Jen was very easy to communicate with, she even researched the best train from London for us and found us a bargain fare! We were met at the station by Andy who drove us around and familiarised us with Bowness before arriving home and meeting lovely Jen and the 2 cutest dogs ever, Roxy and Ollie. We all had a little walk together before they left, we all felt very comfortable with one another. We thoroughly recommend Jen who is super organised and welcoming and her cute dogs Roxy and Ollie. Oh and The Lakes District is a fabulous place for walks and soaking up the scenery.

I was a bit aprensive leaving my 17 yr old dog there on a trial day as he is old and gets stressed. I didn’t need to worry as they were well looked after and both Pip and Patch enjoyed their day. Lovely dog friendly staff and kennels are clean amd spacious .
My dog has just spent her third holiday at Birch Hall and is booked in again later in the year! If I had any problems with the kennels she would not be returning there!

Very good, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable team. Fairly priced too Our Lurcher has had to stay in Kennels in the past and come back in a sate, lost weight and been visibly unhappy. At Birch Hall he was looked after, fed correctly and given plenty of exercise. Hes home happy :)

We have been using this kennels for a number of months now as we have a particularly anxious dog which makes it hard to find the right environment for him. All the ladies who work there are brilliant with dogs and now my dog looks forward to going there. It's good value and a great service. I would recommend Birch Hall to anyone.

I took my two dogs today for a trial visit 10 am until 4pm, staff are really friendly and very accomodating. My Border collie is very nervous and reactive but he took to the staff straight away.
