Lori
This was one of our very favourite house sits. Luna is a dream dog. Lori and Kevin have trained her very well and she's both sweet and clever, which makes for the perfect doggy companion. She lives for walks, and was particularly pleased when both Miguel and I went out with her. Luna likes to know where you are and was always watching our movements around the house. Lori said she thinks she's half collie and I definitely got the sense of being herded and watched over by her. For instance, if Miguel was slow to put his walking boots on, she'd go and sit next to him to hurry him along! As for Lori and Kevin's home, it's wonderful. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more, not to mention a great hot tub to enjoy. If you have the chance to take this house sit, don't think twice!

Amazing time with all the animals at Lindsay and Duncan’s. Great fun looking after pigs and goats for the first time! They are a lovely couple and have a beautiful home in a wonderful location. Thank you both and I hope to come back very soon!

LISA
What a lovely sit! Jake and Bentley are the sweetest little boys who love lounging around, lots of fuss and attention and are very well behaved. Lisa's house is absolutely gorgeous, in a rural but well connected location. I would sit for Lisa again in a heartbeat.

Birgit
This was such a gorgeous housesit - we were made to feel so welcome by Birgit and Oilvier. We met them the evening before and had a lovely dinner, it was so lovely to spend time with like-minded travellers and animal lovers! The house is stunning and spacious with views over the valley and the terrace was particularly beautiful in the sunshine. The house was perfect for a visit to Trier (old German town) and Luxembourg historical sites - both lovely cities to visit - we even visited Gent on our way home (recommendation from Birgit and Olivier) which was also amazing.

The biggest incentive on this house-sit though are the 3 amazing Pups, such gentle giants - full of affection and love. My daughter absolutely adored them and would have taken them home, if we could!!! Strudel played fetch with my daughter, Praline just loved to be loved and Crumble, we were in awe of her regal status in the house! Would happily go back if invited because these Pups will stay in our hearts..
