We are grateful to Netia for entrusting us with the care of her beloved feline duo - Chloe and Gow - and the opportunity to experience the tranquility of her mountain getaway. We haven't had a chance to meet in person, but Netia was very helpful and welcoming, making sure we have all we needed for a comfortable stay. Both kitties, with their affectionate nature and love for cuddles, quickly won our hearts. Chloe quickly became a loveball, seeking pets and scratches whenever we were around and cuddling us to sleep. Gow is a sweet and relaxed older lady who loves a good nap, scratch and meal :) We were best friends from the minute we enter the house and her medicine routine was easy to follow. The cabin is a serene retreat nestled in the mountains of Colorado - the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we'd gladly recommend this sit :)

Thoroughly enjoyable pet sit for this lovely couple looking after their cat Sugar, they had brought Bonnie with them on hols, whom I hope to look after next time! Sugar was very easy to look after, in a warm comfy home and excellent location. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
Penny and John are wonderful people to sit for. They have a beautiful home near Barnes Bridge station, 5 mins walk from the Thames River. Their home is light, clean, comfortable and their garden and balcony was full beautiful flowers! Their animals (Luna 🐕 Mittens 🐈 and Moppet 🐈) were easy to look after. Luna was nervous around me when we first met but after Penny and John left we went for a walk and played with her ball and she got comfortable :). We went on lots of adventures together, exploring the beautiful riverside walks, reserves and parks nearby. Moppet mostly rested upstairs in the spare room and Mittens moved around as she pleased! Penny and John had a BBQ and bikes that I enjoyed using. Richmond park (which has deer) is near by and well worth biking around especially in spring / summer time with all the baby animals. I had an absolutely wonderful time at their place, it felt like a holiday. Thank you Penny and John for having me! I look forward to the next time :) I highly recommend them to other sitters.
This was one of the best sits I've ever done! Leslie and John were very accommodating, and both of the pups were the absolute best. Rocco and Ella were such great company to have along on all my hikes. They are so well behaved and were the best hiking companions. They both have great personalities and I fell completely in love with both of them. I enjoyed every minute I spent with them. The home and view are so gorgeous that I almost cried when I first walked in. What a great place overlooking Puget Sound to spend a vacation! The view is spectacular with the snow capped Olympic mountains in the distance. I could sit there watching the boats go past while I enjoyed my morning coffee or afternoon tea, with goodies from the local bakery. The home is large and spacious, and a real bonus was having the cleaners come both before and after my visit. Leslie and John were so kind to allow me to drop the pups off overnight at the boarders a couple of times so I could go hiking in the Olympic National Park (dogs are allowed in the Olympic National Forest, but not the Park). They were very responsive to my texts, and I really appreciated that they sent a vet to their home when Ella had an injury. The entire experience was just the absolute best, from the two adorable pups, to the view, the home, the location, and the hosts. I highly recommend this sit and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Leslie, John, Rocco and Ella, for such a wonderful experience! It’ll always be one of my fondest memories.
We had such a nice time with Bandit and Coco, they were really sweet and mellow dogs! The house was comfortable, and Kyoko and Jim were very kind and warm! Definitely recommend this sit if you want to spend time in a beautiful area with some nice pups.

I brought my dog in for doggy day care and I’m so happy I did! My dog had a wonderful time, he was enjoying running around all day with his new friends. I needed a really good daycare business for my Setter. My boy is young and full of energy and therefore needs LOTS of space to run. I am happy leaving him with this business because after only 3 visits he already knows when we turn into Jackie’s driveway. He is ready to go before I can turn off the ignition! Jackie pairs dogs well with group energy appropriate for your companion. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. The prices are more than fair and appropriate for daycare and boarding.
We wanted to go camping for a few nights and needed to have someone watch our two chihuahuas. Our dogs have always been by our side and my wife was very reluctant to leave them anywhere. We decided to go with JC Pet Care after reading there reviews and dropping by to see the location and meet Jackie. You get to fill out a profile page about your pet, so Jackie gets to know about your pets routines and habits. Also, you can bring your pets bedding, food, and snacks that they are accustomed to eating. On our trip my wife texted Jackie to see how the dogs were doing and she responded immediately and sent some pictures of our dogs, very cool. When we went to pick up the dogs after our trip they seemed not to recognize us for a second. I believe they were enjoying themselves and did not want to go home. They looked well feed and very happy. We would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.
First time boarding our dogs and they did great here. They sent pictures and our dogs were always happy. This is a lovely place to bring your "children". JC has a great setup, lots of space to roam, and she genuinely cares about each dog. We will definitely be going back.

