Sonya and Paul were thoughtful and caring during their stay in September at our home in San Francisco. We have a small, senior, pug dog who does not hear well and requires special attention for her ears and eyes. Even though we did not request that she have drops put in her ears and eyes, Sonya and Paul helped out and did it for us. We received comforting and reassuring text messages and photos. Our dog looked happy and comfortable - thanks to Sonya and Paul's care, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. They also offered to take our dog to the vet due to a possible symptom that she might have - much appreciated when we are far away. The house was in perfect condition and clean when we returned. Highly recommend Sonya and Paul for your next trip - 5 stars! Hopefully our paths will cross again!
Jessica and Jake just moved to a new location so there were minimal insignificant information that weren't covered but they were very communicative from the beginning to the end. They had a nice open space house that can look through a huge window and you will see their cute backyard. I brought my dog to the trip and they shared some things about Bailey and it was accurate. Bailey would do better alone however it doesn't he cannot be around other dogs. I would imagine it is hard for Bailey to be away from his family, let alone having a strange dog coming in his home. They spent time together and played together just fine but there were times when I had to interfere. Bailey is a sweetheart overall! Love the space, feel like I'm at my home.
