We had a wonderful time watching Caspian, Zulu, Althea, and Islay. They are all adorable and friendly - Caspian is always by your side being a good boy and looking for love. The cats are more adventerous and independent, but I had proper cuddles with all three by the end of our week. We loved the home itself and all of the special moments of intentionality around. Their beautiful garden and local hikes are great additions. We fell in love with the Eagle River area! We had a personal family issue while traveling and they were especially kind and patient with us through that, although we were thankfully still able to complete the sit. These moments really show the kindness of people, and Miles and Dana were understanding and patient with us throughout the situation. Anyone would be lucky to get a chance to stay in this beautiful pocket of Alaska and we would be grateful to get to return!
Officially a catlover ! This was my very first cat sit - I have always babysitted dogs and this was my first cat sitting experience. It was fantastic! Winston was such a special boy! He is an incredible cat that is a real people lover, easy to take care of, enjoys cuddles and enjoys sleeping next to you. He shows you his love with lots of snorring and lying next to you. During day time he is happy sitting on the bench in front of the house in the sunlight. Winston and I have become real mates in the 10 days I was staying at Beverlys home in Port Macquarie. The home was clean, with a nice big kitchen and even a working space. Port Macquarie is a great place to explore, especially if you love animals and the ocean. I saw dolphins, kangaroos, koalas, wales and lizards and took long beach walks every day. My favourite coffee was the Lighthouse coffee. Beverly and her husband were extremely welcoming, left clear and helpful instructions and even let me stay another night with them once they returned from their vacation. Would always babysit Winston (and Bailey who I just met on my last day!) again. Thank you for Everything ! Raissa
We are very happy that we had our first petsitting experience with Hanna, Norpan, and Angus 🥳 Angus and Norpan might be the sweetest cats in the world! Both of them (especially Norpan) are fluffy balls of fur who only want to be loved and rubbed 🥰 They’re so calm in the house and they spend time on the terrace without straying far from home and come back when they are hungry 😂 We got very attached to each other over the 10 days, and it was very hard to leave 🥹 As a host, Hanna was always reachable, responded quickly, and was extremely helpful in every matter. She was considerate and kind enough to recommend attractions for us to explore. We also had the chance to meet Hanna's family and couldn't believe how wonderful they were! We had a lovely evening together. When my husband got sick, they helped him recover a lot. We will be forever grateful 🙏🏻 The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 10 minutes away from the city center! We want to thank the whole family for trusting us. We hope our paths cross again in the future 🥰
We LOVED this house-sit. Purdey the spaniel was on holiday with the family so we looked after Rajah the cat, who was fun and very affectionate (and took his meds more easily than any pet I’ve ever met!) The house is very comfortable with gorgeous views at front and back. It’s easy to look after, supremely peaceful, and very close to a friendly community-run pub. Amberley is a beautiful village with a very strong community spirit and we felt instantly welcome. The village centre is a short walk from the house with a well-stocked shop, post office, another pub, an excellent tearoom and a pottery. Antonia left detailed notes and was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with both before and during the sit. There are numerous places to explore nearby. The community bus runs four days a week to various nearby towns and we particularly enjoyed Arundel and Chichester. We very much recommend this sit and hope we can return in the future. Title: I thoroughly enjoyed this sit! Suma is a stunning, extremely calm husky. She was such a delight to walk and a great work companion, quite happy to be around me wherever I was on the main level. She was hilarious around food times, always offering a little pre-performance ahead of her meals. She loves being brushed daily, and being around her every day is simply an absolute joy. Our walks were stunning with the fall foliage, and I enjoyed exploring the different routes possible, admiring all the residential architecture local to Indiana. Should you be selected as the next fortunate sitter, you will soon discover how respected Suma is on walks - everyone wanting to pet or say hello to her. Crazy is an elderly cat with a confident personality. She is pretty evident in her communication when she is ready for her meals or needs attention when not cozily asleep on the bed! She loved being brushed and was an evening cuddle cat to Suma's chagrin while watching some evening shows. I tried to equal the cuddle time, offering dear Suma many belly rubs. Chris and Li Li are warm and lovely people, and there was a lot of ease from beginning to end. Our communication was terrific throughout, and I'm glad I had the pleasure of meeting them both. I was extremely comfortable in their beautiful home, having everything needed to enjoy multiple spaces to work and relax. Thank you, Chris and Li Li, for selecting me as your pet sitter. It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

