We really enjoyed our housesit recently caring for Andrea's 2 gorgeous kittens. Andrea's apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable . Situated in a good inner location with easy access to catch a bus or train into Brisbane or surrounding shopping areas . A lovely big park and swimming pool is less than 10 mins walk away from the apartment . The kittens Stellar and Milky are just beautiful and we so enjoyed spending time with them. Andrea was a great communicator throughout our stay . We highly recommend this housesit.
Patricia and I enjoyed this wonderful sitting in a beautiful setting. We're very grateful Kate gave us this opportunity to care for Coco and the house. Coco is sweet, loves to go on walks and hikes, she was a welcome companion on the trails. She loves a game of tug, chasing the ball in the yard, naps next to me during day, and snuggles at night. The setting at the base of Swan Mountain gave us a variety of walks in the woods, in the meadow(s), spectacular views enjoying walks higher up the mountain. Coco is energetic and well behaved, a well balanced pup. The house is great. Super fast internet so working a few days from the house was easy. Bike trails galore both road bike and trail bike. Nearby coffee shop, pizza & Irish pub just minutes from the house, essentials, right? Excellent shopping, groceries, restaurants further afield in Dillon, Frisco & Breck. The neighbors and people you'll meet on trails or walking are friendly and welcoming. Summit county is a year round playground.
We had a wonderful time at Alison & Neil's taking care of their dog, Gaia and their daughter's dog, Dolly. Communication was excellent both before and during the sit and the welcome guide was very well detailed. Alison & Neil made us feel welcome in their home and are a lovely couple, very warm and friendly. Gaia is a beautiful dog with a lovely temperament and we loved our time with her. Although she is a young dog, she is calm, gentle and very well trained. She loves cuddles, has excellent recall and never wanders too far when on walks. She really is a perfect dog! Alison & Neil also asked us to take care of their daughter's dog, Dolly. Dolly is an 18 month old border collie who is very much still a puppy and is in the process of being trained. She's a very friendly dog who enjoys lots of cuddles and attention. She has tonnes of energy, loves to play and has a sweet disposition. Alison & Neil's home is beautiful, cosy and warm, a lovely place to relax. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was lovely. There are lovely views from all the windows and a large common right on the doorstep. This is a fantastic sit and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy country getaway with a perfect, lovable dog. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic time at Andrew and Donnele's house looking after their beautiful Labradors Grace and Isobel. They are lovely natured dogs and made great friends with our Labrador Lottie. We were made very welcome straight away and everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We spent many happy evenings in the lovely walled garden and Chinon is a great place to visit. We will welcome the opportunity to housesit for them again if possible.
Sitting for Zoe in Havant was a pleasure and we'd happily do it again! Buddy is a very sweet natured and gentle dog, who is a joy to play with and care for. Zoe is a lovely host, who kindly picked us up and took us to the train station (even at 4am!), provided us with everything we needed and made us feel right at home. You will enjoy taking Buddy for some lovely walks in the beautiful Staunton national park. Thanks very much for a lovely sit Zoe, we wish you all the best!
This was such a delightful and fun pet sit. Claire and Ed could not have been more welcoming. They instantly make you feel at home and they are great communicators. And the cats, it was such a joy getting to know them all and seeing their distinct personalities come out. They are so well behaved and all of them love getting their individual attention. Additionally, the area is great for getting out and exploring with lots of history. I would gladly come back and do this sit again without hesitation.
