Housesitting for Chris was as peaceful an experience as you can get. Chris is a wonderful and lovely host. Her home is serene with wind-chimes and hummingbirds, overlooking a beautiful creek in the back. We enjoyed strolling around the safe, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. Rusty, Rizzo, and Vanilla were some of the most affectionate and mellow pets ever. Their company will help you de-stress, even with their (very easy) special meds requirements. Their vet, who is also a friend of Chris’, is nearby and easy to communicate with, should there be any urgent health issues. Unfortunately, Vanilla reached her time (about 20 years old) toward the end of our stay, but we were glad we got to spend time cuddling with her everyday and making sure she was comfortable and happy. RIP, we will miss you lots, Vanilla! We would definitely be happy to return to see Rusty and Rizzo again for future sits.
Sheena & Howard are wonderful people and were extremely warm and accommodating. Rosie the cat is an absolute treasure and I so enjoyed her company these last 2.5 months. Sheena & Howard's Richmond home is really lovely, with a big beautiful garden and in a perfection location near to local transport links (as well as beautiful Richmond Park and Kew Gardens). This sit has been an absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you guys so much!!!
Staying at Charissa’s almost felt like I was staying in a hotel (which makes sense since she does Airbnb). My room was so adorably decorated and had toiletries for me, etc. She is also just a genuinely kind person and I enjoyed talking with her. I felt so welcomed right upon arrival. Cloudy is also such a sweet kitty. It was so easy to take care of him, and he was so loving (always sitting on my lap). I miss him dearly. I can easily recommend a sit at Charissa’s with Cloudy — you will feel pampered!
We had an absolutely wonderful time sitting for Chester. Jennifer was great at making sure that we were well prepared and we really appreciated how thorough she was with the minor, and she even let us to a great dinner spot and a great place to get our nails done. They have a beautiful home and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Chester is such a sweetheart and also a lovable goofball. We definitely will miss him, but hope to sit for him again in the future. We would recommend this to anyone…
The pets were fun to look after, enjoying their food and walks as well as being great company. The home was comfortable, well organised, warm and welcoming. Great location. A sit to be recommended and hopefully returned to sometime in the future.
Margot and Yoeri are such a dream to sit for they were extremely prepared and responsive when we had questions. Rona is such a sweetie, she was a bit nervous the first few days we were there but she really came around a few days in. Cookie will let you know when she wants attention and otherwise you’ll never see her 😂 Mona and Coco are just the sweetest dogs. They love a cuddle and super easy going. I’d love to sit again for them!

Fuzzy Critters has been a life saver! Our dog Maple absolutely loves going there. She starts whimpering when she realizes we are getting close and then bounds out of the car to run into Jessica's yard, leaving me in the dust. She loves hanging out with all the other doggies and still being in a home environment with access to the outside. Highly recommend!
Jessica is an amazing person who really cares about the dogs who are staying with her. Our Pepper (pit/lab mix) had a great time with Jessica. Pepper stayed for a week and every time we walk past Jessica's house, she tries to get me to let her go say hello to Jessica and her dogs. I started taking my dog, Missy, here during the pandemic and she LOVES it. Whenever we get close to the house, Missy starts jumping and getting super excited and almost busts out of the car door! I love leaving her with Jess because they treat Missy like one of their own furry family members with cuddles and playtime - and that means a lot to me.

Josephine and Chris are a godsend! We have a very energetic and dog reactive Pudelpointer and they have been taking great care of her off and on for the last 2 years. She gets plenty of love and has been able to socialize with many dogs which is helpful in her behavior training. Highly recommended service!
Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. After using two other dog walkers, we've stuck with Chris for quite some time now and I highly recommend using him and his team.

I highly recommend Peticular Charm Pet Care to anyone who is looking for dog walking services in the DC area. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.
Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.
I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! Chris is also a very well read, traveled, cultured musician with a fascinating life. My dogs are in interesting company - kinda jealous!
The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!
We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. I have been employing Fetch! for my pet care needs for well over a decade now, perhaps 15 years (it's been a long time!). Without exception, the sitter (Jenny) has always gone above and beyond to satisfy every need while I'm away from home, not only for my pets, but in ensuring my home is secure during and between visits and in collecting mail and informing me of anything else that requires my attention (water leaks, flooding, etc.). In addition, the sitter has been wonderful in administering medications properly when needed and in cleaning litter boxes, food dishes, and eating/waste areas as needed. The sitter has also made time on every visit to play with my cats, which I can tell from photos that they've really enjoyed! I greatly appreciate the photographs Jenny sends after each visit, but I have always had complete peace of mind when I'm away, due to the fantastic communication she provides. Lastly, the management and staff of Fetch! have provided excellent administrative support in adjusting scheduling changes to accommodate my schedule. In my opinion, the service provided by Fetch! is worth every penny!
Silver Spring Fetch is awesome! Their sitter Dawn became a part of our family. My cats love her!! I always felt better when I know that Dawn was watching over my fur babies and appreciate the great care that she gave them.