Our second time using Drop-in dog care with Nikita while we are away and we are so glad we found her. Our dog Jack is 15 years old so for Nikita to stop in to feed and walk Jack each morning and night knowing he is comftourble in his own home being spoilt is such a relief. Nikita sends regular updates with videos and photos and takes him in the doggy van to the park and I can tell he is having the best time. I connected with Nikita at the Doghouse because I was needing someone who would be able to check in on my puppy a couple of times a day while he was growing and developing. From the get go, she has been fantastic. Communication is always clear and consistent, with regular photo updates of your dogs having a great time! Dogs are walked in smaller groups, and the doghouse have been able to accomodate last minute changes/walks when needed. I now have my working therapy dog walked by Nikita as well on her days off! Nikita and the Doghouse go above and beyond to care for you and your furry friends - could not recommend highly enough :)

Nikita from The Doghouse has been such a great support since we adopted our dog. He had significant separation anxiety issues and we were having a really hard time settling and training him. Nikita came over to our place totally prepared and provided us with a training plan (or bible) and an assortment of treats, tips and tricks for us. I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. Best daycare in the west! They are always expecting my dog by name when he arrives and he has such a great time. He’s high energy so I know can be a handful but they’ve been proactive in working with him and creating an environment that works for him (and their other dogs). Online logistics are great, super easy to book days and check packages.
I almost hate to review this amazing business because I don’t really want it to get any busier than it is, but I feel like I owe this wonderful team some credit where it is due. Our dog goes here at least once a month to get her energy out and connect with her doggo friends. The staff here are skilled, very organised, careful about the temperament of each dog and the group they play with, and are careful to assess each dog before it is given the green light to attend ongoing. It’s a little expensive, but we know our dog will be taken care of and have the time of her life each time she goes. A wonderful bonus is the photos taken each day so that you can see just how fun your dog is having!! Thanks lovely team for being so great!
Ginger's introduction was a happy half day. The photos and video sent showed me she was relaxed, happy and certainly not showing any nervousness being among a group of dogs, She was happy to see me, but not frantic to leave. She slept all afternoon! She's definitely going to be a regular!

This is just a happy place, for dogs & humans ! Great service - our Polly gets collected twice a week, for fun times with all her mates. When she first started, the staff took time to teach her some basic behavioral skills, and that has set us all up for a great relationship ! Videos of her play time sent to our phones and lots of attention - Polly loves it ! For all dogs - Big & Small.

My work moved offices right near Dogs HQ a few months ago, so I’ve been taking Rocket once a week ever since. He has the BEST time, look at that smile! Not only do they give him so much attention, and lots of mental stimulation and play but they also post plenty of photos and videos during the day so I get to see how much fun he has! 🥰

