Barbara was a wonderful pet sitter. She sent me photos everyday of my kitty, Rufus. Left my house spic and span. - emptied the dishwasher, washed bedding and towels. I felt confident about my house and my cat while I was in Paris for two weeks.
This was an ideal sit and we truly enjoyed our time in the home with both Boo Boo and Monkey. The home is wonderful and all of the information was provided to ensure a great sit. The cats were easy-going and the accommodations were lovely. We would highly recommend a sit experience for these hosts as they are very warm and gracious.
We had a wonderful time housesitting for Julianne and Andrew. Their charming home is very comfortable and in such a great location - so close to the City but in a bush land setting, complete with a rivulet, that gives a feeling of being a million miles from care! Sadly one of the cats passed away a day or so before we arrived. However, Calvin inveigled himself into our affections immediately and was a constant companion either on the sofa or on our laps. Julianne was responsive to any queries and ensured our stay was comfortable and seamless. We would love the opportunity to housesit again for Julianne and Andrew.
A wonderful sit - highly recommended! Kate was great - welcoming and clear about the requirements, we received a thorough Welcome Pack and a good handover. The house is very comfortable and easy to keep clean, with everything we needed and, of course, there is Benji. Our new favourite dog! Happy, funny, sweet-natured and well-behaved. He was great in the car and with other dogs. He is pretty strong when on the lead, but once off his recall is good and the common is very close for lovely morning and evening walks. We also took him up onto the South Downs Way which is only a half-hour drive for long walks mostly off-lead. If you like walking and doggy company and cuddles this is the perfect sit. This was our very first pet sit and we want to thank Andrea and Tobi for a wonderful experience with their great cat Mike. We didn`t have the pleasure of meeting Andrea and Tobi personally, but they left us all the information about their home and Mike`s care and, if ever we had a question, communication was great, which we highly appreciated. Mike is such a fun character and really easy to look after. He likes to play with his grey string and his toys and then perch on his cat tree to observe the birds in the trees outside. He`s very lovable and in the evenings he liked to curl up on our lap and be stroked whilst we were watching T.V. He makes friends with you instantly and walks straight into your heart. We miss him so much! Andrea and Tobi`s apartment is beautiful, very clean and tidy and is furnished very tastefully. It offers everything you may need. There are several supermarkets nearby. We like walking so we explored Berlin mostly by foot, although there are also very good connections with public transportation close by. We had a wonderful time and would definately house sit for them again. We highly recommend this sit.
I have fallen in love with Clare’s home and collection of animals! Hetty and Doris have stolen my heart. We went out for a long walk in the countryside every day and enjoyed a cuddle in the evening. The chickens and ducks were incredibly friendly and would frequently pop their heads in to the house to see what was going on. I loved my time in Ecchinswell and hope to return very soon!
My housesit with Maggie in Lisbon was awesome. First of all the little cutie - she is just adorable. I already miss to cuddle with her on the sofa or in the bed. She is very well behaved and as good as gold. I really enjoyed my walks with her in beautiful Parque Eduardo VII, which is only 2 minutes away from the lovely apartment of Jill and Jordan. Their place is in a fantastic neighbourhood, not just the park nearby there are also a metro and many bus lines to get around the city. Jill and Jordan are supernice and easy going. They were always reachable for me. I can't wait to come back to sit for Maggie again:-)

Pampered Paws is wonderful! When my husband had to return to the office after working from home for two years, I was in a panic about my senior dog being home alone. Lisa and Diane quickly worked to set up a meet and greet, and get our pup on the schedule. Our walker Gina is gentle and kind with our dog. I can tell by her photos and sweet notes how much she cares. It has been so reassuring having this company to work with. Lisa and Diane are very accommodating to our changing needs and schedules. Diane and her team members have cared for our dogs for 8+ years. I trust every single team member and the care they provide. We have travelled abroad and at no time Have I ever worried about a thing. They take excellent care of our dogs and respect our home as we have them stay overnight. They communicate frequently and with lots of pictures. I highly recommend Pampered Paws Pet Care. The staff is always quick to respond and very attentive to the unique needs of each animal in their care. The owner of pampered paws is an amazing human who absolutely adores all creatures. As a result she treats her business of caring for your pet with extreme attention to detail and love. She personally cared for our dog on multiple occasions and I could tell while we were away and when we returned home he was well cared for. Multiple pictures and reports while we were away allowed us to enjoy our vacation. When he would see her he got sooo excited. She has volunteered so much of her time to help animals in need and truly cares. Her farm is adorable and spotless if you would be interested in a slumber party. I would not hesitate if you are considering her services.
