I absolutely loved doing this sit for Amy and her adorably sweet pets, Ellie and Henry. I had my choice of three fabulous bedrooms upstairs - all beautifully appointed - and each with its own private bath. Her home is elegant and clean, while also being homey and comfortable. There’s so many lovely seating areas inside and out, as well as a porch swing and heated pool. The Woodlands feels like a resort and has lots of great walking routes, and gorgeous homes with big porches and colorful little boutique gardens. Ellie is a leisurely walker, so in addition to our 2-3 short walks each day, I went on my own for a longer one. Ellie is such a love, so appreciative of kind words and gentle pets. Also, she’s a chow hound! She knows what time her meals are served, and will spin around for her treats. She takes her meds easily. Henry loves to sit on the screened porch, and comes around when it’s treat time (and whenever I was eating). They are both very easy-going. Ellie slept on her little bed next to mine at night, and stayed very close to me during a thunderstorm. Amy was quick to respond to my texts, and was so thoughtful as to leave me a gift card to the grocery store. Wonderful sit.
Sara's dogs are lovely wee characters that kept me entertained! Sara was very helpful and made sure everything was comfortable for my sit. The house was gorgeous and the neighbours were jolly ☺️ It was an excellent sit and I would be happy to go back whenever needed!
It was simply a BEAUTIFUL experience that of sitting for Barbara & David's house and dog! They are two quiet and very kind/sweet people, so easy to connect with. Which is a fundamental basis in order to feel serene while sitting. Ari is the most laid back, tender and well-mannered dog. He loves to get long walks, but won't ask. So please have a gentle heart and think of his needs before you go out exploring Washington DC. There is time for both! Not only....walking in the area nearby it is a blessing for it is a true jubilation of Nature with woods, creeks and lots of deer crossing your path. The house you'll live in is as well amazing: wide, finley furnished, facing a quiet local no outlet street on one side, and the woods from the back yard deck (a special place to read, relax, eat or simply contemplate). Barb and David will make available for you a nice room with a queen size bed, its private bathroom and enough room for you to store even the clothes of a long stay. They will also let you drive their car (sooooo nice of them!), which will help you go to the nearest grocery store (7 minutes) and metro station (12 minutes: Ballston). Makes no sense driving into DC, because of the awful traffic and the cost of any kind of parking. In Ballston you will find a very cheap public parking (3 min walk to the train) and from there it is only 5 stops (11 min) to the historic area of DC. Nothing missing to make this a dream sit. Make sure you deserve such an opportunity ;o)))

I have boarded, used the play care, and grooming services for my boxer Gunnar. Gunnar is high energy, they have worked with me to find the appropriate times for Gunnar to benefit from play care. We had our two 10 month old GSDs, who are not currently spayed, accommodated and boarded for a weekend while away. We could not have had a better experience. It was a tough decision on who to watch our furbabies and even worse being the first time away from them but was happy with experience and would board again.
Amazing! The people at Fetch communicate so well and are so easy to work with! My first time using them and I cannot wait to use them again to watch my 65 lb rescue pup! He was fed and walked even with it raining! Love that you know when they arrive, can track them while they walk your dog, and that leave you a journal entry and some photos too!

Just wanted to say thank you so much for taking such good care of King! You all have surpassed my expectations by far in so many ways! Thank you again for being understanding of my last minute travel plan and going out of tour way to accommodate. I literally couldnt have done it without you all also thank you for all the updates and photos! It was so great to see King enjoying her walk and get detailed info of how she was doing. And finally, I was blown away that you all not only replaced her food but then left a a bunch of fun and helpful swag! Especially the little bathroom bag leash holder, I had been needing one of those! And can’t forget the lockbox, so helpful for the future. I will definitely be using you all again soon and spreading the word of how great of a service Fetch! provides.
While they’re pricey, Fetch has great sitters who take great notes and pictures and are very communicative. They have found someone for me before within a days notice!
They honestly went above and beyond. They didn't have to clean the kitty box, we told them they didn't, but they did it anyway. My kitties appreciated it so much! I was a little skeptical at first but they were super respectful of our privacy and property. They also put my mind at ease every day with pictures and a journal entry. How fun! Would recommend to ANYONE looking for pet sitting at home. Pictures of my baby Oreo (We had another cat too, but he is shy, lol) that Fetch took while I was out of town