Our Boston Terrier Lottie has been coming here now for a few months. She absolutely loves it and comes home on an evening very played out! It is peace of mind to us that she is well looked after and cared for during her stay there by the amazing staff and we can also see what she gets up to on their regular Instagram or Facebook updates. I’ve been taking my 1 year old Cavoodle to dogs HQ since he was 5 months old. Reo absolutely loves going there. I am sure it is his favourite place. The staff do an amazing job looking after him. When I pick Reo up he is exhausted from having so much fun! It is clean, the dogs have a blast there. You get to watch your pup on the socials and get many photos! I highly recommend Dogs HQ! I sometime wish they open on weekends too this way I can put Reo there if I need to knowing he will be taken great care of. I can’t thank the staff enough there. 🐶💙
This is a great puppy daycare! Milo has been enjoying every single time he’s been there. He is a mini dachshund and I started taking him ever since he got all his shots. Great for keeping your pup busy and socialice.The staff is lovely and very helpful. You get regular updates through their instagram account . All dogs seem to be having a blast.
Started taking my two boys to Diggiddy Doggy Daycare in South Melbourne. Its only been few visits but they seem to be liking it so far, playing with and meeting new friends, and building their confidence. Loving the report cards after each visit letting us know what they've been up to ☺️ I look forward though for photo update to see my boys faces actually enjoying their time (we're used to be flooded with photo updates back from the old daycare which was really great), and it will be good to have something to show my friends whenever they ask which facility I take them to.
I have had such a pleasant experience with Diggiddy Dog Daycare in South Melbourne from the moment I called and spoke with the lovely Emma to visiting each week with all of the friendly staff that make you feel so welcome. I am a first time dog mum with a husky (Betty) who is a rescue and suffers with very bad desperation anxiety. Each visit my baby gets more and more comfortable and confident thanks to the amazing team of professionals who care, nurture and encourage her. I am so excited to continue our visits and watch her grow and flourish. Not only does my baby Betty have a pleasant experience (she is always smiling so big in her photos) but the team make me feel so welcome. This is the best daycare for pups and dogs. Harley (our 2 year old TT) has been coming here for nearly a year. He started off as a shy (and sometime reactive) boy, but quickly grew in confidence. He LOVES the team (who are all huge dog lovers) - Stef, Whitney and the groomers - and especially LOVES the amazing dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he is being looked after as the team match the right energy dogs together. I highly recommend this amazing place.

