We had a wonderful time sitting for Lynne and Regen. Their home is a beautiful well-appointed oasis with gorgeous views right on the lake. Shawna is cuddly and obedient and a joy to walk with through the beautiful surrounding nature. Elder kitty Penelope is still quite full of socializing love and comfort and she is a great reading companion. These pets are easy to care for and enjoy. We were provided excellent instructions, warm hospitality and everything we needed for the smooth operation of home and pets. We highly recommend this sit and would love a repeat if the future allows.
This was an extremely pleasant housesit but unfortunately way too short!! Leith was very friendly and welcoming, accommodation was extremely comfortable and her home's location is simply stunning being directly across the road from the beach. All aspects of Mr T's care were covered extensively by Leith leaving me with the most enjoyable and pleasant task of looking after him for a few days. Put simply he is just a real sweetheart - he is independent during the day doing his own thing via his catflap and then in the evening is more than happy to sit on your lap on the lounge enjoying all the head scratches that you are willing to give. This was a most enjoyable housesit and I would highly recommend it and if the opportunity arose again in the future would love to return and catch up with the gorgeous Mr T. Thanks so much Leith. I really enjoyed my time staying at Ellie's house and looking after Monty. Ellie is a lovely host, so easy to deal with and very welcoming. Monty is such a well behaved pooch and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area on foot and our walks by the river. I'm a local so I'm biased but Fremantle and Perth are beautiful places to visit and Ellie's house is perfectly situated to see the best that the area has to offer.
We enjoyed our time at Becca’s house with Anna and Jack. Anna is shy and took a few days to warm up to us. Jack on the other hand loves people and was on our laps the first day. Both cats can go outside but they stay pretty much in Becca’s yard and come when called. So they were very easy to get back into the house before dark or if we were leaving for a few hours. Becca was very welcoming, we met with her before she left so she could go over house and cat details. And she was very responsive to our texts when we had a follow-up question. Her home is in a good location for exploring Tucson. And the large front porch had many comfortable seating options where we enjoyed reading and playing with Jack. One bonus for any sitter was 2 drawers and closet space to unpack! We would happily return for a future sit.
