Katie and Greg are the most fantastic couple and we are so lucky to have found them. They have looked after our home and dog 3 times now. They go above and beyond what I think a house sitter should do. As well as looking after our dog and home IMMACULATELY they also kept me updated with photo’s and videos of our dog (by request). The photo’s were amazing. On our return the flight was delayed so we arrived home very late and they waited for us to come home even though we said they could leave. Not only was our home immaculate, they had also washed and ironed all the bed linen, towel, dog towels AND they gave us some beautiful flowers and chocolates. They are really kind and thoughtful. Most importantly our dog loves Greg and Katie. He gets walked and washed every day due the weather being awful our furry friend came back black with mud. He gets pampered and loved. I get he impression he doesn't want them to go but I don’t blame him. I would highly recommend Katie and Greg looking after their home and pets.
From the first Zoom meeting, we loved Ray. He not only lived up to our hopes and expectations, but he made us feel confident and safe that our cat and home were well taken care of. In a time of stressful covid travel, he had thought of everything, including contingencies, and kept us updated and reassured before and during our trip. He was also very understanding when our plans had to change a bit. We came home to a healthy and happy cat, and will definitely use Ray again if possible.

We had to find a boarder last-minute after our plans to leave our dog with family during our wedding fell through. Dominoe’s was fantastic! Their staff were incredibly helpful, returned my call promptly, and even helped me find a vet nearby to get one of our dog’s vaccines up-to-date for boarding. They sent me pictures which really helped ease my mind about boarding him for the first time. Staff were also extremely accommodating and let us add another day to his stay when our plans changed. Our dog came back happy and healthy. Will definitely use Dominoe’s in the future if I need a boarder while visiting family!
I highly recommend Dominoe Pet Resort. I have left my 14 and 15 year old special needs dogs there (one blind, one deaf) for as long as three weeks and it’s been a great experience each time. They truly care about your pets and you can rest assured they are well taken care of. A+!
We boarded our dogs at Dominoe for a full week, and they had an amazing time! The owner and staff are wonderful. Our dogs were taken care of like they were family. The staff sent us plenty of pictures and videos during their stay and we could tell that they were having a blast. We were worried our dogs wouldn’t want to come home! Haha we plan to use Dominoe for all future boarding.
I bring both of our dogs here. The service is great, and they are wonderful with our pets. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is easy to spot from the road and parking is free and handicapped accessible. The facility has a ground floor entrance that is also handicapped accessible. The can board dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and guinea pigs. You would need to call to see about fish (if the tank is small, I don't think they take large tanks). There is a groomer who is wonderful, so you can your pet groomed while at the kennel. There are large pens and runs. Your pet can get "play time" as well for a small extra fee. I would highly recommend this kennel to anyone.

Wonderful kennels. I have been using the kennels for 14 years and my dogs are always happy and very well cared for. They go above and beyond to care for my dogs. Although it is a 30 minute drive it is well worth the trip to know that my dogs are safe and happy. Virginia and her staff are wonderful
I called to reserve boarding for my cats a month and a half early. I just received a call one week before our trip from staff informing us that they have no room and since we are the newest customer, our reservation will be cancelled. This is a terrible policy. Now it's a week away from our trip and I can't find anywhere to board my cats. If you haven't been a customer at this location DO NOT trust reserving a space here. You will regret it!
So thoughtful and considerate of my dogs quirks and needs. Fit me into their grooming schedule on short notice which was a Godsend! Haven't been feeling well since my second COVID shot so the dogs' bath routine has been sorely neglected. Don't know what I would have done if they didn't take them in for a couple of days and doing their baths! Thanks so much!
First time using a boarding facility and we will definitely be back. My dogs seemed in good spirits and health when I picked them up. The place is very clean and the owners live on-site, which is a huge relief!