My puppy Bryn has been coming here once a week for a few weeks now and he’s always very excited whenever we come in through the door, so I’m confident that he likes the service. From my perspective the staff are always an absolute dream to speak to and all clearly have a deep love and respect for dogs. They also post pictures of your dog on a private group so that you can see them and you get a little report of your dogs day which is a nice touch. Right now I feel very confident leaving my dog with the team and hope to be a satisfied customer for years to come. EDIT I’ve been taking Bryn for a year now and he’s still scrambling to get in the building as soon as we arrive so he must still be enjoying it. The team are consistent with their attentive approach to customer service and I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my dog with them. Cheers guys.
Coming to Diggiddy is Monty's favourite thing to do. He just loves everyone there, staff and doggie companions. He tells everyone all about it on the car journey in, and can hardly wait to get in the door and start having fun. He enthusiastically joins in all activities and his behaviour and socialisation have improved greatly during the years he has attended Diggiddy. It is a great outlet for his boundless energy, and then he comes home and chills out, as you can see! Thanks for being there everyone at Diggiddy. xxx
My little girl Izzy loves it here. The staff are very friendly and Izzy loves them so much. Anywhere else I leave her she cries when I walk away. When we arrive at diggity she doesn’t even look back. She has a lot of energy and can be a handful but the staff are never bothered by it, they seem to love her even more for it! She’s a more settled, happy dog after she has been there for a day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dog day care.
The first time my little Pippi's day care experience at the ripe old age of 11! She was a little timid at first and didn't really join in. The staff had her in a area on her own and slowly introduced new friends to her, whilst she got used to the environment and was not overwhelmed. I am pleased to say that after just two visits, Pip is very happy to attend. The staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Diggidy!
Our beautiful fur babies stayed for 10 days before their flight overseas to move to our new home … for two young socially anxious pups one of which is scarred of all men (apart from my husband) they absolutely loved their stay and were clearly so well cared for and loved !!! The pet postcards we regularly received were so detailed , reassuring & beautiful … Our dogs stayed with an independent dog sitter a few months ago and were treated appallingly , we actually got abusive calls & messages from the lady every day telling us our (at the time 6 month old puppy) was the worst dog she’d ever met and that she hated him and that he had a terrible personality and was the most terribly trained dog she’d ever met , she even told us to get on a 14 hour flight and come home a week early with our 8 month old child before receiving our visas because she hated him so much … our experience with the Pet Hotel couldn’t have been any further from that , actually they described our little man as well mannered, loving and so many other things that describe his personality perfectly & instead of tears each morning we had big smiles and warm hearts … our beautiful girl came out of her shell completely over the duration of her stay & we were told that staff loved getting to see her sweet little personality flourish in their presence … they spent so much time making friends with lots of other dogs of the same & similar breed and size & we honestly couldn’t recommend sending your fur babies here more !!! So glad we did … I don’t think they would have done as well as they did on their first ever flight if it wasn’t for their stay with this company …Thank you to everyone who cared for Yuna & Tidus from start to finish 😊
Great experience booking online and welcoming when we dropped off George. Although they didn't have a webcam, they posted a photo of out pooch with a smile from ear to ear. I Highly recommend them. Pick up and drop off times are well communicated and fair. They made the whole experience positive and looked after our old boy, George with the care expected. Thanks Pets Hotel Team....
The Pets Hotel in Port Melbourne has been my ‘go to’ place to send my pets to when I’m away. First Jay the Sheltie, now Anzac the cat. They have taken the time & care to get to know them and make them comfortable. They have always returned happy & healthy with a summary of how they got along during their time there. Good to know, when you’re away, that they will get the care & attention they need and any action required. Highly Recommend.
We love The Pets Hotel for the amazing team and how they care for our dog. We always return, knowing our dog will be happy and safe in this hotel. Great customer service, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and happy staff. Clean place and has so many things to offer to dogs and cats.
Great place to leave your pet during your time away. We were gone for 22 days and the staff feedback was excellent. We have a somewhat unsocial dog and upon checkout, we were informed she took to one staff member in particular and looked forward to playtime and did very well. This is her third stay at the hotel and the feedback was encouraging.
I use Pets Hotel all the time for my dog, Carlos, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The staff genuinely love Carlos, and it’s clear they treat him like family. I've been trusting Steve & his team with my fur-kids for the last few years and I can honestly say I wouldn't leave them anywhere else. They know exactly how to cope with their very different personalities and give me reports at the end of every stay which really puts my mind at ease. easy access and parking though no security such as fence or gate if your dog was to escape from you in the car park. Nice reception area with wonderful check in people. Collecting the dogs was a piece of cake, straight forward with no fuss. Both dogs were happy, healthy looking, well fed!, and freshly bathed. Will use their services again if needed. The team were amazing in providing excellent customer service at all stages, keeping us informed of how Bernie was going via email, and going above and beyond with extra attention to ensure her stay was a good one. Our Samoyed “buddy” drags us in every time we take him for his weekly day care or when he is boarding there. On day care days he is so tired after reaching home that he sleeps straightaway. Buddy has been going to pets hotel since he was 3months old and now he is almost 1. Staff has slowly introduced him to others dogs as he is in the face wanting to play 100% of the time and daycare at pets hotel has taught him some manners on how to interact without getting growled at. After his recent boarding we noticed pets hotel has carefully managed his play and sleep times to not get him super tired when we went to pick him after a week and his double coat looked in good condition after the complimentary bath included with the boarding. Staff gave us positive feedbacks about his stay there and buddy had no stomach issues with the food provided in boarding. Great place to leave your furry friends in a professional setting without worrying about their well being and the pet sitter cancelling at the last moment.
Tayla has been walking our dog for a few months now and she's honestly the best dog walking service I've ever had. The dog is always excited to go on walks with them. He's always pooped after the walks. Really professional service and always quick to reply to changes in service requests. Plus you get really cute photos of your pooch on every stroll
I moved to Sydney in March 2018, I was really worried that bringing my Australian cattle dog to the big city was going to be a big disadvantage for her life. I quickly found Tayla through a mail drop in my local area. Once Tayla started walking / looking after Coconut (daycare) all my worries went out the window. Tayla is one of the most epic women I have ever met. She is caring and kind and looks after all the dogs like there her own. I felt like Coconut was as loved with Tayla as much as with me. Coconut always came home tired as though she had been for a gigantic walk (which is what she needs). Tayla is so understanding and adaptable to all of the dogs that she looks after. I cannot recommend her enough!
Our puppy Lonnie was so beautifully taken care of by Tayla during his three night sleep-over. Lons is a real homebody and takes time to get to know new peeps in his life - when we met Tayla we knew we instantly knew he'd be a-ok! We loved seeing the photos of his doggy adventures and Tayla kept us up to date on how he was doing. Tayla, thanks for all your care and love for Lonnie. He gives you four paws up!
Tayla is an amazing dog walker! We have an anxious dog, and he loved going out on adventures with Tayla! He even became less reactive towards other dogs and more friendly when he meets dogs! He especially loved going on swimming trips to the beach, and would come home very happy! We highly recommend Tayla! She is very trustworthy and caring, and we appreciate all that she did to help us with our dog!

