Diane has been walking my dogs weekdays for six years now. She has walked them when I was sick or working from home so I have seen her interact with them. If I couldn’t make it home timely she has gone back later in the day and walked them a second time. The dogs love to see her. Obviously, six years later and I am still pleased with the service she provides. Also, she is trustworthy.

I was beyond disappointed in this service. In the 4 times I had her come let my pup Bailey out, not once did she stay for the whole 15 minute visit. (Our alarm system tracks when people enter/leave the house.) She never took my dog on a walk like she said she would, even a short one, just let her out in the backyard. When I confronted her about fulfilling the whole 15 minute visit and walking Bailey to get her out of the house, she quit claiming that it was too inconvenient for her business. Seriously?! It is clear that she was in it for easy money, not the best interest of the pets. In addition, she smokes heavily and the smell lingers even after she has left the house. My neighbors also complained about her speeding through the neighborhood where people often walk and young children play. I wouldn't trust a stuffed toy dog with this lady much less a pet that you love and cherish! She is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Kim’s house is like a second home for our fur babies. We have tried many places and sitters and she is truly the best dog sitter/groomer in the area. She is great at what she does, she’s affordable, and also very flexible. Whether the pups go for day care or boarding- they always have a great time. She is also great with dog grooming and it’s so convenient to have grooming at the same place as boarding. As an added bonus she is always doing fun/extra stuff for the pups. When we were out of town for thanksgiving she fed them a puppy friendly thanksgiving meal. She even makes fun photo backdrops with props and sends you cute & silly photos of your pups while they are there. She is amazing! You can tell that she really loves the dogs and treats them like her own. Thank you Kim for being such a great puppy mom to our babies for us when we are away!

Kimberly is an expert at finding the perfect cut for my cavapoo. Most groomers either don’t follow your request or trim all of the hair off. I wanted something cute but not too short for my fur baby and Kim provided the perfect cut. I’ve also had both of my dogs boarded here and know that they had a great time. Kimberly frequently updated me with videos and photos so that I wouldn’t miss a moment without them.

These ladies made our week out of the country so carefree. Sam stayed in our home during our trip away with our two small dogs, a cat, and two lizards. The knowledge they have about all types of animals and the way my pets warmed up to them so quickly put me at ease. I treat my animals like children, so it was very hard and I interviewed a lot of people before deciding on Pawsitively Divine's services. Their rates and flexibility has made me a customer for life. My home was spotless, clean, and all of the animals were well taken care of. Zero complaints. It's hard to find someone responsible, knowledgeable, flexible, and INSURED in this area. They also send lots of photos and updates EVERY DAY! My flight was delayed and they even drove 40 minutes just to take my pups for a last minute walk -- unbeatable. Highly recommend for anything from walks to in-home pet sitting.

Kim has been grooming my dogs for quite some time. We have followed her through several shops all because my Geno loves her and trusts her. When it's time to pick him up after a groom he is always relaxed and happy, something that I did not see when taking him to other groomers. She treats all of my dogs like they are her own and are loved.

Kim is the best with my bully Mayhem. Everytime she goes for boarding, she has a ball! Kim sends me pics and video updates daily making me comfortable and relaxed that she's being taken care of. Mayhem gets to socialize and play with the other dogs while enjoying homemade doggy treats. Lots of outside time and toys including a trampoline. So she's pretty much spoiled every day while Mommy is away, which I like. Kim is a dog lover and I'm happy knowing my doggy-daughter gets plenty of attention. The pick-up service is also very convenient and isn't even an option at the big boarding kennels! I would recommend Pawsitivelydivinepetservices to anyone looking for grooming or doggy daycare services! If you want your pet to be treated like one of the family then definitely go to Kim!

Kim was absolutely amazing and sent me daily pictures of my baby Petey having an amazing time. I came back home and Petey looked happier than when I had dropped him off. You can tell that she genuinely cares and enjoys taking care of our fur babies. Definitely will be booking again.

Great people and great service! I can tell Kimberly really cares for these animals like they are her own and truly makes sure they are enjoying themselves. I love taking my pup Marley to her because I know she will come back home tired after a long day of fun. Definitely recommend !!

