Sitting for Tally, Tika, and Twig was an absolute pleasure. They are full of love and energy which made my stay all the more enjoyable. My days consisted of walking through the wheat fields, throwing the stick/ball for Tally, and hanging on the back patio under the sun. The property is gorgeous and the bedroom I stayed in was incredibly comfortable. The hosts, Jo and Charlie, are some of the kindest people I’ve met. They provided a great orientation when I arrived and were flexible with my arrival and departure time. Despite one of the doggies having an accident in the drawing room, they were understanding and gave me the benefit of doubt. They communicated well despite being on a boat for their vacation and voiced their appreciation for providing a great sit. I can’t wait to come back one day to this magical place. Thank you again Jo and Charlie for trusting me to take care of your beautiful home and doggies. 😁🙏🏻
We loved to have this chance to spend time with Rio and Joe and get to know them. Rio is full of energy but well behaved, and Joe is very peaceful, loving dog. Never had any issues with them. We enjoyed staying in the beautiful, clean house with amazing mountain views. The setup was perfect for working remotely, and location great for mountain adventures. Last but not least the pet parents were extremely hospitable and during our brief encounter we found them very pleasant. They also left us with very clear and detailed instructions. Would be happy to come back anytime!
Jackie and Chris have a beautiful home and it was a pleasure to stay there and look after the house. Looking after Ella the little dog was the icing on the cake because she is just adorable, a real little character and we took her for some lovely walks as the countryside surrounding the property is just stunning. Looking after the 9 chickens was not a problem and they rewarded us by laying some beautiful eggs for our breakfast. This is most definitely a five star sit and comes highly recommended.
This was an amazing sit. It’s really easy to communicate with Vaselina and she explained everything i needed to know before leaving. Simba’s a lovely cat. Very affectionate and loves to play fetch. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this sit to anyone who loves cat.
I really enjoyed my brief stay at Carol and Neal‘s house. Because I live close by we were able to meet for a nice lunch a couple of days before the sit at their house so that I could get to know them, their pets, and their home. Willow and Brownie were very sweet and enjoyed a lot of cuddles in the living room and down in the man cave. There is a nice big yard for them to play in, and a dog door so that they can let themselves in and out easily. I only saw the cats very briefly as they seemed a bit shy of the new person in the house. I was able to take each dog on a couple of energetic walks on the quiet dirt road, where they thoroughly enjoyed sniffing out the local wildlife. There are some great restaurants in White River Junction and nearby Lebanon, so I got some excellent food at a local Indian takeout place for dinner. Carol kept in touch by text and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Carol and Neal were very generous in offering the use of anything in their home, and I really felt comfortable and welcome there! A great experience!
We had such a great time with Brock at Chad and Nate’s beautiful apartment. Brock is so much fun and easygoing. The apartment is located in a great area and is very comfortable and tidy. The communication with Chad was friendly and seamless. We miss Brock already 😀
