We absolutely loved our stay at Cindy’s lovely home in Felton. The location is incredible- nestled amongst the Redwood trees in the Santa Cruz mountains, on a creek, and in a quiet area. We had very easy access to the town of Felton, and it was super easy to pop down to Santa Cruz as well. The proximity to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park wowed us, and we loved getting to take Meadow on walks all over the area. Cindy’s home was very comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed for an amazing 2 ½ weeks. We especially loved sitting outside overlooking the creek doing our work, meditating, doing yoga, etc. Cindy was very easy to communicate with. She left all the instructions and information we needed, and was quick to answer any questions that came up while she was traveling. Cindy made us feel extremely welcome in her home, and we got to enjoy some lovely time with her before her departure and after her return. She actually had to return a bit early due to an unexpected family situation, and was gracious enough to fully share her space with us, as we had already made travel arrangements and had commitments that made it challenging for us to leave early. It was super easy and we feel we made a new friend in Cindy! The best part of our stay was getting to take care of Cindy’s sweet Meadow girl! She is such an incredibly sweet soul. We very much enjoyed caring for her and we miss her already!! Meadow is very calm, sweet, and loving, while also having a super fun and playful side. She is quite low maintenance, and is very happy with her daily routine. She is a rockstar hiker for her age, and we were impressed she was up for good long walks daily. She’s a great companion pup, and we enjoyed lots of snuggle time with her. Overall, we cannot actually put into words how much we enjoyed this sit. Thank you Cindy for trusting us with your home and with your sweet Meadow! We would 100% recommend this sit for anyone considering it, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Bruce and Claudia are very gracious and welcoming. The home is very comfortable and the view spectacular. Best of Stella is a joy. We had fun hiking, walking and chucking the ball on the green. I highly recommend this sit.
Tina is the perfect host - friendly, thoughtful, relaxed, and well-organised. She kindly invited us to arrive the evening prior to the sit as she had a very early departure the following day. Upon our arrival we were given an informative walk-through and told everything pertaining to Arthur, the home, and how to find our way about in the area. Tina is in the wine business and very kindly left us some really lovely wine which was much appreciated. The location is ideal for transport into Central London and the myriad of rail links from Clapham Junction and Victoria Station. Tina’s home is directly across the road from Grangewood Park, and a handy 10-minute walk to Thornton Heath’s High Street and rail station. Crystal Palace Village with its interesting array of bars, coffee shops, and eateries is a 30-minute jaunt up the hill - and just a 10-minute walk away is a Sainsbury SuperStore at Selhurst Park, the home ground of Crystal Palace football club. N.B. Sainsbury’s is closed when there’s a home match. And the highlight of our stay, young Arthur - an engaging and handsome lad with beautiful big eyes who will stare at you in the most endearing way. A gentle approach, plenty of chat, and a wee bit of kitty milk and a few Dreamies are all it takes for Arthur to begin to trust you - and in no time he’ll be snuggling next to you while you administer his beloved head and chin scratches. He’s keen on social interaction and will use his excellent kitty vocabulary to ask you to play - although it was too hot during our stay for him to be much in the mood. Big boy that he is, Arthur no longer uses a litter tray, nor will he expect you to open the door for him to go outdoors. He confidently uses his cat flap both when heading out on his adventures and when returning home. He also likes to exit and enter via the guest bedroom window onto the conservatory roof which he also uses as a vantage point for surveying his territory. Arthur discovered hunting just the day before our arrival, and during our stay we received a gift of a small cute frog from the neighbour’s pond. It was alive, and so it was not a problem at all - and was easy to return by simply tossing it over the fence and back into the pond. We really enjoyed our stay at Tina’s cosy and comfortable home - and hanging out with Arthur and getting to know him was an absolute pleasure.
Mare and Aurthur have a fabulouse home and are great hosts. There home is very clean and comfortable. They left clear instructions and were easy to reach with questions or updates. They were very acomidating and even let Jason and Rey stay an extra night. Roxy and Jake will steal your heart. They are sweet and obedient dogs- Easy to walk and play with. Roxy is a social butterfly and Jakes loves his ball. We'd love to return!
Marshmallow, Fluffy, and Dave Jr are the cutest. Their routine’s pretty easy and watching them hopping around it’s so funny. Marsh will follow you everywhere! She is curious and sassy and love cuddles. The house is spacious and comfy. Joanne and her family are super lovely and they gave me a welcome pack with all the instructions. I’d definitely recommend them!

