Chandra was a wonderful, zeewoi from start to finish! She was easy and prompt with communication. She was flexible when our travel plans were cancelled and changed at the last minute, which really made a stressful situation less stressful for us! She took great care of our 2 cats, sent photos and updates daily, and left our home tidy. She is a pro and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an outstanding housesitter!
It was wonderful taking care of Mya these days! Mya is very calm, affectionate and obedient, we walked around the beautiful lakes in the region, slept together and shared some snacks ;). Carol is excellent, she left everything very organized with clear and simple rules, her house is very cute and cozy, well located close to restaurants, coffee shop, butchers, pharmacy and bakery and has exactly everything you need. The city is beautiful and the landscape is stunning. I loved! Thank you very much Carol and Mya.
My sit with Cheryl and Peter was extraordinary. I cannot recommend it any higher and look forward to returning. Yoda is a sweet but guarded cat, which Cheryl and Peter are very upfront about. At first, she keeps her distance as she builds trust. But, if you really care about animals and stay present with Yoda, you can see she really wants to become friends and love you. It is simply important that she does this at her pace and comfort level, like most animals. By staying patient and present, Yoda and I became buddies over the course of our week together. I really enjoyed hanging out with her and by the end of my stay, she sought me out and enjoyed gentle scratches on her head and some quiet companionship. Yoda's eating schedule is convenient, as is her litter box cleaning, and your responsibility of caring for her is a pleasant part of this sit. Cheryl and Peter's home is peaceful, inviting, and well-appointed. The beauty and warm aura of this home are genuine. The kitchen is a cook's dream come true, with six gas burners, high-quality modern appliances, and all the pots, pans, and knives you could ever need. Peter even baked a delicious sourdough for me, a great touch. There are numerous cozy places to work remotely, which I did every day of my stay. For those nomadic professionals like me, the internet easily supported all remote work tasks and the home was incredibly conducive to productivity. The south- and west-facing back patio is great for meals or relaxing in the afternoon sun, the living room is ideal for reading in the evening, and the guest suite provided the best sleep I've had in months. If you are a creative type or professional, this house is engaging, rejuvenating, and joyful. As an amateur musician, I was especially happy to have a piano and guitar to relax with each evening. I am grateful that Cheryl and Peter trusted me with their instruments and home. Speaking of, Cheryl and Peter made me feel right at home from the outset. They provided every amenity and comfort I could have asked for. But beyond that, we genuinely connected thanks to their easygoing demeanor, kindness, fun stories, and shared love for creativity and travel. Their communication was timely, informative, and well-balanced throughout the sit and they went out of their way to make me feel valued and cared for. I am grateful to know them. Overall, I can't recommend this sit any higher. Thank you to Cheryl and Peter for a comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful experience with Yoda and your home. I am gladly returning for another sit and look forward to getting to know this great family more.
I had the pleasure of caring for Daisy and Betty for 5 weeks at Julie’s home located in a wonderful community outside of Miami. Betty and Daisy are two of the sweetest pups I grew to love very much! I genuinely enjoyed spending my days with them, going for their walks and all of our snuggles. They both are easy-going happy dogs and you can really tell they are loved by Julie! Betty is a sweet sensitive girl and will follow you around to be by your side. Daisy is a sun bather and will definitely let you know when she wants let out on the back patio to soak up the sun! Julie’s home is very nice and cozy and equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable. Julie was great to communicate with and very friendly - she made it a great experience for me! I would love to go back again in the future!
Molly and Andrew are such a wonderful, open and friendly couple, we instantly felt welcome and comfortable in their home when we arrived. Molly was even so kind as to arrange dinner for us the night we arrived which was much appreciated after the long bus ride from Arizona! Their home had such wonderful character and warmth that we loved spending 3 weeks there. The location was great to get around and see some of La's sights and we could even see the Hollywood sign from the front balcony! We had a blast listening to Andrews record collection, which got a workout from us! And of course the main reason for our presence, the oh so gorgeous Buns! Rhubarb and Parsley were the cutest little bunnies, we loved spending time with them in their pen and feeding them their treats, they were such a delight and so easy to care for. We highly recommend housesitting for Molly and Andrew, you will have a fantastic time in LA :-) Thank you so much for the opportunity to sit for you and for being so wonderfully friendly and kind.
