We have been fortunate to have a number of good pet/house sitters for our two rescue cats over the years but Elizabeth is the top of the group! We left for a 16 day trip to South Africa in mid April & felt totally confident that Beth, whom we had used in 2020, would take great care of our home & cats. Beth exceeded our every expectation even though the bar was set quite high! She is totally capable & rose to the occasion when there was an issue with our well water ( needing salt) & carried out the purchase & treating the system with care & precision. Problem solved! She not only takes care of the basic needs of your pets but takes special interest to engage them in play! Our two were nonplussed at our absence & loved having her full attention. All our requests were filled to the letter & I would recommend Elizabeth highly for any pet/house sitting job. She us a delight to work with & even sent photos of our cats for us to enjoy on our trip. Our home was cleaner than we left it & the cats very well taken care of- we are so appreciative & hope she is available for your trip! You will rest easy & your pets will be happy & content.

I absolutely would recommend you consider Cindy and Andy for a housesit. They are great sitters. Excellent communication before and during the sit. They are very friendly and well traveled. Their flight arrived the day before the sit and they offered to get a hotel. But I invited them to come to the house to meet all my kitties and to see a little of our routine in action. Because of inclement weather to where my flight travel was intended, my plans changed at the last minute. As I was packing for a new destination just out of town, they were very respectful of my time and space before my departure. I ended up taking my dog with me so they had the freedom to be away for a longer day. They texted regular photo/videos updates of all the cats as requested. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and would welcome them back anytime.

Ashley is truly amazing! We decided last minute to go away for a three-day weekend during New Year, and Ashley, who lives nearby, immediately agreed to take care of our cats and house, leaving us with no worries. Throughout, Ashley responded promptly to my messages, followed our instructions, and kept us updated on our cat's well-being. When we returned home, our house was neat and clean. We would absolutely welcome Ashley back! Highly recommended!

Claire was wonderful! She met with me before we left to go over details about the house and dog. She left the house very clean, even washing the sheets so we would not have to do it on our return. She loved our dog and made our trip even better knowing Jax was in good hands!!

Helen was great. When we got home Sugar was as happy as can be. Helen communicated during her stay and the house was clean and organized when we got in. She made sure Sugar was okay during the fireworks and with an issue we had with a beeping alarm. I also appreciated that she asked specific questions ahead of time to make sure we covered all the details.

Bradley & Deborah

Bradley and Deb were fantastic! They were very reliable and clean, and Rosie was a happy kitty with them. They made sure to give her her pills on time and played with her, gave her attention, etc. Fantastic housesitters!

Linda

Linda was absolutely amazing at caring for Kea and I would have her do so again in a heartbeat. Kea went into her first heat before Linda arrived and Kea was in heat the entire time Linda was here. That meant that Linda needed to take out Kea more than usual, change the mini pads and diapers that we used on Kea to keep things, and Kea, clean, and ensure that Kea did not encounter any male dogs on walks, etc. Linda also was very attentive to Kea in addition to this - snuggling with her and keeping her comfortable. Linda came a day early to help everyone settle in (and it helped us too so we could pack!) and stayed a day later since our unexpected flight change got us in in the evening vs afternoon. The house was neat and tidy and well maintained. If you have an opportunity for Linda to sit for you - do it!

Jessica was an excellent sitter for my dogs, and treated them like they were her own. She was very friendly, prompt, and reliable. My dogs and my house were well cared for. She was very clean and tidy. I’d definitely have Jessica back to sit for me and would recommend her to anyone looking for quality pet care.

This was the 2nd time Brandi housesat for us. She did an amazing job again and when I got home, I couldn't even tell that she has even stayed in our guest room because she is so neat! She kept me posted about all of our pets and sent photos. I would definitely trust Brandi to take care of our pets and home again!

Ramsey

Ramsey was an amazing cat sitter for Harry & Sassy. Was very organized and communicative. Left the house in great shape including cleaning the refrigerator, the wood floors and replacing paper goods and toiletries. He was wonderful with the cats who obviously were attached to him. I feel like it was a vacation for Harry & Sassy with daily grooming and play sessions.

Daniel & Kunjisha

Daniel and Kunjisha were amazing. They were incredibly respectful and clean and took amazing care of Kylian. They were super responsive and provided us with updates daily about Kylians behavior and provided photos as well. Defintely would recommend them for any sit.

Emily & Greg

Emily and Greg were our first housesitters and it was a wonderful start for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable with us and even more important, that Rebel was comfortable with them. I was fortunate they lived in the next neighborhood over so they stopped by several times to walk with Rebel and me and the day before our trip, Emily came by to take him out alone to ensure there were no issues with a stranger coming into the home while we were gone. In addition, Rebel is a large rescue dog and, although he is usually well behaved, none of us were sure how he would be when we left as we adopted him during the pandemic and we have been home pretty much 24/7. In addition, she had to attempt to keep Rebel from consuming too many cicadas which was a chore in itself. All went perfectly. Our house was left tidy and she even had to clean up some things that Rebel got into - he loves pillows, tissues and plastic bags. This was by no means her fault, we left them where he could get them.....and he did:) Emily communicated with me by text daily and we talked about how it went once we returned home. We came home to a happy dog which of course made us very happy and more comfortable with doing this again. Feel free to reach out to me if you need more information about this housesit. We loved our time with Jack, enjoyed the neighborhood, loved the house and made new friends! A wonderful all around experience!

Ana is very communicative, the house is clean, decluttered and very well organized. The art is amazing and the outdoor spaces wonderful. The bed/pillows were so comfortable.

Jack is super chill and easy. We loved our cuddles on the couch and in bed. He loves being brushed and his walks. 

We would love to return to care for Jack again.

They are both such sweet hosts! We met before the sit and even went to the dog park with Kiera. She is was such a good girl and took to me right away. She was so sweet with my little pup I brought along though and loves being near you. She always played so well with my brothers dog who was the same size as her. I would say she’s not really for a beginner sitter, just because she does set firm boundaries with dogs that get in her space too much at the dog park and is a little reactive to dogs that give her bad vibes. She doesn’t get super aggressive but will get defensive if she feels the need to. She was a great girl though and the house was comfortable to stay in. They have a gorgeous backyard and sauna and their deck was so nice to get some sun on. Overall a beautiful stay and Kiera is just such a good girl. Would definitely sit for them again

We had a lovely time sitting for Bella and Jeremy! 

Rose has a lovely home, we especially enjoyed the large kitchen, and had a great BBQ in the garden. 

Communication was excellent before and during the sit.

The cats themselves were very easy to care for. Jeremy did his own thing and we only really saw him for feeding, although there was one day he decided to be Eve's friend whilst she worked from home.

Bella was quite independent too, but did like a bit of company and a stroke, especially on the evening. She also liked to be in the office with Eve whilst she was working on rainy days.

Pets: Nova & Lyra are a sweet pair of fluffy cats that once they warm up to you they will be your friends. They were great to take care off and very low maintenance. If you are watching tv in the living room they will hang out with you or ask to be let outside. 

Raina was great at communicating with me and ensuring everything was set during this last minute sit. Her home is so beautiful and welcoming with vibrant colors and Halloween decor that I felt right at home. Thank you for a great sit!