I have used Diane and her team for many years, and I can't say enough great things about them. They have taken care of my dogs wonderfully and with the utmost care. When my dog needed medication during the day they were excellent at providing the needed treatment with no hesitation. I would trust these fine folks with any of my pets at any time. My experiences with Pampered Paws have been nothing but fabulous. The dog walkers clearly care about my dogs and send me the cutest pictures after walks! When we have traveled they take great care of the pets and have brought in the mail and watered the plants too. Everyone is very professional and caring and I highly recommend them!
In Diane’s first email, she tried to steer us toward boarding saying how clients send pets to her farm for “slumber parties”. If we wanted to board them, we wouldn’t be reaching out to a dog sitting service. At the intake meeting, she tried that approach again. We passed again for the same reason. Is she licensed to board? She eventually shared she's understaffed. Anyway, we went through all the things she wanted to know – locations of food, litter box, medicines, routines, etc. and she took notes. She made a big deal to her staff (that were also there) about not letting our mill rescue out without her collar. The first day of the actual gig Diane sent us a pic of the mill dog in the yard. You know who let the dog out without its collar? She did. Then blamed the dog for being “overstimulated”. Our passive, traumatized, ‘go to zero’ when anxious puppy mill mamma. The collar wasn’t a big deal, but her lack of accountability and blaming the dog, the crate, and everything else didn’t sit well. We had left a note on the counter explaining the things we’d discussed during the intake because people forget. She texted asking where the food was. I showed them where the food was during the intake and had written it in the note. Clearly she hadn’t taken the time to read it. She did, however, take the time to say something passive aggressive about how it would’ve been more helpful to have emailed her the note before the visit. If that’s your preference, say as much up front. So it was somehow our fault. The first overnight sitter wasn’t able to arrive at the contracted time. Life happens. Diane stepped up and made sure the dogs were let out and fed, then left. We contracted that the visits would be from dinner through to the morning so our mill mamma rescue wouldn’t be alone her first nights without us since having been rescued. That was the job. After Diane texted she was leaving, she sent no further updates. I texted her at one point to ask for a status (which she should’ve been pushing out to us), but she didn’t respond. We ended up asking our listed emergency contact (also a client of Pampered Paws) to come up and hang out until the pampered paws sitter arrived. When we still had heard nothing, we called Diane. She answered, I think because she knew the sitter was "on her way". Diane spun the whole thing into a joke, “Gracie is like a little celebrity tonight.” That’s not what that was. She never offered an apology for the interruption in service or for putting us in the position of chasing down coverage. She did take the time to text us that she hoped the key was back where her sitter expected it to be. It wasn’t. Unlike Diane, our neighbors waited until the overnight sitter arrived and handed her the key. From our point of view, it was something of a “cluster” (to use Diane’s vernacular). We chalked all the oddities and disconnects up to learning curves and unexpected life events and didn't want to have to expose our trauma dog to a new set of people, so we decided to book a second, longer gig. It took a week to settle on all the dates and people and Diane sent us the final confirmation. Then pulled out later that same day, and put it off on us. In her email she wrote, “I do not feel like you wanted us there in the first place.” I don’t know if that’s gaslighting or classic projection, but we wouldn’t have spent seven days ironing out a schedule if we didn’t want them here. If we didn’t want them here, we wouldn’t have reached out. She asked if she could drop the key off the next day, but didn't even honor that. Instead, we got an email late that night that she decided to drop it off in our mailbox 1/3 of a mile from the house. It was an unprofessional and passive aggressive way to end things. During this same week, Outlook (where my emails are sent from Gmail) went through a migration to the cloud. There must’ve been a glitch because I saw Diane had used a BCC on at least one email without telling us. Be aware you don’t know who Diane has on her email threads (which is both unprofessional and unethical).