We had a great sit with Cali and Tuxi! They were sweet cats and easy to care for. Jennifer and Paul were great pet parents and the beautifully restored home had a nice suite for us. The location was also excellent! It was an easy walk to Riverside Park and many nice restaurants to choose from. Good shopping choices were an easy and short drive away. We highly recommend this sit!
Savannah was very pleasant to communicate with. She was happy to accommodate my few requests and had a very laid back, trusting demeanor. Her home is cozy and in a prime location to enjoy SLC. Shadow is a lovely dog, he was suspicious upon my arrival having never met me but quickly warmed up with treats and became my little buddy. He listened very well at the parks I took him to and has great manners. Would definitely sit for them again!

We are so happy with our experience at Queen of the Valley. Our dog had previously struggled at another local boarding center/daycare due to his anxiety, but Queen of the Valley was great at including him in small groups and helping him ease into the experience. They encouraged us to text to check in, and they even sent some pictures of him having fun. It makes going away so much easier knowing that he now has a place that is so supportive of him.
My dog always has a wonderful time playing at daycare. All of the employees really LOVE dogs and it shows! Never had a bad experience. It's a lovely open space for my dog to run around and burn her energy off. Wish I could bring her everyday.

This is probably the best boarding facility we have ever been to. We have boarded our dogs at dozens of places across the country and this one takes the cake. The dogs are cared for, given needed attention, and stay outside to play with others for most of their stay. The play areas are large and split into a few areas for larger or smaller dogs. We like to call it ‘The Farm’. They are taken into their kennel together to sleep. Facilities are beautiful, clean, and built for the best dog experience. We drive up from NYC specifically to take our pups here. ( 7y/o 80lb lab, 6y/o 75lb golden retriever on first stay and ongoing 2 years)
We are so happy we found Queen of the Valley Farm. The staff is very friendly and responsive and our puppy loves it there. He is so excited when we drop him off and sufficiently tired after he’s spent the day playing. An added bonus of the turf play yard is he isn’t filthy when we pick him up. Great place!
I don’t think there is a better staff or a nicer place for dogs to play. Everyone we come in contact with is great and a sure sign of how the dogs are treated is evidenced but the way they jump out of the car eager to play. There is never any hesitation from our dog - a sure sign that he loves to play, and knows that all the staff are nice to him and he is in a safe place. In addition, the large well maintained outside play areas and the barn where the dogs can go in extreme cold or bad weather are all great! We cannot imagine taking our dog anywhere else.
We adopted our pup, Mylo, from SOS Beagle Rescue where Cold Nose was fostering him. I believe he enjoys his time there as he leaves excited and exhausted from his day with friends. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would paws-atively recommend Cold Nose Lodge 🐾 …
Love this place, my pekingese started going here and she seems to get excited. They been very honest about walks which I wouldn't have known so props to them. Very convenient and they post daily on social media to monitor your pet. Very comfortable style rooms for dogs also
Cold Nose Lodge is my pup's favorite place, he's always excited when he arrives! The teachers and managers are always friendly and helpful. It is a reassuring to know my boy is safe and happy while I'm away at work. He's been attending since he was a 4 month old puppy and I believe that the CNL team have helped me tremendously with shaping Frankie into good boy that he is. Their staff are always attentive and are also very knowledgeable and friendly. On many occasions I have expressed concerns that I've had for Frankie and they often have excellent solutions. What is even better, is having a well stocked pet store available at pick up and drop off. They often have just the right thing for Frankie's problems, whether it's something to help him cope with neighborhood fireworks or booties for the salt/snow. They are a great resource for treats and holiday gifts for all the dogs in your life. A fantastic added bonus, that I absolutely love, are all of the photo sessions that are available around the holidays. I was so happy that I had the opportunity to take pictures of Frankie with Santa, and was amazed that CNL provided this to us for free! (Paid photographs are also very reasonable and always come out great! I sign Frankie up for these every time it is available). It's almost 2 years later, and I'm still so grateful for everyone Lodge!
Dropping off your dog for the first time can be super nerve racking, so I would watch the puppy cam and check in on my pup a couple of times a day. After a few weeks, I'd check the camera maybe once a day, and now to be honest, I am confident knowing my dog is safe and having so much fun I rarely check the camera while I am at work. He LOVES coming to Cold Nose Lodge. The days we don't come I can tell he misses the staff and all of his doggy friends! I took advantage of the playschool during the day and can tell he is learning a lot and his mind and body is being stimulated. I LOVE how Cold Nose Lodge will post pictures of him on Facebook during the day running around or while he's attending school. I am very grateful of this place and all the staff. I appreciate all that everyone does for my dog Tanner.

