We had a wonderful time taking care of Billy, Monty and the chickens. Yolanda and Collin were lovely hosts, had made us a delicious lunch and showed us around the property, leaving detailed instructions before they left. Communication was easy and straightforward leading up to and during the sit. Their home was very comfortable and with breathtaking views, we couldn't get enough. The doggos were adorable, sweet, very easy going and easy to take care of. We enjoyed taking them on walks and to the beach and playing with them in the garden. They could fetch that ball for hours. We'd very happily sit for them again anytime.
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sarah and Glenn's home looking after their adorable cats Jack and Jess and the outdoor fish pond. Right from the first contact, several months before our arrival, we knew this was going to be a great sit as Sarah was an excellent and responsive communicator. Sarah and Glenn collected us from Southbourne station which is only a 15 minute walk from their home. They showed us everything we needed to know for a stress free sit before leaving for their getaway. Their home is very comfortable, clean and tidy with good heating. The house is a semi detached 2 storey town house in a quiet area of Southbourne. Lots of cooking utensils in the kitchen with a great gas cooker. The ensuite had a lovely hot shower. They generously left us a couple of bottles of wine and some delicious cheese crackers plus allowed us use of pantry staples. We walked to the train station most days to go on outings to nearby Emsworth (highly recoomended), Chichester and Winchester (amazing famous cathedral). We had dinner at the Travellers Joy pub on our first night, we could have walked but caught an Uber. There is a Tesco Express supermarket and fruit & veg shop 10 minutes walk from the house. About 20 minutes walk away is the Southbourne Farm Shop which has beautiful local produce, meat, gourmet delights and wine. The cats Jack and Jess were a delight. Jess was a little shy at first but warmed up to us after the first day. Jack was comical with his attempts to talk. Both were very affectionate and easy to care for. We were graced with lap pats. They used their cat door for going out to the toilet, so no litter tray maintenance required. As long as there was plenty of food for them, lots of pats and some company they were very happy. We were able to leave them for several hours to go exploring. We highly recommend Sarah and Glenn's sit to other sitters and would happily come again to look after Jack and Jess. This is one of the best sits we have had so far. Carol and Paul are very kind and joyful and received us with a warm welcome, a smile in their face and some basics for us to settle down. The place was absolutely spoteless. All the house was tremendously clean, the areas were so nice and the decoration is very beautiful, made with great taste. However, the best of all is the energy you receive from it and, of course, the most important: Jasper. He is an adorable cute cat that got very attached to us. It was so much fun having him around, walking with us when watering the plants or just chilling next to us. He is very independent and likes his own time sleeping or just exploring inside the garden, but he would come to you asking for some love, as he loves strokes. He’s very talkative too! We had great conversations!! Haha. The village is small, with great mountain views and the house is right on the top with no neighbours or street lights, so our favourite hobbie was to watch the stars at night (0% light pollution!! Incredible), of course with Jasper by our side. I would recommend anyone to sit for Carol and Paul, wherever they go, they’ll make a beautiful home with great energies and we would be glad to go back to our new furry friend Jasper.

What a fantastic sit! Where to start, everything was lovely. Jeff and Chris were wonderful hosts, from the initial phone call to get to know them and Mickey, to the delicious dinner and local wine that Jeff served us the night before he left - we felt so welcome in their home. The house is located in a little piece of paradise, with one of the best views we have ever had the pleasure of seeing. It is a very comfortable, impeccably decorated space with everything you could need at hand. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked, we cooked many wonderful meals and we loved using the fondue kit (with a fondue mix bought from the emergency cheese vending machine in the village, no less!). Finally to Mickey - who we both fell in love with almost instantly. He is such a sweet boy, a joy to walk in the beautiful forest and village surrounding the house. He indulges in territorial barking when it comes to the postman or occasional others that approach the boundaries of the house - but is otherwise a very chilled companion who loves a game of tug and a belly rub. We loved playing with him in the garden and playing hide and seek at dinner time, we had so much fun! Thank you Jeff, Chris and Mickey - if it were ever possible, we would love the opportunity to sit again.
Beautiful time on this sit. 🍀 Emily was very welcoming and explained everything we need to know. She let us leave after the end of the sit, which helped us a lot. 😊 The house is clean and cozy with a nice garden where you can play with Cliffy. 🐕 Gold Coast is amazing place with the most beautiful beaches. 🔆 🍀 Cliffy is happy happy puppy, playful and cuddly all the time. He is very smart, fast learning new tricks! Every morning and evening when wasn't that much hot weather we went for a walk around or to the dog park to play a ball. In the evening we enjoyed lots of cuddles. Cliffy is a fluffy ball. 😻 We'd definitely recommend this place 🙏

