We have used Happy Tails for many years and have always felt completely at ease leaving our pets in their care. Michelle has been our sitter for several years and our pets love her. She has a wonderful rapport with them and felt grief with the family when we lost our beloved dog. Have no idea what we would do without her.

First time having to leave my baby behind for a couple days. At first I was very apprehensive in the whole pet sitting idea. Leaving a key and trusting someone will come feed and take him out. I called Happy Tails and they were able to answer all my questions and help put my mind at ease. Our pet sitter JASMINE called us the same day to set up a consultation. She was extremely friendly and professional. My dog took to her right away and she even starting playing with him to calm him down. I left a very detailed schedule for Jasmine and requested daily text updates to see how our puppy was doing. Jasmine exceeded all our expectations, came home to a very happy, excited puppy. House was as clean as I left it too! I would definitely recommend Jasmine from this company.

Excellent. We have now used this service twice to watch our 3 cats while on vacation and are very pleased. $15 a day for a daily visit, feeding, and play. I like that they send lots of pictures of the cats so we know they came and that our cats are doing well. This is so much better than a pet hotel because the cats feel comfortable in their own home with their own toys. We will continue to use this service for future vacations.

I am so happy with Happy Tails. I remember seeing the service before I decided to get our first family pet. They were closed for new clients so I knew that they were a good business. When they finally had an opening I got in and I am so grateful for it! We have been using them the past 2 years. We go on month long stays overseas and so far have been very pleased with our sitter Michelle. She comes to play and feed our 2 cats and also feed our fish. Even when you are away they can water plants, and check your mail. Everything is arranged very easy they keep an updated account for your pets and what needs to be done at the house. Michelle sends pictures everyday of the cats and how they are doing. I would 100% recommend Happy Tails for pet sitting, and I will continue using them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Happy Tails Pet Sitters (El Paso, TX). Michelle made daily visits to my house while I was out of town. She took great care of my cats--fed them, changed their water, cleaned their dishes, scooped their box, brought in flyers from the front porch, and texted me a daily report. She even took care of some unplanned extras, including cleaning up after one of the cats who was sick at the time. I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care, and it was great having her checking on the house while I was away. I will use Happy Tails every time I need a pet sitter. They were great!

Happy Tails is the best pet sitting service ever! I had such a pleasant experience with them. They are very professional, respectful and loving towards your pets. My fiancé and I just got back from a family reunion in South Dakota and our dog sitters, Judy and Bridget, were phenomenal! Throughout our trip in South Dakota, I had a peace of mind knowing that our dogs were well taken care of in the comfort of our home. Judy and Bridget stuck to the schedule that we have for our dogs. They kept us up-to-date by sending us photos and text messages after each visit. They even went as far as sweeping and mopping our floors so that we wouldn’t return to a dirty apartment. Our dogs were so happy and comfortable when we arrived home. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the service they provide. Did I mention they are very affordable?! My dog Bean absolutely loves Julian's! Whether it's daycare, boarding, or grooming, he always looks forward to his visits. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they treat my dog with so much care and attention. One of my favorite features is the live access camera, which lets me check in on Bean throughout the day and gives me peace of mind. His favorite sitter, Bianca, always makes sure he's comfortable, and he comes home happy and relaxed every time. I highly recommend Julian's for their caring team and excellent services!

Been to many different groomers and my Old English Shepard loves it here, it’s one of the only places she is actually excited to go. They always have plenty of availability so it’s easy to go in. Same guy has been running it since we started going and you can tell he loves our fur babies!

I have been taking my dogs for grooming for years at Julian’s Pet Grooming.. My dogs look perfect every time. The customer service is excellent. I live about 2-1/2 hours away and wouldn’t even think about taking my dogs anywhere else except Julian’s Dog Grooming. Daniel is always polite and has good people skills.