This place is the best. It is obvious they really love dogs. I don’t know how they keep the place so clean. Our dog is not easy on any level. He does not acknowledge he is a dog. He basically just ignores all the other dogs. He just wants to be with his people. They just accept him as he is, in all his whiteness. We are so grateful to JC Petcare. We have used them for overnights and for over three weeks. No worries; we know he is in good hands.

My dog and I love this place! Huge property on 5 acres with many different play areas. Jackie keeps the place very clean and is so wonderful with the dogs. She is also a veterinary technician, so I know if anything does happen my dog is in great hands. I would highly recommend the place to all friends and family.

Can't say enough about Carla and the care my dog got. She sent me videos of my dog playing with the others each day. Never once did I worry about my pup, but instead knew she was having a great, great time and being attentively watched over.
Our dog really liked this place. It's in their home so they don't allow too many dogs at a time. Like most of the places you have to interview first but we had no problem. The staff was fantastic. We would most definitely go back and definitely recommend it.

My husband and I needed someone to watch our kittens (ages 6-7 mo) for a few days of our wedding festivities and our honeymoon. I stay at home every day with the girls, which are Siamese mixed with torbie (a very human-dependent breed), so getting human attention for them is critical. We had Kat stay with them for most of the time and Melinda watch kitties on one occasion. Kat is absolutely incredible with the girls. Our little runt (two pounds smaller than sister and very uncoordinated) has even become more confident and stable on her feet due to Kat’s attention. She also let Kat pet her, something that she only allows with time/trust. Our more human-reliant kitten also appreciate her attention/focus and we came back to a house completely unscathed - telling me the girls felt they didn’t need to destroy anything for attention. We will definitely be using Kat’s services for any future needs. She’s incredible, took in our trash and mail. Told us we had ant issues and helped avoid further infestation. Offered to water plants. Our babies and our home were in good hands with her.
I have 2 Goldens. Melinda and her staff have been taking care of them for 2 years now. My girls love the care and attention that they get when I can't be there. They really enjoy their walks and playtime. I buy treats from the business that Melinda represents as well and my girls never turn them down!

We got married in October in Temecula and chose Melinda to help with our dog Lucas during our wedding. I can not express how amazing and helpful she was! Being an out of town bride, I was a little stressed and nervous on who to reach out to for pet services (especially since this was our first pet sitting experience) so when I did my search I was instantly impressed by all of her positive reviews. We had a couple of phone calls beforehand and she sent us some of her client reviews which made us feel confident we were choosing the right person! We set up a meeting when we got to town so she could meet Lucas beforehand. She was super organized and detailed in getting the information she needed about him, and although things were a little hectic around us, she made sure she took her time. She even asked what kind of attire she should wear during our wedding, which was really nice of her! Lucas warmed up to her in no time! We ended up booking Melinda last minute during our rehearsal day so Lucas could get more familiar with her before the wedding. She had various clients that day but was able to still fit us in to watch him for an hour or so, we definitely appreciated that!😊 The day of the wedding was smooth sailing! She helped guide our dog during our wedding photos and ceremony and later took him to pet sit him the remainder of the night. She made sure to send us progress photos and videos of him as well. My husband and I are so happy we chose her! She truly went ABOVE & BEYOND and Lucas really took a liking to her so who can ask for more! 😉She even mailed us a little gift after our wedding which was incredibly sweet! FURRY FAMILY CARE is an awesome dog walking / dog care service I My two high energy four year old Australian Shepards ‘jump for joy’ when Tracy arrives at my home to take them for an hour walk. If I go away from home for a night or two , Tracy and Chris are available to schedule an overnight for Apache and Cheyenne which can include a visit to a professional groomer , two dog walks and provide accommodations for sleeping at their Oceanside home. They custom the dog activities upon the owner request. I found Furry Family Care on Goggle a couple months ago; Tracy and Chris provide me a much needed dog walking service. Most weeks they walk the dogs three times a week. Many days Tracy comes alone and walks both dogs. She likes to play ball with them and engage them in stimulating activities. Tracy and Chris are extremely warm hearted friendly, dependable and congenial.
My two dogs absolutely love going here! They’re always so excited to see everyone and it puts me at ease knowing my pups are in such a caring, loving environment while I’m away. They will send pictures and texts throughout the day, and I also know that I can reach out at anytime for any other updates. She was able to take my 70lb American bulldog that has anxiety and a dog aggression for 2 weeks with no issues. I was sent pictures most every day while she was on walks. My roommate picked her up and said she was happy, healthy and indifferent about returning home with him. That’s always the sign of a good sitter.

