What a relaxing, easy, enjoyable sit. Bub & Fig are lovely cats, Ani & Euan were wonderful, organised hosts & the house was neat, comfortable, with all amenities & superbly located for shops, restaurants & transport. Both cats were a little wary at first but it wasn't long before they decided I was okay. Bub is so gentle & affectionate & spent alot of time with me, she loves cuddles & strokes, curling up on my lap or chest for ages. Fig is a little different & loved me from afar initially, happy to be in the same room for company & to have a chat, not as cuddly as Bub but did enjoy back scratches & tummy rubs. Very well behaved sociable cats in a great environment with lovely owners. A sit I would recommend & gladly do again if the opportunity arose.
Kim and Dan are absolute gems! We met Dan and his daughter in person and they gave us a tour of the house and guided us through the responsibilities for Patches and Viola. We're grateful for Kim and Dan to entrust us with the care giving of Patches and Viola. We look forward to doing it again if future opportunities arises.
Kelli, her home and her kitties are just fabulous - I recommend this sit to anyone that loves cats - each has their own uniqueness and you will become so very fond of each! Kelli's home is in a quiet area, so immaculate and comfortable. Excellent communication - including a video chat prior - made walking into her home feel familiar - from the feeding situation to the amazing robotic catbox (LOVE!) - it really felt welcoming.
What an amazing stay, from start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after. Even after Ralf and Sharon had left to go on their travels, I was well looked after by the three bears! Not only is the setting exceptional, with all the luxuries of a 'holiday home', the bears are an absolute joy to be around. A wonderful mixture of personalities in the pack and it's fascinating to be a part of. They might look big and scary but all three of them are soft and gentle and full of love! The look of excitement and joy on their faces in the morning is something I will remember always. Having never done a house sit before I obviously felt a little out of my depth taking on three big bears but that was quickly squashed. Cairnie (The Dogfather), Bonnie (Two Balls) and Prince Aslan are a pleasure to look after, they have been trained so well by Ralf and Sharon so looking after them is really straightforward. Stick to their routine and it'll be a doddle! I can't recommend staying here enough. Absolutely nothing bad to say about any of my experience!
Stephanie provided detailed instructions for the house sit and responded quickly to questions throughout the entirety of my stay. Misha was friendly and easy to get along with. I really enjoyed dog sitting for Stephanie.
