It was such an excellent sit! Everything so great and beautiful! Thanks Diane for such hospitality and being so kind! I totally fell in love with Tiger, the dog! We went everywhere for a lot of walks! The seaside was very near and there were great beautiful parks nearby! The cats, Mittens and Claws are such gentle one, so nice and fluffy!:) and I really enjoyed going for a little walk with Quenny the chicken around the garden!:) it was an amazing sit and I utterly liked being in the house!:) would like to come back for more walks and adventures:)
Veronie, Stuart and Shadow are the best! I felt so welcome and looked after at their beautiful home in Ross. Shadow is such a loving and clever dog - just loves endless pats and was a joy to walk through the local forest walks/hills which are just down the road and stunning - ferns and bluebells are out around this time 😍 Veronie was really transparent and super helpful with teaching shadow’s commands - which she knows really well and will come back when you call her, sit, stay and heel - which was really reassuring. She’s a bit nervous with other dogs - which Veronie let me know about right from the start - but as soon as you use her commands and let her know she’s ok she’s brilliant! They have a huge back garden which is so nice on the sunnier days and are a quick walk away from the centre of town - which has bus stops and heaps of cute shops and grocery stores. I would totally recommend sitting - excellent communication and just a lovely time in the best location - for awesome people and gorgeous Shadow <3
Lovely warm welcome from Pat’s husband Roger. Alfie a delight, easy to walk and very good at letting you know what he wants, and on occasions quite stubborn! Their home is beautifully clean and welcoming, ideally located with just a half hour walk into the centre of Harrogate. Pat extremely good in suggesting walks with Alfie and I loved exploring the local countryside with him. Highly recommend staying here and looking after Alfie.
I had a lovely time sitting at Anna's place. Boots and Slippers are adorable and the beautiful house is situated in gorgeous countryside where you can take them on lots of great walks. Anna was so welcoming and helpful and gave me loads of information about the area and pets. Stonehenge and Salisbury are a short drive away and there are also lovely places to walk straight from the house.
Our stay at Yelda's home with Simba was truly wonderful! Yelda is a warm and welcoming host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Simba, her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, instantly won our hearts with his energetic spirit and friendly nature. Yelda's home is not only cozy and comfortable but also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. Simba quickly became our faithful companion, accompanying us on walks and adding a touch of joy to every moment. Despite his age, Simba's enthusiasm and vitality were truly inspiring. We would eagerly jump at the chance to return and care for Simba once again. Thank you, Yelda, for sharing your home and your furry friend with us – it was a joy and an honor.
Todd and Christine are warm and welcoming people with a beautiful home centrally located and two truly charming cats. Twister and Spikey are fun, loving, and hilarious. Twister’s name fits perfectly. He is vocal when he is hungry or wants to play, and especially loves climbing and chasing toys on strings. Spikey is cuddly and always nearby making sure Twister stays in line. This is an ideal sit opportunity and we hope the next time we come back to Bend we have the chance to do it again.