I highly recommend this training facility. The staff is nothing short from amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and happy to help you. I took the Therapy Dog Class here with Beth and just finished the Trick Dog Class with Adria. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! Adria is an excellent trainer. She was able to show me how to teach my dogs tricks I never thought my dog could learn, and the way she would teach us my dog caught on within the first minute! This is a facility I am very willing to travel to! Happy Tails Ranch, thank you for offering such fun classes! Your staff is excellent!
The Best kennel where my dogs loved to stay!!! They don’t even say goodbye when I drop them off. Amy Bieri the owner is also the best Boxer Breeder I know. She has the most beautiful looking boxers with very good behavior. I just purchased my second boxer from her and this time I decided to make his a show dog. If you never got a boxer from her and you are considering a cheaper option then her don’t do it!!! She is very experienced in breeding, showing boxers and I give up on $1500 puppy from another person and bought my lovely puppy from Amy. Check pictures for my previous boxer who passed away in April and out new puppy!!!
Love this place. Penny always comes home so tired and he gets so excited whenever we pull into the parking lot of Happy Tails Ranch. Also, the staff are incredibly friendly and care about the dogs. We’ve taken our fur baby to a couple of different doggy daycares in the McHenry area and to say that NONE OF THEM even come CLOSE to Happy Tails Ranch is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Happy Tails Ranch is the BEST doggy daycare around!
I have been a customer at Happy Tails for 20 years, with 3 different dogs. This is a caring facility with a great staff. We have used the grooming, doggy daycare, boarding, board & train, private training sessions and group classes. Each of my rescue dogs have had issues with leash reactivity, and the trainers at HTR have been a godsend. Truly life changing stuff! One thing I appreciate is that the staff will customize care for dogs, for example they provide one-on-one time for my fearful, skittish dog. They insure safe, controlled socialization which has been amazing. When I leave my dogs for daycare and boarding, I know they are in good hands and are well cared for - this gives me peace of mind. I have worked with multiple HTR trainers, including Amy the owner, and they are all excellent. They are truly invested in our success and are very knowledgeable and caring. To be honest, it feels like family. I’m really grateful for the services and level of care provided by HTR.
We were looking for a new place to board our dog and we took a chance on Happy Tails Ranch and we were not disappointed. They took such good care of our Dixie girl!! We booked another overnight and we are considering extra training for her. Thank you for a great experience!!!
Great trainers. They are a pleasure to work with. The trainers are great working with my labadore. When Mississippi Belle gets private training they send videos while training Mississippi. Can't say enough great things about Happy Tails Ranch. Mississippi Belle loves going there she gets so very excited to go.

Jessie has a connection with animals that every pet sitter should hope for. Animals LOVE Jessie and she loves them right back. There are few people that I would trust with my pets and Jessie is at the top of the list. Not only is she a great sitter/walker/playmate, but she is also educated in the medical aspect of animals. She knows what to look for if a pet is not feeling well or acting a bit off. To have someone there when you are not that can quickly make the right decision is so important to a pet owner. Jessie does indeed got the extra mile for all of her clients and I couldn't think of a better person to be with my pets when I can't.
We have two big labs that Jessie takes care of when we are out of town. It is so nice to be able to leave them at home and not worry about bringing them to the kennel. We know they are well attended to by Jessie!