I have been a lucky member of the Pampered Paws Team now for about 6 months. I cannot say enough positive things about Diane, Annaly and the rest of their team. When I first met with them, they were extremely cognizant and aware of my dog's needs. They also work with my schedule every week and are extremely reliable. I get a text update with every visit and it puts my mind at ease knowing my dog is in the best hands. They treat my dog like their own!! After adopting a second puppy this summer, we had to find a new solution for pet sitting. While our puppy is very sweet she is also incredibly nervous and shy. She took a few months to warm up to us so we were very nervous about a pet sitting plan for vacations. Fortunately, we lucked out meeting Emma and Sandy with Jurassic Bark. They quickly fell in love with our two dogs and put us as ease knowing our dogs were in great hands. They provide wonderful photo updates and were easy to communicate with if needed. They’re attentive and willing to help with anxious-dog parent details. We were even pleased to see our nervous pup warm up to these dog lovers and enjoy snuggling on the couch together. Last week our sweet Lily had a pup-cation at Jurassic bark while we were away. She came home exhausted but happy and showed no signs of separation anxiety. This is due to the care she received from Emma and her staff. Jurassic Bark is the best place for Lily to have stayed while her humans were away. They loved her and treated her as if she were their own. We received daily update with pictures of Lily making new friends and playing. She had a great experience!

Jurassic Bark has cared for our cat, dog and rats for years. Emma is amazing with all of the animals. Recently, I had made arrangements for a family member to take one of my dogs. With only 3 weeks before my vacation, the plans fell through. Emma was able to help us on short notice and our vacation was saved. And best of all, I know my fur babies will be safe and happy with the staff at the resort! Adding to this since we have returned from vacation. I had pictures and updates in my email every day. I think my dogs truly had a better vacation than I did! Even my shy girl was snuggling with the staff and pawing for attention.

Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. It ended up working out, because Jogs with Dogs worked with me and sent Will out for the day to watch them, the price was reasonable and I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about them! Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. What free spirited person.
Noah's Pet Motel Noahs, we love taking Stella! She's an almost 2 year old Doberman. Noahs offers everything from ice cream, food is available or bring your own, couches, blankets, play time, and the best interaction with staff. By the way! They are ranked number one in the area! We looked for the best place. I know Stella's getting the best care.
We used to use a different kennel and our dog always came back with kennel cough. Now we use Noah's their facility was clean, didn't smell and our furry friend came back great! I highly recommend them.
We boarded our ferrets with Noah’s this past weekend. It was a great, easy experience. Prices are great and all staff was wonderful. We will be back for all of our pets boarding needs.

I could not be happier with my experience with Noah’s Pet Motel! This was my first time boarding my dog, and I was a bit nervous. They walked me through the facility, answered all my questions, and really put my mind at ease right from the get go! When I dropped my pet off as well, I was headed to my car and was able to hear the staff talking to my pup as they led her to the kennel - they were welcoming her, and saying what a sweetheart she was, and were being so gentle and kind. 💕 Whoever did the grooming, as well, also did an amazing job! My dog has NEVER been so soft in her entire life and smelled so good !! All in all, Cricket had a great time, and I was able to have a great time knowing she was in good hands while I was away. I HIGHLY recommend Noah’s Pet Motel, and they’re going to be my go-to from now on for all my boarding, daycare, and grooming needs. 💕💕💕
Please beware Jenna is very rude and unreasonable customer service is horrible, be prepared to get hit with unknown fees at Geena discretion will never bring my dog back there, dogs are o my watched from 9am-12pm and 4-6pm for that you should just leave your dog home. My dog smells horrible every time I pick him up. Never again.
Our Bearded Dragon recently spent 8 days in the care of Noah's Pet Motel. The staff did a great job caring for her; we couldn't be happier. Beardies, and reptiles in general, require very specific care in terms of diet, temperature, humidity, and other factors. Noahs' staff understands reptiles and provided our pet with an ideal environment. They always provided me with a detailed update about our pet when I phoned them. Arriving at the motel, one will notice the neatly manicured grounds...a great first impression! Inside, the reception area is well-organized and always staffed with an employee. The entire facility is VERY clean. I'll gladly bring our Beardie back to Noah's!

I was trying to set up boarding. I spoke extensively about my dogs epilepsy to the representative I talked to at the getgo... I spoke about dosing, the amount of meds...etc. She said it would be fine. I went to get their extensive shot list. And came for a behavior assessment and was turned away the first time because they didn't have all they needed booster wise. I didn't put up a stink...I understand vaccine importance. Rescheduled my assessment and came back this time when I discussed dosing my dog the front desk person rejected me. I have taken hours off of work twice not counting the multiple vet visits for their crazy shot list to get this boarding scheduled. I spoke about my dogs health condition from the beginning...they have wasted both my time and my money telling me it was fine then suddenly saying it wasn't.....
