Sara and Les were wonderful house and pet sitters. My dogs and cat were very well taken care of and happy when I came home! She and Les were also good at communicating during my time away. I would definitely recommend them to sit for other families :) They were wonderful!
Charlie and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Flo and Freddie. Flo was the boss being the older and poor Freddie had to be told so now and then! He didn't really deserve it though but he took it! For us the best bit about the sit for a few days was having acres of fields to wander in around the house. The dogs did not need leads. They could run to their hearts content. There wasn't a worry about them not coming back to the house if they ran off as the whole area is secure. Tony and Jo's home is a lovely old farmhouse. We were made welcome and we were very comfortable for our few days stay. When the sun is out the garden is a suntrap. Then there were the goats and chickens who required letting out of their night time areas in the morning. They were checked on throughout the day, feeds topped up along with their water bowls. They all seem very content and were friendly towards us. They all went to bed in the evening without problem. It was all good fun! For shopping Tesco's and Aldis is 5 minutes drive down the road. We were very happy to spend the few days around the home so all in all a very relaxing time which we would repeat.
Rachel has an amazing home with beautiful pets. We had a great time with Psyche, full of energy, and Juno is really cuddly! The appartement has a lot of space, it is well located in Vicenza, 15 minutes walk from the train station, about an hour from Verona and Venezia.
What a pleasant house sit that was! I got detailed information on how to get to Vienna Hütteldorf and was picked up at the station to go shopping for my needs and then could sit down to a home cooked meal - delicious. I got detailled instruction about giving medicine, all absolutely perfectly organised. A spacious room with my own bathroom made me feel at home. Püschel, Cleo, Saba, Mietzi, Flo and Luca are adorable and became very friendly over the days. A pleasure to look after them. Exploring the area on long walks and doing a few jogging rounds up on Wolfersberg was enjoyable. I do hope to come back again sometime to see you all again. Thank you. Marianne
Tula was such a sweet, gentle and snuggly girl. She and the home were super easy to care for and Sanni and Phillip provided everything I needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend with great company 🐶 They were generous, informative, and communicative. I appreciated my stay in their lovely newly furnished basement, fresh tomato’s from the garden, blue skies, mountain views, and walks in the park with Tula. I would love to come back and sit again for them 😌
Philip and Sannie were super welcoming. They gave us great instructions upon arrival for the house and care of their sweet dog Tula. She is such a friendly, easy dog to watch. Loves her walks in the morning, but perfectly content to relax while you have your coffee or watch tv. They live in a great neighborhood, with lots of walking trails and restaurants near by. It was a great way to explore Boulder, while getting some puppy time in. We were grateful to have the opportunity to housesit for Tula. And would not hesitate to do another sit for them. Highly recommend this lovely Boulder sit.
We had a great time at Narelle’s place. The dogs Molly and Mia are very easy and affectionate. The cats: Lilly a bit shy and very fluffy and outdoor cat Henry makes sure you wil open the door for him. The house is easy to maintain and has all the facilities, close to beach, shops and train-station. Narelle is a lovely lady and good with communication.

This is the 3rd time Carrie has looked after my little Teddy boy and this is the best place for him while we're away. Carrie sends us multiple photos and videos of teddy's adventures while he's there. They go on lots of walks everyday and Carrie has become his 2nd mum. It's so nice to go away knowing Teddy will be having an even better time than us so I never have to worry about him. Would highly recommend to everyone
So pleased that we found Carrie to have our dogs. One of our dogs had separation anxiety, so much, that other boarders wouldn't take her. Was dreading the same happening again, but Carrie was brilliant with her, and our other dog, who had no issues. Carrie said they would have a ball, and she was right !! Daily videos and pictures, showing how happy and settled the dogs were. We were able, for once, to relax on our holiday 100% knowing they were getting loads of love, attention and lovely daily walks. They were treated as part of Carrie's family. We will definitely use Carrie for all our holidays now . In fact, already booked for next year. I highly reccomend her.
Amazing 5*! Would highly recommend Carrie and her family. They made Alfie feel a part of the family and loved and cared for him exceptionally, during our recent holiday. I was kept uptodate with very frequent photographs and videos giving us complete piece of mind whilst away. Carrie and her family welcomed our two dogs into their home over the Christmas period. From the first communication with Carrie we found her to be very professional and friendly. During the stay we had a constant stream of photographs and videos as updates, it was was wonderful to see how our furbabies were doing and it was obvious that they had the best care and attention while we were away. It is plain to see that Carrie and her family are true animal lovers. Carrie is extremely knowledgeable and caring and we feel so fortunate to have found her to look after our dogs. I can wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone looking for home boarding services or dog walking.

