Our one month sit for Murphy was most enjoyable. He is a young Schnauzer and a loveable rascal. His neighbourhood is fantastic, with a choice of walks right within walking distance of the home, though we also jumped in the truck and explored further afield with him. Margaret was a pleasure to deal with and always available when we had questions about the home or Murphy. And the home is just lovely, with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and a huge kitchen PLUS an ocean view! Take the opportunity to sit for Margaret and Murphy if you get it.
Christabel and Matty, pets Bramble, Nutkin, Nacho (plus fish) make for a wonderful household, friendly and easy to get along. Clear comms and instructions. Was a massive treat to play with a kitten again. Recommend
This is a wonderful house sit! Prepare to have your heart stolen by sweet Miso! She is so easy-going, loving, and the softest bundle of joy. She loves watching the birds in the garden and flipping on her back for a belly rub. Simon was such a warm host and made me feel so welcome in his beautiful home! The location is fantastic and the park across the road is lovely. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
We had a wonderful sit in the hills west of Auckland. The location is beautiful but a little bit tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was perfect for us. The home is modern, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Truffle is a sweet and well behaved little cutie. She is smart and very easy to love. She's been trained very well so she's a true joy. She loves her walks and her meals! Our visit was during the winter season and we did have a few quite rainy and blustery days but we made the best of them with a nice fire and some puzzles! We enjoyed a few Netflix movies as well. There is plenty to do on a nice stay-in day or night. They even have a piano which our granddaughter enjoyed very much. We would recommend this sit and we would gladly go again if the opportunity comes along.
Thanks to Jolayne for her warm welcome and for getting to know Sintra before she left. Everything went really well during my stay in the comfortable and pleasant house. Sintra is super quiet and sleeps most of the time between walks in the beautiful park at the back of the house. Communication with Jolayne was easy and all the necessary information was in the booklet. I'd be happy to come back and look after Sintra anytime ;-)
Sara and Justin were fantastic, welcoming, communicative hosts! And Denali, Kona, and Pima were all phenomenal companions! They each had their own quirky and endearing personalities, and they're all so warm and loving and well behaved! Would highly recommend.