We love Bliss! The staff is very friendly and they always take such good care of our pup, both in boarding and when he comes for daycare (which is often...he loves it). The price is reasonable, especially when you consider the peace of mind you have when your dog is being well cared for and loved. Highly recommend!!
I recently made last-minute travel plans for the Christmas week and needed to find a place to care for my dog. As I just moved to Prosper, TX, I didn’t have any local recommendations. The first facility I visited was welcoming but unfortunately fully booked for my desired dates. Next, I went to Bliss. Upon arrival, I inquired about availability for my 110-pound dog and was told they could only confirm after an evaluation, which was scheduled for the next day. I was instructed to drop off my dog between 7:00 and 7:45 AM, with a clear warning that arriving even a minute late would prevent the evaluation and boarding. I also received this information in both an email and a text message. I arrived at 6:50 AM and waited in my car. At 7:02 AM, I approached the door, only to find it locked. I noticed an employee entering through a side door and waited for someone to let me in. After about five minutes, a staff member informed me they were closed and that I should return after 8 AM. I explained the prior arrangements, and reluctantly, she took my dog inside, though she seemed displeased. She informed me that my dog was missing a flu vaccination, which I could get on-site for $30. I agreed, and they stored my credit card information. Later, at 3:00 PM, I returned to pick up my dog. I was told he passed the evaluation and could be boarded any time except during Christmas week, as they were fully booked for weeks in advance. This left me frustrated, as I wouldn’t have chosen to do a $35 evaluation if I had known there was no availability. As I was putting my dog in the car, the same employee rushed over to ask for my payment. I mentioned that my credit card information was already in their system, but she insisted I come inside to select a tip percentage—which I chose to be zero. I won’t be returning to Bliss Pet Resort or recommending it to anyone!
I have been working at Bliss Pet Resort for approximately 3 months, and my experience has been very good. Both the managers, Amanda and Moneka, and the rest of the staff have been very kind to me at all times. Dogs can create certain tense situations at times, but I have never received a bad response from anyone. Also English is my second language, and they have always been patient with me. All staff genuinely care about the dogs, and treat them with love. I would take my dog to this place without a doubt. I'm leaving because I'm moving to another state, but I'm taking good memories with me!
I have had nothing but a great experience at Bliss! My 11-month-old English Bulldog has been regularly attending their half-day daycare every week for about two months now and absolutely loves it!! All of the staff members have been nothing but kind, caring, and friendly! Speaking of that, when I made a mistake in pick-up time, the manager, Amanda, was super gracious and kind to me! This really shows their care for not only the dogs, but the owners. I highly recommend Bliss to anyone looking for a great daycare with a team of people who are loving and caring!
I was sadly disappointed! I have a 5 1/2 pound mini poodle. I needed her a safe place to stay because of an upcoming week vacation that my dog could not go. I wanted to try Bliss day Spa to adjust my dog slowly and gradually for the boarding. The verbal agreement over the phone was that my dog would only be with small dogs close to her size. None over 10 pounds. But this was Not what happened! Yes it was on Video but not good quality! Many dogs were quite over 10 pounds and large. My dog was,however; in the person's arms, put once was pitched down. I could see how frightening that was. Shortly my dog was pick back up. It was clear my dog was not enjoying this! I wanted to storm the place to say the least! I saw too many red flags. The contract for the boarding wanted me to release them of all responsibilities regarding accidents! Hell!To the No No No! Deceptive from the beginning!
I’ve been using Bliss pet resort for almost two years. They are fantastic, friendly staff, flexible, easy scheduling. My dog actually loves being there more than at home. Wish I could give 10 stars
Very misleading! I was never told the evaluation would cost. Previous doggie daycare they do a free trail day and i was under the impression that was the case. Then when I asked for a quote I was given the wrong information again. Ended up costing more than my budget. Will not be using them again.
Staff, specifically the manager (Amanda) is very rude. If you dont like where you work, work somewhere else. My dog has a good time there, however, I can’t see this because the cameras aren’t working majority of the time. Paid $42 for a bath for a 16lb puppy and she still smells and was wet upon pickup. We’re not going back and I rarely leave reviews for places but you gotta do better.
We boarded our cat at Bliss once when we first moved to TX, the staff were super accommodating and communicative, we had a great experience. After that, there were a few times they were fully booked, so we went to the other Bliss location, no complaints there. Today, I'm furious by the way we were treated by the "manager"! Again, the rest of the staff were super nice and friendly, the people we talked to on the phone were friendly and accommodating. The manager, however, had a bad attitude from the moment we stepped in. Super judgemental and not accommodating at all. If you don't want to accept cats, just say it or change your policy! Don't make us go all the way there, after taking the cat to the vet to meet all your requirements, then for you to just turn us away! The worst customer service from management ever! I'm sorry the nice staff there have to be managed by that person with such attitude.
This place is amazing! I took my dog, Lola, there for the first time. We have never tried daycare before but our other dog passed in May and Lola needed some interaction while I'm at work. The staff was great and kept me updated throughout the day. The have cameras which I loved because I got to see her running around and playing with other dogs. Lola came home with a huge smile on her face and can't wait to go back!
This is far and away the BEST experience we have ever had with anyone taking care of our pets. Chester is the kindest, most down to earth guy you will meet and he always goes above and beyond to take care of your animals like his own. I would trust him with my bank account, much like I do with my home while we are gone. It just doesn't get any better. If he thinks about moving out of the neighborhood, words will be exchanged ;)

