I was a bit aprensive leaving my 17 yr old dog there on a trial day as he is old and gets stressed. I didn’t need to worry as they were well looked after and both Pip and Patch enjoyed their day. Lovely dog friendly staff and kennels are clean amd spacious .

My dog has just spent her third holiday at Birch Hall and is booked in again later in the year! If I had any problems with the kennels she would not be returning there!

Very good, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable team. Fairly priced too Our Lurcher has had to stay in Kennels in the past and come back in a sate, lost weight and been visibly unhappy. At Birch Hall he was looked after, fed correctly and given plenty of exercise. Hes home happy :)

We have been using this kennels for a number of months now as we have a particularly anxious dog which makes it hard to find the right environment for him. All the ladies who work there are brilliant with dogs and now my dog looks forward to going there. It's good value and a great service. I would recommend Birch Hall to anyone.

Great team to deal with who kept me fully updated during the booking in process- elderly dog who hasn't been in kennels for 15yrs! Keeta was happy on pick up & fully settled back in now back home. Would recommend! Thank you

I took my two dogs today for a trial visit 10 am until 4pm, staff are really friendly and very accomodating. My Border collie is very nervous and reactive but he took to the staff straight away. On collection he seems to have had a great time. He even made it on to Instagram. Thank you for being so accommodating 😍😍xx