Cold Nose Lodge is the best ‘doggie daycare’ around. They go above and beyond every day there. We adopted our pup Cedar from Caring Hearts and Cold Nose Lodge was his foster home. There is a real value to having your dog spend time there even if you are always home. The dogs get to interact and play with other dogs and bond with each other and the handlers there. Lots of outdoor and indoor play time and enrichment activities. Great place with great folks. Highly recommended.
First time taking my doggie there for grooming and the ladies were so incredibly nice. This was the first time Abby went back with a groomer and didn't need to be "pulled" to get her back! When we came back to pick her up she was excited of course to see us but loved girls there as well! I highly recommend them. Will definitely be back when she needs to be groomed again!! Took Abby there today for an introduction for daycare and boarding. They gave you a tour and the facility is bigger than I thought and clean. Everyone was incredibly nice. Looking forward to her first daycare next week!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cold Nose Lodge! Our boy loves his time at CNL and is always so excited to see his friends there, both human and canine 😊. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, and kind and you can tell that they really care about the dogs. It's super convenient to have the store onsite to pick-up treats, toys, etc. In addition, CNL offers boarding and grooming services onsite. We have utilized all of their services for our boy and have always been very happy and satisfied. It truly is a one-stop shop! Plus, it's so fun to see the daily pictures posted on Facebook of all the smiling, happy dogs. We 100% recommend Cold Nose Lodge and feel very lucky to have found them!

My wife and I are fairly new to the area, and we were referred to cold nose Lodge by a close friend who has used their services for quite some time. our one year old golden retriever Libby was in need of some dog interaction ,as we live in a rural area and Libby was not exposed to many other dogs, or even people for that matter. The staff at Cold nose lodge was very professional and inviting when we made our first visit with Libby, since then Libby has been going about twice a week for half day doggy daycare, Libby was apprehensive the first day or so, but since then she is excited when we get there , and the experience has been wonderful for her. It is always difficult leaving your dog with people you do not know, but I assure you the staff at cold nose Lodge are truly dog people. They are dedicated to making sure that your dog has the best experience possible, I would highly recommend them. They will certainly love and care for your dog as you do. Amazing place that takes great care of our corgi, Winston. We know that we don't have to worry about him when we go on trips anymore because the staff at Cloud Nine takes such good care of him. We appreciate seeing updates here and there during his stay on their Facebook page. We love our dog dearly, and do not trust anyone with his care. We would recommend Cloud Nine to any pet owner!
We have used Cloud 9 Pet Retreat for almost a decade for boarding, doggie daycare, and groomer and have been nothing but impressed. The facility is clean, the staff is super sweet and caring, and my dogs get excited when I mention doggie daycare! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Clean and well kept place. The people were nice and welcoming. We did do a day care a couple times and this all went smoothly. We boarded our dog for 3 days and he seemed happy and well when we picked him up.
We had taken our little Willow to Cloud Nine in May and she was well taken care of. I loved the pictures during the day to see her happy face when she wasn't picture shy. I highly recommend Cloud nine and their excellent staff. We certainly will be using them again and again.
Beautiful area. As of right now we have only used the grooming service. But she did a wonderful job with our border collie! We have now also boarded all of our dogs there. The staff is wonderful! We never board our dogs but when we need to I will absolutely use Cloud 9 Pet Retreat. They have an amazing facility for the dogs and lots of add ons for the dogs stay.
We always bring our dog here when traveling to points north of Philadelphia. Great place, always comes back happy and healthy. They treat dogs well here and he gets to hang in the countryside, gets a bath, nails trimmed and makes pup friends when we’re out of town. 10/10
We loved Cloud Nine! When we lived in the area we couldn't imagine taking our fur baby anywhere else when we needed to go out of town. We especially loved the "Christmas dinner" and the "milk and cookies" they gave the dogs over the holidays. It was so nice to see a picture of our sweet pup enjoying a nice treat while we couldn't be together. I know I sound crazy, but we really love our dog and we know she's a handful. We were always reassured by how kind the staff was and how happy our dog was when we picked her up. Can't recommend Cloud Nine enough.