To be honest, I can’t say anything about this business because I’ve never used the service. But I came across the owner after she failed to merge properly on the interstate. She then began driving wrecklessly around me (with my baby in the car) and eventually rolled her window down to yell obscenities at me and flick me off while recording a video of me on her phone. She also had a dog in the car. I don’t have a dog, but I do have a baby. And if you love your dog like you would a child then I DO NOT reccomend leaving them with this company. She was so quick to anger and so eager to drive wrecklessly that she put my child’s life, my life, and that innocent dog’s life in danger. Definitely didn’t have a “pawsitive” experience with this woman. 1out of 5 would not recommend.

Ernesto cared for my two dogs as if they were his own babies! I left them in his care for a week while I was in California and I got various pictures and he even let them sleep in bed with his pets! We always get a very detailed report card of her visit and lots of photos!! Our dog is deaf and Trisha is always so patient and gentle with her. This was my first time using Professional Pets Florida. Every detail, from the initial communications with Lauri to the meet and greet to the overnight pet sitting and daily visits, was exceptional! Lauri went above and beyond with communication regarding my trip status and needs. They sincerely and wholeheartedly cared about my super senior cats like they were their own, even helping to coordinate the best care plan/visits while we would be away so that their routines were not disturbed. Justine managed the medication schedule and feeding schedule involving multiple diets with ease. She was very communicative and sent detailed visit recaps and fun photos throughout her stay. She also clarified and asked questions if needed---SO crucial for super seniors with medication and diet needs. We returned home to a very relaxed and happy fur family! Lauren S from Professional Pets is amazing with our elderly dogs. She sends us photos and updates from every visit. Others from Professional Pets have come to let our dogs out too and all were great. Unexpectedly we had to go out of town overnight. Lauren S was able to sleep over at our house and take care of our pups. It was a huge relief she and Professional Pets were able to do this. We knew our dogs were in great hands and would be well taken care of. We love Professional Pets and highly recommend them.

We love using Professional Pets! We have two dogs and a cat. We typically utilize their services when going out of town for a weekend, their 30 minute drop in is ideal for us! This last weekend Trisha stopped in for us and played with our pups for almost the entire time. Everyone who has dropped in has been great though! I always have peace of mind when we hire them AND they always share the cutest pics of our girls.

We have been using Professional Pets Florida for about 3 years now. We have a senior dog and four cats, and two of our pets have fairly serious special needs. Knowing everybody has veterinary experience gives us the comfort we need. We love that there is a staff, so if something comes up with the scheduled person, someone else can cover. This last trip out of town, Kaity did overnights for us. It was our first experience with Katie and just as with everybody at PPF, she was amazing, detail oriented and so caring with our little zoo. Her updates were great and she handled all the special needs with grace and care. I cannot recommend PPF enough.

She can help you tackle tricky behaviors and bad habits. Brooklyn pours so much love into Rowan by giving her strong positive reinforcements and positive leash control. She’s even been able to correct six years of Rowan’s pulling with a simple suggesting such as a different harness. She also talked about building Rowan’s confidence, and rewarding good behavior! Before Auntie Brooklyn’s care , I was battling Rowan’s baseline of pulling so hard it felt like she was going to rip out my arm sockets. The transformation of Rowan walks now, with the Auntie’s is incredible!! Brooklyn and Mykel have turned Rowan’s walking ,(arm wrestling battle) of ripping out arm sockets to a relaxed leash walk in just two weeks! Auntie Brooklyn /Auntie Mykel have been working with Rowan hard. Rowan is also learning how to build her confidence with Mykel’s calming and nurturing nature. Mykel helps Rowan build positive relationships with other dogs and boosts her confidence. Mykel has such a magical way with a camera! She can capture the soul of your pet in so many special moments on their adventures. It’ll be hard to choose which picture is your favorite! I’m so grateful that Mykel can capture so much of Rowan’s personality in just one photo. I didn’t even know Rowan had that side! Along with her amazing photography skills, Mykel has such a calming and bubbly nature that Rowan can’t get enough of.!! Mykel works with Rowan’s confidence through positive reinforcement exercises and leash discipline and Rowan improves every day. She make Rowan feel like a movie star with her daily glamour shots while they’re on their adventures! I absolutely love how Rowan waits at the door for her Auntie’s as if they her actual family (Rowan rolls her eyes and says “Duhh they are my family!!”) and the excitement/happy dance when she sees them makes my heart so happy!!. Rowan absolutely adores spending time with her Auntie’s, and they make her feel like the most special DOG in the world! (Rowan can be a little self-centered sometimes, haha!) In closing, I highly recommend The Brooklyn’s Auntie Pet Services. They’re the best investment you can make for your fur baby. They’ll give your fur baby the same love and attention that you do, and they’ll also help take care of them while you’re away. I can’t thank these girls enough! ✨⭐️