I was referred here 16 years ago and I will never go any place else with my dogs. Jen the owner is very intuitive with dogs especially bully breeds. She understands and she listens. I've never had an incident or been told not to bring my dog back because they aren't socialized enough. I trust her implicitly. Her groomer is the best. All my dogs love Plateau Kennels. I can assure you that you will rest easy knowing your pup(s) are well cared for and having fun.

Jen LOST my cat. I boarded my dog and my cat at Plateau Kennels when I went on a week long trip out of town. The day I returned I received a call from Jen saying she had lost my cat. Apparently a window fan had fallen out of the window of the room she kept my cat in overnight, and my cat had escaped. It's gone. Probably forever. She had no front claws and has to try to survive on her own in the wild now. My children are devastated. I realize accidents happen, but when you board your dog or cat at a kennel you are paying them to take care of, and ensure the safety of, your pets. I can never in good conscience go back to Plateau Kennels.

Pets Are Inn took wonderful care of our cat while were were traveling for 2 weeks. They picked her up at our house, placed her a loving home where she was clearly well cared for, and then dropped her off at our house at the end of her visit. Driving around trying to enjoy the rainy day with my family and was tailgated by this company’s vehicle, license plate “pet paws” they were inches from our bumper and were driving very reckless… would not trust my dog in this vehicle if THATS how youre driving around, we also witnessed them tailgating several other vehicles once we let them in-front of us and going well over the speed limit. Do better.
We just had our first experience with Pets are Inn this past week with our 5 year old pug. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The service was exactly how it was explained to me on our initial call. The transportation was super convenient and I loved that I could send him with familiar things such as his bedding, toys and food. I received daily photos of my dog to let me know he was ok. Overall, I spent the week enjoying my vacation and not worrying about my dog thanks to Pets are Inn. They will be my first call for our next vacation!

Ben and his great crew are the best! Our two dogs are very well taken care of and Doylestown Dogs are super flexible with changes in schedule, unexpected travel, etc. It is a much better alternative to boarding in our view and experience. Our girls get to stay in their own home and aren’t faced with the stress of a kennel.

Perfect! Steve has impeccable timing; he answered our first call fast and was even able to sit my puppy for almost three days at last minute. He gave frequent check ins through videos, photos, and messages. He always responded quickly. Steve has three dogs and they made my puppy feel so comfortable. My puppy's never been around dogs so up close before and for so long but she was able to play with them and even sniff them! My puppy's also not a huge fan of adults but she adored Steve and his partner, Randy. Their house and backyard was the perfect space for a puppy's vacation. It was like they gave her V.I.P. service! Steve gave her plenty of love, affection, toys, and treats! Definitely an amazing and wonderful first experience with a pet sitter. 10/10 will certainly come back again :)

