Hin’s initial contact was thorough and very personable. We were confident from the start that our home and critters would be well taken care of. We had a one night overlap to start our time away and really enjoyed getting to meet Hin and his two wonderful children. We would welcome them back into our home and highly recommend Hin for your future house / pet sitting needs.

Holly was fantastic! She was easy to communicate with and did a great job taking care of my dog. She even stayed calm when a possible hurricane was passing through. She kept my house clean and tidy and I came home to a nice clean house with clean bedding and floors. I will highly recommend her.

Wendy did a wonderful job! This was our first experience using pet sitters and I must admit we were a little nervous about trusting our 11 year old dachshund Cocoa (who can suffer a bit separation anxiety) and our home with someone unknown while we were away for 10 days. Our fears have been totally put to rest, Wendy did a great job!! She came over for a familiarization visit and brought her dog Prudence with her ahead of time. Prudence and Cocoa hit it off just fine. While we were away Wendy kept in touch via email and updated us about how things were going on the home front. We're pretty sure Cocoa misses Wendy and Prudence 😀 We would definitely reach out to Wendy for future pet / house sits!!

Luisa was a great sitter who took wonderful care of our fur baby Zoe. She was super responsive to all messages and had no problem with arriving early on a Sunday morning so that we could hit the road ahead of time. Luisa kept us posted throughout our time away with updates and pics of Zoe, and we could enjoy ourselves knowing she was in good hands. Best of all, we arrived back to find the home clean and tidy and our baby in good spirits. We would highly recommend Luisa and hope she can sit for us again in the future.

This was the second time that Deena & Ivan have stayed at our house for an extended length of time (3 months this time). They took excellent care of our home, our cats and our plants & yard. I would have them back anytime. They have become good friends.

Got lovely pictures of Emma, our dog, and communication was clear and easy. Place was super clean upon our return. Great sitters - would have Alice and Corey dog-sit for us again!

Rachel was an excellent sitter. Would definitely book her again and recommend her. Roscoe and Boogie were well looked after and still in their same routine (no “no rules at grandmas!” syndrome!!) when we got back. We got updates; not too many, not too little which was great as we could relax. Communication was excellent and the house was spick and span when we returned home. She even washed the sheets and made the beds which was a godsend after 30 hours of travel to get home. 

Giulia arranged to meet us with our dog Cobi in advance, in our house, to become familiar with everything. We immediately felt positive vibes. We returned home from our trip to a happy dog and a very clean home and a debriefing with Giulia. We even got positive feedback from the neighbours who met Giulia walking Cobi. We would have Giulia back in a heartbeat, no reservations!

Travis and Harriet are amazing pet sitters!! We enjoyed meeting them before we left on holiday and we were confident right away that they would take wonderful care of our dog Juno and our home. They are friendly, energetic, caring and responsible and were a perfect fit for our affectionate dog. We did a walk-though of our home and all the responsibilities and they had clearly already read the welcome guide and were prepared and interested. We were happy to get frequent updates and pictures of Juno having a wonderful time in the neighbourhood and snuggled up comfortably with them at home - her favourite thing in the world! They took great care of our home and left everything tidy, clean and perfect. Travis and Harriet are wonderful people and fantastic pet sitters and I recommend them very highly. We would love to have them sit for us again anytime!

Arlene was an incredible companion for our cat Boots. She has a natural affinity for animals which was evident right from our first interaction with her. She was super clear in all her communication with us, prior, during and after the sit. She was extremely thoughtful in how she took care of Boots, and our home. We cannot recommend her more highly - thank you Arlene!

Words are not enough to describe the many thanks I have for Veronica and Sonia. They were by far the BEST house sitters we have ever had, and we’ve had quite a few. Prior to meeting we had a lengthy conversation to see whether or not they were a good fit. They asked all the right questions in regard to our two dogs and two cats. Realizing they were the right fit, they suggested coming a day before we were set to leave in order for the dogs to get to know them and familiarize themselves with the house. They took fabulous care of our older lab, and rambunctious 2 yr old Dalmatian. They were comfortable giving them their meds, taking them on multiple walks a day and they took great care of our home. Our dogs were happy to have them there in our absence. I received daily updates and pictures which made our time away more bearable. When we returned home after 10 days the house was spotless and to our surprise they had left a bouquet of flowers to welcome us back home. I highly recommend Veronica and Sonia. They went above and beyond in every way possible.