With an "older" 7 year old dog, I am always anxious about how my collie will settle in with a new dog sitter. On first meeting Carrie, I was put at ease on how Henry would be treated, and I could see he felt at home immediately. We left him for a weekend, and Carrie send loads of updates such as the attached photo, I really enjoyed seeing how much of a good time he had, and he really was treated as part of the family. I can't think Carrie and her family enough for looking after him and I'm sure Henry is looking forward to many more visits in the future!

It was the first time for us to board our cockapoo puppy Ziggy so we were very anxious. Carrie reassured us that Ziggy would have a fab time and would settle in. Ziggy is very mischievious and Carrie must have had loads of patience. It was lovely having daily photos and videos keeping us informed. We could see that Ziggy had a blast and made new friends. This allowed us to chill and enjoy our holidays. It was obvious that Carrie loves dogs and is very knowledgeable. We will definitely be booking Ziggy with Carrie again. I would highly recommend Carrie as your pets are treated as part of their family.

Truly great service and great care provided for our dogs while we went on holidays. The business owners were very accommodating when I had to change the collection date due to my husband’s hospital admission. Laura &Ross were understanding and luckily they could keep our dogs for a few days longer. Our girls came back happy, clean and in good shape. The staff was very polite and you can tell they care well about the pets they are entrusted with. Thank you for all your help.
We booked our puppy in to dog daycare , To see how she would be as we have a holiday booked which unfortunately can’t take her with us, Everything was ok when dropped off, we asked them not to take her Harness off as she has no recall yet as she is still a puppy which they said that was fine. On picking her up was told she had been fine but not walked due to the weather being horrible. When they brought her to me , to say I was shocked was an understatement she didn’t have her harness on and a slip lead was around her waist and she was soaking wet, to the point she was shivering, and frightened. With no explanation and reason to why she was so distraught and wringing wet We were so upset about the condition she was in we decided to phone and complain and cancelled the other stay, the lady on the phone couldn’t care less and was very Dismissive about our complaint and gave no reason as to why our puppy was left in this condition, just say they would continue other dogs We will never use them again and dont recommend them to anyone,
Would highly rate these boarding kennels left my dog here for the first time 2 weeks ago. When I collected her she was happy clean and we could tell she was well looked after. Staff are so friendly and i formative

It was perfect, our puppy was very happy meeting 2 of the staff when we arrived. We booked a couple of days just to get him used to being away from us. When we arrived on the second day he couldn’t wait to go in. It made it so easy for us to spend time with grandson. I can’t thank you enough.
What a lovely place ,the kennals were clean and very safe. My kittens were looked after fully. We put them in for a few days just to try and ease them in and they loved it. The owners are very attentive and nothong is to much trouble. I know my little ones are safe ,fed and watered and have human interaction. Best place by far.
Lovely kennels with great staff. Our dog is always excited when we drop him off to see everyone. In fact he pulls to get through the gate into the compound in his excitement. This hasn't been the case with some other kennels in the past. He is very happy staying at Keepers and we know he gets the care and kindness that he loves. Wouldn't use any other kennels now - very happy with them.