We were worried to leave our little girls while we left town for a week. We haven’t left our little dog & cat with a non-family member before. Our wonderful neighbor told us about Brooklyn and Mykel and the incredible job they did dog / house sitting for them. After having the both of them over for a meet and greet we felt much better. Still…we had some nerves when we left town. We had sent Brooklyn & Mykel a HUGE list of instructions for our girls and we hoped that would help! Turns out, they didn’t need the list and they just knew what to do. How did we know? Brooklyn and Mykel actually communicated with us!!! They sent photos, they sent texts, they let us know how our fur babies were doing all the time!!! We had updates on walks, on feeding time, on playtimes, and all the snuggles given. If they left the house, they made sure the TV was left on with comforting music. Rosie was even rewarded with a Pup Cup for being such a good doggie. They also made sure the house was looked after…bringing in mail and packages, vacuuming around the litter box, and taking out the trash. We would have Brooklyn and Mykel back in a heartbeat and would give them a five star, 10 out of 10, A++, thumbs up review score!!! Have them over for a meet and greet…you won’t regret it and you can actually enjoy your trip knowing your home and your fur babies are safe and sound!

Brooklyn was the very best at making my dogs were well taken care of and safe from Hurricane Helene. She and Mykel ensured that we were enjoying our vacation and not worrying about our furbabies, sending us pics several times a day and full comunication during the hurricane. Brooklyn came to me and my pup just when we needed her most! My dog had just had to spend 3 nights in the emergency vet because he had somehow escaped his crate while I was at work. He ate some things he shouldn’t have. When Kylo came home, all was great since I worked at home… until I had to go to work in office a couple days later. I reached out to Brooklyn very very last minute to see if she could hang at my house with Kylo. I didn’t trust him in his current crate and his new one was not delivered yet. Brooklyn came and sat with my pup all day. She came shortly after i left for work and when she had other clients to take care of she would leave and then return to be with Kylo. From that day on I never trusted Kylo with anyone else. I mean it wasn’t that I didn’t trust someone else but Brooklyn had just set my expectations so high lol. Brooklyn has seen both the dark and light side of Kylo and she never loved him any less… even if it was raining really hard and she was scheduled to walk him… I mean honestly I think that actually made her love him more! The pictures are also top notch if that factors in to anything… I mean it definitely should factor in lol. The bottom line is… Brooklyn cares so deeply for any animal in her care. The energy of love and affection she has for animals comes through every text and picture like you are in her presence. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog if I had the option to have Brooklyn. She is as flexible as she can be to be able to help everyone she can! If the scale was 10/10 she would still surpass that.. 100/10.

Brooklyn does an awesome job taking care of our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks! She always sends plenty of fun photos and updates when we are away from home. Hades and Athena love their “lunch fairy” and enjoy all the attention and love they get when Brooklyn visits!

Brooklyn has been taking care of our babies for over a year now and has been doing an incredible job. I truly trust her and her team with our very energetic fetch-machine (German mix haha), a lazy couch potato (pit mix), a grumpy little old man (dachshund mix) and our beautiful medium haired cat. Our grumpy old dog also requires medication that Brooklyn administers flawlessly and like clockwork! One thing I love about Brooklyn’s care is her “pUpdates” - little messages and pictures throughout her time with them! It really makes me less anxious to be away from them. She also handled an emergency situation with the dogs professionally, calmly, and communicated clearly with us the whole time (everyone was okay in the end!), which is exactly what is needed at those times. Overall Brooklyn does an amazing job for all our visits, overnight stays, and check-ins and walks.

