Anna has been brilliant with our two cats, Nala and Polo. She has gone beyond what we expected and even went back several times to check on one of our cats who has a reputation of staying away for a while. The photos whilst we are away are a bonus we were not expecting as well!

Trish, at Pets Home Comforts has been the absolute epitome of loving, caring, and attentive to my 1 year old Ragdoll cat who just adores her. She has gone over and above in her care of her, and has also handled our communications about bookings, (including multiple rearrangements by me) with professionalism and courtesy too. From experience, I have no doubt that any animal in her care would be loved as if it were her own. She even sends pictures at the end of the visit to reassure me that she’s ok! Those who are looking to feel assured that their pet is well cared for whilst away could do no better than Trish, I highly recommend her and if your pet could speak, so would they!

Trish is super accommodating, takes great care to understand yours, and more importantly, your pets needs and requirements. She is professional and caring and strives to do her best always. Trish does an excellent job of caring for our ladies whilst we are away from the home. Trish also goes beyond and reassuringly looks after your property will provide essentials for times you have been away and is able to deal with medication to cover the full spectrum of our needs. 100% professional care for my beloved cat, I can't recommend Pets Home Comforts highly enough, I felt so relaxed on holiday knowing Kiki was being looked after and seeing all the pictures and updates you sent of her was great. Came home from holiday to one very relaxed, content, and obviously well-cared for cat! So wonderful to have peace of mind and to know that they are happy and well cared-for in their own home while I was away. Also all the touches around the house, like my fish 1 & 2 feed, the milk that was left, the plants that were watered and the bins that were put out - are very much appreciated. Thank you so much.
I honestly could not recommend Trish enough to look after your pets. She is the most kind and caring animal lover I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to see that your pet is happy and well looked after. My cat Nila is a bit of a diva with regards to her food but nothing was too much trouble for Trish and she spent time playing and cuddling with her. I was nervous to leave Nila for 8 days but as soon as I met Trish I knew instantly she would be in good hands! In fact I don’t think she even missed us 🤣. We received videos and photos everyday which really put our minds at rest. Thank you Trish for caring for her like she was your own.

Trish has looked after our cats Bramble and Pumpkin twice now, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention she gives them! She takes time to play with them when she visits, and always keeps us updated with photos. Trish has been looking after my kitty for just about a year and I 100% highly recommend her. Nothing is ever too much trouble even at short notice she’s popped round to help me out to make sure my cat is well looked after. My cat can be a little antisocial at times and isn’t always a fan of people but she instantly took to Trish, she must have known that she was going to be well cared for and loved. The update messages and photos really help put my mind at rest that my cat isn’t missing me too much!