We have been using FETCH for several years (about 6-7?). I cannot recommend this company more highly. Originally, FETCH came to our house in Kensington. When we moved further out in the county, FETCH accommodated us even though we were not in their usual walking area. Lorena has been walking our pup ever since, at least 3 years. Our pup loves Lorena who is completely focused on her care the entire time she is with her. Lorena knows exactly what our dog needs and she has special games she plays with her. (Hiding treats around the room when she leaves!). I attached one of Lorena's daily pictures of our dog. FETCH also accommodates our crazy, inconsistent work schedules. Over the years, their service has improved with digital walk diaries, online client portals and better customer service. We do not provide people with the keys to our home lightly. FETCH is licensed and bonded and they really check out their walkers thoroughly. We would not trust anyone else to care for our pup, especially now that she is aging. FETCH is a premium service, but the service and sense of trust we get from knowing they can be there for our dog is well worth it
I am new to Fetch! but have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Their online system makes scheduling visits, paying invoices, and receiving updates very easy and organized. Jenny, in particular, is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, punctual, and thorough. Her post-visit updates with pictures and commentary provided much peace of mind while I was away. I have a blind, senior cat who is a little needier than the average cat, but I know he's in great hands with Jenny.
Absolutely love this service! Fetch is so reliable, I love that I’m always matched with the same sitter. Shout out to Connor. Connor comes to our home every time we’re out of town, our two cats love him, and, most importantly, I always feel safe having him in my home. Connor plays with my girls, takes pictures, and leaves a diary note in the app telling me about their day. I look forward to those updates when I’m abroad! I also have the peace of mind knowing that Connor is not an independent contractor, so if he’s ever sick or unavailable, Fetch will send a new sitter out to take care of my cats. All around 5 stars. My husband and I recently moved to the Navy Yard area with our 2 cats. We travel frequently, and finding someone new to care for them was a huge stress for us. We selected Saving Grace because of their reviews, and we have not been disappointed. We have used them on three separate occasions, and all three times, Paul Weiss was the caregiver. He leaves daily notes and will send photos if requested. Our most recent trip was two weeks long, and he watered our plants and freshened the litter box. We are so very happy with their service and highly recommend Saving Grace.
I've used Saving Grace Petcare for almost a year now to care for my cat while I'm out of town. They truly are a saving grace! I don't know what I would do without a neighborhood petsitting group like this one. Very easy to drop off my keys before leaving town and they take care of everything. Very attentive staff as well -- I always receive cute photos and updates on how my cat is doing. We have had wonderful experiences with Saving Grace dogwalking and boarding services. Our dogwalker, Selena, is the best! She is very reliable and leaves us notes each day to let us know how the walk was. She was especially wonderful in working with us on special requests when our senior dog was quite ill. We now have a young dog and she is very patient as he learns his puppy manners! Saving Grace has also been a great service for pet-sitting, even over longer holiday trips! Our pets have always been very well-cared for with SG services! Highly recommend if you have pets in the Capitol Hill area!
I've used Saving Grace for cat sitting for at least the last three years. It's almost always the same woman who comes and visits, and my normally shy tuxedo has developed quite a fondness for her. Great service, can't recommend enough.

I have worked with a few of the different petsitters in the past 18 months and have always been impressed--each one is a devoted animal lover, and treated my (loud, nosy, and often difficult) cat as their own. Really easy, web-based services that are perfect for helping busy people arrange pet care. I got daily updates with photos letting me know how my pet was doing while I traveled, and the pet sitter, Nancy, did an awesome job making the effort to connect with my pet and keep me in the loop. I am providing this rating because of Buster's dog walker - Aaron. He is the best! He takes extra time with Buster, he carries him down the block to ensure that he gets a walk rather than taking him out and bringing him right back in. We are fortunate to have Aaron as Buster's walker!
I've been using saving grace for two years now and have never had an issue. The staff are friendly and always leave a helpful note with a summary of the walk. I would recommend them to anyone.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. The owner Grace is some gross right winger living in the 1950s. She didn't respect my pronouns and mocked instead, saying she "doesn't care".

Quality Time pet sitting cared for my indoor and outdoor cats and were wonderful! I will certainly use them again. Marie and Rob are so friendly and care deeply about animals.