They are friendly at the front desk. Their hours are convenient. Their prices are competitive. Their unwillingness to allow pet parents into the back to review the housing and play areas prevents a level of transparency which is imperative when choosing a place to board for extended periods. Also, when I pay to have a grooming service done before pick up, I shouldn’t have to remind your team to do it when I arrive to pick up. A little better book keeping and organization will display more competence and inspire more confidence in your organization. You’re on the cusp of sacrificing service for cost mitigation. Consider a re-investment in higher-level service to maintain your customer loyalty.

Cheerful and friendly receptionist, Bianca! She explained the services and offered add ons :) Sol was the groomer, and she did a wonderful job on my large doodle dog. He looks great & is good spirits when he is done. Recommend Julian’s for your pet grooming!

I give Julians Daycare an A+!! Great customer service, attentive to my little Toby, and trustworthy. It is difficult leaving your fur baby anywhere but I can comfortably leave Toby here. Plus after we picked him up he received the best grooming in El Paso. Our Toby was looking debonair and smelled so good. We are really pleased with this place and absolutely will be bringing Toby back.

This place is amazing. Bring your fur babies here! My American Eskimo has a ton of hair and doesn't like to be groomed. He fought the groomer and choked himself, causing himself a slight injury. I know it was self-inflicted because he does the same with me all the time. Julian's immediately handled the situation with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They even scheduled an appointment with a veterinarian and followed up on the wellbeing of my fur baby! Their work and courtesy are above and beyond. Elia grooms my schnauzer and she does an amazing job. Always friendly. Have met various receptionists at this place and all are very nice and friendly. Bianca is so sweet, one time the appointment I made online didn’t schedule for some reason and she asked Elia if there was still time for one more dog and they made it happen. Love this place, would give 10 stars if possible!

Ana has taken care of Bibi several times for various days. She is very loving with Bibi. Ana sends us photos of Bibi and she is always happy and calm, is like a second home for her. Ana is trustworthy and very professional.

I just discovered this place and started using it several months ago when nobody else had space due to spring break. They have booking available online and a painless check-in (limited to about 8 or 9 in the morning and 4 or 5 in the afternoon). I've had grooming done and it was great. These are sweet people and they have a nice indoor kennel. They kept me updated including pictures during the stay. You take your own dog's food, although they helped when I didn't realize that the first time!

First time leaving my dog, so I did a lot of research on the best places and this was the best. Your dog gets personalized attention, the place is huge, really nice and clean. Dogs get a lot of play time and their rooms are a very good size. They keep you updated on how your dog is doing and they send you photos and videos everyday. Could not be happier. My dog also had a blast while staying at this place.

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! I sent my Labrador Retriever Puppy in last minutes notice due to another place failing to take my puppy so they gladly took him for the day and night. Their first time sign up is easy and drop-off was hassle free. I dropped off my pup and he instantly met new friends and the employees were so good to him he didn't want to leave by the time I came back to get him. Back out he slept HARD. I highly recommend these folks if you're in the area. AWESOME CARETAKERS.

My dog is very important to me. When I’m out of town, he stays with my parents, but when they are also out of town, I bring him to Spa For Paws! They take such great care of him and I love how they take pictures daily at Doggy Daycare so I can still see him. This is the only place I trust with my baby!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to quickly find a trustworthy place to board my beloved dog, Monroe. My mom recommended Spa for Paws, and they exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation, working with me during Monroe's two-week stay. They were attentive, addressing any questions or concerns I had with care. Damian was wonderful to interact with and addressed any concerns or questions I had, and also kindly messaged when Monroe was running low on her food supply or anything of the sorts. He has a fun time with the other dogs and daycare workers. Grooms come out being exactly what we ask for, and groomers are very informed and experienced!