We were so worried about our pack of three who can be a handful to say the least. From our 14 year old senior to our 9 month old Dane Puppy everything went perfectly. We loved the pictures you sent and the extended visits were really good for them. We were able to enjoy our vacation in the islands and not worry. I never write reviews, but I seriously love Cozy Canine! Before using them, I used to board the dogs at the vet's office. To say that was stressful is an understatement. With Chester and his team, I don't worry about anything. I know they'll be there for them and will take great care of my dogs. I've used them on short trips and longer trips. Plus I love getting the daily pictures of my dogs. Makes me worry less about them.
LOVE Cozy Canine!! Every time we leave our pets I am nervous how they will do. Well, since using Cozy Canine for the past 2 + years, I don't worry anymore. We have 2 diabetic animals. Our beloved Angel (who has since passed away) needed 2 shots a day, was blind and needed more care then most pet sitters could or would provide. CC was exceptional in helping meet our needs. Our other diabetic, Romeo the cat, would also require 2 shots a day and never had an issue. Thank you so much to all of the staff for helping make my vacations and time away from home so much easier by taking care of my furry family!
What a blessing!!! My dogs, Bella and Copper, absolutely love Cozy Canine and it is so much easier to use their services than my local kennel. Chester and Lisa watched our dogs over the 4th of July week and I received pictures every morning of the dogs playing. I even got a patriotic picture on the 4th which warmed my heart. Thank you for running such a wonderful company!!! I came home to happy dogs, plants that had been watered and the front porch light on!
We have used Cozy Canine several times to take care of our three dogs -- two greyhounds and a rottweiller -- and we absolutely love their attention to detail. They offer so much more than most services, and at a wonderful price point. It's so incredibly expensive to board three dogs... plus ours just won't sleep or eat well when boarded. Chester comes twice a day while we're gone (since they already have a dog door to go out during the day). We always get text a pic of them during our trip, and they get a short walk and play time after being fed. We come home to a clean backyard...which is AWESOME since three big dogs can leave a big mess after a long trip. I highly recommend them!
We love Chester & Lisa! Our dogs are crazy and hyper, but Chester has a way with them that I still can't explain. Recently Chester visited my house to help me set up a fish tank and when he left our Jack Russell (in fact, the she's the one Chester features in his photos above, my Bailey!) was so sad to see him leave she sat infront of the door for 30 minutes crying. We are very lucky to have Cozy Canine down the street from us because there have been plenty of emergencies that they have helped us with. I would not let anyone watch my furr babies while I was gone....
They are awesome. We have two monster dogs that we're getting bored at home while my fiancé and I worked long hours. Cozy Canine really helped us out. I love that my dogs get walked and I get a picture and update daily. They are also great for longer vacations! We didn't even have to load all the dog beds and food to board them, they come to us and our dogs get to stay stress free at home.