Me and my husband used Steven’s doggy services to look after our 3 cats while we had a vacation in Italy for a week. He went above and beyond everyday and even sent photos and videos to us. Unfortunately he’s moving to a new area so we will have to find a new sitter in the future. But whoever has the opportunity to work with Steven will not have to worry about anything at all. I can’t say enough great things about Steven and his way with my dogs! My 2 dogs are dog aggressive and Steven has helped me tremendously over the last 6 months get them to be calm and not go into attack mode when other dogs pass. My dogs love him and can’t wait for his daily visits. He genuinely cares for my pups as if they were his own! Truly the best!
We have used Steven's services a few times with our beloved cat Georgie. Being that George has severe separation anxiety, we worry about him on the frequent business trips we must take. Steven's care seems to do something a little extra to make our boy seem happier then when we left him. Prior to his service, asking family members or friends to tend for him, he seemed very distressed and a bit "destructive" when we returned. Since using Stevens, he has seemed much happier when we returned, has greatly reduced his destructive "incidents", and overall seems like a happier cat. Steven seems great, genuine, and happy to help as well. We would absolutely recommend him for all you pet needs! Many thanks to you.
I just love bringing my dog here! Everyone is so friendly. I made a comment about how quiet it was there and the owner told me there were over 30 dogs on the premises. I was like wow it is so quiet, the owner said we keep them entertained. I was beyond impressed! My dog can't wait to get out of the car, so I know how much she loves it there! Thank you to the amazing staff that care for our fur babies when we are not with them. I truly appreciate you!
Our dogs love Pierson Creek. Usually our dogs are nervous when we get to kennels but whenever we get to Pierson Creek, the dogs run up to the owners with tails wagging and they excitedly go into the kennels. They're always happy when we pick them up too. We have been using this family run business for about 5 years now and never had any issues. We highly recommend them for your fur babies!
We booked our dogs stay back in February fir a two week stay from July 9- July 25. We bring our dogs to drop off and everything was fine when we left, not even 10 min I get a phone from Kyle the owner sayin that my dogs stay and we have to come and pick them up can't keep the dogs and we have to pick up right away.We were scheduled to leave on vacation July 10. They didn't even give my dogs a chance to get used to them. The owner is rude and nasty. I would not recommend this place at all. BEWARE. They can't handle dogs they should not be allowed to. Kylie the owner called the cops because we where talking to his wife and took to long. Any place like this be very aware of them. Nice to your face but do they really take care of your dogs while your gone I doubt. They can't even handle dogs at all not a dog friendly place. Thanks for nothing and I will make sure no body I know ever brings there dogs to your unfriendly place.

These people do not have the temperament to be watching your dogs. Full stop. I have the perspective of traveling while my dog was at Pierson Creek Kennels. During that time I encountered people who were kind, patient, and pleasant to their customers. I wasn't in one place either, it happened again and again everywhere I went. It was great to see people's good side and be treated like a human being. I had a great experience, and made some new friends. Then I encountered Keith. I probably interacted with him for 5 seconds before he turned on me. He was short, argumentative, and of course had to have the last word. This was for making a K-turn in his driveway. Had he 1/10th of a second of patience, he would have seen me put the car in reverse. Instead he assumed I was an idiot and I was going to park in middle of the (very small) parking lot. Then when I finally explained what I was doing he shamed me for being "argumentative", when I said "I am not being argumentative" he had to add "THEN DONT!" and stormed off. Anyone with this abusive personality and zero patience should not be watching your dog, or mine. AVOID THIS PLACE.
This was my two girls first visit to a kennel and I am so happy that I had Pierson Creek Kennels take care of them. Excellent care, clean, great customer service, and the owners live there. They took excellent care of my girls and treated them like their own. I highly recommend Pierson Creek Kennel to anyone who loves their animals and want a place to take care of them like they do. Thank you for taking such good care of my girls.
DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL! My dog became very ill after staying here. I never received any updates from the owner on his condition. It took several days for my dog to recover. The owner, Kyle, is also very rude and unprofessional. If you show up a few minutes late or early he will throw a tantrum and start acting belligerent. There are many other highly qualified kennels out there. Do not use this one.
Our beagle Wesson always leaves happy after a visit. Kyle and Sharon do a great job caring for him during his stay.
Great place; great pet care! Our Vet recommended! Our giant German Shepherd loves people but is super shy & cautious around other animals. Bucks County Pet Care (esp. Shirley) made sure he felt safe & was happy. Shirley was outstanding & went the extra mile in customer service! You can tell she Really cares about all their pet guests. Shirley is a great representative for any business! Mary was fantastic & wonderful to work with, very cheerful & calm, easy to work with. We will Definitely use this place again & will Recommend them to everyone! (Now that we found this great Facility; we won't fret about getting another dog & needing to board when traveling.)