Brooklyn is amazing with my pack. She came over for a meet and greet and my dogs instantly loved her. My dachshund is usually pretty standoffish but warmed up to her very quickly which really helped calm any of my nerves. She watched our dogs for a few days and kept in contact with us numerous times a day. She gave us updates and sent photos which was nice to see everyone happy. I highly recommend Brooklyn to anyone that has pets. We have her booked for a week, for 24-Hour care with our pups, and now I can relax and enjoy my vacation. I really loved the updates I received on my dog, Milo while he was boarded for the week! Autum sent me updates with photos & cute videos! I didn’t have to worry & I was really happy to see how comfy Milo was and how much fun he was having! A big backyard and specialized treats & trainings. She even asked me any ingredient allergies & his dietary needs!! Bayside Walkers was super easy to sign up with AND board!! This place and the people in it are a blessing! We just completed our first time ever lodging and it was a wonderful experience. They do a great job answering all your questions and think of everything to cater the stay to your pup. From the food, the daily activities, the grooming, and the flexibility in hours, this place deserves all five stars. Gabby our groomer made a miracle out of all the matting our doggy had and he’s never looked so good! The ladies at the front desk were friendly, caring, and do a fantastic job at making you and your pet feel welcomed and comfortable. If you are an anxious owner like me, you are able to get a tour of the facility and will receive a cute mid stay report card to put your mind at ease. We will definitely be coming back! We have had the best experience with Puppy Training at Canine Cabana. We brought our anxious rescue puppy to Canine Cabana for their orientation and our pup loved it so much I signed her up to start their Puppy Social training the very next day. Our pup is thriving and is excited to leave to go to her training. It is such a relief to see her comfortable and happy knowing her past is full of abuse and neglect. Thank you to Chris, Melissa, and all the amazing trainers and staff!

My dog loves Canine Cabana and that’s all that really matters to me. She loves going and some places she doesn’t like so much but she is always happy to bid me farewell when I take her here for the day. She recently did her first boarding here and I was so worried but the staff let me know how she was doing and there were no issues when I picked her up. We also have completed a couple of weeks of day care and training and she enjoyed that and responded well to it. I will be bringing her again for her third week as soon as I can. I tried the at home trainers as well from another company and the results just weren’t as great as what we got from Canine’s. As a minor note they also sell these really nice slip leashes that are just great to have on hand because you never know when you are going to need a simple easy slip lead.

This place is absolutely amazing! Just completed open house with my pup. Everyone I have seen has been friendly and professional. I can't wait until he starts his training. When I went in before getting my pup the trainer gave me so much great advise, she took a hour talking to us. Canine Cabana for life. Thanks to the entire staff for being amazing!!!

What an amazing place! Willow just finished orientation in preparation for a stay here later in September. Everyone I met was so nice and explained everything in detail. I have no concerns leaving her here, I feel like she will get the best care ever. I’m so glad my son recommended canine cabana to me.

Canine Cabana is an outstanding boarding place that my dog absolutely loves! Every time we arrive, she's excited and ready to play. The facility is incredibly clean and well-organized, which always gives me peace of mind. Communication is excellent-whether it's updates during her stay or answering any questions beforehand. They offer a variety of options for your pet's stay, which is great for customizing to your dog's needs. The staff is extremely attentive and always ensures my dog is safe and comfortable. I also appreciate that they require all immunizations to be up to date and check for any signs of fecal worms before admission. It's reassuring to know they're so focused on safety, including making sure my dog is placed with a group she's comfortable and safe playing with. Highly recommend Canine Cabana for any pet parent!

Dropped my small 5 month old off for her first time at daycare, we were both unsure but I could tell right away that the staff here was more than trustworthy. A trainer, Melissa, and the other staff behind the desk were so knowledgeable and kind, I knew my puppy was in very good hands. They even print a picture out of your dog for you to have. I highly recommend Canine Cabana!

So so thrilled to have had Canine Cabana recommended to us. Took my 2 Huskies there for grooming and they were absolutely fantastic. We all know Huskies can be dramatic and I was really concerned but they seemed so happy and Gabby our groomer knew exactly how to handle them, she was wonderful! They also offer boarding which sounds more like a vacation for the fur babies so I will absolutely be staying with them going forward.

From my first phone call to our orientation day… all I can say is AMAZING. Everyone has been so accommodating, attentive, and helpful. I have been searching for a daycare for my pup for a few months. I am so pleased with the facility and the staff!! As we speak my pup as passed out from his first day of fun!! He can’t wait to go back. I am beyond thrilled!! Thank you Canine Cabana!

Their customer service, in person and over the phone, is well above average. Our Pyrenees is old and they are patient with her and give her breaks when grooming. They use our medicated ear cleaner and trim her nails, all those dew claws too! I love picking her up and seeing her hanging out with their office staff :) try their grooming service, you won’t be disappointed! Great prices too.