Spa for paws is the only place I use not only for boarding, but daycare and grooming. Our GSD Sheldon loves his groomer Erica, and I wouldn't have my Mali without Julia (the owner). She is amazing with the dogs in boarding but also does amazing work in the community with her rescue. We were lucky enough to adopt Bello from her and I couldn't imagine our house without him. I highly recommend Spa for Paws

I have many dogs and the staff at Spaw for Paw’s is just above and beyond what one expects. They care for your four legged family like it was their own. Most dogs love the interaction and get quite attached to all the kennel techs. Everything is always as promised and then some extra. I can only recommend if you are looking for day care, boarding or grooming services. Very experienced and friendly.

I really love this place. I left my dog there for onboarding for 12 days, and I must admit I was scared at the beginning because we’ve never been separated for that long. I wanted a place where I felt she would be taken care of and loved, and I found it. She loved them, and they loved her back. She looks so happy and healthy when I picked her up. (I liked that they made notes so when I called to check on her, they gave me details that I knew only my dog would do). Plus, we asked for a grooming, and she came back home smelling and feeling fresh! I highly recommend this place. I’m even considering taking her for daycare! Erica always does a fabulous job with my dog. She checks with me about what cut I want for my pup and makes him look like the handsomest dog. The daycare is also great as it gives my dog the ability to spend time with other dogs and socialize. I love taking my pup to Erica for grooming. She is great with her and my pup (terrier/pug mix) looks wonderful when I pick her up. We’ve been using Spa for Paws since we moved to El Paso 3.5 yrs ago.

We always wait way too long to get our girl groomed. she has a long-haired shepherd and so every time we bring her in she looks terrible and it’s our fault. We have no one else to blame but ourselves. The spa takes her even though she looks terrible and we know it’s going to be a tough job. Every time we get her back, she is gorgeous! The spa is one of her favorite places to be. We do literally call it her spa day! We do have to Give a huge shout out to the same groomer, she goes to every single time Kat! Kat really is so talented and so patient to take my messy girl, and transform her right before our eyes into the beautiful girl she really is. We love the Spa, and highly recommend them not only for grooming, but for boarding, and the best time ever in daycare. Not only do we recommend but our girl, the important one highly recommends! A

I love this salon! We have two Pomeranians and they really enjoy going and having a spa day. You can tell that they really care about animals which is a relief knowing that I can trust them with my babies! The salon is always clean and tidy and they are kind, understanding and professional. And, if that’s not enough, they do a fantastic job! My pups look so good after a day of pampering!

I have to say that I’m a HUGE fan of D’Lux. My dog is just about a year old and is VERY high energy and they never make me feel bad for how unruly and hyper he can be. They’re so good at keeping me in the loop and they’ll send me pictures and videos during his time playing. I’ve used predominantly the daycare services and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’ve also boarded my dog here for 10 days and having access to the livestream cams and daily updates and images of him made it easier on me, plus the social boarding aspect made it an easier adjustment for my dog. So yeah, big fan, great and friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I’ve attached some of the photos the crew sent me of my boy enjoying the daycare services :)

We boarded our dog with D’Lux Dog Care for 6 days while we went out of town. They went above and beyond to accommodate him, from addressing his separation anxiety to making him feel at home. We loved being able to see him at all times thanks to the live-streaming cameras and daily photos we were sent! They even sent us updates on him and had a vet tech onsite to look after him. We will 100% be back next time we need to board our dog.

D’Lux Dog Care is the best! The level of service and care was amazing. I had an emergency come up and needed my pug to be boarded for an unknown time. I called and they were you able to get me in quickly when I needed it. Their communication is phenomenal, they answer promptly and send daily pictures of your dog to let you know they’re doing well. They were easy to extend timeframes on boarding and order grooming services. Dani and her staff truly care about the pets they have during the day and that are boarding with them. I wouldn’t choose another doggy daycare with this type of service and care that was given to me. Thank you for everything!

Love them!! I was very hesitant with any dog daycare since my dog is blind and old, but D’Lux has outdone themselves! They’re very responsive anytime and every time I reach out. They have cameras in the yards and in his room so that I can watch my baby if I get worried about him, and they send me a photo and updates of him frequently every day he visits!! They’re super great and kind!! Love them!