Both of our pups love to stay and play at Fetch Me Later so much. The staff is beyond loving and attentive, and they treat each and every guest like their own pet. We don’t board our dogs anywhere else! When we pick up the pups, they are clean and happy from such fun stay at their favorite home away from home.

I’m so happy I found Fetch Me Later for my furbaby, Bailey! This is the best “pet resort” I have found for him and the only place I will use going forward. The staff is professional, kind and takes care of my boy. I provide his food, treats, toys and his room has been great for him especially being able to have the doggie door to go outside to his patio. The one-on-one playtime for him is great and I’ve been so happy with the photos they have taken of Bailey. I look forward to the next stay Bailey has with them. I highly recommend Fetch Me Later to anyone who needs their services and it’s nice to know they provide services for cats, too!

Fetch Me Later is the only place we feel comfortable leaving our dogs. They have a variety of boarding options from rooms to exercise options, and my dogs always love being there. I am so grateful I don’t ever have to worry about my sweet pups when they are in the care of Fetch Me Later.
This is the only kennel I have ever used where I don’t worry about my dogs. I used to call other kennels every day to check on my dogs. This is a very clean and safe place. They send pictures and follow my instructions exactly. Very caring. My dogs are smiling in the pictures. Plus I’m very particular.

Our 2 foster pups have been coming here for day care a few months now and was the best decision we ever made for them. This place is like a 2nd family they love it and it’s been great for them to get to run free outdoors and to meet other dogs. I can’t imagine taking them elsewhere we visited other places and they didn’t come close. I truly feel they are cared for here!

My four cats are my babies and I struggle leaving them when we go away. I already used Backyard Pet Sitting to trim claws for us. I wanted a professional vendor to pet sit while we were out of the country with a cat with a condition that may need emergency care. Backyard Pet Sitting followed my annoyingly finicky cat service requests to the full extent. They sent me detailed notes and photos daily and gave me a sense of peace that my babies were well cared for and safe. I couldn't be more pleased with outstanding service we received from Backyard Home & Pet Sitting! I originally contacted them after our cat had gotten out of the house for 5 days hiding in the sewers by our house. We have 2 other cats and I needed an emergency bath & brush on a Sunday. They were quick to respond and sent Mary over by noon. She was wonderful and we decided to have her come back and give our girls a spa day as well. Mary is patient, kind and gentle. She is efficient, thorough and our girls are clean and unfazed. I couldn't be happier and will definitely ask for her again next time we need her.
It took us a while to find the right groomer for our dogs, and we are so thankful that we found the best one in town! Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels have never looked better! The dogs are VERY picky about who they like, but they LOVE Lisa and so do we. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mobile groomer in the area. We also used the pet sitting service for a full week to care for our Bill Terrier while we were out of town and they exceeded our expectations, once again. The owner, groomers and pet sitters are all incredible and we can’t say enough great things about their services!

Brand new residents to McKinney! Saw one of the Backyard mobile pet grooming trucks and decided to give them a try. Sabrina did an amazing job with both our Wire hair fox terriers! Our Gus is a bit of a fuss budget and she charmed him into letting her cut his nails! That’s a biggie! I will never go back to a sticks and bricks groomer! Communication for appointments is 5 star

I've just recently started using Backyard Home and Pet sitting for dog visits while at work and I could not be more satisfied. We had a meet and greet with the dogs which I appreciated and the dogs seemed to be just fine with him. I have an older dog that occasionally has elimination issues and he has already had to deal with that and did a great job. I know my dogs are well taken care of, the house is secure and they always seem fine and happy when I get home. Backyard Pet sitting is easy to contact,they also reach out to me to verify my schedule and are very reliable. It's very comforting to go to work knowing my "kids" will be well taken care of.