We cannot praise Ross, Laura and the team at Keepers Cottage enough for their care of our collie over the past week. Our much loved boy was shockingly mistreated at our previous kennels, despite boarding there without any cause for concern for over 8 years. Following this incident, we paid a visit to a few alternative boarding facilities ahead of our vacation this year and started to doubt whether we would be able to trust another kennel to care for our pet the way in which we would. We'd read that Keepers Cottage had been taken over by new management in the past few years and despite our initial reluctance (having only ever heard negative reviews of the business as it was previously run) we reached out to arrange a visit and was pleasantly surprised by the response we received, suggesting we call by at any time during opening hours (something that's normally frowned upon or restricted by other kennels). As soon as we met Laura and Ross our minds were instantly put at ease - what a genuinely lovely pair of people! Both were so welcoming and completely open and upfront about the extensive work that they'd already undertaken to get the kennels in the condition that they are today, and the plans they have to make even more improvements over the next few years. Ross' knowledge and love of animals is evident from the questions he asked about our dog, his health and our past experiences and it was immediately apparent that for these guys, this business isn't just a means of income, but a shared and genuine passion shared by the whole family - they really do care about what they do. Due to the past trauma experienced by our collie, Ross recommended that we leave him there for a day to see how he settled before any long term boarding - a perfect suggestion that not only helped him to settle in, but to completely set aside any fears we may have had about leaving him in kennels. I picked him up after a weeks stay earlier today and we were in complete shock over how happy and content he was; he even ran past me, straight to Laura as soon as he came out of his run - if that doesn't speak volumes for how well he enjoyed his stay then I don't know what does! It was clear that he's been well looked after; his bedding wasn't dirty as it normally it, he didn't smell like he's done in the past and he didn't pull and whine to go home like normal. It's evident that he's been well looked after and I cannot thank Laura, Ross, their girls and the team enough - after his stay with you, I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of our pets. We look forward to many happy stays with you in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend you guys to anyone!

Quite often both my dogs stay at wyndee kennels also my daughters two dogs regularly stay here. We have never encountered a problem the dogs happily trot in through the gate, Diane is lovely lady and the dogs pick up on this making them more relaxed.

We have just picked up our two collies after a two week stay. We were worried as both are rescue dogs and we have never left them at Kennels before. We were so relieved to see them relaxed and happy, they have obviously been well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave them again. Great place. They looked after my boy whilst I was on holiday I must admit I was nervous leaving him in boarding as never used one before but I had no need to be worried. He was well looked after and happy. I was also given peace of mind when I emailed to check in on him, my email was answered promptly and I was also sent pics of him on his walk. Will definitely be using them again for my next trip away.
My two lurchers have stayed here a few times now. The kennels came recommended to me, but I was still a little nervous as one of my two can be quite unsure of other dogs - he loves them when he gets to know them, but can be quite barky initially as he's scared. I shouldn't have worried - he had a lovely time, came out not really fussed to see me, which I think is always a good sign, and next visit they both had their tails wagging and were really pleased to see the staff. Will definitely be visiting again!
Wooflands are amazing. They've always taken brilliant care of my dog Charlie and always happy to help out even at short notice if they've got space. It's a huge help to have a reliable kennels which Charlie actually likes going to.
Jane and her staff look after our dogs like they are her own. Wouldn't board them anywhere else. My 2 dogs stayed here again last week and always feel happy and relaxed when we drop them off as we know they will be looked after and give us an update when we return. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This would be zero stars if that was an option. My cousin arranged for wooflands to look after their two dogs while they were getting married. After dropping the dogs off and arriving at the wedding venue to begin the festivities, they received a call to say one of the dogs had become aggressive and they would need to come and collect her. Let me state the dog is a chihuahua crossed with a French bulldog and is about the size of a cat. The call was received not 30 minutes after the dogs had been dropped off which in my opinion is not a lot of time to allow a scared dog to calm down. I will reiterate she was scared, not aggressive. I would not recommend this kennels unless you can risk a last minute call after you drop off your dog to say they are incapable of managing them, leaving you to frantically find an alternative. Very unreliable and does not say a lot for a professional boarding kennels that is unable to handle a scared small dog.

