We sensed immediately that Lee and Tom would be a trustworthy couple and made a quick decision in their favour. Communication was easy and they forthcoming when negotiating when to arrive at our place. We had two pleasant encounters with them before leaving and felt quite reassured by then. In fact, we felt we had quite a lot to say to each other and regretted not meeting them on our return because their flight left before we were due home. During our holiday the occasional message from Lee regarding Mimi's (as well as their own) wellbeing set our minds at rest and we were easily able to leave them to it. When in doubt or a problem occured, we communicated via whatsapp and all was well. On returning from a relaxing holiday, a very relaxed cat approached us with a friendly attitude saying something like this: "Oh, you're back? That's nice. Well, I was well taken care of." As we could gather from a journal Lee noted down for us (there were some worries concerning Mimi's food and water intake as well as output before we left), they made quite an effort in encouraging Mimi to eat which is not an easy task. The house was clean, all the linen and towels washed upon return, plenty of food in the fridge. We were happy that Tom & Lee obviously had pleasure in making contact with the neighbourhood and some parishioners and in being here. We certainly recommend them as experienced animal-people and house-keepers!

Brandon was great! The cats and plants all seemed well cared for and thee house was clean when we got home. And there were even home baked cookies when we returned. Highly recommend!

Third time having Janet as our petsitter for our cat. Always reliable, punctual and communicating frequently how our cat is doing.

Anna and Fausto are super recommended sitters! They are independent, adventurous and trustworthy. We are very grateful for their flexibility and ability to accommodate to our change of plans, they made a Hugh effort to arrive a day earlier than planned and thanks to them, we were able to see friends we haven’t seen since 2019. The communication before, during and after the sit was great. They treated our boss and flat as their own. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to get to know them and hear about their adventures. We hope our paths will cross again, Anna and Fausto!

Caterina and her family looked after Laphie, Charlie and our Chicken (sadly there was only one on this occasion as we had had a visit from Mr Fox before their arrival) while we were away in August. We were out of signal for much of the time so we knew we needed a Housesitter who we could rely on to look after the house and animals even when we were out of touch. Caterina and Nelson were extremely competent and did a great job. They even fixed a couple of things while they were with us! They left the house in great condition (and even left us a few lovely gifts from Portugal). I would be happy for them to sit for us again and would recommend them to others.

Great communication, regular updates, our dog was happy and fish was looked after well. The house was clean and tidy on our return. We had a rubbish experience last year , Elina reassured us and came to see us before the sit and kept me posted daily. I would highly recommend Elina and would be very happy if she could sit for us again :-)

Sara was a fantastic house sitter, nice and clear communications up front and throughout, reliable, sent regular updates about our cat which we really appreciated, kept the house nice and clean, recommended

You can see that Pedro and Filipa have a love and care for animals. During their stay with our lovely gang they made sure their routine was followed and all medication and feeds etc were given correctly. They were quick to respond when we would message them both before and during the sit and happy to give us updates of how everyone was when we asked. They took great care of our garden and home and we returned to a clean and tidy house and very relaxed furries. We wish you lots of luck on your adventures Kim, Pablo and the Furry Gang ❤️🐾

Tanja can not be faulted on her love of animals. She took excellent care of my two cats, and kept me updated with regular videos. I was a bit disappointed that the house wasn't as clean as I left it, but that pales in comparison to the peace of mind I had in knowing that my precious cats were in good hands, which was the single most important requirement for me.

Pamela and Pedro were absolutely lovely and Twiglet was so happy with them. Their communication both before and during the sit was fantastic and we really enjoyed the daily photos and videos. The house was immaculate when we returned. I would highly recommend them and Twigs would love them to look her after again!

Victor and Ciel were beyond expectations! they sent us updates and pictures of the cats every day and were very comunicative. They are super responsible, my niece came to catsit after them and they left her great instructions and spoke to her to make sure everything would be fine with the house and cats. They gave attention to the cats and I could be calm that they are being taken care of. Ciel knows alot about cats and has a great attitude with them, he even helped me understand a health situation of one of my cats. They are very clean and tidy! They left the house alot cleaner than it was. I highly recommend Victor and Ciel, they are my first experience in the application, and I couldn't be happier.

Sara was the perfect pet sitter! Kind, great communication, left my place in a perfect condition, and most importantly… took really good care of the cats. I felt so at ease knowing she was there! Thanks again <3