My boy Brody loves going to see his Aunt Carol! Yes, that is how amazing she is, she will forever be one of his Aunties. I don’t trust just anyone with my baby but she made me feel comfortable at the meet and greet initially and the first day went well so we are a lifetime customer. I appreciate any necessary updates and picture messages of what he’s doing during his stay. Carol is so great she even takes him on walks to meet her friends. She always provides a synopsis of his day including anything that was concerning to her.
Carol is very loving of all the dogs she sits. She watches my dog while I'm out of town for 1 - 4 nights. She snuggles my dog, follows my directions for feeding her, and really tries to make my dog feel comfortable at her home. Carol has been very accommodating for me, especially when trips don't go as planned and I'm unable to get home on time to pick up my dog. She's responsive via text message for scheduling and general communication and she follows up to confirm our dates right before I'm planning to leave, to make sure she's home. I really enjoy working with Carol and my dog gets excited when she realizes she's going to Carol's.
Elizabeth Jones seems to have started an account just to give local pet sitters 1 star reviews, despite having never interacted with them. Do not pay any attention to her review! I run into Carol on my regular morning walks and she is definitely a true professional. I would be completely comfortable with my pet in her care.

We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!
We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!
We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.
Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)
Happy pets dog boarding is amazing!! They take the best care of my dog - lots of attention and walks and love. I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. We brought our 1yr old pup for his first grooming, Jennifer made it very easy to communicate through appt scheduling and was extremely welcoming. She answered questions and concerns and made us feel at ease. We felt obi was in good hands. We brought Obi with long hair that was matted from ears to his paws, long nails. We picked him up, which he looked like a whole transformation. Clean cut and looking handsome as ever! We’re definitely coming back!
Took my five month old puppy to Miss Jennifer she did a wonderful job. Look at his picture I had to post it. I will recommend her to anybody else that needs their pet groom. This is his first time going to the grooming, my husband and I usually base him, so now we found a favorite spot to take him. He loves her as well Mr. swag my dogs name.

Jennifer made me feel at eases leaving my best friend Mr.Coal .To get a well needed bath and blow dry. When I call to make appointment I was lucky enough that she was able to fit me in that day. About 45min or so she call to let me know he was done. When I pulled up to the gate. It rolled back and Jennifer and her little helper I want say about 3 or 4 year old son was walk Mr.Coal out. Boy did he look so handsome his coat look so shiny and black as night. To the touch soft clean. His smell make you want to hug and take big woof of air through your nose. I have boarded my dog with Jennifer many times and have had nothing but great experiences! My dog has separation anxiety but is now excited to go to Jennifer's! She is communicative and knowledgeable with dogs and has been great with my girl! Highly recommend all their services but especially boarding/daycare.
Jennifer and Zach offer a fantastic service for pups at their home. The value for the boarding service is very good and my dog has a great time. He can be skittish and nervous at first but their family has been so understanding and patient, now he wants to stay when I pick him up from boarding. They understand and love all kinds of dogs here and their love of animals shines through. Their own dog and kids are so cute and help with the business by adding playful energy to the home. The baths offered left our dog as clean as ever. Jennifer is very responsive over text as well. I would recommend Barn Find to anyone.

