I highly recommend this stay - I had a fantastic time sitting for Misti, Pumpkin and Pookie! The house is perfectly located 10 mins from the beach (without beach traffic) and just down the road from everything you’d need - grocery, coffee, brewery (less than 5 mins) and even a yoga/wellness studio 10 mins away. Pumpkin and pookie are great company. Pumpkin is very inquisitive and pookie loves to snuggle. Both are very friendly, albeit slightly mischievous/curious when they aren’t allowed in certain rooms 😌 they usually just want the attention. The home is very comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe with friendly people. Misti was a great host. I hope to be back some day!
Danelle is a superb communicator, friendly and helpful. It was an absolute joy to spend time with their loving cat Butterscotch in their lovely countryside home. A great experience!

This is the perfect sit for wildlife and nature lovers, with deer, hares, bats and numerous birds including birds of prey just outside the window. We had a wonderful time looking after Dougie, who is a great character. He loves a warm lap & lots of cuddles. He is also sure to remind you when it's dinner time 😉 The local scenery is spectacular with an amazing waterfall almost on your doorstep. There are plenty of walks straight from the house. St. Johns Town of Dalry and New Galloway are both within easy reach (2-3miles) and each has a small shop with everything you need. A lovely sit in which to wind down and appreciate this great part of Dumfries and Galloway.
Hanna and Ben were super hospitable to us, misha is a beautiful kitty with a playful and tender personality, she was a bit shy but friendly and sweet! Hanna and Ben were always there for us, beautiful people. We felt more than comfortable taking care of adorable Misha! We would certaunly do it again if they needed it! 100% recommendable experience! ❤️
We recently had the pleasure of pet sitting Levi and Athenea. They are friendly, well-behaved, and fun-loving dogs. The house was absolutely gorgeous, just as described. The spacious and beautifully maintained backyard was perfect for playtime for the dogs and for our enjoyment as well. The comfortable and well-equipped kitchen provided a homey atmosphere, and the entire house was clean, inviting, and safe. It was evident that Barb and Larry take great pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for their pet sitters. Barb left detailed information for caring for Levi and Athena, ensuring their routines and needs were met. Additionally she provided great ideas for exploring the community and Tucson. (I think she could run a small country in her spare time! ) The overall experience was nothing short of excellent.
