Lynn is a lovely person with a beautiful house perfectly situated near walks and nature. It is a pleasant 5 minute walk to the bus stop that goes into Oban which made it perfect for me since I don't have a car. She was lovely and picked me up at the train station and then showed me around the town and made sure I was comfortable. The cats are independent and easy to deal with. They like a nice petting once a day but otherwise did their own thing, coming in for food and letting me know exactly what they liked and didn't like. I loved my time here and definitely hope to return to sit for Lynn again!
Ruth and Doreen's are great hostesses, The house is in a great location near the town of Ganges, the whole Island is beautiful. The cats are lovely and easy maintenance except for Dom needing eye drops several times per day but she is very good about it and a loving lap cat. I highly recommend this sit if you love cats.
A very enjoyable short stay in the Cotswolds looking after Puffin, Shrimp and Scampi. Plus eight chickens. Communication with Celia before the sit was good and on the morning we arrived both Celia and Aty were very helpful, giving clear advice and showing us around the house and garden. The dogs were great, easy to handle and spent their time in the dog/boot room or in the garden. We took them on different walks in the area and were no problem with other dogs or people. A great sit in a beautiful home in lovely countryside. Highly recommended.
I had the most wonderful, restful few days with Toko, the sweetest dog EVER, in this beautiful home on the Wenatchee River. Sarah and Brian are very nice, as well as...did I mention that Toko is the sweetest dog in the world? Seriously just plain sweet. He was great on our walks (don't forget the poop bags!), but he also loved cuddling up on the outdoor couch while I sat and marveled at nature and drank my coffee. I'll likely be begging them again, "Pick me! Pick me!" I loved being there!
I loved pet sitting for Kelly and Liza! Kelly wrote instructions that were super easy to follow and Liza made me feel really comfortable in the house. Sinaigh is such a great dog, and Coco, Beanie, and the hens were all super cuties. I'd totally sit for them again.
Great house sit! The animals were fun to sit. The owners of the home are very nice and were very responsive to questions during my stay. They provided good instructions for the home. The house was very comfortable and in a convenient location.
