Lori and Randy were a dream come true! From day 1, we knew our kitties were in good hands and we never had to worry about them!! They genuinely cared about their well being! Pictures and videos were sent regularly as we requested. All was well! The house was kept immaculate. It was vacuumed, dusted, and the litter was cleaned as we discussed. They took care of any small issues that came up like golf cart repair, garage door remote not working, tree branch down etc. They always communicated if there was a problem and were determined to make it right. Including plant rotation on the lanaii to keep the Florida sun from doing damage. The neighborhood enjoyed getting to know this sweet couple and were sorry to see them go! This was our first experience with zeewoi. It was really about as good as it gets! Our thanks to Lori and Randy for exceptional care!!! Hope they can come back!!
Greg was great and would highly recommend him. He was very flexible when difficult weather closed the mountain pass, requiring him to drive the 'long way' and accommodated a change in the duration of the stay when my flight was canceled. Took good care of my dog and the house was very clean when I returned.
Kathleen (Kate) was amazing! She came over ahead of time and met the pets and asked lots of questions about the details of the house and the pets. The pets loved her right away. She was a great communicator before, during, and after the visit with us, and clearly gave our pets a ton of love. She sent us pictures of them snuggling with her, and feeling right at home. When we got home, the house was spotless - perhaps even cleaner than we left it. We highly recommend her and would have her back in a heartbeat! Super responsible and kind person.