Great Oak Kennels deserves an A++!!! Naomi and Rob are both very kind and willing to work with just about any accommodations. The facility is VERY clean. It was designed and built to be a kennel. Each animal gets its own (or you can combine) 8x8 kennel with 4ft walls. They both take the animals out 4 times a day. I can't tell you the comfort knowing that our pups were being well taken care of. Naomi even sent photos of the pups while we were away. They allowed us to bring anything we wanted like toys and pillows. SUPER accommodating. We could not have asked for better care. Thank you Naomi and Rob. We WILL see you again.

What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Juliet and Dave, the Training Director / Doggy Day Supervisor, were welcoming and professional, and the facility itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Best handling class in So CA. Great training facility with knowledgeable accomplished dog savvy instruction. Showed trained my last pup here, debuted him and finished him in three weekends. In the summer I take my dogs here to swim and keep them in condition. My dogs love this place and the wonderful people who work here.
Briarcliff Pet Resort is by far the best boarding option in all of the Inland Empire. I have brought my dogs here for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about this incredible pet resort (it really is a pet resort). One thing that stands out is how clean their facility is. The manager there Juliet, one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, maintains high standards for keeping the resort clean, safe and orderly. Dave who does the training there is also a true professional at his craft. I did his training program with my super high-energy GSD and he taught me control and training techniques that were an absolute game changer. If you're looking for a top-notch, quality boarding and training pet resort, this is your place.
I took My dog to Briarcliff About 3years ago for the first time . He had a great time I was very happy with their services everybody there said they loved my dog. A year after that I took them again and same experience . I am a Disabled Proud Marine And my dog is a Marine Corps dog and has been a godsend to me. Nobody told me anything different. Now I call up and make a reservation and I get a call back from the manager Juliet and she tells me that the last time I brought my dog about 2 years ago she said that my dog was growling at certain attendants and not being cooperative. I never heard anything about this when I took my dog 2 years ago .Nobody said anything. What this lets me know is that they don't have the right people working there and I am glad that Juliet called me and let me know because I do not want to take my dog somewhere that they do not know how to handle dogs . My dog would not hurt a fly and I have had him for 4 years and he has never growled at anybody or anything. Anyway This Proud Marine definitely would not refer Briarcliff to anybody anymore because I obviously have no confidence in their services and I appreciate them Letting me know.
My dogs have always enjoyed their stays at Briarcliff Pet Resort. I found their updated booking system easy to use and appreciate the prompt response whenever I need to reach out for information. The dogs have always returned home in really good conditions and the photos I receive while they’re there are an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking to board their dogs in the Menifee area.
I’ve had my fair share of positive moments here, but unfortunately, the establishment has undergone significant changes. I began bringing my pet here around five years ago. It wasn’t my top choice, but its proximity to my home and reasonable pricing made it a convenient option. However, over time, it seemed as though they were actively trying to deter business. There are obvious staff shortages here, which seem to be confirmed by their, inconvenient operating hours and odd closure days. Could this be why they’ve implemented policies that appear to be designed to discourage customers? For example, many places allow pet owners to administer their own vaccines. I’ve been giving my pet the Bordetella vaccine for years, even documenting it with photos of the labels and bottles. Yet, they insisted that I couldn’t board there if I was handling my own vaccinations. Once things started to normalize post-COVID, I decided to have the vet give the bordetella vaccine. I attempted to schedule boarding for an upcoming vacation, only to be told I was calling too early and couldn’t book outside of a 60-day window. This was incredibly frustrating, as kennels in our area fill up quickly. After planning an expensive international trip, I really wanted the peace of mind of knowing my dog had a place to board. I marked my calendar to call back within the specified time frame. However, months later, when I finally made the call, I was informed that the owner no longer accepts Italian mastiffs at the kennel. I can’t say I was surprised, considering I hadn’t been able to get my dog in for the past few years. Sadly, this often happens when businesses have an abundance of customers… they no longer feel the need to provide real value. It’s disheartening that we were treated this way and then simply discarded. A more sensible management decision might have been to stop accepting NEW Italian mastiffs. Considering the breed’s average lifespan is only about eight years, and they’ve already been accommodating us for five, we could have continued for the next three before being turned away. Now, I will never support this business again, even when I get a different breed.
We boarded our two dogs with Briarcliff this last weekend and they were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and very caring! They took very excellent care of our fur babies! It was our first trip away from them in years and they made us feel very comfortable about the care they received while we were gone. We highly recommend them. The staff member who greeted us when we dropped off and picked up was phenomenal. So glad we found a place like Briarcliff to care for our fur babies when we are in need of a place to board. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