Tayla took on another client's gorgeous dog who was extremely timid but patiently working with her and Introducing this dog to mine, has encouraged and brought the timid young dog out of her shell and they have lots of fun together. He always has an amazing time, is always wearing a smile apon his return and rarely wants to come home with me after! Incredibly flexible and cooperative. Tayla is the best! Our dog loves playing with the other dogs and she handles his never ending energy amazingly! He always comes back super tired after a day with Tayla and omelette. Would highly recommend her.

Anne has been part of our "family" since we bought home our gorgeous puppy home in June 2020. She was a saviour while we were in isolation at various times, including trips to the vet for us. Rocket absolutely adores Anne, and has the best time with his 4-legged friends. He goes on group walks at least once a week, and up to 3 times/wk - and comes home so happy and exhausted.
Anne has been an absolute delight to deal with since we first met when training our new border collie puppy. We booked Anne for a 4 hour 1:1 session and it set us up with the right tools to ensure we had little Jerry set up to be successful in his training. We then signed up for group walks (playgroup) and we now have Jerry in Tuesday - Friday. He absolutely LOVES the socialising and making new friends. It’s his fav part of the week, and you can see his excitement when Anne picks him up each day!
Anne is a caring, kind and thoughtful dog walker. She genuinely cares for the dogs and understands each one has is an individual with likes and dislikes. Our dog was a little anxious with other dogs but going out regularly with Anne has increased her confidence and happiness. I cannot recommend Anne enough. She speaks fluent dog!
We had Anne in a couple of weeks ago to do a 3 hour course to teach myself and my daughter how to train our 20 week old Cavoodle called Sadie. Anne was absolutely fabulous with the techniques she taught us, the knowledge and patience she has was amazing (especially with a 14 year old who wasn’t very interested in learning). She ended up spending 7 hours all up and the notes she sent were excellent as I’d forgotten a lot of the information from the day. She had a naturally kind and positive way with Sadie and you can just tell how much she loves her job. I have been putting all her training into action and it’s working like a treat with Sadie. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a trainer, walker or pet sitter as she’s totally awesome and I would absolutely trust her with our beautiful fur baby. Rebekah Flood Port Melbourne

Anne is fantastic - she’s reliable, knowledgable, responsible and caring. We have a sometimes-nervous doggo (Bonnie) who Anne has helped through both an obedience session and group dog walks. I can’t express how much, at every point, Anne has gone above and beyond in providing ongoing advice and support that has all genuinely helped us to understand Bonnie. I love seeing how happy Bonnie is on the group walks from the many pictures and videos that Anne shares during the session. We are always relaxed knowing Bonnie is in Anne’s capable care. If anyone is looking for any kind of doggo support/care/advice - Bonnie and I would recommend Anne 100%.
I'd booked a family holiday over the Xmas period and Anne was our saving grace. She took care of our 2 Cavoodles with daily walks, a few treats and lots of cuddles. Anne was frequently in touch sending photos and videos whilst we were away, it really was reassuring to know the dogs were in great care and happy during our absence. There's no doubting Anne's incredible love of animals. She's super friendly, very professional and our dogs just love her. Highly recommended.
Anne has been a great help with our less than easy to manage puppy. Our chosen breed has been a handful from the day she arrived, we love her but jeepers! Anne's calm demeanour and her deep knowledge has helped us through the first year. We have implemented a range of Anne's suggested management strategies and these have made the situation better. Anne has been a godsend for our rescue, little Astro. He has anxiety and missed out on some essential education as a pup. Anne has house sat for us several times & deals with his quirks happily. He has grown & is learning how to dog as part of a weekly group walk. Highly recommended