We adopted a very high energy husky shepherd mix in El Paso and quickly realized he needed more stimulation than we could possibly ever provide- he’s a very social pack animal and loves to be surrounded by other dogs, especially high energy pups. We decided to give D’Lux a try based on a recommendation from a person we met at a dog park and it has been the best thing for all of us! Much to our dog’s irritation, we take him 1-3 times per week (he thinks he should just be a shop dog and live there) and he comes home content and tired. And it gives our geriatric older dog some respite from the chaos. The whole staff are amazing, the place is very well cleaned and maintained, and even the groomers and baker are fabulous! We boarded both our dogs there while we were away and they both did great and were well cared for. Plus, having cameras is fun so you can pop in and see what your babies are up to. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am so sad to be moving away and losing them! (All photos from D’Lux parties or snapped from their camera- their theme parties for pups are adorable!!).

I couldn't be happier with the care my pup always receives at D'Lux! The staff is extremely friendly and you can tell they strive to provide the best care possible. The picture updates and live camera access provide me with peace of mind throughout the day. My pup has done both daycare and boarding with D'Lux Dog Care multiple times and she always leaves happy (and exhausted from all the playing with her furry friends). This past visit, the wonderful staff went above and beyond by celebrating my pup's birthday with special treats and even sent me a video of them singing Happy Birthday to her! We recently moved to El Paso and needed a place for our board our dog for two nights. D’Lux had amazing reviews so I contacted them right away! They were very caring and I could tell that take such great care of their pups. Being a crate free environment, it is so nice that the dogs get to play and interact all day, under supervision from employees! Having access to a live cam is also a plus to check on our pup throughout the day. They are so personable, even sending check in photos throughout the stay. Will be back!

I paid up front for an entire week $230. My dog stayed one night. I felt uncomfortable with another dog that was coming and there was no proper separation in case of a fight and canceled trip. She said she would return my money the next day because she had already paid a bill. I called, texted. No answer, no call back.. I've never had to pay upfront at any boarding place. I'm very upset. I hate when people are dishonest.

We had a crisis when our arrangements for a dog sitter fell apart suddenly right before a long trip. Fortunately we found them and they saved us from a real problem. They are good people and they treated our dog well. I wholeheartedly recommend that they be one of your first choices for boarding you dog.

We visited other locations that actually left us feeling perplexed and scared for the dogs that are left there. I found Momo's Doggies by searching and loved all the positive reviews. We went to visit and fell in love with Karla and Rick's facility and their genuine love for what they do! This past weekend, Sadie stayed for the first time. Karla and Rick made sure that our senior dog was well taken care (actually, a lot of individual attention), which we so appreciate, and made sure that Sadie felt comfortable in a new place. We appreciated the pictures that were sent to us along with notes throughout the weekend. It definitely put our minds at ease knowing that Sadie was being treated like the princess she is! :) Sadie will be a regular at Momo's Doggies for sure!!

It will be very hard to find a place with a more caring couple that truly love what they do. The environment, the setup and all around feel that Karla and Rick provides was evident during the visit. They kept us abreast of the girls time with them by sending pics and videos of their days. Both dogs were comfortable in their environment, and it truly showed when they returned home. Great place for your dogs, so stop by and get the same exciting feeling we did. Again, it will be hard to find a better place in El Paso. You will worry less and enjoy your time away more while your dogs are at Momo's. Sorry I don't have pics, but the visit will tell you all you need to know. Very reasonably priced as well. Take a visit and your and your doggies won't regret it. We will definitely use their services again.