We have been taking our lie her Sky here on and off over the past 4 years. If I say that she starts howling with excitement as we pass the Crematorium and that she loves the staff you understand that this is a great kennel. Can't recommend them highly enough and Jane is one of life's carers.
Apprehensive about leaving our two young dogs in kennels for the first time but when we picked them up after a weeks stay they were happy well fed clean and slightly reluctant to come home. We will definitely be using Woofl ands again.
Our Ralph stayed with them for almost a week and he had the best time. We got daily updates as well as pictures and videos. We saw that he went on plenty of adventures and even learned a new dance! We could not recommend them enough and I know that Ralph cannot wait to go back :)
Fantastic all around! Gutted we didn’t come across Marie at Lead on sooner, Marie has gone above and beyond to help us feel relaxed and gave us daily updates- pictures/videos of our dog. Marie took our dog out exploring the local area and visited forests and other scenic places exposing our dog to new excited environments. It was his first time in boarding and we were anxious leaving him but honestly I can not find a fault with the service that Lead on provides it is amazing! Marie was extremely professional and was super friendly and went out of her way to make sure our dog was relaxed and comfortable in her care. Marie was able to train our dog just in 2 days to do multiple tricks and showed us how to continue these with him at home. Our dog returned home happy, relaxed and trained. Thanks so much 5⭐️
Lead on is an amazing service ! My doggy Oliver and Izzy have all be treated as on Marie on family ! They always love forward seeing hear and always come back happy ! She treat them all family ! They have free run home with loverly and my doggy even had a cup of tea with they love ! U trying the rest now try the best ! She never let now ! Love animal ! Care caring ! Absolutely brilliant. My golden retriever was almost hesitant to leave and come home! Marie kept us up to date by sending pictures and telling us all about what they have been up to. They went on several walks and kept busy. 100% recommend this dog sitter, they will give your pet a blast!
My baby girl Mitzy has just returned from a couple of days boarding with Lead On. She had a ball and I was kept fully up to date with all their activities via photos and videos. Some are attached. Mitzy is a 15 year old shih tzu and was so well looked after. I am already looking at the diary for my next work travel dates to book her back in. I would definitely recommend and trust Lead On with my precious fur baby 🥰🐶

Done the reactive rascals course with Marie today, she provided great knowledge in depth about reactive dogs. I highly recommend people to sit this course, with lead on and get the proper training by someone who is qualified and experienced in this feild.