Rowdy's was and continues to be an amazing choice for our fur-child. Nimue has been going to Saturday Daycare for roughly 2 years now and if we are running a little behind on Saturday mornings, Nimue lets us know about it . I can't begin to say enough great things about the facility and staff. We know our Nimue can be a handful, but the staff are always happy to see her dragging one of her dads through the door. Overall, GREAT PLACE...AMAZING STAFF...AWESOME RATES. Nimue THANKS YOU! Oh, and they have these beef-cheeks that are to die for...at least according to our fur-child. Never comes home without one. We recently left our three doggies here for about 11 days while on vacation over thanksgiving. The process to have them stay is thorough and comprehensive. The meet and greet gave us confidence the dogs would be okay and not stressed. The requirements for vet records and shots made us comfortable the dogs would be safe and healthy. Located next to our vet added more comfort. All three dogs stayed together at night and the open play concept was great for the socialization. The staff is always friendly and the dogs were very comfortable going to the resort. Photos were sent by staff on thanksgiving showing how happy the dogs were. It wasn’t cheap, but we love our pets and will gladly pay and bring them back!

My dog loves coming to Rowdy's! I've been bringing Bennie here for boarding and daycare for a few years and once he realizes where we are, he's always excited to go in. They love dogs and I have no doubt they're taking great care of Bennie while he's there. They also have a bathing station that is VERY handy. For a very reasonable fee, you use their stuff (bathtub, drier, shampoo, towels, etc) to bathe your pet instead of destroying your own bathroom. Or you can schedule a spa day and they'll do it for you.

Bamboo Pet Sitting is our go-to pet sitter! We’ve been very happy customers for many years now. The care that each sitter takes with our furbaby, Lucy, is so so thoughtful and considerate: not only do they take wonderful photos at each visit so you can see, they also speak up about other issues as they arise, like a loose faucet handle. They also bring in mail and packages and leave our home in great condition. We love taking our dog on vacation but when we can’t, I know that she looks forward to the pet sitters who always spend quality time with her. We are very happy customers and so is Lucy. Stephanie is fantastic. I always feel so at ease when my older dog stays with her. I can't bear to board him and this has been a lifesaver. I know she's up to date on all the latest pet trends and safety precautions. I never worry about my old pup as she sends me lots of photos and updates. He's got some bladder control issues in his older age and she doesn't mind putting a diaper on him when he stays with her. I'd recommend her services to anyone.

An absolute gem of a pet service. Excellent communication and so understanding and non judgemental in regards to a rescue pup (w hx of trauma aka she is not the easiest with strangers) and working with her quirks. Every employee was fantastic and sent sweet updates and hilarious videos of trying to convince the scaredy-cat pup to come downstairs and see them…which she eventually did!!!! And that is not something that has happened in the past with previous sitters. Everyone from owner to employees make you feel like you are part of a family which can give one such a sense of security and trust leaving their fur baby under their care. I could feel everyone truly has a passion for their job ! And a little shout out to Alexandria who I shall now refer to as the Chloe whisperer 😊 Looking for a professional pet service that also still has an authentic, real life, we are all in this together feel? We left our dog and cat at our home for two weeks while we drove across the country to visit grandparents and had Stephanie's business visit a few times a day to feed, walk, etc. We got photos of our pets and reports on their health with every visit, were able to communicate with not just Stephanie but her awesome employees, and came home to happy and relaxed pets (when we used to board our dog, she'd be frantic and anxious for weeks after). As everyone gets busy with summer travel plans, give Steph a try!

I cannot recommend the Dog Patch enough! What an amazing place. My dog Pepper is 5 months old and started going about 3 weeks ago, 2 times a week and she was SO shy. I had to literally pick her up to go in the door. Now she’s happy as soon as we pull in and she walks right in the door wagging her tail ready to go play with all of her friends. All the staff we’ve encountered are so nice. They do themed activities during the week with them which is really fun to see, they post the pictures on their Facebook page. Pepper had her first grooming experience there today and she looked exactly how I pictured she would after! I notice a difference in her behavior when we’re out and about too. She’s not nearly as shy of people or dogs as she used to be. Love the dog patch!

Let me start out by saying I have 4 dogs of all sizes and age ranges. There is Peanut the beagle who is 14, Belle the timid lab mix who is 7, Hank the Staffy who is 3 and Cash the Great Dane who is 1 1/2. I NEVER thought I would find somewhere that would take my crazy pack because of breed and size restrictions but boy am I glad I found The Dog Patch. My little ol’ lady goes to daycare twice a week and wakes up with a spring in her step on those days! My timid lab, Belle, is scared of her own shadow but boy the smile I see on her face in the pictures they post! Kay, the owner, is so amazing and truly understand that my dogs are my kids and I love that! Karen and Mallory are so awesome and I just couldn’t imagine a better home away from home for my babies!!

