We feel very lucky to have Kateryna and Illia housesit for us. Our confirmed sitter cancelled for a family emergency so I was left to find another sitter. I invited Kateryna and Illia and luckily they accepted! Our dog is very sensitive to change and gets very nervous when we start packing. We know when she is stressed because she becomes vey clingy and nervous. She was very comfortable with Kateryna and Illia both when we left and when we returned, our dog, Rocket was very calm and relaxed. She was excited to see us and went right back into her normal routine! Illia set up google drive and sent frequent pictures of our goats and dog. This was wonderful because of the time change, we were able to look at the photos when we had time. It was so wonderful to return to see our house in perfect condition and pets so well cared for. We have some complicated instructions, Illia reviewed our welcome packet and asked questions to be sure he wasn't missing any important information. It is hard to leave our pets for a 9 day vacation but we were very relaxed having Kateryna and Illia care for our home and our beloved pets. They are wonderful , warm, and friendly as well as very capable! We highly recommend them for any future housesit.
Kayla was great with my fur babies. My Dogs loved her, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter. She sent me messages daily with pictures of my Dogs to reassure me they were okay. This was the first time I left my Dogs with anyone except family members, and it turned out very well.
Julia was responsible and responsive in taking care of our two old, large dogs, two cats, and old home. We came home to an immaculately clean home and happy animals after being out of service and off the grid for 5 days. Julia is a reliant, self starter who is welcome back anytime. Thank you for your care and services Julia.
Our first house sit with TrustedHousesitters was with Miguel and Ryan, and it could not have been better! Their house was immaculate and well appointed in a lovely neighborhood. It was a great place to take their two goldens for walks, and lovely parks are close by as well. Shopping is also very close for anything you may need. Miguel and Ryan were so gracious and made us feel at home. As wonderful as their house is, it was certainly not the best part of our stay. Heidi and Ginger stole our hearts. They are so fun and have so much personality, you cannot help but fall in love with them. We enjoyed so much with them — from walks to playing to snuggling to park time to TV time…and yes, they do have some favorite TV. We hope their parents don’t mind that we let them watch TV, but after all, we are the fun sitters! They really just have so much personality and are so well behaved. We only left them this morning and by the afternoon, we were missing them already. We can highly recommend Miguel and Ryan’s house if you are lucky enough to to get to care for Heidi and Ginger!

Top Dog is amazing! Our dog walker (Anna) comes by every day to let out our sweet beagle girls and take them on a walk. They also gets lots of play time, love and cuddles. I have had such a wonderful experience with the dog walking service over the last year! I have a 10 pound sassy miniature dachshund named Cupid who is quite particular about who he likes. Everyone who has worked with him has been so patient and given him grace to adjust to new people. I am currently in residency and work long hours at the hospital but I get peace of mind knowing my little guy had the chance to go outside to potty and play. I also very much look forward to seeing what I call his “report card” from the day which is a message that includes a summary of his walk and photos of him being his silly little self. I appreciate everyone at Top Dog, especially Leanne who is Cupid’s primary walker, for all they do to help take care of my baby!

She is very warm and friendly and has been great with my girl. Chris is always on time and communicates with me at every visit by sharing photos and letting me know how she is doing. This is the first and only 'pet sitting' service I've used and the only one I need. As far as I'm concerned they are great. The lady who watches my 2 cats is superb. She spends 30 minutes here twice daily, feeds them, cleans the litter boxes and sends me pictures to my phone of them per visit, and also gives them cat treats. With her tending to them, I have no worries.
I absolutely love Top Dog and our dog walker Helen. They are the best dog walking company in the DFW area. My dog is particular about people but when she met Helen it was love at first sight. Helen always gives detailed recaps about how the dog walking visit went and includes photos of my dog on the Top Dog app. As a busy working professional, I take comfort in knowing that my dog is well cared for and I look forward to reading the recaps each day. Love Shannon and her team. If my very shy dogs could talk, they'd tell me to go away more so Briana could come and play. I feel so comfortable leaving our dogs and home in their capable hands. I have tried other sitters but have found doors left open and no water in bowls, last-minute cancelations, and dogs refusing to eat for them. We have used Top Dog many times with no problems.