We absolutely love this place! My dog Pepper comes home exhausted from all the fun outside and the one on one walks are really great for her. She gets a lot of attention and I know she is treated very well. It makes it that much more enjoyable for us when we’re away to know that Pepper is having fun too.
I have been taking my miniature Schnauzer to Primrose Lane farm for two years now and I am very happy with it. Kristin, the owner, is very invested and a true professional. She doesn’t take that responsibility lightly and she pays very close attention to the well being of the dogs that are under her care. Every time my dog stays there, I text regularly asking for some news and Kristin quickly sends an update. I feel lucky to have found a great place for our dog to stay at and I know that he is safe and well taken care of there.
This place is the best! I first boarded my dog here in 2004 when I became a pet owner. I have traveled many times for work and left my pup here for extended stays up to a week or two at a time. In 2009 I drove my dog all the way from Arizona (I had relocated in 2007) to PA because a business opportunity would take me away for over 30 days, and this is the only place I trusted for good care of my "son". I boarded my dog here for more than 30 days and he was in great shape and health when I picked him up. I mentioned John's name later that same night and my pup got all excited thinking he was going back the same day. John and Primrose Lane are amazing. They have cared for my dog as one of their own and they have so much love and knowledge for pets and are a rare find. I have recently adopted another pup and today I brought him to play and meet and greet. My pup spent over an hour playing with one of John's personal dogs and they did amazing. The owners are so knowledgeable on dog behavior and are very observant and involved in the play and care of every pet as if their own. After 13 years of history, I still made this my first place for boarding and doggie daycare! If you want an affordable and family oriented place you should give them a call. They are a family business and are flexible and was always a second home for my pup. Thanks so much Primrose Lane!!!
This place is great! We bring our dog here everyday for doggie daycare. He loves going here, and it allows him to get his energy out during the day! We live close by, but my husband and I both work 40 mins to an hour away. They have been so flexible and wonderful to work with when we can't get there right at 6pm to pick him up. Primerose allows us to give our dog the quality of care we want for a price we can afford.
We wanted to like this place. It sounded so perfect for our dog. A nice field, knowledgeable business owner, etc. But after a few months and many frustrations, we are switching and urge you to look elsewhere if you are looking for someone to care for your pet. First of all, communication is TERRIBLE. Trying to get ahold of someone? Have a question or concern? Be prepared to keep it to yourself because no one will answer your emails or calls. If you call, they tell you to text instead. If you text, you receive no reply. Want to board your dog? Make sure you send an email MONTHS before and check in regularly. If you can, try to grab the owner in person to get a straight answer because you will never hear from them. If you do board, make sure you prepare yourself to bring home a neglected dog. We provided the exact amount of food for each day and received a whole day's worth of food back. This was the last straw for us. We were told that the workers (teenagers) switch shifts and they must have forgotten to feed our dog. Can you imagine if someone said that about a family member who was incapable of feeding themselves? "Oopsies. We must have forgotten to feed her meals." The place is also run by teens who have absolutely zero clue on what is going on with the business so they are unhelpful with any questions. If you want someone to care for your dogs, look elsewhere.
We have left our 2 year old lab several times, and just left our rescue beagle/lab for 5 days. John takes excellent care of the dogs, and we don't worry at all while we are gone. He's also an excellent communicator; we can email during our trip to check on the dogs and we always get a response. We had tried other boarding places, and nothing compares.
In the past, we used this kennel. We have a very social, friendly dog who has a lot of energy but has also been trained. We felt very confident in the reviews, but upon picking him up, were shocked and disgusted. Our dog, who is crate trained and can last all night without any accidents, and can last 7 hours during the day without accidents, was pee-soaked. Not just smelling like pee - his stomach, legs, paws, and tail were drenched. This tells us that he was spending way too many hours in a crate to be in this condition. He also has large sores on him from obviously laying around in the crate. We sent toys for him to chew on, which had not seen any obvious use while he was there, and a bed that likewise - looked unused. We will not be returning, and I personally am very upset that I allowed my dog to stay here for the week. I understand that there are some great reviews about this place, because that is why we picked it, but if looking for a place to board your dog, please take caution if considering Primrose Lane Farm.
I was under some very unfortunate circumstances and had to board my dog for 2 months. As difficult and stressful of a time this was, John at Primrose made things a lot easier and a lot less stressful on me. Just like many pet owners, my dog is like my child and I seriously cannot thank John and his family at Primrose lane enough. They gave me such a peace of mind at an awesome price. Next time I go away and need a place for my dog to stay I know exactly where I’m dropping him off. Thanks again Primrose Lane Farm!