We board our cat Peanut here ALL the time! The accommodations for cats are awesome. Peanut has her own spot and a nice outdoor screened in "patio/runway." Everyone here is super friendly and we are lucky to live down the street, making Peanut's visits to the "Kitty Spa" super convenient.
Just had my first experience with Bucks County Pet care, we dropped our dogs off on Saturday and picked them up on Sunday. We were charged for an extra night for picking up on Sunday. They have Sunday Hours via their website and none of this was explained via our email communications. Feel taken advantage and do not recommend.
I hate to give local small business 1-star ratings but after just a 4 day stay our dog developed kennel cough. After numerous visits to the vet and $500+ later he's finally getting better. Additionally, we paid extra for him to be groomed at the end of his stay. By far the worst groom job he's ever received; his hair was cut very unevenly, he had random bald spots and his nails were cut too close causing them to bleed and him great agony. I was also extremely frustrated with their very inconvenient pick up and drop off times, seemingly designed to lengthen the time of your animals stay. We will not be bringing him here again.

He sent photos everyday with updates. My husband and I had complete confidence in his ability to handle all situations as they arose. Jen is an excellent communicator as well. She gets back to her clients promptly and delivers the best pet sitting services possible.
Loved Jen's Happy Place! Everything was super easy and she was quick to respond after my initial request. Jenny took care of my three cats and did an amazing job! All my cats are very different and different ages and I was so nervous about leaving them, but the care they received was amazing!

I have been using Jen’s Happy Pet’s for several years on a regular basis. Lexi is our regular dog walker and she goes above & beyond for our fur baby, Daisy! She treats Daisy like her own & I am always at ease when I know Daisy is being cared for by Lexi. Recently, we had Lexi take care of Daisy while we were away & although I hate leaving my dog behind, I felt so comfortable knowing that she was getting so much love & attention. Lexi provides us with pictures during each visit, which is always a special treat mid-day when I get a break at work. She has also been helpful with giving our dog medication, along with all of the extra love & hugs that she gives Daisy! We’ve recommended Lexi to several people in our neighborhood who now use her & we always chat about how much we appreciate her & how great she is with our fur babies. My experience with Jen’s has been great from the first contact with her business. We were new to the area last summer and were referred to her by several neighbors and pet stores in the area. I moved back into the Hunterdon County area in February 2024 with a Golden Retriever puppy named Beans; she was less than 4 months old at the time. Being I had to work full-time, I prayed that the perfect walker would come into her life and love her as their own. I was referred to Jen's Happy Pets. Well, even writing this now brings me tears. Jen, the owner, took the time to listen to the needs of my situation and empathized with the challenges of raising a puppy on my own. She promised she would pair me with the perfect fit. Jen's team exceeded my expectations. Jen paired me with TWO fantastic, loving, compassionate, responsible, caring, playful, respectful, and kind individuals; Nik and Mare. Jen, Mare, and Nik loved Beans as their own. Beans loved her second family; as I called them. On September 15th, 2024 my whole world changed; Beans went into the hospital and died on September 18th; being less than 1 year old. The team continued to shower me with empathy and love; bringing me food, flowers, and still continually check up on me to make sure I am doing ok. The pain of Beans' death is unexplainable and having a team like Jen's Happy Pets helps my sad days. I feel blessed that Beans' was surrounded by such an amazing extended family during her short time here, and that Beans helped me to meet all these wonderful people. Although, I am not ready for another puppy yet; I will absolutely be calling on them to help with my second; if that becomes my reality someday. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Jen's Happy Pets and the team to care for your pets; pets are children and everyone needs to know that your pets will be loved in the same way you love them. Jen & team are insanely helpful, flexible & beyond reliable! My dog Nelly looks forward to her visit everyday! They give an update/ picture each time which I love (example below). Do to our erratic schedules there are times when we need help last minute. Jen's happy pets have always done their best to accommodate us. Their staff does a real professional job and our Dog Bella is always in great care with them.