This place is fantastic. We recently got a puppy who has a lot of energy who loves coming here. She gets to play all day with many dogs. The staff is amazing and so accommodating to our dogs needs. They always have time for last minute baths and nails. The are extremely friendly and my dog loves them. They are relatively cheap compared to other places and offer many different packages. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dog. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place for their dog to make friends and release energy.
Our pup loves going to Free Spirit Doggy Daycare; she practically sprints from the car to the back to go and play. The people who work here are all wonderful, you can tell they truly love dogs and are passionate about them. Tricia did our pups evaluation and we knew right away that we would be bringing our pup here on a regular basis based on how friendly and welcoming she was. She answered all of our questions and I loved that they not only did a people evaluation with our dog, but a dog evaluation with her to make sure she was comfortable and the dogs all got along. We love that we have the ability to watch the dogs play on the tv screen, they always look like they are having a blast. Highly recommend bringing your dog here if you’re looking to burn some energy or your pup loves other dogs and wants to socialize.
They took great care of my dog. He hurt his paw playing with the boarders and free spirit called me to tell me. After discussion they took him to the vet to get checked out. He was fine just a bruise. They kept him separated so he can heal. 3 days later I picked him up and he was fine back to normal. I totally recommend FREE SPIRIT. Thank you for great service.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Leaving my dogs is never easy...but Free Spirit makes me feel much better about it. The staff is always SO friendly!! I am able to call whenever to check up and they tell me exactly what my doggies are up too. All the staff seems very knowledgeable as well. They have helped one of my dogs socialize with other dogs better, as she was not so good at this to start with. Great knowing they are in good hands!
If you are looking for a safe healthy environment to board your fuzzy, I highly recommend this location. My fuzzy always acts wild and crazy when on a leash. I took him here for a few days and he completely loved being with a pack of dogs. The staff made us feel super safe about having him their and catered to our peculiar needs for our fuzzy.
I called last minute and they were able to get my 2 boxers in quickly. Great job on grooming and my dogs were at ease immediately with them, which does not always happen. I am impressed and will be using them regularly. Pricing is very reasonable.
Irina loves going to doggy daycare at Free Spirit. The facility is so clean, smells great, and the staff is wonderful and very friendly. Cage free daycare. I love to see my dogs to play with other dogs freely. Price is reasonable. We have sent our dogs there from time to time for over 3 years. Wish they could have discount or pass packages for boarding.
We've been bringing our dogs here for the past year and a half. The facility is very clean, and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It really says something that our dogs literally jump out of the car and pull on their leashes trying to get inside. They love it here!