We have been using Primrose Lane for about 5 years and we love it. We have a Cane Corso Mastiff and a pitbull. Both of which we rescued. John has helped us so much with different issues we have come across with both dogs. He is such a great resource! I find dogs to be a great judge of character. I take comfort in seeing how excited my dogs get when they see John and his staff. We know our dogs are well cared for and in great hands at Primrose.
I really wanted to like this place... From the first visit I had a bad feeling about this place. We setup an appointment to come see the place and on the phone the owner said to send him the time of the visit and assume we are good if he doesn’t get back to me. I thought that was weird and not very business friendly to not get back to your customer but moved ahead with the appointment. My husband and I brought our 2, 50 pound dogs to the farm where we met the owner. I could tell he was hesitant to bring us inside the building because we just stood outside where we parked for 15 minutes. I finally asked to see the inside and he took us “in”. There is an entrance to the barn house and then inside there is the entrance to the pens with a door and a curtain over it. He pretty much took us in the entry way where we could see how incredibly filthy everything was. There was hair caked everywhere, it looks like it has been there for years! The smell was awful and there where flies everywhere, which usually means feces. The owner did not let us see the kennels where they keep the dogs, I thought this was originally because we had our dogs and he thought they may disturb the other dogs. He assured us the dogs get walked multiple times a day. When I asked how long the walks where he said, “as long as they’ll go”. We have 2 high energy dogs so in my mind, I thought that sounds great. He also said they let the dogs run on the farm where the horses are. Aside from the filth it all sounded too good to be true. I wasn’t completely convinced but my husband thought it would be fine since they would get so much exercise. I ended up visiting a few other places that seemed fine and much cleaner. Also, the other places took me back to the kennels no problem. That got me thinking, I want to see the kennels the dogs would be staying in to make sure they are at least clean. I drove back to Primrose and was told firmly that I was not allowed to see the Kennels. I asked why, they said “for insurance reasons”…What insurance reasons exactly would prevent me from looking at where my dogs will be boarded. It was complete BS obviously. I’m sure it’s filthy back there just like the rest of the place. We ended up leaving our dogs at Primrose for a weekend (against my better judgement). We drove 5 hours back and were so excited to pick up the dogs that we stopped at Primrose to get them before going home. When we got there they informed us (rudely) we cannot pay with credit card and that we’d need to come back to get our dogs with proper payment. Sure, I understand you want your money but not taking credit card? Are you kidding, it’s so easy for business’s to accept credit cards just with using a mobile device and that attachment. We eagerly drove home and get the check book and come back to get our dogs. It’s only 3:30 at this point. According to the owner the dogs are running around outside all day and then brought back in when they open. We got our dogs finally. They smelled terrible but that’s to be expected from just entering that place. The thing is they were pretty clean. When they play on our 1.5 acre yard there feet get dirty they get some grass stains, there was none of that. When we got them home they were so wound up like they hadn’t been outside for days. They immediately went outback and peed and pooped then ran around like crazy playing. This would not happen if they were getting there “3 walks a day” and all day play time as advertised! We have taken our dog to Dogtopia and I can tell you when they come home from there they fall asleep right away. This place is a complete scam. It sounds too good to be true because it is. It’s obvious the kind of care they put into the dogs based on the looks of the facility. Never again!

Used Kate to care for our indoor rabbit while we were away. Free "Meet and Greet" was nice to get acquainted and go over care details. Kate followed all instructions and even sent me daily texts with checklists of everything she had done. She also sent pictures and video of our pet which the kids loved seeing while we were away. She was able to manage our alarm system, keys, lights, trash, plants - everything. She is a reliable pet sitter who does a great job. Happy to recommend her!

When my husband and I moved to PA 2 years ago, we took turns going on separate vacations as we didn't have someone to watch our cats. We always had family care for them while we were away, but no longer had that option. We feel very lucky to have found Kate, and know our kitties are in good hands. Kate always stays in communication, and sends daily picture updates that we look forward to receiving. Leaving your pets behind for a week can be very stressful, but Kate helps take that stress away. I could not be more pleased with Happy Tails! Kate was extremely reliable, attentive and professional, and delivered excellent service and care while I was away for a week. My husband and I typically board our dogs, but with a new puppy (4 mo) and an older dog (14 yo) I had concerns about their health and overall wellness. I’ve never used a pet sitter, so that brought its own concerns, but after meeting Kate I felt very comfortable and knew I was making the right choice for me and my dogs. I’m a *little* overbearing when it comes to my dogs, leaving lists that I thought were helpful but in hindsight probably were not, but Kate handled my anxiety with professionalism and understanding. She sent text messages with updates after each visit, which I really appreciated. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I will only use Happy Tails in the future.