Jennifer was great with my two dogs. Before booking, she asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and she was very clear about her services. I felt confident that my babies were in good hands before I even dropped them off. They loved her instantly when they met her. She paid attention to their needs and even used an oatmeal shampoo for added moisture. My dogs were clean, cute and happy after she groomed them. I will certainly take my fur babies back to Jennifer for their grooming needs. She was so great with them that I will also consider her boarding services in the future.

Our dog has been hiking with Diablo Dog since 2018, and these adventures are the highlight of his days! He enjoys ample exercise and socialization with other dogs, returning home thoroughly exhausted and happy. We’ve had different walkers over time, and they have all been great with the dogs and incredibly professional. Even after we transitioned to working from home, we maintained his hiking schedule because it keeps him so joyful. We highly recommend Matt and his team for their exceptional care and dedication!
Matt has been boarding and walking our big pitbull terrier for years! Our dog gets a fun energy outlet and much needed socialization. I'm often a little jealous of their hikes around the various parks. Pickup is smooth and fast with our smarthome door lock. The scheduling app works nicely and everyone is nice and communicative about schedule changes. The walkers also send photos of their walk!
We are so thrilled to have found Diablo Dog Walking! We love that our dog gets a full workout at the open space and off leash, her favorite spot. They are very responsive to all requests, prompt with pickups and very affordable. Their staff is absolutely amazing. It is very clear they all love what they do. We've been utilizing services for 2 years now: dog walking, grooming, and have had our dog Cooper boarded several times while away on vacation and have always had a great experience. The service is reliable, communication is good and there is consistency with walkers. The other dogs are managed well and are group compatible. Cooper is always very excited when his 'people' show up and the amount of exercise he receives is super helpful for us as a busy family. 5 ⭐for sure! Happy dog days for us!
Our pups have been hiking 3 days a week with Diablo Dog Walking & Training for 6 months now and we love them! All walkers and staff are friendly, even-tempered and knowledgeable. Stella and Dexter are happier and have made many pup friends.
Our dog started hiking with Diablo Dog a few months ago and we’ve had a great experience! She has so much fun and gets super excited every time her walker arrives. They always provide a nice report card with a lot of photos at the end of the hike. She’s also had baths with their groomers and they do an awesome job!
We love Diablo Dog so much! They are always great with our dog Noodle and the walkers are awesome. Noodle loves when they come to pick him up and is always so happy and tired when he gets home. Diablo is also always so accommodating of our requests and late minute scheduling which I really really appreciate as a mom of 2 young kids. Diablo has given our family a way to ensure our dog is getting the exercise and interaction he deserves even when we don't have the time to do it ourselves. A godsend!

We have been with Diablo Dog for not quite 6 years. Our dog loves his walks and looks forward to them each week. Each week there are photos sent to me of him on his walk. The ability to board with Diablo Dogs when needed is huge as I don't worry about how he is doing. I know he loves his walkers.

Swell guy and good neighbor
Beware this facility has KENNEL COUGH. I understand it happens in kennels, but they refuse to take any responsibility for my dog (yorkie) being so sick. Farrington was the only place he had been to have caught this. I have called and spoke with Tonya, the manager or owner of the facility, her compassion was minimal considering i told her my concerns. My little dog was and is so sick over 2 weeks now. I thought he had pneumonia as he was whizzing so much but think goodness his lungs were clear to the tune of an $800 emergency vet bill. This is the first time I have had to "kennel" my dog and I assure you it will be the last. Now I know why their prices are so low. Furthermore, when I picked up my dog after his 4 days stay - he was full of urine. My dog ordinarily doesn't peed on himself. I have no idea what that was about. She gave me some lame excuse, but frankly I don't believe her. His bed was also being "washed". Too many red flags with this kennel. What in the heck is going on with our pets after we drop them off in their care...it's a mystery.
We’ve taken our dog here a few times to stay while we went out of town and she seems to like it here. The ladies are nice and very accommodating making the experience simple. A couple things to note they are not open for weekend drop off and pick up and they charge an extra 5$ each day to feed twice a day.
I've been taking my 2 dogs to them for years. They always deliver excellent customer service and my doggies always turn out so cute. I know my two are a handful, and Farrington's always rises to the occasion. Keep up the good work! Oh, I almost forgot. Love their doggie daycare!