Our young Sprocker is an anxious boy and we're very fussy about who we're prepared to leave him with. Marie and her husband took such good care of him and he had a great time with them - long walks, learning new tricks (for treats of course!) and plenty of cuddles. We got lots of photos and film clips sent to us during the weekend so that we were reassured that he was enjoying his stay. Marie was also very accommodating about the fact that we couldn't give a precise time for picking him up until the day of our return. Highly recommended.
I can’t recommend Lead On’s services enough. My dog Poppy had an overnight stay for the first time recently and she absolutely loved it. Marie is wonderful with dogs and you can tell she really loves them and treats them like one of the family. It’s a real home from home experience and I felt completely comfortable leaving Poppy there. I had constant updates via photos and videos of her stay and that reassured me further on how happy Poppy was. I’ve already booked Poppy in for further stays as I wouldn’t use anyone else now. Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough! Friends for pets Cwmbran are absolute angels in anoraks! My sassy schnauzer loves his days with his furry pals and auntie Tracy or Auntie Sam, he gets so excited when I say their names and he gets even more excited when he here’s the van coming into the road! Well what can I say about Alyson at Poochee Care ! She looked after our gorgeous cats recently, Daisy who is 21yrs & on medication & Poppy who is 16 yrs, diabetic & requires an insulin injection twice a day. We totally trust her & she is absolutely fanatical about the care she gave them & the importance of their needs. This is the second time she has cared for them & we have already booked her for our November holiday. She is trustworthy, caring & goes above & beyond to show how much she cares for animals, she know they are not just pets, they are family. We would not book anyone else as it takes a lot to leave our beloved cats as they are house cats, very spoilt & so loved. We cannot praise her enough & can highly recommend her. Our Boston Terrier, Domino, has had three 'holidays' with Poochee Care. Domino loves Alyson, Mark and their family as much as her own. She is loved, pampered, indulged and cuddled. Alyson sends us regular photos so we can see how happy Domino is while we are away. Poochee Care provide more than 5 star service! They offer good value for money, are highly professional and 100% reliable. We can't recommend them highly enough.
My dog is 4 and its first time had to consider a boarder. I decided to get to know someone before I needed to use. That way I was happy more importantly the dog got chance to get to know boarder and the person looking after him got to know him. Poochee care ticked everybody. A meet and greet then a 2 hour visit. After that we decided on an afternoon then as it was a first time with staying we did a trial stay over. All went well so now it I need to leave my dog we are all happy. I would never and you should never just dump your dog and go. They are like children and poochee care understands that. Heres to a happy future. Thank you!
I am so thankful to have found Alyson of poochee care to take care of our boys while we are away. It really is a home from home bespoke service with regular photos, videos and updates we felt at ease knowing they were happy and content. However, I did expect a better reaction when I arrived to pick them up 🤦♀️ 😂 but it just proved to me that they had felt at home and so comfortable with the care they had received. I wouldn’t leave the boys with anybody else.