I have been bringing my dog here for several months we go a few times a week and Rari absolutely loves it!! She gets so excited as soon as we pull into the long driveway that she does her little happy dance tail wag excited barks all the way to the door. She gets excited when she sees Brittany or Dave never sad when she is dropped off just excited to play with friends. We also took Dave's beginner class completed that then took the advanced/intermediate class. We both learned so much. Very happy with staff here.
This place is the very best, I have a golden retriever, we started a year ago with 2 days a week, we now go 5 days. I could not ask for a better place for my dog Honey. Everyone is so positive and uplifting. Honey starts barking when I turn in the driveway. Everyone from the Manager Bree to the staff in front desk and the staff in the back, are all so wonderful Kristin, Amber, Magic Gab, Rory, Sorry can't remember all the names. They all are great, and you can tell they all like their jobs. I thank you for being so wonderful. And for loving and caring for Honey. You're the BEST
This place looks nothing like what is advertised on the corporate website. It is small, dirty, smells terrible, and lacks a lot of the things that made it appealing in the first place. I included two photos of what the facility looks like. Every time I have picked him up he was covered in mud and smelled like feces and urine. He smelled so bad I was gagging in the car on the way home. I wish there were more windows and larger play areas with more interesting stuff in the rooms. I also wish there were more designated potty areas in the rooms to keep the space more hygienic. The lack of natural light made me feel so sad for them. The dogs walk around all day like prisoners and all have to share food and water, which has made my dogs breath smell horrible after just a few visits. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of both the physical place and some of the staff members. There has been multiple times where I have checked in on my dog through the cameras and have seen the staff members grab well behaved dogs by the collar or scruff and drag them into crates or away from themselves. My dog was practically traumatized after the first visit and was "smiling" with bared teeth and peed out of fear when they were taking him back the second time. My dog has started flinching and getting scared when I go to pet his face now. He is the sweetest little dog on earth with absolutely no behavioral problems so I'm not sure what would have prompted a negative reaction from the staff. With how much we all pay for their services, I would hope that money would go toward better staff training, an upgraded facility, or even a complete facility move to better ensure the happiness of both the dogs and the staff. The staff seem to be very stressed at times and I believe a bigger and improved facility would put both them and the dogs at ease. The most professional and caring member of staff is amber/ember, sorry I don't quite remember her name, but she is what the other members of staff should strive to be. She is passionate, caring, and very kind to pets and their parents. She seems to really care about the dogs happiness, which is very unfortunate in this kind of environment.
This place requires all dogs over 7 months to be spayed or neutered! A female should not be spayed until at least one month after her first heat. This is a very bad policy. It is very unhealthy to spay a female before going into heat and then wait until her hormones are back to normal. Then, you can safely spay. A male can be neutered earlier although best to wait until at least a year. As a vet, I would never use this place with this policy. Obviously, they are a franchise and only in it for the money and not the health of a dog.
Our Apollo goes twice a week and has the best time! The staff is great and he comes home happy! I highly recommend Dogtopia!
My Shepard mix Chocolatte loves it here, she's been going to this place since 12/2021.She always has a great stay. The staff is super friendly and very caring to my furbaby. Everytime I see my furbaby on the webcam she is always running and playing with her doggy friends. I really love how the staff goes above and beyond to do little arts and craft cards with my puppy's paws🐾 for the holidays. It's so thoughtful and i really appreciate it. I'm happy that my Chocolatte is well taken care of. Thanks Dogtopia in Temecula, you guys are awesome 😊
I love being my dog here! The staff always has a friendly smile and they treat my family and my free friend like we are welcomed there. My dog is always very excited to arrive and she always seems to be in a uplifted mood when she leaves. They allow you to view their activities via webcam except when there's nap time and they provide excellent food at an additional cost. They also take photos for holidays and celebrate wellness days for the pets. I was especially delighted when my puppy came home one day with a painting that she made. This place is very creative and makes me feel like my puppy is entertained and also gets interaction with other dogs in a friendly and healthy way. Thank you very much dogtopia I could not be more delighted to have my puppy here at least two times a week. Thank you thank you thank you.
Our new puppy had his meet & greet at Dogtopia yesterday! After the meet & greet, he stayed for a full day of doggy daycare. He must have played hard because as soon as he got in the car to come home, he was asleep! Dogtopia is wonderful, the staff is fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back!
I had left a negative review recently about how they approved drop off appointments when the lobby was closed. Since then, the staff has addressed the issue in a kind manner. Really great customer service! As for the facility, it really is the best in town. The dogs get so much play time, and they have tons of events and specials going on!
The staff is very friendly and caring. I enjoy the fact that they talk to you about how your dog did.
I’ve been taking my rescue there for a few months now and can’t say enough about Dogtopia. The staff are AMAZING!! They love and treat your pups like they are there own. I have taken my rescue to a similar business and was not happy with the amount of dogs allowed at one time. Dogtopia controls the environment and understands which personalities work with certain dogs. I just rescued another pup and now both are LOVING Dogtopia! Highly recommend!
