I have never left my dog with anyone I have been so nervous to do so. I met Karen and immediately I could sense that she was special and had a fabulous relationship with dogs. My dog Lori took to Karen immediately, she is a rescue, very timid and shy. I had regular photos and updates from Karen and she simply had a wonderful time with Karen & Duncan and her other boarders. Lori was so happy when I picked her up she wanted to stay with her friends. I cannot thank Karen & Duncan enough for their devoted love and care and Lori will be certainly visiting again

Karen is professional, flexible and compassionate - three qualities that supported our family through an extremely difficult time. For which we will be eternally grateful. Buddy had a fantastic time at Gower Dog Retreat. And we hope to find another family adventure in this area again in the future so Buddy can return to his ‘holiday home’.

Karen and Duncan are wonderful dog sitters really Is a home from home . The dogs room is equipped well with non slip floors and there are beautiful walks for the doggies to enjoy . Highly recommend by my doggies and me.

Our dog Megan absolutely loves this place. Sometimes i feel like going here myself for a few days . Just brought Megan back after a 1 night stay. She went there a few weeks ago for a week, she has been going here since she was about 6 months old . Karen is an amazing caring lady who truly loves dogs. Beautiful house with extensive, dog-safe grounds in an amazing area with great dog walks all around. We've been leaving our dog there for years now, and she absolutely loves the place, the people and the other dogs. Karen is the most caring of dog minders and we know ours will be so well looked after that we can drive off and not worry in the slightest while we're away. Bru loves her time there, and often runs away to hide when we go to get her back :-) This is an absolute gem, and we're so lucky to have it near us. Please don't ever move or stop doing what you do!

I recently had the pleasure of having Michelle from Pet Sitting Mumbles look after my rats while I was on holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I met her, it was clear that she is knowledgeable and passionate about caring for pets. Michelle maintained their living space exceptionally clean, ensuring my pets were comfortable and happy during my absence. I also appreciated the great advice she provided on equipment and care for the future. It’s evident she genuinely cares about the well-being of animals. Michelle recently looked after my gorgeous little old cat, Mitzi. I've not needed a kitty sitter before but now Mitzi is quite needy and I didn't want to ask my neighbour. Michelle was a joy to work with, so professional and Mitzi was calm and happy when we came home. Michelle also taught me some tricks to keep little kitty sane🐾 I would highly recommend Michelle.

We have a cat that needs a twice daily injection along with a tablet once a day. Michelle went to great effort to learn how to properly give the cat her medicines, and has now looked after her many times both overnight and for multiple days. Michelle goes above and beyond and is always reliable so we can relax when we’re away from home knowing we’ll get an update that medicine and food has been given on time and that we will be contacted immediately if there are any concerns.

Michelle looked after our much loved cat, Flossie, for the first time last week, in our home while we were away. Michelle loves and understands animals and the evidence of this was clear when she took a video of her in the garden and sent it to us - a very happy-looking cat, very much at ease, walking towards her. Michelle is a lovely person who obviously loves her job and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Michelle is an absolute gem. She has twice looked after my cats at my home and provides a great service in such a smooth and reassuring manner- sending pictures/ video and comment updates as appropriate - even watering my seedlings ! I am so glad to have discovered her and have booked future dates. I highly recommend her service. Many thanks again Michelle.

We have a shy and nervous cat, and Michelle won her over and put her at ease within 2 visits, which no-one else has managed to do! She is very talented! Can't recommend Michelle enough, she was very friendly, helpful and reliable, and kept us up to date with pictures and messages while we were away, very re-assuring to know Maisie was in such capable and safe hands.

We needed a dog sitter at short notice for our cockapoo, Teddy . Michelle was very professional and extremely quick to meet with us . It was immediately apparent that she was experienced and knowledgeable in respect of dog behaviour and I felt confident she was the best choice to care for Teddy,who can be a little anxious. She also gave us some helpful information to help us work on changes to the dynamic between us and Teddy ,which would ease his anxiety. Having never used a dog sitter before it was very important we could trust someone with Teddy and our home. We felt we could do this with Michelle even from the first meeting. I would not hesitate to leave Teddy in Michelle's care again, she is such a professional. Thank you so much Michelle .

Michelle moved in to our house for 2 weeks to look after our dog who had just had hip surgery. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about how to keep her calm and safe. Really gave us peace of mind that she was in good hands!

Rupert had a lovely time with Rebecca’s dogs Bramble and Rip. Rebecca provides a dog safe environment with plenty of space to play indoors and out. The dogs are treated as family and have their own holiday when you do. Highly recommended and Rupert will be booking in again as soon as he can.