This Company is by far the best thing that has ever happened to us with regard to pet grooming. Mary is amazing!!! We have a, shall we say, very high spirited 9 month old Collie Puppy!! He is very skittish!! I don't know how she does it, but I put that puppy in the van and a couple of hours later Mary opens the door and he reappears and looks like a new dog!! In addition to amazing grooming, they are very efficient and easy to do business with! We tried so many different groomers with our other dogs and were never satisfied. I wish they were still here and we could introduce them to Backyard Pets!! The only way we would ever use another groomer is if this one fired us!! LOL. Thanks so much for what you do and the way you do it!!
The staff is the most friendly and personable I've ever experienced. They go above and beyond with recognizing owners and pets. My dog loves going to camp bow wow, I have 2 collars for her one is for camp bow wow and the other is for walks. She always chooses her camp bow wow collar with her tail wagging as fast as it will go.
I would strongly advise against trusting Camp Bow Wow McKinney with your pet. After being loyal customers for three years, our recent experience with our dog, Luna, while she was recovering from a paw injury, was nothing short of negligent and deeply upsetting. We paid for two 1:1 sessions to ensure Luna could have supervised breaks from her cone and some socialization. Both verbally and in written instructions, we explicitly stated her cone could not be removed under any circumstances. Despite this, the staff blatantly ignored our instructions and removed her cone while she was eating, leading to her fussing with her cast and ultimately removing it. To make matters worse, we were not notified when this happened. Instead, the staff, who are not trained medical professionals, took it upon themselves to clean and rewrap her paw without informing us. This reckless decision caused her paw to bleed further, as shown in the photos we later shared with them. Shockingly, the staff couldn’t even put her cone on correctly, further compromising her recovery. Even more infuriating is that the owner admitted Camp Bow Wow is not a medical care facility, yet their team still accepted Luna instead of turning us away, as they should have. This decision shows a complete lack of judgment and prioritization of pet safety over profits, especially during a busy holiday season. What’s worse is that we were completely uninformed about these events at pick-up on Christmas Day. We only learned the full details four days later after repeatedly trying to contact them. The lack of transparency, urgency, and basic competence was appalling. After three years of trusting Camp Bow Wow with our dog, this experience has completely eroded our faith in their ability to provide even basic care. While the owner eventually acknowledged their failures and issued a refund, the damage was already done. Pets are family, and they rely on us to advocate for their needs. Unfortunately, Camp Bow Wow McKinney failed to meet even the most basic standards of care and communication. Luna is now thankfully recovering and back to her normal self, but we will never return to Camp Bow Wow McKinney or any other Camp Bow Wow location. I will also be sharing this experience widely to warn others. Do not risk your pet’s well-being here.
On our first visit, we talked with Julie and Janie and they were very informative and helpful. We have just rescued a puppy and we need breaks. Stella came home one tired little puppy. The facility was immaculate and so well organized. We were very impressed with everything we saw. We will definitely be regulars at Camp Bow Wow!

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow, and I love that I can leave her in their care for both daycare and boarding knowing that she is enjoying her time there. The staff is always friendly, and the extra effort they make to provide events to entertain the dogs is greatly appreciated. My dog loves water and the pools provided during the summer is a very thoughtful addition. There have been several events with pictures of the pups, and it just demonstrates how the staff goes that extra mile to ensure my dog’s needs are being met while she’s there. Our dog LOVES hanging with Clay and the other pups. This is the first place he has felt comfortable and happy!! Would highly recommend for dogs with anxiety as Clay really loves and cares for our anxious dog under his watch. Our dog has stayed with Clay three time. We will continue to use Fury Guys, because it's obvious that the dogs are well taken care of, Clay genuinely cares about them and there are no cages.
I'd give 10 stars if I could. But seriously, Clay, the owner, is an amazing person and will take such great care of your doggies! We have used him for years now and I'm so grateful to have somebody we trust fully when we go out of town. Your pet will be in truly wonderful hands!
My pups love daycare and boarding with Clay at The Furry guys! Clay is the best and the fact that they are not in kennels at all was a big draw from the beginning. You can tell Clay loves dog and he loves what he does and that positivity transfers over to the dogs that just have a blast while they are there. I was a little nervous with my female pup since she was a little fearful of new people since we first rescued her but after barking a couple of times at Clay, she immediately calmed down. I can’t recommend Furry Guys enough!
I Have 2 dogs, one is 9, the other is 5 and is never had to board them until recently. Well, it didn't start out very good, the 5 yr old female Shepherd started freaking. At 5 am the next day I had a flight to New York, but Clay ( Furry Guys owner), texted me like 7 times while I was driving home and wanted me to go back and get them. I explained to him what was going on and why I need to get to NY, And asked him if he can give her an hour to see if she calmed down. Well, she did, and they ended up having the best time of there, and Clay gave me an update and pictures every day. I will definitely bring them back, if I have to. Thanks again Clay
We were just thinking it’s been 6 years since we have been visiting the Furry Guys! Our pups absolutely love coming to Clay and we know they’re cared for and have the best time! I cannot say enough good things about The Furry Guys and the owner Clay. We had to board our rescue for the first time, and he cannot handle kennels/cages; he'd rather hurt himself than be locked up. I was excited when I found this boarding place with a free range concept. We visited ahead of time and Clay answered all our questions and completely put us at ease. He kept us updated while we were gone and it was wonderful to see Ziggy relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be using again and highly recommend!

