We loved the amazing location overlooking Port Philip bay. Charlene and Jason were very warm and welcoming. We found Waffles and Polly very delightful and entertaining with their individual personalities. When we were watching Netflix, Polly came and joined us, taking turns sitting on both our laps. Polly communicated with us by purring and meowing at the same time. On the second night Waffles jumped on our bed and purred whilst receiving tummy rubs and went to sleep. Our first morning we had breakfast on the upper outer deck enjoying the bay views. It was wonderful being so central to everything on the Peninsula.
Kind Regards,
Cheryl and Brian

I loved sitting for Cathleen and Tom! They are the most welcoming family and their countryside house is beautiful! I fell in love with their pup Bobo and miss him dearly! He is so sweet and just sprawls out on your lap and follows you around the house. Buster is very independent and also a very sweet dog. They both were incredible easy going dogs to sit. Their neighborhood is filled with loving neighbors and wildlife. I enjoyed this sit!

Amy
I absolutely loved watching Winston! He was charming, funny and so well-behaved. He was by far one of the easiest dogs to sit and his company will be missed. Amy is amazing and so accommodating, her house is in a great location. There are amazing trails nearby, the lake, and not to mention downtown is just a couple of blocks away.

Just finished sitting for Zach and we had a very quiet time together. Zach loves to sit in beautiful garden, occasionally chasing butterflies. I followed Zach’s lead and spent most of the stay sitting outside watching Zach and the beautiful flowers and hummingbirds. The garden overlooks Puget Sound so I had fun watching all the boats go by. This is a very easy sit and I highly recommend it if you want to have a quiet, restful pet sitting experience. Renee left explicit instructions so that was helpful.

Kev and Amy's are lovely and their home is beautiful. Pip is a very friendly cat, she loves cuddles and was happy to keep us company around the house. Flapjack warmed up to us after a few days and ended up being a very sweet little pal. Kev and Amy stayed in touch during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed, would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity!

Maggie, Chelsea’s graceful German Shepard, is so precious I want to be best friends with her forever. She’s so gentle for her size, rarely barks, but let’s you know if she’s ready to go out just by looking at you. While she’s 10 years old and doesn’t bounce around the way pups do, she does love to lead you to the trees where the squirrels are just to get excited looking at them. She also likes to play with her toys in the house for a little bit every day. She’s also very chill and relaxed while you work in the immaculate, spotless apartment or watch something on Chelsea’s big screen tv.

Maggie is so sweet and so well-trained. She doesn’t snatch things from the kitchen counter, get on the furniture, or get in your face while you are eating (though will give you the look 👀 in the hopes of a bite of something).

Chelsea was extremely kind, considerate and organized. She even had a separate closet and shelf space I could use to unpack, and generously welcomed me to the ample delicious food in the kitchen. She also made sure I knew Austin Energy was doing rolling blackouts and directed me to a drawer with a solar phone charger in case I needed it- thankfully I didn’t.

I took great joy in sending Chelsea little daily pics/videos/updates of Maggie’s adventures. If you love gentle giants, are tidy and communicative, I wholeheartedly recommend applying to care for Maggie next time. Hoping I get another chance myself someday! Thank you for this amazing opportunity to get to know your girl, Chelsea!