Kate is an amazing dogsitter. She made our vacation so much better knowing we were leaving our baby girl in good hands. We lost two dogs in 6 weeks and two weeks later went on vacation leaving our little girl alone. She started acting up when Kate was caring for her. Kate was so compassionate and took care of everything. She even gave us great advise. We will definitely be calling Kate when we go on our next vacation.

I was having issues with my payment and she even took time out while she was on her honeymoon to assist. Our sitter Dawn-Marie was awesome! She took excellent care of our girls while we were away, sending pictures and providing updates daily which put our minds at ease as this was the first time we have needed to use a service such as Tal's. She even ran the vacuum a couple of times to keep up with the build up of dog hair, cleaned up the waste in the yard daily and treated our home as she would her own. Natalya was great too! She pleasantly answered all of our questions and concerns prior to booking. I highly recommend Tal's Pets. We will definitely use the service again when needed without hesitation. Keeping our girls in their own home, where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings was huge. We really did feel that our girls were very well taken care of while we were away.
This was our first experience with Tal's Pets. how great it was ! We had Skye as our caretaker and cannot compliment her enough. She wrote everything down, was very conscientious of everything we asked of her. Most of all , the kitties loved her. Lucy, normally very shy went right up to greet her. Skye kept me informed every evening with texts and pictures, insuring my vacation was worry free. I highly recommend Skye and Tal's Pets.
10/10 will always recommend Tal's Pets for pet sitting. We recently went away for 5 days and Skye, our sitter, was an absolute gem to take our of 14 year old dog in our home. She sent so many updates and pictures and we could tell our pup was so comfortable with her. Our dog had some belly issues while we were gone and she was prompt to contact us make sure he was okay and went above and beyond to clean up the mess and left our house pretty spotless after. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I used Tal's pets services for the first time two weeks ago. Could not be happier with my experience. Their services came highly recommended and they were as wonderful as I heard they were. Everything was so easy in setting up my visit and Natalya was super fast in her responses in making our arrangements. My sitter Naya was just the sweetest person ever and so good with our dog Mya. Natalya and her crew are incredible. We searched for years for reliable, responsive pet care with no luck, so we were stuck relying on friends and family which was incredibly limiting for our schedules. We tried other local companies and those experiences rendered us hopeless that we’d ever find care that we trusted and felt comfortable with. From day one the experience with Tal’s was completely different- quick, clear communication and scheduling, caring, attentive and communicative sitters, incredibly fair pricing (I’d argue she could charge double for the value she provides), and complete piece of mind that our pets and home will be well taken care of and respected. Amazing place. My dog has changed dramatically in the most positive way since coming here. The staff is amazing kind and so knowledgeable. We just picked up our German Shepherd, Odin, after a week long stay at Hickory. This is his second time boarding (hasn’t been boarded since 2022) since he is a very anxious dog. We were so happy to hear that Odin enjoyed his time at Hickory, he ate, took his meds, played and got along well with the staff. We also received an update mid week from his trainer, Gordon, which we appreciated! We felt like Odin was very well taken care of and safe throughout his stay! Knowing how well he was looked after we are more than comfortable coming back for daycare and boarding! Thank you for keeping our anxious boy happy and healthy!!
From rags to riches! Just took our labradoodle here for the first time and couldn’t be more pleased with them! First off, the haircut is the best he’s ever had. When I dropped him off, the groomer asked me how we wanted him done up. Gave them a couple requests and they were all filled perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. They even took him out to go to the bathroom on their beautiful property. When picking him up, the groomer had me take a good look at the haircut and make sure everything was good. She noted that if I had recommendations or concerns for the next visit, she would take a note in their documents to ensure our wants and needs were met. Lastly, the cost of the full grooming was much less than I was expecting, since we have been paying significantly more for years at other groomers. 10/10 Can not recommend them enough!
Been taking our dog for grooming to this place for years. The staff really enjoy being with the dogs and do a great job — flexible to whatever you need. Highly recommend based on our experience.
