We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the house. The house is beautiful, clean and well looked after. It’s very close to the Ashdown Forest and Tunbridge Wells. Ellie the dog is very big and strong and we were advised not to walk her. She has a gentle temperament, although excitable on our initial meeting. She is territorial around food so best to leave her to it whilst she’s eating as she can snap. Kiki and Buster are lovely cats. Buster is shy and spent all his time outdoors but Kiki loves a fuss. O I would recommend this sit to others but probably better if you are child free.
Lovely friendly doggies, and beautiful Kevin cat. The owners were wonderful and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.
Pet sitting for Michele was a very pleasant experience. Her cats were were easy to care for and entertaining. Her location in Collingwood was close to everything, her knowledge and awareness of animals generally is extraordinary and her responsiveness to any requests is all a pet sitter could hope for. She was extremely generous in every respect and it would be a pleasure for anyone to help out in the future.
Caring for and loving on Kiki in Linda's beautiful, peaceful home was simply so easy to feel comfortable in. All was clearly spelled out for me in notes and beforehand communications with Linda. Kiki is easy to be with and I enjoyed getting to know her small quirks, the conversations she had with me, and her compatibility. My sleeps were comfortable and quiet. Linda's mid century aesthetic is right up my alley; her attention to detail so satisfying to my personal inclination towards pleasing visual environments. The amenities of, and natural light in the kitchen was a pleasure to prepare food and eat in. Surprising to find how rural Kingston felt and I enjoyed getting to know the area, however brief my time out of the house was. It was very cold whilst I was there and well, a pandemic, so it was truly the best just settling in along with the additional thrill of making myself cozy by starting a fire in the in the living room fireplace during the evening. I would come back to hang out with Kiki in a heartbeat! Thank you Linda!
Freddie is a total delight! Easy going and sweet, we had lots of cuddles and pats from the very beginning-so trusting and fun to be with. He’s great on the lead and we enjoyed long walks and playtime in Clissold Park which is just around the corner. He’s very food motivated and likes to monch on anything he can find on the floor so we did have to keep an eye out for stray temptations when we were out, but in every other way he’s so easy to handle-great with other dogs (just leaves them be) we had a great weekend with him. Alice and Rory’s place is totally beautiful and we felt very welcome and comfortable there for our short trip. They’re easy to communicate with and were flexible when we had a last minute delay to our arrival. A lovely spot to stay, great humans and a wonderful dog.
Roxy and Daisy were awesome. I injured my back prior to this sit and could not walk Roxy. Instead we played fetch most of the time I was with her. She acclimated well to her change in schedule and I felt grateful for that. Daisy is the sweetest. She lets you know what’s what in no uncertain terms. I enjoyed her company immensely. Liz and Mario were great about showing me around their beautiful home. I found their home to be very comfortable. They have a lovely front and back yard as well. This was a great sit overall. Highly recommend. I would return again in a heartbeat.