Alyson looked after my cockapoo for 8 days whilst I went abroad. Although Alyson had previously looked after Barney for a couple of nights, I was apprehensive leaving him for just over a week as this would be the longest time I’d left him. My concerns were completely alleviated by Alison’s regular updates with photos and videos showing Barney having a great time. Knowing Barney was receiving one on one care with such an experienced dog carer made such a difference. I highly recommend Alyson and her fantastic business which is unique offering solo home from home boarding care. Thank you from Barney and me 😃🐶.
We had a fantastic experience with Alyson. This was our puppy’s first night away from us and so wasn’t sure how she was going to react to this. Alyson put us at ease straight away, offering a short settling in visit a few weeks before her stay and keeping us updated with photos of how she was doing. Our puppy looked content and happy throughout her stay and when we picked her up the next morning she was her usual happy self. This made our trip away so much more enjoyable knowing she was being so well looked after and I will definitely be taking her back to Alyson in the future.
Alyson is fabulous, we are so lucky to have found such a reliable, lovely lady to help with our dog care. She started out by providing puppy visits which lead into regular weekly walks, really boosting our pups confidence & helping with her development. Alyson also provided a warm caring home when we went away on holiday, our puppy was just a few months old at the time. We received regular updates & photos to put our mind at ease. Poochee Care is our number 1 choice for home boarding and dog walking!
We decided to try home visits for our cat while we were on holiday rather than using an cattery and are really pleased we found Alyson. She came round to introduce herself and meet Lyra before hand and then visited every day to feed and play with her. She sent us regular updates and photos. Lyra was really well looked after by Alyson and so much happier staying in her own home than she would have been with the stress of going in a cattery. I would definitely recommend Alyson and use her services again.
We are soooo thankful to have found Steve!! Femti, our greyhound absolutely loves him and adventure days he is always at his happiest! and for us, the piece of mind of knowing that he is in the best hands looked after, exercising and socialising with other dogs. Millie has just had a wonderful week at The Sausage Sitter's. She has spent all day sleeping after all her adventures. We can go on holiday knowing our daxie is in safe hands on her own holiday. Steve's house and van are perfectly adapted for sausage dogs. The daily updates of pics, videos and reels are great and reassure you your dog is having the best time!
I can’t recommend The Sausage Sitter enough, actually we feel blessed to have found Steve and feel quite lucky in fact! As I write this review we are currently on a weeks holiday in Greece leaving our beloved little Sausage dog Idris is Steve’s care. This is day six now into our break away and the longest time that we have been apart. We have complete peace of mind with the knowledge that Idris is not only safe and well but is having is own little holiday too. We love seeing the daily updates and short clips on Facebook, they leave us grinning ear to ear watching Idris with all him pals walking Steve’s meticulously planned out routes. Steve is clearly very passionate about the service he provides, his focus on safety is very evident and his enthusiasm lacks no bounds. Thanks Steve 🙂
I cannot praise Steve highly enough. He has an all-encompassing adoration and understanding of all dogs and especially dachshunds. My boy has been loving an adventure walk with Steve for some time now and he always arrives back home contented and ready for a good sleep. Steve is so knowledgeable and has also been able to provide invaluable tips on training our dachshund. Absolutely brilliant service all round!
Our GSDxhusky has been enjoying Steve's Adventure Days for 9 months now. She was very anxious about going with him initially, but he is so kind, patient and knowledgeable - he worked with her and she now leaps into the van and has the best time on her days out with the other Tuesday adventurers. Steve is incredibly professional, kind and great fun and we have total peace of mind when we hand our girl over. Highly, highly recommend Steve the Sausage Sitter!
You could not leave your dog in more capable hands than with Stephen and Nicki - they have such an amazing way with dachshunds. We recieved regular updates and knew that our princess was in the best hands. Pictures taken on sausage adventures capture the essence of the bread and provide reassurance that your dog is part of the "gang" and so well looked after!!!
From the first day of meeting Steve I felt at ease and knew our pup was going to be well looked after and safe in his hands. That’s exactly what she was. He knows everything and anything about dachshunds and it’s great to get his advice on different things. Our pup loves going for her sausage adventures and I love seeing that she gets to go to different places with lots of other sausages! I felt really comfortable leaving her in Steve’s very capable hands overnight too and she loved her sleepover. Nothing but great things to say and I highly recommend!!
Buzz my cocker spaniel has been going out on adventures with Steve for a couple of weeks now, he really enjoys the adventures he goes on with Steve and the other dogs. I love that Steve sends photos of what they have been up to, I look forward to seeing them when he’s been out for the day. Steve is really great with all the dogs, you can tell he is very dedicated to what he does and I feel Buzz is in safe hands with him. I would highly recommend 👍🏻
Goeffery loves his holidays with Steve and Nikki and we couldn't be happier with the love and care he receives. Geoffrey is a needy little sausage and he always comes home fitter and happy after spending time with all his sausage friends. He is booked in again this summer and we will continue to use The Sausage Sitter as it is Geoffers home from home 🥰
The sausage sitter and friends is a safe place to leave our dog and we have used them many times. She has a great time and is so happy to keep going back and it helps her fitness and dog socialisation. I never have any doubts that my dog will be well cared for. Steve loves his dogs and has great knowledge and patience.
I have a Doberman puppy with severe separation anxiety, I contacted Ben who introduced us to the lovely Laura who has been walking and sitting with my pup for a good few months now & I could not recommend this company and its employees enough, they go above and beyond to provide 5+ star service! They are all so friendly, kind & compassionate and above all put the needs of your animal first! They’ve also provided me with a lot of support through the struggles of my dog’s separation anxiety and more training than I could’ve imagined! No request is too big or too small for these guys and always have a solution for everything! Absolutely brilliant 🤩
Had PAWSitive Pet Sitting &Dog Walking look after my two boys Bertie and Basil. They were fantastic, it was reassuring to see daily photos of what they were up to. Special dietary needs were taken care of and both my dogs were able to stay in their home environment rather than go into kennels. Ben is a lovely guy and really reliable. We left him to care for our 2 cats while we went away for a little holiday. Throughout our trip we had daily updates and pictures which was really reassuring. The little touches also add up, Ben will open and close the blinds, collect mail, water plants, put the bins out, to name a few. These small touches really made us feel comfortable while away. We would 100% recommend this service, so much so we have more bookings with Ben for layer in the year :)
having used pawsitive pet sitting for the first time for our annual holiday, we were absolutley satisfied with their service. we were updated on a regular basis, with text messages and images to reassure us our furrrrbabies were in good hands :-). we will certainly use them again when needed.