I have been bringing my dogs to Gypsy Glen K-9 Kastle since 2014. My dogs spend several long weekends and week long visits every year. I know they are treated with love, kindness, and are in safe hands with people I trust.
We have been taking our fur baby to Gypsy Glen for 7 years since we adopted him. Kathy has given numerous tips to keep our dog happy and healthy - from natural dog treats, exercises to training instructions. Given Kathy's background of training K9 for police and fire, our dog is always better behaved when he comes home. We trust Kathy to keep up with the same level of discipline we give our dog. Kathy has been generous with samples of treats and food items so our dog can try different things before we purchase them. The staff is also very conscientious about making sure that the fur babies are in good health when they stay at Gypsy Glen so all other fur babies don't get sick. We always have to provide proof of yearly vaccinations, which gives us peace of mind that our dog is safe from potential life-threatening illnesses.
I wish I could give more stars. It is wonderful to find a place that loves and protects dogs. Kathy the owner spent a lot of time with my dog, a big muscular pit bull type mix who did NOT want her long claws clipped, was afraid to be someplace new. Kathy was so patient and kind, my dog eventually realized she was being helped, but first put up a big fight. Kathy knows, understands, & loves dogs. Gypsy Glen was created for the mental, physical benefit of the dogs in her care. I trust them completely, and there is no higher recommendation than to be able to feel that way.
Kathy was so wonderful with our dogs, both rescues with kennel anxiety. They were very much at ease when we dropped them off and picked them up. The facility is clean, and Kathy and her staff are very attentive. They don't just make sure the dogs are fed and let out - they truly care for your pet as if they were theirs. We will not take our dogs anywhere else!!
I have been bringing my dog to the kennel for at least 5 years Our dog has high anxiety and he is ALWAYS happy to see Kathy and stay at the kennel. He starts to get excited the minute he sees the kennel. I would HIGHLY recommend boarding at the kennel,
My experience with Kathy dates back almost 30 yrs ago. I purchased a black Lab from her. The dog was a beautiful & VERY HEALTHY pup, he just loved to run & had a big mind of his own. I had kids in diapers & this dog would sneak out all the time & just go run. Kathy worked with the dog & I for quite sometime, to try to get him to come to us. He literally would hear his name & run. We worked for months to no avail. She bought the dog back from me, spent 3 more years training him to sniff out Arsenic fires. The pup moved to Tx, to live his life with the Chief of the Fire Dept. Funny thing he’d still run, but all they had to do was start the car & he’d come back! Lol My point is..... How many breeders invest 3 years into training a dog that failed obedience classes 3x & give you your money back for the pup & the classes! Kathy was one of the most ETHICAL DOG BREEDERS around. I would not hesitate to bring my pup to her!!!
We have a 8 year old shep/dane mix who can be quite a handful. Our pup has been full of anxiety as long as we can remember, but Kathy has always gone the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. She gives him an extra large kennel (when available), she puts up a sheet to make sure he can get worked up from seeing other dogs, she even notices things hot spots and tends to them if needed. Kathy is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our boy has a happy stay. He is always excited to get to Gypsie Glen K9 Castle, but more excited to come home. Just the way we like it! Gypsie Glen K9 Castle is the ONLY boarding facility I would trust my dogs to.
very knowledgeable dog owner/trainer. very professional. They have more than 50 acres of land devoted to animal care and boarding. Kathy is very experienced with german shepherds, and has actually started "Police K-9" and "Search and Rescue" programs for a few different local cities/counties. Easy to work with and very accommodating.
Tom and Lois are fantastic! We have been using them for the past five years to watch our cats. Then when we got our dog, Charlie, we signed him up for their dog park service, where they pick him up and take him (so convenient!). Charlie loves going to the dog park and hanging out with his other dog pals. They have done a great job watching our cats over the years and now also watch Charlie when we go out of town. Charlie loves them! They are very flexible, thoughtful, responsive, and most importantly treat Charlie and the cats like their own. I highly recommend Wags2Whiskers!
The absolute best. I first met Lois after a traumatic event with one of my 2 dogs with a previous walker and she sat with me and them, made the connection, and clearly truly loves them as I do. The app is so easy for scheduling and communication, the billing and payment is easy…all of it!! Simply the best service I've ever had for my dog babies.
Working with Lois and her team has been amazing. We have a reactive dog who can be a handful. But Lois is a pro and took the time to discuss our dogs history and meet her in person. She's also got an amazing team who all are experts at handling reactive dogs and are all great to work with! Our dog now has a group of new trusted friends who make sure she gets outside during the day. Definitely recommend.

Wags2Whiskers are the only people we trust with our dogs and in our house. Our Aussie girl fear barks with strangers but is overjoyed to see Lois. They have demonstrated perfect reliability and compassion which is what you need from somebody looking after your "kids".

They are reliable and have the pets best interest in everything they do. I had a dog who had medical issues and I completely trusted Tom and Lois to take care of her and they did not disappoint. Our family suddenly had a great opportunity that would take us traveling almost every weekend for months! First thought was..."who is going to take care of our cats?". There are no words on how amazing and kind Peggy is! She took care of my fur child Luna (female cat, age 7.5 yrs) for 4 days and was the best. She understood that my gal can be a bit shy and timid around new people and was extremely patient with her. So patient that my cat warmed up to her and allowed Peggy to brush her. She has been the only person, outside of my husband and I, who has been able to accomplish that! We were even surprised to see cute little report cards about Luna. Peggy knows exactly what she’s doing and is always prepared if any situation arises. Anytime we need a pet sitter, we’ll always reach out to Peggy. Cannot recommend her enough!

