This was part two of a six-week stay for Simon with Jonah - more of the same from the first half. Simon did a fantastic job, plain and simple. He didn't just do the basics of feeding and walking my Jonah; he worked from home and so spent a lot of affection-time with him. He sent me detailed weekly diaries (which I had not expected) of Jonah's day-to-day routine, including how much food eaten, how many walks, and even quality of feces (my dog had been having some weight and diet issues, but I hadn't expected such detail). He responded quickly to any communications and asked thoughtful questions. When I got home, my place was spotless, my dog was healthy and happy. Couldn't have asked for more from Simon!
As first timers here we had an excellent experience. Thanks to Andrea as the perfect carer. We can recommend Andrea absolutely. She is so smart with all. There was little to explain and our cat connected with her immediately. Again any time!
Neil and Anne were complete superstars, really amazing Petsitter’s and I can’t recommend them highly enough!! Communication from the beginning was excellent. I felt confident that everything would run smoothly from the outset and it did! Neil even offered to drop us at the airport to save us taking a taxi, which was very kind. The sit went above and beyond all our expectations and both Toffee and Amber were very happy and super chilled with them. The pets absolutely adored them both. This was evidenced in the many daily updates, photos and videos. Neil even made Amber a homemade toy which she loves. Neil and Anne took Toffee for endless walks and even fed the stray cat for me that turns up at the apartment each day. They were also brilliant as they looked after the large pond and fed the giant turtle special food, they had prepared. Neil is so practical and solved some of the apartments quirks for us, many which we had been unable to fathom. The house was left so spotless that I cancelled the cleaner until the following week as there was nothing left for her to clean. I feel very lucky to have had them both as housesitters and really do hope that they will come back again soon!!!
