Caring for Apollo was a breeze and a joy, he is a super loving and playful dog with so much personality. Kelly's home and neighborhood are beautiful and welcoming, and they were wonderfully gracious hosts. I was able to easily fall in love with the neighborhood, Philly and of course sweet Apollo.
We had lots of fun sitting Loki and Indie, it was a really nice area for walking the dogs and Lenka was very helpful when we arrived.
We had a lovely time at Lynne and Adam's house with Henry who is a delightful cat. He kept us amused and on our toes!! We all spent the first evening together over a delicious dinner with home grown veg. The house and garden are beautiful, the location is ideal and we used the bus service into the town centre on many occasions. We hardly used the car as there are so many places to walk to. If you don't mind regular watering and harvesting vegetables, you will be rewarded with picking and eating a wide variety of produce. One problem that we did share with them during the sitting was the operation of the tv: we could record programmes but couldn't then watch anything without the pin number, which Adam couldn't find. We were unable to use catch up either but fortunately they had netflix and amazon. It was good of Adam trying to help us overcome this and maybe this has now been rectified. To summarise, this was a great house-sit with a lovely couple and cat
It was such a pleasure to sit for Al and Alex in there lovely home, lava and Jem are the cutest! We felt very comfortable in their gorgeous home, which is a great location and in such a lovely area. We really enjoyed our daily walks with Jem who is such a lovely natured doggo. Lava and Jem gave us such great energy and serotonin they are very easy going :) we hope to sit for them again in the future as really enjoyed our stay! Thanks again to the kindest Al and Alex, Jem and Lava for have us!
We had an amazing time looking after beautiful Cora, Bodie, Doyle and Primrose🌼 Cora is a very sweet dog and very well behaved - she always comes to you when you call her name, so the walks were very enjoyable! The house is in a great location, close to the city and to the canal and walks. It was a pleasure looking after such sweet animals, we will be envious of the next house sitters - we had the best time!
The house and location was stunning. My partner and I loved exploring the fields around the place and also the towns, a short drive away. A beautiful spot to work remotely. The animals were very lovable and well behaved. Anthony and Kirsten were quick to respond and flexible.

Marx had his first hydrotherapy session here last week. Andrew the hydrotherapist is very good with the dogs and knows what he is doing. Marx isn't mad about water so I was surprised about how calm he was during his session.

My dog Charlie (Bichon x Maltese) is 12 years old and has never come out of a groom looking as cute as he did from The Canine Centre. We usually hold our breaths to see how odd he'll look after a groom, but honestly this time we've just been smothering him in attention and love that he's so adorable. Steph did such a great job with shaping his fur so he doesn't look like a skinny rat. Thank you so so much!
Our 4 year old bichon Pookie has had the best grooms ever here. We have tried all of the top groomers in the area and the canine Centre comes out on top by far. She also loves her 2 days a week in the doggie day care there and can’t contain herself as we drive in to drop her off. We recently got a new Maltese puppy Molly who also has a challenging coat. I was so stressed about the amount of matting when bringing her up for her first groom today. The groomer was so lovely and understanding about it and did an exceptional job without shaving her full coat. I cannot praise the canine Centre enough.
Nanook was very nervous for her groom, but everyone in the Canine Centre made sure she was well looked after and calm. Being a Cockapoo and knowing that she needs to be groomed regularly how the staff treated her reassured me she was in the best hands. She came back smelling beautifully and looking fantastic! Looking forward to her next appointment.
I wasn't there to drop off or pick up my dog but I came home to see what a great job the groomer had done!! Monty isn't the easiest of clients but Emma was well able to manage him and gave him a fantastic groom. Can't get over how good he looks - he's like a new dog!
All we have to say is Naomi and her gang are the best. Our Minni has been going to her for 11 years (since she was 2 I think. Now going on 13) for grooming they have always done a fab job. We tried another groomers once who did an awful job and since then it’s always back to Naomis place, they know how to groom according to the breed. Naomi, thank you for everything. I now work in a pet shop and I recommend you guys all the time.

Started taking my Lurcher pup here a few weeks ago. He loves it! Naomi and the staff are really helpful and attentive, they know all of the dogs personalities and requirements, and take excellent care of them. They also put loads of photos on their instagram which is a nice way to see what your dogs are are up to! They're also always available on the phone if you have any concerns. Complete peace of mind.
The happy dog house is the most amazing place with the most amazing staff. My Rocky has been going since he was a couple of months old and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so kind and caring and genuinely love every single dog in their care. I can’t say thank you enough for looking after Rocky so well.

Very disappointed with this care, I got a call in a middle of my working day from one of the employee saying that our dog turn on on another dog for no reason, they didn’t see but assuming it’s our dog. Bear in mind there was never an issue with whomever he was playing and staying, only in this care all of a sudden! My partner had to left his job and pick him up immediately even tho the dog who was apparently “attacked” was totally fine! There was no explanation whatsoever from them except that out dog is GREAT but they cannot have him any longer, we basically got kicked out like a pile of trash. Horrible

During the holidays, when it was very difficult to secure boarding for my cat, I had the good fortune to find Pup 'N' Pet Services in Blackrock. Samira-Lola Trimble was warm, kind, courteous as we made all the arrangements for 10 days of boarding. I was impressed by the professional approach to all documents to ensure a safe, agreeable arrangement. Throughout my time away, Pup 'N' Pet Services remained in contact to inform me of my cat's well-being, how she was thriving during the boarding experience. Truly, I appreciated those messages and videos. At the end of her stay, my cat was happy, healthy; she had clearly received very fine care. If you are seeking a warm, home environment for your pet while you are away, Pup 'N' Pet Services takes superb care of your beloved fur friend. I shall definitely call them again when I next need to travel.
Such a great service! We booked our puppy in with Pup n Pet for two days and an overnight in December. It was our puppy’s first night away from us and we weren’t sure how he would react. We needn’t have worried! From the moment he was collected, Samira and Cormac put him at ease. We got updates and pics over the course of his stay and he was as happy and calm arriving home as he had been heading off. Pup n Pet were so easy to deal and reliable with collection/drop off times. Our cat Moo had such a good time with Laura, who is so kind and attuned to her. A Haven for cat fun and a safe warm space to explore and snooze!!
So hard to leave our mischief kitten with someone else, so I am very happy that I found Laura. She couldn't be more caring for cats and I think couldn't enjoy more spending her time with them. And my cat? Last time it was so hard to collect him and put him into his box... I wouldn't take him anywhere else! :)
