We had a very enjoyable housesit looking after Dearg the cockapoo. Elizabeth and Pete are lovely and made us very welcome in their home. Dearg is a beautiful natured dog, very friendly, well trained and has great recall. Elizabeth and Pete have a lovely comfortable home with a beautiful big garden and lots of bird life. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the town centre of Richmond and close to many walking tracks. Richmond is a lovely old market town and we enjoyed exploring it with Dearg on our daily walks. We would highly recommend this housesit and would happily housesit again. Thank you Elizabeth and Pete for your hospitality and trusting us to housesit for you!
James and Marie-José were exceptional and generous hosts. Everything was clear and I felt very welcome in their home. It's just a shame that the pool wasn't functional at the time, since there was a heatwave during my stay. Otherwise, the view from the house is breathtaking and very peaceful, and the bed so comfortable. Auguste is the sweetest, adorable. Very playful and affectionate, he will never leave your side. His first night without his parents was a little tougher but on the second night, he already slept much better.
I had the most fun looking after Bonnie & Clyde. Bonnie took a little longer than Clyde to get comfortable with me being there but they are both very friendly and easy to care for cats. Lauren and Chris are super communicative and friendly owners and I had a great experience with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this sit
LOVED sitting for this beautiful couple. They were extremely welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed looking after dear old meow - he’s a cat with a lot of character! :)
Elle is extremely thorough which makes sitting for her a breeze. She even provided video instructions on how to take care of cleaning Ernie’s wee face which was really helpful as well as filling us in on any quirks of the cats or the flat AND gave us a much appreciated little care basket with snacks and Berlin must-trys. Ernie and Mew have such great personalities and are a lot of fun to play and snuggle with. Mew was a bit more standoffish but came in for cuddles when no one is looking and Ernie made no secret of his love for attention and will instantly be your best friend. The flat is super cool with lots of places for the cats to play and is in a great location. We’d happily come back and sit again.
This was our first sit with Trusted Housesitters and wow—our expectations were far exceeded! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Maisie in Cathy and Ken’s beautiful home. Sweet Maisie is such an incredibly well-behaved and well-trained dog. She walks really well in her leash, is potty trained and loves her naps. We both work remotely and Maisie was a perfect angel during our calls, sitting by our side with virtually no barking. My favorite times with her were when she snuggled up with me on the couch. 😊 The house is also a dream with ocean breezes and a gorgeous back yard. It was sparkling clean and my husband and I had plenty of room to work during the week. Last but not least, Cathy and Ken are the most generous and kind hosts. They made us feel at home. We would definitely sit again with zero hesitation!

Ruby was so professional with my puppy, the whole service from dealing with admin to keeping me updated with times of pick up and drop off. I got pictures during the day and this made me so happy as I knew my puppy was in safe hands. I look forward to having them take care of her once a week. Dog in Black and in particular Cihan are a real find. My dog is a rescue and finding the right person to look after her is quite challenging. Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.

Highly recommended! My two dogs, Finn and Aoife, have been doing daycare and walkies with Dog In Black for close to 2 years now. It has been a great experience, all of the carers have been polite, friendly and are fantastic with the dogs. Having seen the care and attention that Dog in Black have for dogs of all sizes, breeds and backgrounds, we did not hesitate to book our pup in with them. We had concerns as our pup is a little bit hyperactive but we need not have worried. We had regular updates throughout the day and our pup arrived back with a big smile on his face having loved his day out. I cannot recommend Dog in Black high enough and will be continuing to use them in the future.
Our puppy absolutely loves going to his adventure pup day care! We have noticed how much more independent he has become in only a few weeks. We really appreciate the flexibility, you are able to book as many days as you like which really fits into our work pattern. Adrienn has been walking our dog for over 18 months now and has also looked after him whilst we have been away, both at her place and at ours. We love knowing that he has a great time with her and Gigi (through lots of updates), and is in safe and competent hands that we can trust. Adrienne has been working with our 6 month old Husky pup for around 3 months now and he absolutely adores her. He is always excited to participate in the puppy training sessions and she keeps him motivated, stimulated and thoroughly entertained. He is a very high energy dog and he comes away both mentally and physically satisfied. Adrienne has given both me and my husband great training guidelines both in the session and after in written notes, to help curb his more problematic behaviours such as mouthing and jumping up and he is remarkably better behaved on the lead. She kindly took him for a weekend stay training and he came back to us so happy and well behaved. We are very happy with the service provided and at a very reasonable value. Would highly recommend.
Adrienn is great to work with. She really listens and pays so much attention to the dogs and their behaviour. She brings homemade treats and loads of affection and knowledge to every session. She's helped us with our 2 cockapoos and I would recommend her to any dog owner.

We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. If you're looking for a doggy daycare you're on the right place, they understand perfectly how important your pet is for you and they do anything to help the pet feel happy and the owners too. We have been using Happy Hounds and Cooler Cats for years and the service from Chloe and the team is amazing. Our dog always comes back so happy from his group walks and it’s clear he enjoys his time with his walkers immensely. I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.
Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. Had our first boarding experience with Johanna who watched Olive for us and I must say how comfortable my husband and I felt with her ! We contacted Happy Hounds to organise daycare for our dog Ludo while I was pregnant, so that we could have some extra help to see me through the new born stage. My son is now 18 months and we’ve only now said our goodbyes! The service is excellent, so friendly and they always gave an update inc photos on the days Ludo was in daycare. I’ve been sending my two rabbits to Charlie for a few years and am always so happy with the love and care they receive with every stay. They get plenty of fresh veggies and outdoor time, and for me photo updates so I’m at ease while travelling. Even after a couple weeks away from home, both buns are very relaxed and that is down to Charlie’s outstanding knowledge of pet care and the welcoming environment she creates.
Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️
I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)
Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She looked after our Hamster Nibbles while we were on holiday and we had complete peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. She sent regular pictures to us and always responded quickly to any communication. Would 100% recommend her to look after your pets!
My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)
Charlie looks after both of my bunnies when we go away, she takes excellent care of them. I actually think they don’t want to come home! Communication is great and we receive photos and videos of the bunnies whilst away which is lovely. Gives me peace of mind to leave them in safe hands.
Charlie at A Furry World is an absolute godsend! I have now used her pet sitting services for my bunny babies three times in the last year - most recently for 11 days whilst travelling. Charlie is professional, caring and a genuine pet lover. She keeps you updated with how your pet is doing through emails and photos and puts the wellbeing of your pet at the forefront - confidently escalating any health concerns where necessary. My bunnies love her and I would happily use her services again in the future.

Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!
We had a very good experience with Paws Galore. Brenda, our cat sitter, looked well after Artù. She took good care of him and sent many updates to us. We really appreciated when she managed to go last minute even if it was not planned in advance! Super happy with the service :)
Excellent service! Kacey is very accommodating and managed to even get me a last minute sitter. The sitters are great and friendly. I’ve had Aidan, Michelle and Becky. They were all lovely and took care of my puppy. I highly recommend Paws Galore pet sitters!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)
I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.
Had my 8yr old corgi staying with the lovely family twice for the past two months over the extended family holiday, the loving care offered was incredible! We received photos, videos and updates almost every single day to have the great reassurance. The old boy certainly felt like being at home, with additional company offered by other furry friends！