Excellent service! Peggy came to our rescue when our regular pet sitter suddenly went out of business AND right before a big holiday weekend - so it was hard to find someone fast! She was able to stop by the next day, meet our Muttley and learn his little tricks and took amazing care of him while we were away for a week. She texted photos and updates every day and wrote a report on him each day as well. Really great, affordable, RELIABLE and very great with communication. I highly recommend!
The owner of this small business, Peggy, is a kind and energetic woman who is running an outstanding pet sitting service. She is very quick to respond and just a truly good person. The sitter for our area, Linda, is an absolute darling. I don't think I can truly describe how kind, patient, and caring she is. She consistently makes us feel like we can trust her with our home and pets and like they are more than taken care of. It's like having a reliable community member who can watch our spoiled pets while we're away. We were recommend to 4 Paws and we started our 1yr old lab pup a few weeks ago and he loves it, especially having the option for swim time which he loves! Everyone is welcoming and Brax is always so happy getting to socialize, running off his puppy enegry and when i tell him its puppy daycare day he gets so excited! When he comes home he's exhausted and passes out, so we know he's having a blast! Labs have so much energy and this has been so great for him. The facility is large, clean, we'll maintained. Everyone is welcoming. They have a small store they sell some food, bones, treats and some misc items. They offer a smaller area for smaller dogs, puppies, the pool is in seperate area and then the main dog room for adult doggos. So happy we found 4 Paws!!
I have to preface this by saying my vet said she has clients that use 4 Paws and are fine - I also have a friend that takes her dog for occasional day play and is fine - but 4 Paws boarding was not a good experience for my dog - ended up with eye infection, diarrhea for a week, stopped eating until vet intervened, two trips to the vet = $500, calluses/no fur patches on legs, a usually energetic dog moving like an elderly dog - took a week for him to return to normal - boarded during a holiday week so maybe too many dogs accepted for boarding for available staff? I’ve boarded my dog at other facilities for the same length of time during a holiday and everything was fine - I’m very aware they’re typically tired, thirsty, hungry/not hungry after picking up from boarding - this was a completely different experience - thought I’d done my homework on 4 Paws - read reviews, facility tour, temperament testing visit - had to post honest review - will definitely not use 4 Paws again
We rescued our newest addition to the family and 4 Paws was highly recommended for training, doggy daycare and boarding. This has been the best recommendation ever!!! Our puppy completed training with Chad and has been going for camp for several months now. Couldn’t be happier! When we pull into the parking lot, my puppy is beyond excited and ready to run in and play with her friends. The staff is simply amazing and they truly love their clients. We picked up our two dogs from boarding yesterday and had requested a bath. They were not only very clean but their nails had been trimmed and the hair cut between their pads. This was such an appreciated surprise! Thank you!! We will definitely be adding grooming to their boarding stays from now on
Great people, very nice and willing to work with your schedule. I love the training and daycare options. I drop off my dog at 6:30am and pick him up before 7pm. He's always tired from playing all day.
Super friendly! Genuine dog people, and extremely friendly. Clean facilities, and reasonably priced. The grooming was excellent, and our dogs look, smell, and noticeably feel great! They were so relieved to get rid of the undercoat. We will be back for sure for grooming, and we will try boarding and everything else they offer as well!
Had an awesome experience at 4 Paws. Sadie was reluctant to go in but by the end of her grooming they said her tail was wagging so much they had a hard time trimming it. She looked and smelled great. We will be back!
We have a 10 month old puppy, and this place is his home away from home! We usually take him to day camp 2-3 times a week, he loves it there. We love that he is socialized, getting exercise, and worn out when he gets home! We also did private lessons with Gretchen, she's amazing...the whole staff is!
We love Tailchasers! This place is amazing and the staff treats my dog like their own! I was so nervous dropping my dog off for the first time boarding. But, they sent pictures and a daily report card. They even sent the names of the dogs that she made friends with! It was the cutest thing. I've now boarded with them several times and every time has been a joy and my dog has not wanted to come home, lol!
I cannot recommend this place enough. My boyfriend and I and our dog fled from Hurricane Milton to be with family. Not only did they accommodate our pup at last second they also sent us home with treats for her to help ease her tension and anxiety while she’s with us! They are a true family owned Business that treats their customers like friends and family. She came to us smelling amazing, and we had many pictures of her running around with her new doggie friends. Don’t walk run here if you love your animals and want them to have the best experience! Thank you Matt and randa for all you’ve done!!
Very disturbing experience today- my beautiful lab was there for less than 12 hours and they lost him- he was found by a community member miles away and brought to a vet who checked him for a microchip and called me. This morning I got a call from my vet "We have your dog" and my heart sank- that is how I found out. This is the worst experience of my life with any service ever. Putting this review in as it would impact my decision to use this "service".