Best Doggy daycare for day or night. We have a 2 yr old Schnauzer. When he is being driven to Clay's (Furry guys), as soon as we reach the main street to make a left onto to County Line Rd, our dog recognizes he is being dropped off and he does his happy dance going in circles in the back seat. He is so happy to go to Clay's to play with his buddies. Clay is also flexible with timings for pickup and drop off!! Best place for dogs!
Matt has taken care of my rather shy dog for several years. He understood my dog Howard's temperament completely and was so kind and patient and persistent in gaining Howard's trust. Matt is genuinely gifted in pet care. He also keeps me updated on each visit, including photos. The Furry Guy's is made up of incredible professionals and I know my dogs are safe in their care.
LoveVell took such a great care of our fur babies while we were away . Always quick to answer whenever we had questions and did an excellent job sending us pictures . She is reliable flexible and trustworthy. She treated our dogs like her own . Happy we found her .

Miss Shelly is the best! She’s been watching our senior dog for about three years now. We’ve had her watch Ellie at her house and also come to our house as our doggie gets older. We always feel at peace when we are gone knowing our Ellie is in good hands with Miss Shelly!
Shelly has been our pet sitters for the last 10 years. She has loved our many cats and dogs. She loves them as her own and even cries with us when we have to say goodbye to them as they cross the rainbow bridge. My girls don't even look back when we drop them off and sometimes don't even acknowledge us when we come back to pick them up from their stays. They love her and we appreciate knowing our fur babies are in great hands.
Highly Recommend!! Shelly is the only person we trust leaving our dogs with. She is so sweet with our dogs & it shows- they are obsessed with her. One of our dogs also has a medical condition that requires a lot of patience & for her to be fed in a very specific way (food blended up and in a special chair) & Shelly took that on with zero hesitation and treats her as if she was one of her own. She will even send us pictures, videos & updates on how they are doing. She is literally the only reason we are able to enjoy our vacations and not spend the entire time worrying.