Brilliant service, very friendly & caring. PAWSitive cat sit for me when I go away, everyday twice a day morning & night he feeds & gives my cat attention for half an hour before leaving. My cat is very relaxed with the sitter. Yes I would definitely recommend.
Ben came and pet sat my dogs and did a marvelous job! Would highly recommend and I'm sure the dogs would too 😊 he spent lots of time fussing and giving them lots of attention. Giving my older dog her medication and multivitamin daily! Thanks Ben 🙂

My dog got taken to the kennels as a “stray” after getting out of my back garden. Very grateful she was kept safe, but she is absolutely traumatised, she haven’t left my side, she won’t even bother with the other dogs in my house, she can’t keep food down at all. And she was wet when i went to collect her. I don’t think these are her personal rules But my girl got taken on Saturday afternoon within the hour of her getting taken there I was on the phone asking to collect her. I wasn’t even allowed to no where she was until the office opened on the Monday morning!! My poor girl went though allllll over that for a stupid £65 when I would of payed double that to collect her on the Saturday!!!
We were recommended this kennels by a friend as had never used one before. We have since used this kennels numerous times over the last couple of years . A real home from home where our dog has been well cared for in lovely surroundings . They are clearly animal lovers you only have to speak to them to know that and our dog always comes home smelling gorgeous .
Absolutely awful, my partner dropped off our springer spaniel this morning thinking it was the correct kennels, when it wasn't he even double checked and asked they said yes, when we hadn’t booked in with them. They happily took our dog with no details of ours in case anything went wrong, we then drove back to go get her as we had a phone call to say from the kennels we had booked with to say they haven’t had her yet, we panicked thinking she was at the right Kennels because we had asked them before hand, we then went back to get her, we were then greeted by 2 ladies, one who got our dog and the other had her bag of items, she threw her bag on the floor and replied to say we should pay, knowing full well we did not book in with them and lied to say they were the Kennels we had originally booked with. I would not recommend this kennels to anyone, very unprofessional and made to feel uncomfortable.Only interested in taking customers money please stay away!
Brilliant Kennels. Been using this Kennel for a long time best there is. My dog goes in happy and leaves happy. Very helpful staff, recommended to many of my friends and they over the moon with the service. Sensible prices 10 out of 10 Kennels.
Our chocolate Labrador stayed at Cefn Y Cribb whilst we had our kitchen fitted. He had a wonderful time & was so well looked after. Very clean, very professional & friendly. Thank you so much! Very grateful for your help xx
I highly recommend this kennel. It's very professionally run, and the owners take that extra step in making your dog feel welcome. I recently had to go to a funeral and the owners were so accommodating and compassionate in taking my dog at short notice that I am eternally grateful. My dog always returns looking happy and well looked-after; I have no concerns in leaving him here.
Excellent kennels! My dog Archie is excited when he meets the owners on arrival and happily goes into the kennels with them. An inspection of the kennels will find them spotlessly clean, inviting and heated during the winter or cold spells. Archie has not always been the easiest of dogs to deal with but the owners have always given him the best possible care and attention and have at times given me help and advice with my Hypa active welsh sheep dog. I would not hesitate to recommend these kennels for your 4 legged member of the family. Archie has always been happy on our return and looking as good as when we left him.