The best groomer! My pups take the shuttle there and back which is an amazing perk! Our pups leave smelling amazing, with the best hair cuts they have ever gotten! Not to mention how much fun they have playing with other pups before / after their appointments! Super friendly and accommodating staff. And it is very affordable, We love this place!

I can’t share enough good things about the dog patch! I started taking my dog Max there after it was recommended by a trainer for him to spend some time away from me and socializing with other dogs. I have seen his confidence build since he has started attending, and I can tell that he loves it a lot. I love the picture opportunities they do for the Holidays! You don’t have to pay extra, just sign up for that day. Max didn’t attend for a year due to personal reasons, but when I brought him back the staff told me they “couldn’t believe that it was him” and they told my boyfriend to never keep him from them that long again. It was so nice to know they loved my dog so much and that the same staff was there a year later. They also take pictures everyday that I look froward too. I’ve never had an issue and they keep the health of the dogs top priority. They have also let me cancel last minute (my car wouldn’t start so I couldn’t get there) and they were very understanding.

You are expected to work your first day without any pay. I'm not talking about coming in to fill out onboarding paperwork, I mean you are literally expected to shadow an employee, for a full shift, and run dogs in and out of their kennels BEFORE you are even hired. The owner, Katrin M. Green (aka Kay), is clearly ageist and thinks young people just "Don't want to work." On my second day there she stood at the front desk with a customer and openly said "Most of my back of house are just terrible! I'm getting ready to fire most of them. They just don't want to work!" The scheduling for the holidays was so dysfunctional that rooms were frequently double booked. If you're a customer that paid extra for a luxury room, that was then double booked, there is a very real chance your dog was put into "overflow" which is their word for a metal wire crate. They won't tell you this at checkout though. I told the manager, Caren Conner, about how Kay was openly trash talking her employees in front of customers. To which Caren responded "Well, a lot of the clients are personal friends of hers." I responded "That doesn't matter. Telling customers that your back of house are trash and that you're getting ready to fire most of them, at the front lobby in front of a new hire who is still training, is extremely inappropriate." I guess the managers decided me expressing my concerns was a step too far because as soon as Kay came in an hour later I was called into her office and fired on the spot without being provided any cause. When I asked why she said "I'd rather not discuss it." The same manager that I expressed my concerns to, Caren Conner, was the same managers who, the night before, was talking openly about how upset she is that Kay is constantly expecting her to work from home without being paid her hourly wage. The manager who was supposed be training me my first two days was too busy grooming to actually support and train me because all of their groomers quit on the spot. Gee, I wonder why? I was so overwhelmed with the lack of support my second day that I told Kay I was having an anxiety attack. She responded by asking me "How old are you?" and saying "When I was your age I was a single mother..." etc etc. The owner has ZERO respect for anyone she employs under the age of 40. She also thinks being ex-military, something you will hear her say over and over, puts her on a pedestal above us mere meek civilians. Even simple questions like "Do you have replacements for the dust mop head?" were responded with sarcasm and a complete lack of respect, such as when she replied sarcastically "No. We only have a single one." and stared at me blankly for several seconds before giving me a genuine answer. Kay was showing me how their check in application works on the computer and when I interjected to ask a question (this was my second day) she replied rudely "I was about to tell you before you interrupted me..." Make sure there is an extremely long pause to ensure you have her permission to talk before asking any question while learning. Don't be fooled by their carefully curated social media posts. EDIT: Hah! Caren Conner tried to dismiss me by calling my review bogus. Want to see an ACTUAL bogus review? How about the one posted only minutes after mine BY KATRIN'S HUSBAND. XD EDIT 2: Looks like Kay's husband saw me exposing their lies and false reviews. He tried to edit it after the fact to clarify that he's her husband, but too late bucko, I already took a screen shot. :) I'm going to include a screenshot of Caren's review as well incase she also tries to alter it to save face like the owner's husband did. EDIT 3: Wow. Kris McKenzie, who works for "Sit Means Sit" a company affiliated with The Dog Patch who operates inside their business ALSO posted a fake review posing as a customer. How far does the rabbit hole of fake positive reviews and conflicts of interest go!? Adding screenshots in case they try to bury this too.

