Cat Sitters in Portobello

Lucy and Jaz were the best sitters! We were away for nearly 3 weeks and returned home to a pair of happy and relaxed pets. The apartment was immaculate, clean and tidy and the laundry was on! They are a lovely couple and true animal lovers - our neighbours remarked on how well they were taking care of Hoshi. I recommend them very highly.

Kate was a great sitter, self sufficient and very organised. The dogs were very well cared for and obviously enjoyed lots of exercise, work is kept up to date with action photos! Thank you to you both for taking such good care of our boys and our home! Sarah

We have just returned home from a cruise, having left our four much-loved cats (and home) in the very safe hands of Maruska and Kate. The cats were not remotely bothered about our return - just really chilled out and happy - a sure sign that they had been really well cared for in our absence! Kate and Maruska also had the pleasure of having to deal with an unexpected power cut their very first night, followed by an alarm system that would not recognise the reset code, but they took it in their stride and handled the situation brilliantly. As keen gardeners, they were also happy to tend to our garden during the unseasonably hot, dry spell while we were away, which was very much appreciated - the garden looked amazing on our return. This was our first time using zeewoi, and I was probably an over-anxious cat mum with OTT comms ahead of the sit, but I needn't have worried - I couldn't have asked for a better first experience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kate and Maruska as sitters, and hopefully our paths will cross again!

Keith and Stella and their youngest son took care of our dog, cat and home for two weeks. All contact ran smoothly even though due to flight delays we've never met in person. Our pets were happy and relaxed when we returned, and our house and garden were in good order. We are very grateful that Keith took our dog to the vet after being in touch with us about her condition, she had developed a pollen allergy. We highly recommend Keith and Stella!

Yurdun and Giuliano were perfect sitters in every way. We had a call prior to the sit to explain Clive’s medication needs and anxiety and they immediately put me at ease. They sent videos of Clive and Zaza and daily updates which were much appreciated. The patio plants were watered and the house was spotless when we got home. Clive and Zaza were very relaxed too! Yurdun and Giuliano would be welcome back at any time.

Maisy and Josh took excellent care of our house and our dog, Bennie while we were on holiday for a week. They hit just the right balance of sending photo updates of Bennie to keep us reassured and in contact but were happily self sufficient as well. They even left us a lovely bunch of flowers as a welcome home / thank you gift ❤️ Highly recommend this lovely couple!

Fiona was responsive to all pre-sit messaging and had me at ease that the sit would go well. Fiona and her son arrived on time and listened attentively to all our house and animal instructions. During the stay we had multiple (but not too many) message updates and returned to find the house spotless and the animals all very happy and well cared for. It was a pleasure to have Fiona look after our house and animals and would happily welcome her again.

Laura was such a fantastic sitter! She arranged to collect the keys before I went. which was great as she could meet Luna. She sent regular updates whilst I was away and I feel completely comfortable. I came back to a spotless flat and a very happy and relaxed cat. Would definitely recommend and she is welcome back any time :)

We were very pleased with Emily's stay at our piggies heaven. She was really happy to take extra responsibility of taking care for our old piggy that needed extra medication when we were away. The amount of pictures and daily updates also reassured us that everything is under control and we could enjoy our time on holiday as well :)

Raphaela is a nice an reliable person, very likeable and balanced. I could not be more comfortable having her at mine taking care of my loved pets as she is a responsible and nice person. She bonded quite well with my dear old cat Gatete who was around her since she came. Love at first sight I guess. She also managed to pet Sombra my wild and shy cat, something not easy to do and took care of Bombom my much loved doggie with attention and care. I can tell how happy all of them were with her.Raphaella sent me a daily update and left the house clean and tidy, even she cleaned her own towels and sheets. I would recommend her to anyone and would love to have her around in future ocassions!

Anne was an excellent housesitter. Her communication before the sit was very good and she kept us up to date with arrival times. Despite a family crisis and us telling her that we could make other arrangements, Anne still insisted on coming to sit for us which was definitely above and beyond. We received regular updates on Brodie and Bes and we knew they were in very capable hands. The house was spotless on our return and we had two very happy and contented pets. We would love to have Anne sit for us again and would highly recommend her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a pleasure to have Fiona stay and look after Mocha for us. Mocha was super happy on return from our trip, Fiona was excellent with communication throughout and left the place super tidy. She was also very accommodating to our timings for when we needed to leave for our flight. We would welcome Fiona back in a heart beat.