I Just heard from the manager regarding the charge for the anal glands. She indicated that I should not have been charged for that and will be crediting me $25 toward the error made. Very much appreciated they're quick response and action! I took my small dog, a Yorkie poo, here for grooming and asked to have her bathed, hair cut, nails trimmed and to have her anal glands checked. She is 7 years old I have never been charged extra to have her anal glands checked and expressed! I expected to pay $65 for her grooming, which is very common, but was shocked when he told me there was an extra $20 to check and express the anal glands! I don't get it since every other groomer she has ever been at does that automatically🤷🏼♀️ I will not be returning here.
I took my Dog Ave there in January to have nails clipped and they were awesome. Ave is rescue dog and gets scared easy they were great with her, Had her back for full spa day on 4/7 and she could not wait to get in there and gives kisses.. totally awesome and they give great advice to question and concerns.. Never will go anywhere else…
Brought my dog here for a nail clipping for the first time and it went great! My dog does NOT like getting her nails done. Has to be muzzled, and given a sedative before hand because she is just that bad. But at hickory springs they just had a brand new harness installed for these kind of situations and it made a big difference! She was still a little crazy, but you can see the amount of care they put in to make sure she was calm and still do a good job on her nails which I really appreciate. They were friendly, talkative and patient with her. It was reasonably priced and I feel comfortable bringing my dog here again. I HIGHLY recommend them for any grooming needs!
BEST DECISION EVER TO MOVE TO HICKORY SPRINGS FARM OVER 20 YEARS AGO. We were referred to transfer to Hickory Springs by friends and they were right! I absolutely love and trust Hickory Springs Pet Farm . . . they are truly our extended family to our dog, Puff Daddy. They are kind and handle him with care. The entire staff has been wonderful for many many years - I have never been disappointed. (our Beloved Puff Daddy passed away right after his 18th birthday). The Hickory Spring Farm Team prepared me for the inevitable - they treated us with sympathy and kindness. The Groomer, Amy EXCEPTIONAL she is wonderful and very talented and so friendly. Della has always be a treasure to my family in making sure we get the best opportunities and pricing whenever we boarded Puff Daddy - she looks out for his best interests and always calls me whenever there is an issue to alert me - even if I am on vacation. Now they are taking care of my daughter's dogs: Elmo & Vida The exact same treatment - AWESOME CARE! I love it!
We kenneled our pups for a week. They were well cared for. Employee Cat was wonderful and full of good info. Upon registering out pups Della was super helpful and very friendly. The place is clean and staff have a great vibe which puts one at ease when leaving their pets. All were very eager to hear everything about your pets. Love this place. We will be back!!!!
Our dog is always safe here. At home he is pretty reactive and he gets anxious outside, but we never have a problem dropping him off. I recommend this facility for boarding! We have also had his nails done here while he was boarded and were happy with the results.
Great company that’s always attentive to my dog Gracie. She gets so excited for the walkers to come up to the door and can be a bit MUTTch, but they always get her harness on. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful option for our two Poodles. We had utilized kennels in the past and they are 1) expensive and 2) not very personal. Abby, our dog walker/sitter was great. She Provided individual attention and the cost was significantly less then other area kennels. Muttchbetter will be our go to in the future.

I have been overly impressed with the amount of professionalism and care Kim and Dave from Sleepy Paws have given to me and my golden doodle. This is the first time I’ve tried a home sitting service, but my dog has so much anxiety going to anyplace but his own home, I thought I’d give them a try. The communication they would send me every time they visited my dog to let me know he was doing well and being well cared for was top notch! They were so flexible and when I texted late at night to say my plane was delayed and I didn’t make my connection, Kim immediately responded telling me not to worry and they would take care of my dog until I got home. They always went above and beyond my expectations and my dog absolutely loved them! On top of all of this, I felt that their pricing was very good. I traveled a lot, so having a company and people that I could trust and take great care of my dog was very important to me. I would highly recommend Sleepy Paws. They are great people and a great company.
Sleepy Paws has taken care of our 2 kitties for the last two years whenever we go out of town. They always can fit us in their schedule, even for last minute trips, and in a couple situations when trips were extended/flights canceled, Sleepy Paws was able to come for the extra days needed. They always leave detailed notes about each visit, so we know one of our kitties loves to play with them while the other is more shy, but we also know both are in great hands while we are way. Great service, highly recommended!
