picture update and made us feel so at ease while we were away on our vacation. This was my first time leaving my dog at Gracelane. The experience was flawless. The office staff was very polite and professional. The establishment is clean. They offer a video component to view your pet while you are away. I didn't feel a need to get it, because the moment I walked into this establishment I knew my pet was in good hands.
The only kennel I would entrust my beloved dog with!! He can be fearful, yet he never returns from a stay at Gracelane stressed out! The staff are all courteous and helpful.
I tried their dog grooming services. By the time she left she made friends with the staff and owner Chris, and her coat looked beautiful! The grounds are lovely and they have a little dog park which my dog didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend them and if my dog could talk so would she!

We have been consistently happy using Gracelane Kennels. They are extremely reliable, which means a lot when someone is caring for your pets. After my first time boarding, all I can say is WOW. After countless attempts to take a peaceful vacation without any worries for my fur baby, Gracelane (my now holy grail) came to the rescue.My family and I have spent so much money on trainers, at home rehabilitation camps and other facilities to provide care and security of our aggressive Akita & Shepard mix. On top of the fact that many facilities will and have turned her away, ( therefore vacations cancelled ) Gracelane welcomed her with open arms. To there clean and well kept facilities, to the loving, well mannered and well informed front desk ladies.I couldn’t have ask for more. But then, my baby came home CLEAN, happy and a completely different dog. Her barking and aggressive tendencies diminished and she now is super playful. I just want to thank all the beautiful ladies who took care of my girl and Chris and Jeff for their hospitality and kindness during the busy 4th of July week who made an accommodation for my Ellie (despite her aggressive tendencies). You guys are the best and Ellie misses Marina ( the groomer) very very much. Thanks to her I can now brush my dog after years of not letting anyone else bathe or brush her. She looks so cute and smells amazing to this day (also added the cutest little pink bandanna!) I have and still will recommend Gracelane everywhere I go. Thank you for such a peaceful experience and Ellie will definitely be returning 😊
I looked at a lot of places for my boys before finding Grace Lane. I was appalled at what was out there. Stinky, small places where big dogs like mine are kept in a crate all day. The staff here are lovely, kind to my pups and the spaces are super clean and organized (check out the kitchen!). They are constantly cleaning, hosing down and keeping the areas safe. The boys are together and have both an inside and outside area. They take a nice walk twice a day and they happily hop in the car when I say "Let's go to Grace Lane!"
The place is immaculate and does not have any of the kennel smell. It is easy to see that everyone that works there loves pets . My 7 month old pup was all excited about being there when I dropped him off. I thoroughly trust the care that he received during his stay . Thank you Gracelane
We bought our dog here for the first time in September, 2024. The facility looks new and is veryclean. Gracelane was very communicative by text and helpful when their were issues with my credit card. Upon pickup, my dog went running straight to the girls at the front deskfor treats - he was very comfortable there. Their prices are also competitive and we will definitely use Gracelane again.

Daniella was amazing with our high energy puppy! He absolutely adored her and came back happy and exhausted every time. She was very reliable and professional.
Daniela was quite lovely and very accommodating-offered to come pick up and drop off our dog. She gave us good feedback about how our dog was doing when we inquired. We will certainly plan to work with Daniela in the future!
Daniella has walked my dog for over a year. She has also taken my dog to her home for the day and even overnight. She is trustworthy and most importantly, my dog loves her. She waits by the door for her every day!