Teresa took care of our 4 cats while we were out of town. She did an amazing job. Not only did she feed them but also played with them and did an amazing job making sure that they were happy while we were out of town. We are so happy and thankful for her services! She also sends daily videos of our pets from each visit. Those where a lot of fun to watch! Teresa is reliable, responsible, and great with our furry kids. I strongly recommend her!
She is only about the required UPFRONT FULL $$ paid through Zelle. Horrible pet care! Had to cut my vacation short by 1.5 days because of her DERELICTION of DUTY to tend to my 3 cats. The only correct action Teresa did, was show up and leave. And she did that in TEN minutes or less! I have the time stamps and video footage to prove it. We met in my home before I left where she told me what I needed to do. I gave her a checklist for morning and evening to make sure all cats and the house tasks were tended to. She did none of these. She told me she recorded videos each visit to document what she did each visit and I could see that my cats were doing well. She never did that. Out of the 5 visits she completed, I received 3 videos of my cats looking at the camera: 30 seconds, 12 seconds and 30 seconds. She didn't document anything because she didn't do anything. Her website makes her sound like a Mary Poppins for pets and their owner. But she isn't. What she DIDN'T DO: bring in the mail, arrive on time, stay an adequate amount of time to tend to cats and house tasks, clean the litter boxes (these were full of 3 days poop/clumping - outrageous), turn off the lights outside during the day, feed my cats according to instructions, give fresh water, provide clean water to my indoor/outdoor cat, arrive timely to bring my indoor/outdoor cat in for the night and thus this cat was outside for 48 hours without dry food or fresh/clean water. In fact, Teresa never put any dry food out for my indoor/outdoor cat. The lawn had been mowed at 9am Friday and when I arrived home Sunday late afternoon, the grass clippings were still in the water! She didn't water my outdoor plant, or provide clean water for the bird bath. Nor did she open the requested blinds or turn on the plant grow lights. What she DID DO is only stay 10 minutes or LESS each visit, forget to arm my alarm 3 times as she was so hurried to leave, turn on my TV when I said not to do that, turn on so many lights in my house (including my make up mirror and shower light) when I said I would leave adequate lighting, IGNORE my cats. She made no attempt to spend time with them so they could get used to her. How could they when she is in/out of my house in under ten minutes each time. And she charges $25 for each visit. I asked her not to utilize the front door. She did. My cats didn't eat any of their wet food as she just plopped a blob in each bowl. They can't eat it like that. And she knew. I arrived home on Sunday afternoon, a day and half early and was disgusted with all that I found. When Teresa came over for the evening visit, I was there. She started to try to weasel her way out of why she didn't do her job correctly, but I called her on it, having the cameras as proof. She quickly gave me back my key and hastily exited the door. I have used a pet sitter several times and have been very happy but she had a medical emergency that prevented her service for this trip. If you love your pets and want peace of mind, do NOT use her services. I wish I had a warning. My cats were traumatized. There is a reason there isn't a recent positive review less than 2 years ago!! BEWARE!
I was a customer a few years back- something just reminded me to meals sure to give her due credit for the wisdom she provided. At the time I had never left the dogs for long periods, with one being new and aggressive. She gave me advice about their environment taht I had not yet thought of, she also gave me advise about the environment for my own safety- I had not yet thought of. She is in tune with dogs in the way Cesar Milan- that kind of saint- would be grouped with. Highly recommend.
Savannah Pet Nanny was amazing! She worked with me last minute, made me feel very comfortable about leaving my little furry friend alone for 4 days and she sent me pics and videos throughout the day! It was a stress free way to travel for both me and my pet! I didn't have to worry about last minute vaccinations or driving him somewhere and he got to stay in the comfort of his own home. She even went above and beyond and brought in literally about 30 HEAVY water bottles from outside. Really enjoyed her services and will be back!!
I cannot recommend Teresa enough! With only a few days notice, she agreed to take care of our 4 babies (3 mini dachshunds and 1 chiweenie). She came over to the house to meet them the same day we called asking about her services. She was so kind and patient with them and allowed them to warm up to her. We had been using another pet sitting service in Prosper the last few years, but I wish we had found Teresa sooner. The man that owns the company we had been using has never had the patience with our babies that Teresa showed. The weekend she watched them was also the first weekend our house went on the market. Without being asked, she kept the house in "show ready" conditions. She picked up after them in the yard, straightened pillows on the couch, cleaned up and sanitized any accidents they had in the house, etc. To top it all off, she brought each of them little chew toys that she left with them. My girls don't really warm up to many people, but they actually miss Teresa! They keep playing with the toys she brought them. They're also running to the bedroom (where we set their nest up while we were away) looking for her and whining! I cannot recommend her enough!!!
Our dog was getting older and she was so kind and gentle with him. He loved her. Always excited and happy when he saw her. Highly recommend Teresa, she loves her job and it shows.you can’t put a price on that kind of service. She even came and sat with us at home when we had to put our 16 yr old pug down.
Amazing! Is great with my dog and he (my dog) loves her! She will not only be amazing with your pets she will go above and beyond what other dog sitters or walkers would do. I'm very grateful to have found someone I fully trust taking car of my dog. Also, pricing is another thing that's great with her. When I first moved into my house in Aubrey I was searching for dog walkers sitters and they all charge like crazy. Savannah Pet Nanny is very reasonable and will also give you discounts when you pay for a package or certain amount of visits.
Savannah Pet Nanny did a wonderful job watching our pets for the long weekend. Our dogs were well taken care of and we were provided regular updates while away. She also provided us great tips to keep the dogs calm while we were away.