Best boarding for our poodle. They actually offer grooming and baths before you pick ip your dog. The floors in the boarding areas are heated by radiant heat. A luxury for an animal
My puppy had a great time at Doggy Strides! Cayce has a beautiful home and property with special areas for the doggies to play and sleep. She was so sweet and patient with my puppy and sent photos and updates throughout the stay. There were a few other dogs there at the time so my puppy got to make new friends too. I can't recommend it enough!
Cayce and her family are great. I was nervous about having to board our Collie when away. Reading reviews on Doggy Strides I was impressed on the 5 star reviews. I was not let down at all. This isn’t a kennel… oh no, that is a derogatory word for this service! This is a full service family doggie resort with a beautiful property and home. Thank you Cayce for loving on Skye when we’re away and not having to worry for a second that she’s in great hands. PS, thank you for the chamomile and lavender brushing :)
We had an awesome experience with Doggy Strides! We had a last minute trip and needed overnight care for our 5 month old pup at short notice. Doggy Strides was highly recommended and now I know why! Cayce was super sweet and professional. We scheduled a visit to get to know Mila before the trip and discuss details. During our trip, we received periodic updates and pictures which helped us feel more at ease. Mila was well cared for while we were away and as an unexpected bonus, has been behaving better (at least my husband seems to think so 😂). We will definitely be a long term Doggy Strides customer.
We had our one and a half year old Golden Retriever (Harper) stay at Doggy Strides for eight days while we were away on vacation. I truly love my dog with all my entire heart, so finding a great place for her was super important to me. I began researching boarding locations about three months before our trip. I found some local non-crated boarding locations that had good Google reviews in my area; however, they would not accommodate large dogs. I did not want Harper locked up in a crate for most of the day. I was also considering an in-home service, but Harper is active and having someone over to our house a few times a day would not meet her required level of energy. I looked on the Main Line at very expensive boarding locations that had different add-on packages (swimming, doggy day care, daily updates, 15 minute one-on-one time). I did not get the feeling (especially based on the add-on packages) that Harper would truly be loved and cared for. I found Doggy Strides at the recommendation of our dog trainer. Cayce has been amazing to work with. Her home is a loving and active location for Harper. Harper had an amazing time while we were away, and I felt confident she was in great care. She has been sleeping all day today from all her play time at Doggy Strides. I am truly thankful I found Cayce and her family and will use her for future vacations. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the service she provides. You can truly tell she cares about animals. Knowing Harper was in her and her family’s loving care made my vacation all that much better. If you love your dog, consider checking out Doggy Strides. I was a little hesitant at first to have to board my seven month old puppy-- she's very attached to me and has anxiety, so I wasn't sure what to expect! But, I'm so glad I found Cayce and Doggy Strides. We did a tour to see the place and have my puppy get introduced. We then did an overnight test and it went great! So great that I had no hesitations about having Cayce watch my pup while I went away on vacation about a month later. I looked forward to Cayce's daily (p)updates with photos to give me peace of mind that my pup is in the best hands while I am away.
We had a wonderful experience with Doggy Strides! We were very nervous to leave our dog so soon after we adopted him. Cayce was so sweet, calm, and gentle with our Sammy that she put our worries at ease. She has a beautiful home and property for the dogs to enjoy. We loved getting pictures and updates twice a day. We had the BEST experience leaving our sweet little 8 month old puppy girl Ori with Cayce!! Cayce has a wonderful personality & lovely family. We left Ori for 9 nights…while we went on vacation! We were very much at ease to do it. Reason being…we did a trial. We did (2) 1/2 days & 1 overnight to ease our minds. She had a great time & was so happy!! Ori got to meet other friendly dogs & made human friends too! We knew it would be a great decision to leave Ori with Cayce for 9 nights. Doggy Strides’ environment is VERY clean & welcoming! Cayce is very organized! She fed & administered Ori’s daily requirements with no problems. I portioned off Ori’s food & supplements in baggies to simplify her daily feeding. As you can see Ori is white…we feared that she would be VERY dirty when we returned home. Ori was just as white when we returned home! ♥️ We had NO issues at all…once we were back home! Ori was healthy and was drinking, eating, & pooping just fine. Ori transitioned well back in her own environment with us! Cayce we are so happy we found you!! 🐶💖🐾

Such a wonderful option for our two Poodles. We had utilized kennels in the past and they are 1) expensive and 2) not very personal. Abby, our dog walker/sitter was great. She Provided individual attention and the cost was significantly less then other area kennels. Muttchbetter will be our go to in the future.

