Annie
We had a lovely stay at Annie’s beautiful home caring for Finn, George, Saffy & chickens. We were made to feel right at home from when we very first arrived. Annie is so welcoming, helpful & kind.
The dogs & cat were such lovely natured pets, so easy to care for & lots of cuddles!
Annie was a fantastic host, so easy to communicate with from the get go and throughout their holiday.
The house is in a beautiful location with peaceful countryside surroundings - we absolutely loved our time here! We would most definitely recommend house & pet sitting for Annie & her family!

Arlene
I absolutely loved my week with Gus and Gracie in Arlene’s magical garden. Gus is an older fellow and very loving. He had his napping spots and would come to check on me periodically. Gracie is an acrobat, full of kitten energy. She is very affectionate too, but in a more hit-and-run kind of way. She’s got stuff to DO.
The house is stuffed with interesting books and suffused with creative energy. I have no need to write any sort of dissertation, but I get it. It’s a good vibe. Proximity to Seward Park and Lake Washington is ideal.
Arlene is a pleasure to know. Easy to communicate with, generous, and easy-going. If the stars aligned I’d stay again without question.

Jules
It was a privilege to housesit with Luyu and Feebie while Jules was away. If you are considering visiting the London area, let me offer a few reasons to choose this house sit. First, Jules really loves her cats and sent several instructional videos regarding their care. It was great having the videos for reference until I had the routine down. She kept in regular contact leading up to the sit and during her time away. Sadly, my train was delayed en route to her home and we were unable to meet before her departure but she had given good instructions and was easily reachable with any questions.

Next, her nice home is in a wonderful location, one minute from a bus stop going in either direction and about a fifteen minute walk to Balham. Her home is well organized and comfortable. Balham has many pubs, restaurants, and stores, including a Waitrose and Sainsbury’s but also many independent shops. Tooting Bec and Clapham Commons are both within easy reach. London is about 30 minutes away by tube.

The girls Feebie and Luyu are both lovely cats with differing personalities. Feebie is the more outgoing and it didn’t take long to win her over. Luyu is a bit more shy but the lure of a new toy brought her out from under the bed and she enjoyed playing every evening. By the second day she was letting me pet her and even tolerated me picking her up. Their care is very easy. As I was only there for a few days, I decided not to let them outside during my watch, a decision that did not make them happy but one that relieved my anxiety about the potential of them getting lost. They are both great companions and I missed them as soon as I left.

Overall I really enjoyed my time in Balham with Luyu and Feebie. I highly recommend housesitting for Jules, and hope that I can return again sometime.

Higor
Higor and Emanuelle are very friendly and wonderful people to sit for. Their house is in a great location in Zaandam and it's a quick bus or train ride into Amsterdam. They left us their bikes for getting around and gave a lot of tips for the area.

Their dog, Miles, is one of the sweetest and most lovable dogs we've ever met. He's got a hilarious personality and was a joy to take care of. Higor and Emanuelle made sure we understood everything about taking care of Miles and were easily reachable whenever we had a question or concern.

10/10 would sit again.
