If I could award Magaly more than 5 stars in each category, I would. She is an excellent caring and highly organised house and Dogsitter. I received daily updates and images of my very happy well walked dog. She asked the right questions to make sure she had understood everything and looked after everything beautifully. A lovely caring hardworking and intelligent person with a real feel for dogs. You would be very lucky to have her for your sit.
Logan was an exceptional pet sitter who took outstanding care of my dog and chickens. He went above and beyond when one of my chickens was chased off my property by a random loose dog. Logan was dedicated to finding her, spending considerable time and effort to ensure she was safe and returned home. Fantastic Dog & Cat Sitting has been a wonderful partner in caring for our two cats, when we need to leave the area for a few days, or occasionally for a week or two. Dan is professional, coming to our home to meet us and our cats initially. We had a quick conversation, viewed the space and gave the specifics of their routine. He noted information for their emergency vet contacts, and where all supplies are located. If Dan has been booked when we were seeking a sitting date, he has a great team to reach out to, who've been able to help out in his place. Lynn sat for us recently, and did a great job. We feel lucky to have been able to rest easy, while our cats are being cared for by FDCS. It can be a big upheaval for pets, to have their humans gone for days. And so, to know that they're being cared for kindly by someone familiar, that seems ideal. This service is highly recommended!
I’ve relied on Dan to take care of my cat, Milo, when I travel. He does a great job of feeding and checking up to make sure Milo is taken care of while I’m gone. He even gives Milo his asthma medication using a special cat nebulizer. One thing I especially like about Dan is that the first time I used him, he came over to my house to meet the cat, made sure he knew which vet I used, and asked for emergency contacts. I’m glad I use Fantastic Dog and Cat Sitting Service and enthusiastically recommend him.

Dan, and Jeff, have taken impeccable care of my cat over the past 5 years. I got referred to them through my landlord who had used Dan’s services before. I’d also get photos and updates during care visits, which made me feel really good. I have been using Dan’s pet sitting services for years! Dan is really personable, prompt, and professional. His staff care about our pets and we can leave town without worry. Jeff (one of Dan’s employees) has had a key to our home since 2018! Your pets will be loved and cared for. Jeff even picks up our mail and is happy to water our plants. Dan has been "fantastic" with taking care of my cats when I have to be out of town. He's taken great care of my older cat who needs insulin shots, successfully dealt with the younger ones who don't really like people they don't know, and has been able to make space for me on short notice when last-minute trips have come up. He's even cleaned up messes that have occurred while I'm gone. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quality and caring cat (or dog) sitter!

This is a wonderful service! When I made my first inquiry, Dan responded within a very short period of time. I was pleased because often responses are delayed for a while. I met both Dan and Jeff ( who would be taking care of my cats) and was impressed by their professionalism as well as compassion for pets. While I was away for 10 days, Jeff kept in touch with all his cat reports. When I came back, my place was tidied up and my cats were relaxed. I highly recommend Dan and Jeff!

I have been using Gen's Pet Care for my cats for about 2 years now and could not recommend them more highly. I've used them for both weekend trips and multiple week trips and have never worried about my cats being in good care. They are incredibly responsive and are able to accommodate the specific preferences of my cats. They send pictures, let me know if anything's going on with my cats, bring in packages, and follow care instructions. One of my cats is very shy and usually doesn't come out for strangers, but even he has warmed up to them, which is the highest review I could give.
I am so grateful to Gen and Gen's Pet Care. I have a little 17 year-old, three-legged cat that I absolutely adore. She is little and fragile, she has a seizure disorder, and she is the light of my life. I was really worried about leaving her for a whole week when I had to go visit a sick relative recently, but Gen really did everything she could to allay my worries and give my little sweetie incredible care and support. While I was gone, she sent constant updates (2 and 3 times daily, with pictures) on my cat's day, her well-being, and all the little extras I had worried about -- her meds, her food (she needed to get liquid food as well as hard food), even her treats and brushing. I came home to a very happy little cat, who was bright-eyed, pampered, rested, and active, and who had been very well cared-for. I highly recommend Gen and Gen's Pet Care, and will absolutely use them in the future!
Gen is my go-to catsitter when my husband and I go out of town! Our cat is pretty shy and a little wary of most people, but LOVES when Gen comes by to check on her. Holly and her team are just the best — we don’t know what we would do without Rocket Dog. We are huge worriers about our high energy dog and in the years we’ve been taking him to RD (for both daycare and boarding) we’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience. It’s become like a second home to him and he gets sooo excited when we tell him it’s time to go to “daycare!” We’re so grateful for this team of knowledgeable, caring, professional dog lovers!!
Love having a spot like this in the city with so much space for the pups to play. The vibe definitely is more like a “homestay” than most other spots which is great for my boys who dont do well in crated and cooped up!

We LOVED Rocket Dog and trusted them 100% with our lab Quinn. Sadly we moved away from Seattle, but they were so good to her and she was always so excited for daycare. She has epilepsy and they took such great care of her so we didn’t have to worry when boarding her. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else in Seattle.
Excellent place to take your dog for daycare. We bring ours one a week just to get a long day of playtime and tire him out. He is so excited when we pull up to Rocket Dog, it's his favorite place! The employees are very knowledgeable and attentive to the dogs. Very clean and organized as well. Highly recommended!

I love that rocket dog is off-leash and outdoor-based! They take trips to dog parks, daily. After 3 months with rocket dog, and I suddenly noticed that my shy little dog was running around with the pack and he knew how to swim. Amazing!!