Our sitter Dawn-Marie was awesome! She took excellent care of our girls while we were away, sending pictures and providing updates daily which put our minds at ease as this was the first time we have needed to use a service such as Tal's. She even ran the vacuum a couple of times to keep up with the build up of dog hair, cleaned up the waste in the yard daily and treated our home as she would her own. Natalya was great too! She pleasantly answered all of our questions and concerns prior to booking. I highly recommend Tal's Pets. We will definitely use the service again when needed without hesitation. Keeping our girls in their own home, where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings was huge. We really did feel that our girls were very well taken care of while we were away.
This was our first experience with Tal's Pets. how great it was ! We had Skye as our caretaker and cannot compliment her enough. She wrote everything down, was very conscientious of everything we asked of her. Most of all , the kitties loved her. Lucy, normally very shy went right up to greet her. Skye kept me informed every evening with texts and pictures, insuring my vacation was worry free. I highly recommend Skye and Tal's Pets.
10/10 will always recommend Tal's Pets for pet sitting. We recently went away for 5 days and Skye, our sitter, was an absolute gem to take our of 14 year old dog in our home. She sent so many updates and pictures and we could tell our pup was so comfortable with her. Our dog had some belly issues while we were gone and she was prompt to contact us make sure he was okay and went above and beyond to clean up the mess and left our house pretty spotless after. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I used Tal's pets services for the first time two weeks ago. Could not be happier with my experience. Their services came highly recommended and they were as wonderful as I heard they were. Everything was so easy in setting up my visit and Natalya was super fast in her responses in making our arrangements. My sitter Naya was just the sweetest person ever and so good with our dog Mya. She engaged with her throughout the time we were away and sent us updates via texts with pics. Not enough kind words for Naya-she was awesome. Natalya (owner) has been amazing to work with from day 1! She was quick to get me information and all set up to go with loving staff members to come check in our puppy. Natalya’s communication is excellent. She has really worked with us to fit our needs and even helps when last minute needs/changes arise. We searched for years for reliable, responsive pet care with no luck, so we were stuck relying on friends and family which was incredibly limiting for our schedules. We tried other local companies and those experiences rendered us hopeless that we’d ever find care that we trusted and felt comfortable with. From day one the experience with Tal’s was completely different- quick, clear communication and scheduling, caring, attentive and communicative sitters, incredibly fair pricing (I’d argue she could charge double for the value she provides), and complete piece of mind that our pets and home will be well taken care of and respected. Love Lucky Chance Pet Resort! They make sure my pets are walked, fed, played with while they were boarding. Very clean kennel and cattery. The kennel staff are very loving and kind and very affectionate toward your pets. Your pets will be well taken care of!
We picked up our dogs and they were acting unusual. They were not acting like themselves at all. We brought toys with them so they had things to play with during their stay and the toys were not given to them though we asked for them to have them in their kennel. When we got home they continued to act this way and when our one dog went to the bathroom it looked VERY weird as if it had paste al over it. They also were very hungry as if they were not fed all week. We will never be bringing them back. DO NOT DROP YOUR DOGS OFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BECOME ILL.
Nice place, their courtesy is important to your pet. Huge area for pet to run. Priced higher than some of the smaller vets in the area but better than QTV.
Terrible. The photo are not what you suspect. My rescue was so scared we had to drag her in and when we picked them up both my pure breed chocolate lab and rescue were so frightened. Never again.

Edit: We are now about a month into using this pet sitting company and could not be happier. I feel good leaving her there knowing she enjoys her day at her "happy place". Patricia has taken amazing care of our dog! I would recommend this business to anyone. The hours are extensive for a longer work day. She only takes a small amount of well behaved dogs so they have a great day with puppy friends. She is very communicative during their stay with pictures and updates. Your pup will come home all played out for sure! We will definitely be using her again!
Patricia knows dogs and helped mine feel comfortable around other dogs they weren’t used to. She really tired them out and they seemed very excited to go back the next time. I have rebooked her for several more times this summer.
The daily text messages with photos and videos said it all. Gracie was having a wonderful time playing outdoors with other dogs, taking walks, and snoozing comfortably in a warm and loving home. It gave us peace of mind! We highly recommend Choty's doggie day and night care!