Rebecca has recently looked after our two boys for a trial night before a slightly longer stay later on the year. What an absolutely fantastic experience Rebecca offers. It’s always a little nerve-racking leaving your furry friends with someone but I was put completely at ease. Rebecca was quick to respond to any messages and kept me updated with photos of how well our boys were settling into Rebecca’s lovely home. He dogs are friendly, welcoming and easy to get along with. After their successful trial night they’ll certainly be back for their stay later this year and I’ll happily have Rebecca take care of our dogs any time. I’m not sure they really wanted to leave their sleepover.

Highly recommended home from home. Rebecca is so lovely, thoughtful and clearly a dog lover she offers a loving caring home for dogs and communicates everyday with photos of your dog clearly having fun and nice walks very reassuring while you are away. My dog Mali loves staying with Rebecca I have complete trust in her and cannot recommend enough!!!

What an excellent place for a dog to stay! The location is gorgeous, with lots of space for dogs to enjoy themselves in. As mentioned by other reviewers, it was lovely to see the photos Rebecca sent us of our dog clearly having a great time with Rebecca and his other new friends! I'm sure he can't wait to come back.

What a fantastic boarding home for dogs. Rebecca is so caring and thoughtful giving us regular photos and updates. Shade adores her and when she came home refused to get out of the car and just sulked. Because was having a problem with her back leg Rebecca gauged how she was before exercise and kept us updated. We are very happy to let Rebecca look after our precious Shade anytime.

I can’t recommend Gower home boarding enough . My Golden retriever Sam absolutely loves going here when we are away ….he bounces out of the car when we pull up . Rebecca keeps in touch throughout his visits with plenty of photos and updates which is lovely to see and i can see how happy he is playing with his new friends, it’s definitely a home from home environment.

This is a very professionally run business where my dog is very well cared for when I'm away. Rebecca ensures that the dogs in her care feel part of her Family.

Janine is so welcoming and friendly. Our dog Barney went to stay with her whilst we went away. He had not stayed before and is quite a clingy dog. When we arrived, Janine came out and welcomed us and greeted Barney by name and took him and us into her home to show us around so that we could see where he was staying. We went away with peace of mind that he was being well looked after. During the visit, Janine let us know how he was doing which was good. On return Janine handed over Barney, taking time to tell us how he had been and not just rushing us off. Thank you Janine…. We will be back soon xxx

Janine is just wonderful we needed a home boarder for our 10 year old black Labrador whilst we went on holiday for a week and nothing was too much trouble we had regular updates throughout the week.. and although he was happy to have us home he was in no rush to leave!! would 100% recommend and will definitely use again in the future. thank you so much for taking such great care of Hendrix!

Janine, from cwtches and cuddles, was kind enough to take our dog on extremely short notice. Both Janine and her partner are lovely and very happy to spend time cuddling and walking our dog, who can sometimes be very excitable! Really lovely home for Nixi to be in for the week! Perfect from start to finish. We were let down by someone who was going to stay at our home with cookie. We were told about cwtches and cuddles by our friend. We phoned and talked to a lovely lady called janine We arranged everything with her and she made it very easy for us to be put at ease about our beauty. While we were away we were kept in touch via wats app with photos videos showing how cookie was looked after and integrating with the other dogs. It was a relief to see and watch our dog being v well cared for and looked after. When we collected cookie she was well groomed and smelled beautiful. Thank you janine for putting us at ease. This is the second time we have entrusted Alfie, our King Charles Cavlier spaniel, to the care of Janine. It was very obvious that he was pleased to see her again, and the videos she sent to us showed that he was very happy in the company of her and her own dogs. Janine has a gorgeous, secluded and safe garden, and we know that Alfie was well walked and fed (a King Charles lives for food!). Thank you, we were able to relax, confident that Alfie was in the very best possible care. We will leave him with you again - he would never forgive us if we did not.

My dog has never stayed away from home ever !! When I met janine I could see that she is a perfect dog lover . My little milo was besotted with her . She made our holiday and little holiday extra special. I Will highly recommend CWTCHES & CUDDLES . It is what it says in the title . Home from home ! . Great guy who takes care of our little pup twice a week. The trust was immediately right at the first meeting so we went ahead and booked Marcus in there and then. We get regular photos and videos on the days that he comes to visit which makes us feel at ease knowing that our dog is in good hands whilst we're at work. We think that Marcus is communicative and professional and most importantly, Archie the puppy really likes him too.... and his laces

Kath was brilliant with my dog, Bailey. From the first meeting to answering messages. We were completely comfortable and happy leaving Bailey with Kath and her family for 10 days. We were updated over the 10 days with messages, pictures and videos. Kath was also happy to give Bailey his vitamins and spray his paws with his anti fungal spray that he needs. We picked Bailey up today and he is absolutely shattered - signs of a happy busy holiday for him. I wouldn't hesitate leaving Bailey with Kath again and would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Excellent, thank you Kath xx

Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.

I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.

I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!

We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you

Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.

We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.

An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.
