Teresa and Rich were the perfect house-and-pet sitters. We meet them before their stay, and felt confident and relaxed that they would do a great job. We got regular photo updates of Milly (who looked very relaxed and happy). They left the house spotless. Would definitely recommend Teresa and Rich

Brenna and Matt were brilliant sitters. Their communication front the start was excellent. We received lovely pics and updates of that animals without it being too much. They were so helpful and stayed at the end to make sure that our flight wasn’t delayed back. Beetle out dog looked rather depressed to have us back!! The house was very clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind! X

Myla had a wonderful time being looked after by Grant! They went on many long walks and had lots of cuddles and he kept me connected with photos and updates while I was away. Grant kept the house running well which was no small task as we are currently having building work done so there’s lots of mess and chaos to deal with. But none of that was a problem and we enjoyed our 3 weeks away knowing everything was in safe hands.

Tiffany was great to deal with and reliable. Would definitely have her to stay again.

Jordan and Jordan were great pet sitters. We communicated regularly leading up to the sit, and they coordinated with our flight schedule to make sure our pets were well covered. They left the house very tidy, and are a lovely, interesting couple in real life. Great choices!

Alan and Natalie were superb our house and dog were so well looked after.They kept in touch with us while we were away which was so reassuring. If we could give them more than five stars we would.We would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a house and pet sitter. They are lovely people and we now number them amongst our friends. Ellie made contact with us prior to the sit and visited to get to know the area, the house and pets. She walked with us on more than one occasion to familiarise herself with the dogs and their particular needs and issues. Ellie coped well with our older dog's unpredictable toileting issues and on our return both dogs were settled and happy, the house was in good order and there was a meal and flowers waiting for us. Ellie had also washed the bedding which was very helpful as we returned home quite late in the day. Ellie had not been sure whether she should interrupt our holiday with messages about the dogs. Happily, she did respond to our enquiry as to how things were going but we would have been happy to receive more updates just to re-assure us that everything was fine! It's a fine balance to achieve and for sure some people would not want to receive queries and unnecessary communications. We were very happy with Ellie's sit and both we and our dogs would welcome her to a return visit at any time!

An absolutely faultless sit from Catherine and Mark! We were lucky enough to be able to meet Catherine and Mark a few days prior to the sit as they were in the area (always our preference) and it showed that they had read the welcome pack thoroughly and had a few things they wanted to clarify (since updated on the pack, thank you!), we went on a walk together and this filled us with confidence that we would leave the dogs with great sitters. They arrived exactly as planned and we could then make a quick getaway. The amount of communication while we were away was just right and we came back to happy dogs, a very clean and tidy house and some lovely messages and personalised touches. It's a shame they live in New Zealand as we would gladly have Catherine and Mark back to sit again.

We struck gold! Alison was the most incredible find ever. We clicked from the first initial call and I’ve never been so happy with leaving my Bears with somebody before. They adored her as did we! Hopefully she will be back to see us again next year…. I wish she lived down the road as I feel we would be greatest of friends. Her care and thoughtfulness was above and beyond. 5 star doesn’t cut it!

Steph was an great catsitter! She was communicative and reliable throughout the entire process. She arrived promptly on the 22nd (the catsit date) and kept us updated about our cats' well-being during our time away.

Chrissy and Steve took good care of Armani. We received lots of updates, pictures and videos of him whilst away. They're a very relaxed couple and it really enjoyed their time on the Gold Coast.