Best place to leave a cherished pet! Karla and Ricardo took care of my dog as if he were their own. They were attentive to his needs, understood what he tried to convey, and made sure he had a very good time. The dogs are supervised at all times and get lots of playtime and exercise. No need to look for any other place; we’ll be back for sure. The gift box and report card we got for him when we picked him up were very cool 😎

First rate, should be called a dog resort. My dogs played and returned home with no signs of distress. Karla and Rick looked out for my timid dog and put their own super gentle dogs in with my aggressive one which calmed him down. He normally doesn't do well while boarding, ends up in solitary, but this time he played with other dogs without trouble. Daily updates showing my dogs relaxing in their living room environments kept us from worrying.

Momo's Doggies is a place in heaven for dogs. Karla is super friendly with our dogs and us and she keeps you updated with pictures and videos. Her facility is very clean. it's like a nursery. Karla took care of Nala and Simba as if they were her own. She was very attentive to their needs and she made sure they were safe and they had a good time. My dogs were supervised at all times and got lots of playtime. They were treated like a little princess and a little king. I appreciate all of Karla's attentiveness to our dogs and us. If I could give them more stars I would. I definitely recommend Momo's Doggies.

This place is heaven for dog parents. The owner is super friendly and keeps you updated daily with pics and videos, their place has a nice backyard, the dogs go on walks, have their own little couches and beds, and best of all it is crate free. I am at ease leaving my basset Valentina here because it feels as if I am leaving her with family. She loves it and comes home after her stays happy and tired! Super recommended.

My doggy has never had any issues staying with Karla and Rick. They are very good with the dogs and take the time to send frequent updates. Cageless indoors and big yard for the dogs to roam. I bring my pup here all the way from Horizon!

Ricardo and Karla have created an amazing business and will treat your dog BETTER than any human childcare facility I’ve seen. First, they have you fill out like a 5 page questionnaire that is concerned with even the smallest details of your pet’s well-being. Then, they send you pictures and updates throughout your pet’s stay. They are cage free, and offered doggie beds and plenty of space to roam. Ricardo and Karla are passionate about your dog’s well being. They loved our little girl like their own. When we picked her up, they even gave us a gift bag with a doggie treat, toy, and picture of our little Daisy. Thank you so much for taking care of our little girl!

We had been looking for a place to stay for our beautiful milah for a while now. She is a playful lab mix. And being honest we could not find anything that would make us happy or at least feel comfortable and being honest we y'all we found momo's doggies via Google and call them right away. From the very first time I spoke with Rick I knew we would like the place. They were so nice to invite us to get to know him and his wife Karla. Right away you notice that they just love dogs and we knew our lab mix pup will be so happy there and she really was she didn't want to leave the place when we came back to pick her up. With out hesitation we for sure will be having Milah staying with them in the future.

This is the best place you can choose for your dog to be taken care of. Karla and Ricardo are both super antentive and they take care of the dogs as if they are the owners. The place is super clean and spacious. They give you updates and send you pictures throughout your dogs stay. We will definitely take our dog back there when we are on vacation.

Kathy was recommended to me after my usual Dog sitter was unavailable. I was nervous because I was leaving my dogs for 2 weeks, but Collar Club went above and beyond my expectations! My dogs were loved for and cared like they were their own. She even celebrated my dogs 9th birthday 🥹🎂. Completely amazing workers. Highly recommend!!! …

Kathy listened carefully to what my cats needed and thoroughly reviewed everything. She kept in touch while we were away and made sure all went well. I feel very comfortable with using Collar Club next time and highly recommend them. A+++

We hired Collar Club of El Paso to watch our cat while we were out of town. Our property was accessed without forced entry in an unauthorized manner following scheduled service. We had to request for the sitter to discontinue service and ask them to turn the keys over to our neighbors, who reported being on the receiving end of some less than polite remarks. We had trouble reaching a resolution with the business owner, who would agree to meeting times and phone calls and then suddenly be unavailable at those times. Eventually the business owner offered us a refund and to cover the costs of changing our locks over the incident, but later emailed us to suggest the refund and reimbursement was contingent on us not leaving a review. Sorry, our silence cannot be bought.