Excellent kennel. They are well staffed and can pay attention to all the furry guests, especially my sometimes anxious pup. The kennels are spacious and have connected outdoor runs if your dog wants to hang outside. They also offer playtime in a spacious fenced grassy area (small extra charge), which my dog loves. They also do a nice job keeping notes and providing updates; you get a daily report card. They will call you if there are any concerns or questions. My problem is that my pup is so happy to run around and roll outside, he is dirty by the end of his stay 😁; we usually request that he have a bath before pick up, which is a nominal extra charge. I would recommend this kennel.
Boarded my dog here for 10 days whilst we went to Europe. The photos that were sent daily looked like a chore ( strolling around by himself). He had never been so filthy as the day I picked him up. Ended up spending over $1,000 in vet fees to resolve digestive issues. The fact that the majority of the photos focus on the family rather than the facilities should have been a “red flag” Don’t typically post negative reviews but this one still grates …
I will preface this review with the fact that I contacted Tail Chasers the day of my concerns to address them directly with management prior to leaving this review. I don’t believe in berating businesses online, but I do believe consumers should make informed decisions. I wish I had read more into the reviews— especially how TC is responding to negative ones— before we tried this place. Upon dropping our dog off for a 1-night stay, we were immediately suggested to purchase a bath because their play yard is muddy. It seemed a little sale-sy from the get go but we agreed to purchase a bath and looked past the awkward start. That night we received an email asking again if we wanted a bath and that all baths would be completed by 8am. The next day, I called TC to check in and see if our dog was ready for pickup. Staff reported that our dog had just finished her bath and was ready. We also confirmed her remaining play time would be canceled so she stayed clean. I arrived promptly for pickup to see our dog coming inside from playtime and not bathed. Staff asked me if I would leave and come back later so she could be bathed. I declined. Not getting a bath isn’t the end of the world— I can do so at home— but what concerns me more is the poor communication. If all of those conversations around a bath were missed, what else gets missed about the animals’ care? Furthermore, while finishing payment, another staff member brought 2 dogs through the lobby and allowed them to approach my dog on leash. Thankfully there was no aggression, but the excitement caused my dog’s leash to get wrapped around me. Basic dog etiquette would tell you that a dog’s on-leash behavior, especially with their owner present, cannot be guaranteed just because you previously observed their off-leash behavior when their owner wasn’t present. That action was unfair to all 3 dogs involved and could’ve been detrimental. Per my phone call, this was reported to happen often, as there is only 1 way throughout the building and yard. Upon getting home, my dog immediately drank an ENTIRE bowl of water. I began unpacking her bag to find everything reeking of bleach but yet her dog bowl slimy with breakfast remnants. We had packed her meals in individual, measured, and labeled ziplock bags, yet found a typed up note indicating that we are required to provide individual, measured meals for her next stay..? Call it a mistake for slipping that note in her bag “out of habit” or “convenience” for education of their customers, but I can only overlook so many miscommunications/ mistakes/ oversights/ whatever you want to name it. My follow up phone call with the owner confirmed what I see below in previous reviews- Tail Chasers will defend their actions to dissatisfied customers and make little to no effort to correct mistakes or try to regain their business. For a business that boasts their awards, highly skilled training, and family-centered practices all over their website, I would’ve expected much more attention to detail and even better customer service. Speaking of service, when I called to ask to speak to management, I was told “management JUST left for the day” but I could be called back later. Upon receiving a call later, the owner told me they first followed up with staff. So is it a placeholder to defer complaint calls so all staff can get their story straight first? I truly want to give the benefit of the doubt when it is deserved. But I’m really having a hard time with this one. I also asked to forward the bath email back to management so they could see the mistake. I was given a different email address than what is listed on the website, so I’m honestly not surprised I didn’t get a response. So many things just don’t add up about this business and that’s a risk that should be avoided when possible.

