Anna & Dave were fantastic Housesitter’s and such a lovely couple. As soon as we met them we knew they were going to be perfect for our animals and our home. They had really read and absorbed my notes that I had emailed to them in advance which gave me a lot of confidence in their ‘caring nature’. They kept in contact with us while we were away and we were thrilled to hear that Lola had been on a bus! When we arrived home it looked immaculate and we were delighted to hear that all had gone well and Lola and Monty had had a great few days with them. They had very kindly stripped the bed - Thank You! Anna left an amazing drawing of Lola and Monty which is stunning and will be getting framed - it such a true likeness of them - we love it. They also left a lovely note and Lola even gave her highlights of her time without us - again just a lovely touch. Cannot recommend them highly enough and would welcome them back at any time. Thank you Anna and Dave 🐾😻😄

Mary & Rick

Mary and Rick were very helpful and reliable housesitters. They arrived the evening before our departure in order to get a grip on our house and pets. They surprised us by offering to prepare dinner - which they brought with them, along with some delicious wine! While we were gone they regularly sent pictures and updates of our cat. When we came back, the house was in order and the cat was happy. I recommend Mary and Rick!

I was delighted to have Betsy and Pat take care of the animals to enable me to undertake a recent trip. Their enthusiasm and affection for all of our little brood was evident from the start. They asked great questions to deepen their understanding, especially relating to the alpacas. I knew immediately that they were in the very best hands. Our old kitty, Diesel swiftly made himself two new best friends and our dog Luna I think was especially fond of Pat. They took Luna on some lovely adventures and ensured that she was cared for like a superstar. They also took care of our chickens and ensured that their bedding was fresh and that they were treated to a daily feast. I’d be very happy to recommend Betsy and Pat for your house and pet sit. In addition to providing excellent care for the animals they also took excellent care of the cottage during their stay. I would welcome them back in a heartbeat.

Marcus and Caroline were great house sitters. They were on time, easy to communicate with and Ted was very well looked after. We received regular updates with photos which were much appreciated. Our home was well cared for too including the watering of my plants. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their pet and home looked after whilst they are away.

Tom and Keith were amazing, I cannot recommend them more. They were very organised, and made sure they had asked any questions they needed to before the sit. We left instructions for our dog, cats and tortoises and they had no problems following them. The house was left super tidy, and all the animals were incredibly relaxed and happy when we returned. The perfect sitters. The real test of how amazing they were was demonstrated in how incredibly understanding and relaxed they were about the water issue we had during their sit. The day before we left for our holiday, we discovered a problem with the water supply to our house. There was just a trickle of water. We had to get plumbers in whilst they were there, and they had to cope with very little water during the sit. We were so worried during this time about it all, and they were so wonderful in coping with it. Thank you Tom and Keith, we welcome you back any time should you wish to return, and I promise this time no water issues!

Troy and Rika were very kind and responsible pet-sitters for my two cats. Because they were already in the area, they took the time to come by and meet with me before staying at the house. They were flexible and responsive about all of our arrangements and communications. They also left the house spotlessly clean.

Tainá and Simon kept our Fredl company over Christmas holidays. When Simon came to us the day before we left, I immediately noticed that our cat felt more comfortable with him than with most other new people. That gave us a good feeling from the beginning and it was also super great overall. Both of them were very reliable, got in touch regularly and showed us with little videos or photos that our cat was doing very well. When we returned, both he and the whole apartment were as if we had never been away. Thank you, dear Tainá and Simon, for being there for our cat and making everything so uncomplicated! We would recommend you at any time & wish you all the best.

The pets seemed very happy with Vanessa and it was clear that she took great care for them all. Vanessa was very pleasant throughout the entire process which made it easy and reassuring. Vanessa left the flat in a great shape too. Would definitely recommend Vanessa :)

If I could give Lila 10 stars I would! She was proactive, responsive, kind, lovely to communicate with, responsible, flexible and adaptable, and incredibly tidy. She left the house spotless and took wonderful care of our cats. She was extremely flexible in helping us out with unexpected travel hitches, being able to stay an extra day at short notice. We are incredibly grateful to Lila for taking the worries about our fur babies off our shoulders, and I feel very fortunate to have met her - and knowing that she lives close by I hope she will perhaps come and stay again! We had a wonderful time while looking after Archie, Amber and Cherry in Trowbridge.
Ruth and Dave are an outstanding hosts and became very good friends.
Our communication with them was excellent  since the first contact.
This was our longest sit so far (6 weeks), so it was rough to say good by to Archie and the girls.
Ruth and Dave made us feel very welcome and comfortable on their lovely home.
House and animal routine were quite easy.
Amber and Archie love fetching and we had a lot of fun with them on the fields.
They are both extremely smart, and enjoy their hoop training routine.
Cherry is very chill and good in communicating her needs. She will let you know when she wants to eat, go outside or some petting.
Over all this is a 5 thumbs up sit, I'm we'll go back some day!

Great house sit. Karen was very welcoming and even left us a gift of wine and chocolates to enjoy during our stay. Lucy and Teddy were great fun to look after, they are such a lovely pair and as long as they are together they are happy.

Alpa

Alpa’s house is beautiful and the location is awesome. I really enjoyed my time with Mowgli and Bhalu, and am so thankful I got to have such sweet companions! Mowgli has a lot of energy, so it was fun to jog together around the neighborhood. Bhalu is a big sweetie, who likes to take slow walks to smell everything, so great for meandering & walking meditations. Bhalu does get stressed out with rain storms, but felt much better once she got calming medicine, put on thunder vest and sat next to me. Alpa and David are kind, communicative and generous. Bonuses for me were using Alpa’s awesome standing desk and crossed leg desk chair, and sitting on David’s top deck in the evenings. Highly recommend this sit!
