We had a wonderful stay in Victoria with Tucker. He's an incredibly sweet and affectionate dog who loved exploring alongside us. We love Tucker! Diana and Ray had mentioned Tucker's playful habit of taking items to grab attention, but we easily managed by keeping things out of his reach, so we had no issues there. Their home is beautiful and ideally located. We had our car, but a regular bus nearby is easy to access. Diana and Ray were gracious hosts and left us with everything we needed for a smooth sit. We'd highly recommend this sit – a definite 10/10 experience!
I spent a wonderful week with Missy and Boystrous. They are very affectionate kitties, especially Missy because she spends more time inside the house. She cuddled with me in bed every night and Boystrous came to claim affection in the morning. Communication with Jenna was easy from the beginning, they made me feel at home from the first moment and made my stay very comfy. The home is beautifully decorated and it has all the amenities you need and more. It is less than 5min to supermarkets and the tube station, and the neighbourhood feels very safe and lovely. I loved spending time with the flufs and I'd sit with them again with no hesitation!
Alex and Ono are two remarkable characters and the most welcoming hosts. They’re lively, engaged with the world, curious about their guests, and will follow you round mapping your patterns and checking you know the ropes. For the first day, Alex hid in unexpected places (among the plants, on kitchen cupboards) making sure you loved him enough to come and seek him out. And once he knew you were smitten, he gave himself up to you – especially for rump rubs in the heat of the morning sun. Ono was by turns gymnast and deep sleeper – a charming, confident courtier of a cat and the sweetest character who’d settle himself beside you and rest his paw in yours. And all this in a gorgeous Berlin flat with room to breathe and light to see and two inviting terraces where you can follow the example of the Grand Masters and make like a cat. We had a very comfortable stay, and an enjoyable time while housesitting for Tiara, and getting to know, and taking care of Rhodes. Tiara was great at letting us know what to expect. She made it so easy to settle in. Her "home" was very inviting and comfortable. Her communication with us was great, before, during, and after our visit. Best of all, Rhodes was very friendly, and such a pleasure to get to know and care for! Five stars for Tiara and home, and the same for Rhodes! A great stay!
This is perhaps my favourite sit that I've done so far. Sophie has a beautiful home in Leith near lovely green spaces. I was fortunate enough to meet Sophie the week before the sit to have a tour of the house and to meet the lovely brothers, Pushkin & Biggie. Pushkin will be your best friend. While he's quite independent, like his brother, he likes some attention and he'll let you know by chatting to you. Our morning routine was for him to come sit on my lap and get his tummy rubbed. Biggie is a bit more reserved but likes to play and will happily speak with you too. The brothers could not have been easier to look after. They both enjoyed a brush in the back garden and were always punctual for meal times. I would definitely recommend this sit!
Peach is a chill hound. She liked her treats and loves to be the boss on the leash. Too cute.