This was my first time boarding my dog here. My dog came out wagging his tail so happy so it made me feel so good to see how happy he was. At home he seemed very calm I wonder if they gave him a little training as well? But overall he's been himself and I can see he sure missed us 😁. I will definitely use their services again. The staff is friendly and welcoming so that helps a lot too. Thank you so much for looking over my dog and taking good care of him.
We found Farrington Kennels via Google and saw that it had good reviews. There were more than a few negative reviews but we figured, we will form our own opinion and give them a try. We dropped off our dog on a Friday and had to leave town for a week. Check-in went fine, the staff at check in was nice and easy to talk to. When they brought our dog in, they just had me put a slip lead on my dog and hand him away. I thought I was going to be able to bring him to the place he was staying but did not. Ok that was fine. But when they were gone, behind one of the doors I heard dogs barking and you can hear a worker yell “shut up!”. Heard it but just let it go because I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes. Afterwards I left. We dropped him off on Friday, the weekend passed and Monday was New Year’s Day. On Tuesday we called to check up on our dog and they said that he was doing fine. He’s keeping to himself in the corner with his toy. We asked if he has eaten since being there, they placed us on hold to ask the weekend crew if our dog has been eating/drinking. When she came back on the line she said “Yes, he’s eating and he’s doing great!” That put our minds at ease and felt that he’s doing good in there, eating and he will be fine. We were able to enjoy the time away. On January 9th, I picked up our dog to bring him home. When he came out, he seemed so anxious. We thought it was because he had been in there for a little over a week but when I called his name he looked over to me and he was happy to see me. As I was walking him to our car, I noticed how small he looked and how anxious he was to get out of there. I took him home and when my wife seen him, she noticed how skinny he was as well. We called Farrington and spoke to “N”, (I wont disclose her name). She stated that when dogs come in it takes a couple days for them to settle in and get into routine. Ok, makes sense. But when I asked if our dog has been eating, she said “she personally didn’t physically see him eating or drinking but when she would replace the water bowl, there would be slobber so she figures he would be. Well, the weekend crew said he was eating, drinking and doing great. Well, from the look of our dog, that’s not what it looked liked. He was 107lbs when we dropped him off on the Dec 29th. When we picked him up on Jan 9th, we weighed him and he weighed 98lbs. A loss of 9lbs!!!! What the heck!!! My wife called Farrington and spoke to “N” then was transferred to manager “T”. She was very rude and stated they took care of our dog and it’s not their fault that our dog was shaking and anxious. She said his weight loss was normal but 9lbs is a lot to lose in that amount of time if our dog was so called doing great and eating. She also mentioned they had @ 120 dogs that week and they did the best they can. If you can’t give equal care for each pet then you shouldn’t have that many in your facility. We never got a call stating our dog was anxious and shaking. We were only told he was doing great, eating and well behaved. We put our trust in this place but unfortunately our dog did not receive the care we expected; More like neglected. Per “T”; this place is not a good place for your dog, take your business elsewhere. Well, we formed our own opinion and will not be taking our dog here for any future stays. Was really hoping for a great experience but we got the complete opposite.

My dog stays here when I travel. She absolutely loves going. The staff are friendly and really do love their fur clients. They have a groomer on staff a few days a week and they do a good job on my girl when I add the service to her stay with them.
When I picked up my maltipoo Maya after a 10-day stay, she smelled good and her blankets & toys are newly washed. The staff is also very friendly & attentive. I am glad I found this place as my Maya’s second home.
We boarded our hyper heeler Rosin while we went on vacation and had a great experience. We were able to enjoy time away and not have to worry! Shoutout to Tonya for the great customer service. We will definitely be back.

Mona and her team of walkers have been wonderful. I tried for two years to get my dog to walk on leash without pulling. After walking with professionals for a few months we we a huge difference in her. Her reactivity to other dogs while on leash has also improved.

