Cat Sitters in Rancho Park, CA

Cheyenne and Brent did an amazing job caring for both our home and Gucci. We went on an off-grid camping trip in which we lost cell service for most of the time. They were extremely self sufficient and I received the purrfect amount of updates as we re-entered a service area each time. Their picture updates of Gucci loving life while we were away made me feel very at ease as I knew he was in good hands. When we got back, our house was spotless and Gucci was unenthused at our arrival as I'm sure he was already missing his new pals, Cheyenne and Brent. Also, Brent took AMAZING photos of Gucci that I will be getting framed. This was truly the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend Cheyenne and Brent as house sitters! They made our second experience through TH an extremely positive one. Thank you, both!

Kayla was absolutely great from start to finish. I had been let down by one sitter, and a few afterwards were changing dates etc (unusual for this site) so I was getting a bit stressed as the date for leaving was approaching. Kayla responded to all my messages and came over a few days earlier to meet me, the cats and see how everything worked. She took it very seriously and ensured she was clear on the cats needs and how they get access outside. She arrived just before I left so we were able to confirm a few things, and then sent regular updates and photos. It was clear my cats were very happy with her, and she had no problem with them both sleeping on a quite a narrow bed with her! My younger cat is nervy and unsure of strangers and from day one was curled up beside Kayla. I came back to a clean house and 2 very content cats. I highly recommend Kayla and would gladly ask her to return anytime!

We really enjoyed having Shalini stay at our home and Sugar Moon did too – he can be a fussy eater but didn’t seem to have any issues while we were away. We really appreciated her upbeat energy and were happy knowing she was hanging out with our dog. Since we are new to zeewoi, we are still learning the questions we should ask when trying to make the right fit. Since we live a 10-minute walk from the Rockridge and Ashby BART stations, we often lead with that as a mode of transportation, since we can't normally leave use of a car. I don’t usually ask further how people will be getting around, so the day before she was to arrive it came as a surprise that she asked that we pay for Uber transportation from San Francisco. Not an issue, of course, but on the day before travel day, the less surprises the better for me -- I’m just trying to get all my ducks in a row as it is. Now we know to ask, “How do you plan to get here?”

Valerie kept me posted on her timing getting to my place, and was pleasant when she arrived. She offered to take me to the airport. My house was very clean when I returned. She kept me posted on her departure and sent me a few photos of Miley while I was away. She always answered my texts.

I didn’t think it could get much better than the first time they watched our 2 dogs but I was wrong! They are 10/10 guests and I was more than pleased. They washed all the linens and put them back on the bed so the house was literally as we left it! From the pictures they sent you can tell the dogs really enjoy being with them and feel very comfortable! Can’t wait for them to sit our house and pups next time!

Cam was terrific - easy going, personable, loving, and communicative. We created a lovely relationship during my time away and he was kind and caring to our home and pets. Highly recommend him for any home / pet family.

Sean took care of our cats while we were away. Our schedules didn’t align for an in-person meeting, so we met via video call. He was very self-sufficient, handling everything with ease and checking in without any issues. Sean provided regular video updates on the cats, they were well-fed and safe upon our return. His attention to detail, especially regarding our house’s quirks (like the tricky window the cats might escape from), showed he carefully read and followed our instructions on cat safety. Josie was truly wonderful! She was extremely communicative and compassionate. She cared for Astro like he was her own. He was so at ease with her. We would welcome Josie to sit with us anytime. She left the house just as she found it, which meant she had so much respect for our space. Which I am so grateful for! Thank you Josie! Wishing you all the very best.

Stephanie was a phenomenal house sitter and took wonderful care of our dog! I would highly recommend her and would have her stay again. She has excellent communication, gave plenty of updates with pictures and left our place clean and exactly how we left it. Would highly recommend her!

Anastasia was a fantastic sitter for my cat Ginkgo while I was away for a week! She sent me so many cute pictures and updates while I was gone. My cat is super active, but she spent plenty of time playing with him, and I could tell he was well-cared for because he was so calm when I returned. She kept my place as tidy as I left it and even bought new treats for my cat. Would absolutely invite Anastasia back to catsit again.

I have nothing but gratitude for Betty and especially for her sitting partner and mother, Ivy. While Betty could not join her mother in watching our dogs, clear, direct, and timely communication about this minor change in plans made me very confident in the support that both Betty and Ivy would provide, and I was glad to support Betty in seizing a rare opportunity. When it came to our home and dogs, Ivy and Betty asked all the right questions in the lead up to my sit, I found Ivy to be a conscientious and generous house guest, very engaging socially, and her care for my dogs and home was self evident through her regular updates and the state of things on my return. I can only hope that we will be so lucky to engage Ivy and Betty for another upcoming sit and send them great appreciation from my family.

Pamela was great to work with. She took good care of our dog and home and was self sufficient and attentive to detail. Would love to have her sit for us again in the future.