Our dogs love it here and always come back happy from all the fun playtimes! Facility seems clean from what I can see and my 7 and 8 year old labradoodles are happy when they come for a night or a week. Thanks!
Last weekend I used Tailchasers for the first time and cat sitter Leslie was awesome! She came to my house multiple times a day to care for 4 cats and she was there at the time she said she would be there. I know this bc at the end of each visit she sent me a 'report card' on each cat which included specific details about what was being fed to each cat and included multiple photos of each one. She even spent time working on building friendships with the more skittish cats. I've very happy with my experience with Tailchasers. I will definitely use them again!
Tailchasers did cat-sitting visits for our two kitties while we were away for a week vacation. They went above and beyond and made sure to wash their bowls and give them play time and deal with their skittish/picky eating habits. The cats were well fed and happy when we got back! I loved how easy it was to organize and input all the pet information on the portal and keep it updated. I didn't have to worry about leaving notes all over my house. Their online scheduling was also very straightforward and customer service was very responsive when we had to change some dates. Overall was very low hassle and gave us lots of peace of mind! Especially the pet photos they take like the one attached.
Lengthy review but I promise it’s worth it, especially if you have a nervous/anxious pup. I moved to the area about 3 months ago & if you’ve ever moved with a dog- you know it’s just as much as a transition for them as it yourself. I have a dog who was a pandemic pup who I raised in the rural south & I was pretty nervous about moving him up to a metropolitan area. I knew finding him a daycare was going to be quintessential for his success. I wasn’t sure how he would take to it, but I’m happy to report that it has been an amazing experience. What I have loved about Tailchasers is that they originally listened to my concerns about his anxiety and skepticism for new scenarios. Their daily routine has proven to be helpful for my dog & I can tell that Sarah, Allison, Diane and the rest of the staff really care about the dogs entrusted to their care. Their daily report cards are fun bonus to the day and the biggest factor of all: my dog loves being there. So much so, he would run to Tailchasers from my house if I’d let him. He went from being so nervous to even go in the front door to being filled with excitement once we arrive in the parking lot. I’m super grateful to have found a place that I feel safe and confident bringing my dog to.
We started with Tailchasers recently to help with weekly walks/at-home visits with our two pups (our previous walker with a different service was closing down her business). The process to get information on their services, then schedule a meet & greet with our assigned walker and officially start services was super smooth. We had an intro call with Phalycia, where she was extremely friendly and thorough. We then had some follow-up emails with her and Randa (TC owner) to get a few more of our questions answered and then schedule the meet & greet with Leslie, our assigned walker. It all went so well and smooth. The first walk/visit with our boys was great. Leslie posted so many adorable pics in the post-visit report. I also like that you can see the route they walked. That's super helpful! We plan to use their pet care services for when we travel, too. We look forward to working with Tailchasers and being a client of theirs for many years to come.

I am a dog momma who gets incredibly nervous any time she has to leave her dogs and I haven’t felt comfortable leaving my dogs anywhere until I came across Tailchasers. The staff is so so so sweet, friendly and accommodating. They send you pictures of your dogs when you’re boarding with them and it’s one less stress for you because you can see how happy and un-stressed they are. Thank you Tailchasers!!! Tailchasers is wonderful! Unlike most other pet resorts, every single staff member to a "T" maintains a super calm demeanor, takes as long as they and your dog need to acquaint, and mutually respects every interaction with your pet family. Training services are available (and awesomely effective). Cleanliness is second to none. Top choice!!!

I've been coming here for years since moving into the area when we needed to board our dogs. They are reasonably priced and nice people. I've used them a few times this year to board during the day while we were having work done in our home.
