Jackie and Brian were wonderful housesitters. They took great care of our four cats, four chickens and two sheep while we were away on a two week house sit with our dogs. They arrived on time for a detailed handover (as we have quite a few pets in various locations!) and we felt instantly at ease with them. Communication before, during and after the sit was great. They were very flexible as our pet count changed before the sit as we adopted our two sheep! They were very happy to look after them as well. One of our farm cats had very recently become more tame and Jackie very kindly spent time with him, gaining his trust and giving him the fuss he needed while we were away. They also fed our second farm cat who moved out and decided to live a fair distance down the road. We received lovely daily updates with photos of happy cats and got to read about their adventures in their blog. Panthro even had some fuss (she usually makes herself pretty scarce when we go away). We came home to a beautifully clean and tidy house and clean sheets which was very welcome after our long journey. The pets were happy to see us but had obviously been very well cared for. I have no hesitation in recommending Jackie and Brian. You are of course welcome back anytime. Thank you again!
Odile pet sat Barley for six weeks during our sabbatical. She is friendly, highly communicative and exceptionally trustworthy . I was a litter nervous leaving our new (to me) townhome in the hands of a stranger, but Odile was fantastic. The house was tidy, everything was in it's right spot and most importantly - Barley loved her. She would be an brilliant house-sitter wherever she goes. Thank you Odile!