Best in the business. Mona and group have created a special bond with my 7 yr old goldendoodle. Mona is super flexible with last minute plans and she’s been able to find us walkers last minute or even boarding option the one time were in a bind. Would recommend them to anyone who has a dog!

Angel has been walking my dog Kona for over a year and does a fantastic job! She is always on time, my dog is very comfortable with her, and I am happy that I can have my dog walked during the day. Mona was fantastic! When she first greeted my pups, they instantly loved her! She welcomed them with open arms, and treated the pups as if they are her own. Usually my pups have a lot of energy and I was surprised that she was able to keep up and make them tired after their walk. I highly recommend Mona if anyone is looking for someone who goes above and beyond.

Overall, I have had a great experience with East Bay Dog Walkers. The online scheduling tool is extremely easy to use and payments are made seamlessly. I have had to schedule last minute dog walks and they have been extremely responsive and accommodating.
Juneau and I completely loved the Happy Go Luck Pet Care pack walks and awesome service and love from Lisa. Juneau would race to the door when she heard Lisa coming in and start jumping up and down and rapid tail wagging. Such a lovely team and service plus awesome four leg companions.
Lisa and Paula picked up and walked our Brittany Lady for about 4 years until they relocated recently. I can’t say enough good things. They are so trustworthy, communicative, and kind. Lady would run out the dog door when she heard them with such excitement for her walk ahead. Lisa and Paula always sent the most wonderful photos and videos after the walk. I always knew that they genuinely loved our dog and would always look out for her. They took Lady to so many amazing hikes and trails. I know that Lady became very attached to them and misses them very much.
Without hesitation, I gave Paula and Lisa at Happy Go Lucky Pet Care 5 stars! We had them take our dog, Milo, on walks most days a week for about 2 years. I loved how each walk Milo would literally run the hillside with his friends and Paula would send me videos/pics each walk so I felt connected with where he was at that day. He had the most incredible adventures and was exhausted afterwards which was comforting to know as we both work full-time. They are reliable, flexible and truly go above and beyond to support a beloved family member! I enthusiastically recommend them!
I've been postponing this review for years now because no amount of words can give my gratitude to these two amazing women and what they do for our dog everyday :) this is not a traditional doggie daycare experience. Paula and Lisa put their soul and sweat into ensuring our dogs have the best time with them. When I moved to the suburbs and had a newborn, my biggest worry was that I would never be able to give my dog the attention and energy outlet he needed. Paula gives him the best experience(for the last 2.5yrs or so) with off leash hikes along with the training/reinforcing needed on recall, impulse control, protection against foxtails and rattlesnakes. This is not a business that lets their dogs run crazy in a gated park, they put in a lot of effort to take the dogs on a mentally and physically stimulating hike and our pups come back home satisfied, and well exercised. In this busy and tough phase of life, I can safely say Happy Go Lucky has become an extension of our family.
Lisa is the best dog walker! Our golden retriever always comes home tired and happy. She takes the cutest photos of the dogs on their hikes and leaves thoughtful notes about their adventures for the day. She is incredibly reliable and thoughtful. I highly recommend Lisa!
We have been using Happy Go Lucky Pet Care's dog walking services for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Paula is extremely reliable and my dog LOVES his walks. He is already at the door ready to race out before she even rings the bell. I love the fact that they go with other dogs, as they try and put your dog with others that will get along, as my dog loves seeing his buddies. They let them off leash and go to the open spaces so that he can get lots of running around time. My dog has lots of energy and acts up if he doesn't get out, so having him come home happy and tired is great. They also switch it up for variety and know where to go based on the weather. After each walk, they always send the greatest pics, videos and an update of the walk. We are so happy we found them!
I am so incredibly grateful for the love and care of Happy Go Lucky Pet Care. My dog absolutely LOVES his daily pack hikes!!!! The socialization and exercise cannot be replaced. I am confident in Paula's care of my puppy. She loves the dogs and is soooooo good with them. She provides advice and training tips to me as well and sends me videos and photos of each hike. There's something special about seeing your dog so happy! I was cursed by an injury that led me to search for a day hiker for my puppy because I could not offer that type of exercise for him. But even when I recover some day, I will continue to put my trust in Happy Go Lucky Pet Care to provide fun, stimulation and daily exercise for my dog. Lisa and Paula provide daily updates of their outing with adorable pictures/videos to share how much fun the doggies have. I was nervous when I moved to Walnut Creek because I had to find a new dog walker for my dog, Cooper. I am SO glad I went with Happy Go Lucky Pet Care because Paula & Lisa have exceeded all of my expectations with their care for him. They are reliable, caring, and just exceptional at what they do. They treat my dog like he is their own, & I am totally at ease when he is under their care. I get notes about his day, really cute pictures of him having the time of his life, and they have even been able to help out last minute in a pinch, which I appreciate immensely. If I could give 100 stars to Lisa I would!!! Lisa has been taking care of my dogs for at least 13 years. And during all that time, she has always been caring, responsible, professional, and at times, my savior when I desperately needed help with my dogs! I have to also give a shout out to Paula as well who also pitches in now and then to help out when needed. You can't go wrong with Lisa or Paula. I trust them completely!
My best friend, Rosie the labradoodle, is a high energy kind of girl, so I make sure she gets plenty of exercise and socialization. Recently I found the doggie daycare at North Main Pet Lodge, which also does boarding. The good news is that Rosie loves her stays there, and I have complete confidence in the owners and staff, who are both friendly and professional. The lodge is not fancy but both the kennels and the play areas are clean and perfect for an active girl like Rosie. Highly recommended.

