I really enjoyed my time with Major. What a sweet boy! He kept me company wherever I went and showed me all around his apartment complex. He was easy to walk and got along very well with other dogs we encountered. I would happily sit again!
We had a lovely stay in Stanmore with Arthur. Wendy and Nigel are such kind people who made us feel so welcome. Their home is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Arthur is a sweet boy who loves nothing more than his morning walk! He loves people and company, so this sit would suit someone who can spend lots of time with him. Thankyou so much for having us!
Desy and Rudy are two charming furry friends who really like to be near a person, adore being cuddled and they create a very cozy atmosphere with their kind positive attitude. We had a very nice time with them and they’re really wonderful loving creatures with whom I had no problems. Pietro is a very nice and kind person, with whom it was interesting to talk and he even allowed me to come a couple of days before the start of the sitting and treated me to delicious Italian food, it was very kind of him. Pietro's apartment is very cozy and I was able to feel at home in it, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life. In the courtyard of the house there is a park where dogs like to walk and where they can even be released from the leash. The house is located next to the train station, from where you can conveniently get to the center of Milan and to the lakes Como and Maggiore, I really loved Milan and the lakes and would love to return to this wonderful place. Grazie mille Pietro!
Tim and Corinna are the most welcoming hosts! This was a great house sit, in a lovely house with adorable pets, and a magnificent environment. It all started with a long video call, a perfect informative guide book and a very pleasant weekend together. Corinna cooked delicious, tasty meals, and they both showed us their favourite hikes. It was a joy to look after the animals! Spotty is so easy and lovable, and she joined us on all our hikes, car rides and visits to different towns. The two cats, Tibo and Hera, are great characters, love attention, but are also very independent. Communication with Tim and Corinna was excellent during their absence. The mountains of the Jura invited us for gorgeous hikes with stunning water falls. Just down the house, the track of the "Voie Verte" is wonderful to explore. Famous Lake Geneva is only a short car drive away. We enjoyed this house sit 100 percent and hopefully, we can return one day! Thanks, Corinna and Tim, for the warm welcome, the good conversations, and your hospitality!
We had the most fabulous time looking after Lilly, Lotty and Lizzie - 3 very loving and affectionate girls. From the start they gave us the best welcome and settled instantly, cosying up for cuddles on the sofa as soon as Emily and Simon left. The house was in a great location, just 10 min walk to Hope Cove beaches - and 30 min coastal path walk to South Milton beach. We went down to one of the beaches every day with the girls - they absolutely loved swimming especially when tennis balls were involved ! They also loved going up onto the headland towards Bolt Tail and Bolt Head - Lizzie would run for miles on the headland but had great recall so we never had cause to worry They were so good on their walks - mostly off lead - and fabulous with everyone they met and great too with other dogs, even when they tried to steal their tennis balls ! They loved to be around us but were fine if we wanted to go out for a few hours, giving us a very enthusiastic welcome when we came back Emily and Simon were lovely hosts. We arrived a few hours early and Emily joined us on a walk with the girls and showed us round Hope Cove and told us everything we needed to know for our sit Thank you Emily and Simon for a wonderful stay and entrusting us to look after your 3 precious girls. It was an absolute pleasure to look after them, 10 days just wasn’t enough ! Emily we’ve promised the girls we’d come back and don’t want to let them down - so over to you, you just need to book the next family holiday ! In the meantime we’ve hundreds of photos and videos to look back on !
The Emma’s were lovely to house sit for and provided very clear and detailed instructions for caring for their home and charismatic pets Hattie and Scout, making the sit very straightforward and enjoyable. I would hope to house sit for them again and recommend this sit to any cat lovers out there who want a well organised stay in a very quiet part of London!