Pampered Petz is THE Best ! We have used their services for about 12 years and 2 dogs ! They treat Memphis like she is part of their family and I would not trust anyone else to visit my home 2 times a week and at times spend the night ! Pampered Petz often takes care of my 3 dogs when I’m away. They do a great job making sure they are walked, fed and happy. They also keep me informed and send pictures at every visit. I also appreciate their flexibility. My daughter has sport tournaments and I don’t always know what time of day I’ll need them until a couple days before the visit. They have been very accommodating.
I have two dogs that get walked every day by Nicole and I am always super pleased with the services Pampered Petz provides! My one dog is a bundle of nerves and within a few days Nicole had charmed him. Now both dogs are super enthusiastic whenever they hear the door because they think it's Nicole! I trust my dogs instinct and the fact that they LOVE Nicole tells me she is great with them! I feel that Pampered Petz has reasonable pricing for the services they provide and it is well worth the money to know that my dogs are being seen and walked by someone who cares about them. In addition, the portal that Pampered Petz uses for payments and communication is great and easy to use. I can't say enough good things about this service. Pampered Petz is a great service. I have used their service for one-time visits, overnight stays and multiple-day visits. I have a cat and two dogs and I feel they are in great care when I have someone from Pampered Petz looking after them when I can't. They are very responsive and provide great detail on the visits including pictures of my happy pets so I know everything is ok. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to help look after your pets while away.
We've used Pampered Petz a number of times now and have always had great experiences. We are a multi-cat household, including indoor and outdoor cats, and have nothing but good things to say about the service we receive. Robin takes great care of everything and is even nice enough to send us a quick text after her visit to let us know things are good. It truly makes our vacations more enjoyable knowing that we don't need to worry about our cats, they are in great hands!

Tanya is a wonderful pet sitter . We have been using her services for several years now . Our pets love her. We completely trust our pets (and home) in her care . She is compassionate, friendly and reliable. Bonus - she does house cleaning too :). I will never have her take care of my animals again she file a complaint to the animal control center about my pets I had my one cat taking away because of her .I wouldn't hire her all she will do is file a complaint against your pets and have them taking away .
Charlene and Agnes went above and beyond to help our family in a time of need. My mother had been using Charlene for years to pet sit her two siamese cats when she was out of town. Recently she fell ill and Charlene was so kind and flexible to work with us with our changing needs. And Agnes went above and beyond whenever she came to take care of the cats. I cannot recommend Charlene and her team more.
My Foster pup has stayed at the pet hotel and played at the doggy daycare. The staff at Charlenes genuinely cares about dogs and their well being. You can absolutely trust Charlenes to take care of your pup!
Our dog, Oliver, LOVES Charlene's Pet Services. Oliver goes to Doggy Day Care two times a week. He is excited when he sees where we are and jumps out of the car. The staff greets him in the morning and are happy to see him. He comes home tired so I know he has had a fun-filled day. One day I had cut his nail too short and he was still bleeding the next day at day care. They took special care of him and stopped the bleeding and he hung out with Charlene in her office for a while so he could chill out. So good to know he is well taken care of when he is there. You will be happy taking your dog here and your dog will be even happier :)

I do not care for the way this pet sitting service deals with clients. I called to ask about pet sitting for a handicapped pet, explaining his special needs. I was told by the owner, Charlene, that she was not sure she had sitters available during that time period, but she would get back to me. I waited for a week or so and did not hear anything back, so I called and was advised that they could not help. I felt it was unprofessional for them not to get back to me, even if they could not help. Just let me know, one way or the other so I am not left hanging. Several months later I ran into a pet sitter who was walking a neighbor's dog. It turned out she was from Charlene's and when I told her about my recent experience. she advised me that there had been plenty of sitters available, they simply did not want the job. Fortunately we found another pet sitting service in the area who is very happy to have our business and do whatever it takes to help. The pet sitters themselves at Charlene's may be good but my experience showed me that management does not really care and regards the needs of handicapped pets as not even worth a return phone call.
If you are looking for a pet service, this is it!! I use Charlene's Pet sitting for dog walking. This service is extremely reliable, responsible and the will love your dog as their own. I haven't used the doggie day-care, but based on my experience with dog walking, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arised.