This business used to be the best for your pet services, but since it's changed ownership, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We have a huskie, and before the change of ownership, our dog Dee loved loved loved this place, but since the change of ownership, the 1 time we took our dog, when we went to pick her up... she was crying and didn't even come up to us, and ran straight to our car 😞 this was heartbreaking for us. She was depressed for 3 days after we brought her home. Dee is usually a happy go lucky, fun loving dog, so this was disturbing for me. We miss the old owners....
I have been taking my dog Jasper to North Main Pet Lodge for 6 months and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their services. Chris and Colleen have a lot of experience working with pets and it is evident by the care and attention they give each of their customers. I especially like that there are supervised play times to ensure everyone plays safely. I trust the care of my pet for both daycare and overnight boarding with North Main Pet Lodge!
We love North Main Pet Lodge and have used it for our cat for the last 8 years. The cat facilities are large and the enrichment provided by staff keeps our cat happy. We know he is safe and well looked after which gives us peace of mind. This is all besides the fact that the owners and staff are responsive, friendly and caring :)
Really pleased with North Main Pet Lodge, especially the good care and personal attention they gave our dog during his stay. This is a family owned operation, and they really know what they are doing. Will definitely be back -- this is now our preferred dog sitter! I especially like the upgrade options they offer for overnight stays, including 1 on 1 time with the dog, group play, various walks, and evening treats. We signed up for a couple of those extras, and they noticed which ones were effective for our dog and which ones weren't as effective. They proactively adjusted the play time so that our dog could do what he likes best (which also saved us some money). We also know exactly what to sign up for next time. The kennels are a very good size (4 ft wide by 15 ft deep indoor/outdoor area separate with a wall and doggy door).
We have been kenneling our dogs here for quite a few years. They have always been happy and healthy when we've picked them up. Owners are very nice and personable. They even managed to make my horribly unfriendly toy poodle like them. She hates everyone! They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them. Of note, when one of our dogs passed away from lymphoma in March, they were nice enough to send a condonence card.
Love it! Well taken care of. Great experience. We’ve been using them for almost 4 years. We have a old rescue cat. She needs a lot of extra love. Comes back very happy and adjusted. Owners are very personable and respond quickly. Great prices for the area.
Our 9 year old German Shepherd was recently diagnosed with intestinal cancer and we were afraid to board her. We left her at North Main Pet Lodge for 5 nights and she did fantastic!!! Chris and Colleen make you feel so at ease! We love this place and so does our dog!