My boy loves the dog patch. He’s been going for over a year now. They always do special days all weeks so the dogs are always entertained with something new and often on special days they’ll even get to bring a toy home or something special. He’s also had to stay overnight a few times and never had any issues. He’s very used to staying there and always has a blast playing.

My dog, Margot, loves The Dog Patch. She goes to daycare for half a day a week. She literally pulls me to the door. When it’s time to go home she just lays on the floor. I have to pick up to get to the car. I boarded her for a weekend (my first time boarding a dog). Kay told me she had a hard time settling the first night. Kay snuggled her and made a nest with her blanket. She was fine after that. It’s great having people who love Margot as much as I do.

I was there with my dog at 630 am for a 7 am "interview" appointment. Every dog that came in was pulling on the leash and wagging their tail. They wanted to get to the back to see their friends and plays as soon as possible. They were fun to watch! I got the tour from the friendliest staff.They are very well trained for any issues that may arise. I enjoyed watching three dogs who had arrived separately find each other and just start playing together, romping and barking. The kennels are spacious. The dogs have free access to AC and it is very clean. I really love Camp Bow Wow, the price is excellent and the dogs receive a lot of attention. My dog is older. Via the cams on my phone, through the app I could see that he was laying comfortably in a certain area. Another dog came over and laid next to him. I would not even think of another Doggy Daycare.

I’ve been taking all of my pups to Camp Bow Wow Southshore now for over 20 years. I’ve used both daycare AND overnight camping for Doc (as a Senior) and later for both Daisy and Duchess as puppies, into their senior years as well! I only trust Camp Bow Wow with my precious fur babies and have always had peace of mind during my trips knowing they were so well taken care of! The staff always greet my dogs as if they were their own; so loving and playful. I love the Camper Cams that allow me to check in during the day, and find it comforting to see my dogs getting their social enrichment with other furry pack members! I highly recommend them for YOUR pup!!

We've been brining our dog Lily to Camp Bow Wow since she around 5 months old. We were nervous about how it would go at first after hearing bad experiences from others about daycare in general; but the staff are incredibly personable and nice, listening to our concerns seriously and reassuring us every step of the way. They also have cameras which helped us a ton when she first started to go to soothe our worries. Now, over a year later our dog Lily absolutely LOVES going to daycare. If anything were to happen, like a cut to her nose while playing with other dogs (which is very rare and in fairness our pup loves playing rough), they contact us immediately to let us know so we're aware before picking her up. The enrichment activities are a wonderful add-on and the staff put a lot of thought into each one to make it fun for the dogs. And they take pictures too so you can see how much fun your dog had! I dread when we need to move for my partner's job because Lily loves this daycare and the staff has always made us feel like they care for Lily as much as we do. They've set a high bar for all other daycares for sure.

Camp Bow Wow is the BEST!!!! Every single staff member is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! The front desk staff are unmatched in their customer service and professionalism! Everyone at Camp loves our pup so well, and we appreciate them so much! We are grateful to have such an amazing place for our dog to go when we have a busy work day or are out of town. My dog Victor absolutely loves this place. We love watching him play on the cameras and every staff member we have met have been beyond nice and helpful. When Victor had his birthday in May they made a birthday box and took such cute pictures of him. We always feel encouraged to ask questions. Victor always comes home happy and tired. My dog has been going here since she was 10 months old. At first, it was for daycare since she needed to be socialized. Since we travel so much, she stays multiple times a year for boarding. I love that we can watch her on the livestream cams. The staff is the sweetest I’ve ever met! 100% recommend ❤️

Orientation day was great! The staff was welcoming. I received a tour of the entire facility and was impressed by how clean and well maintained it is. I love the app where I can watch my pups play! I feel comfortable leaving my pups here while I am out of town. UPDATE: I still can't say enough about Camp BowWow! We love the staff and they love our pups! They have a great time there and come home happy and tired! And I love the enrichment sessions and the goofy pics they get of my babies :-)

My new puppy needed to play and get some energy out. Our older dogs at home are out of the play age. So the daycare is great! She goes around once a week. Drop off and pickup is so easy. AND you can watch your doggie on their cameras! The dogs are separated by size and age for their safety. And each yard has a staff member at all times. When I bring my dog home, she sleeps until the next day! It's wonderful! They also have enrichment activities you can purchase. Mine made me an paw-fect Halloween painting!
