Kelly was wonderful and came to visit Samson and get to know him before the sit started which helped me feel greatly at ease. She left my place as clean as she found it and I felt at ease being out of town with her there. She comes across very grounded and reliable and responded fairly quickly to my texts checking in. Would have her again!

Where do I start of mentioning that this was the outstanding best housesit experience I had so far! Bobby is the cutest dog you can imagine. He loves cuddling like a cat on your lab. Despite his miniature seize he looooves walkies. Which was so joyful with him. He also does all things you expect from a dog, is needy, obedient, alert, *& just a fabulous companion.
Jordan has such a beautiful home and he made sure I knew all the specs from a great detailed guide. He is very relaxed and easy going which I found very comforting in a housesit. I could just arrive and make myself feel at home!

The garden is a small little sanctuary which Bobby loves and we spend a fair good time in it together.
The area couldnt be better too. A small park 4 min walk for Bobby to enjoy and beautiful Clissold Park not far to reach either. Dalston offers anything your heart desires: cafs, restaurants, cinema, diverse food supermarkets, vintage shopping etc. just absolutely great☆☆☆2 overground station and a bus stop 2 min away.
This is a 10 out of 10 housesit experience for sure. Fell in love with Bobby too♡ So, happy to be back hopefully!!!

Sue
I had a great experience looking after Sue's cats, Dexter and Molly. Sue was very personable and was easy to contact before, during and after the sit. She has had a number of housesitters previously and leaves thorough written instructions so it is easy for the sitter. Dexter loves to be near you and is happiest sitting on or near you while purring away. Molly is more reserved but will come for attention when she is in the mood. Both cats were well behaved and no problem to care for. Sue's house is well kept and clean and in a fantastic location. If you love the outdoors, there is a huge network of hiking trails nearby and a pastoral view to the rear of the house. You are also walking distance to shopping and restaurants so it's the perfect blend of country/city living.I hope to return again sometime. Thanks, Sue.

Julie
We were in Gex for 15 days. When we arrived, Mrs. Julie was very kind. She offered us food and we slept very peacefully. The next day, she left for the trip and we were left in the care of Timo and Leo, who during the stay were very affectionate and calm. Everything in the apartment was very clean and tidy and we left it the same way, around Gex we visited several places such as the Jura mountains, the Voltaire museum, the Cerm research center, in addition to touring a bit other towns nearby like Ferney and mainly Geneva, all this with the guide of Mrs. Julie and the tourist office that is very close to the apartment, finally Mrs. Julie arrived on the stipulated date, we said goodbye to the kittens, who were always very affectionate and we continued to our next destination. very grateful to Mrs. Julie for allowing us to be in her house and taking care of her little kittens.

Mina and Otto were a dream to look after. They were sweet, polite and always down for a cuddle on the couch. They will often nap on your arm or lap and play in the garden for hours. It was really hard saying goodbye to these two.

John and Laura were extremely warm and made us feel very welcome in their home. John picked us up from the station and gave us a thorough tour of the house. They provided clear instructions via a welcome guide and communicated well with us throughout the sit. They were also very accomodating with our arrival and departure time. Could not have asked for a better or friendlier host!

Their house is located next to couple of bus stops that takes you to the city centre within 15 minutes. There are beautiful parks and a little town centre with grocery store within walking distance of the house. The house was well equipped, clean and tidy. It was very comfortable spending the majority of our stay in the house working, cooking and snuggling with Mina and Otto.

Overall it was a 10/10 experience and would do it again in a heart beat!

Brie
One of the best sits I have done. Archie is lovely and playful and social - i am already feeling separation anxiety and miss him so much! Brie is extremely communicative and clear and supportive. Everything was as promised and better. Wonderful house sit in a perfect area. 5 out of 5.

How do I start?! What a wonderful pet sit we've had the pleasure to do for Andrew and Victoria's furry & feathered family.

The dogs, Farah and Swing (mother and daughter) each have their own character and quirks: Farah loves going for walks and her always wagging tail instantly made us smile. We always took her out off-lead. Believe me, you want to hear the sound she makes when she's happily enjoying your cuddles!🥰

Swing's full of energy and will gladly have you chase her around the garden. She equally loves sleeping next to you while you're working or reading. She'll take the lead on walks, and yet again, believe me; you'll want to see how she 'requests' to be pat. 😂

The cats are equally charming. While the first few hours/days, they need some warming up to, as soon as they realise that you're now in charge of the food distribution, they will become more curious and engaging by the day. Polly quickly became our sofa and cuddle buddy. Always around for a nice back rub, an impromptu Zoom appearance or watching netflix with us. Soofty loved to come along on our dog walks, while Polly recovered from all the cuddling with a nap.

Last but not least: you'll also want to come experience what it's like to have 5 feathered friends, taste the fresh eggs and discover the secret to catching a chicken (without having to run after it for 30mins - trust me, it took me a while).

I haven't even mentioned the oasis of peace Andrew and Victoria have created, hidden within the vinyards and blessed with the most starry sky (and milky way sightings !), but I'm sure by now you have applied already.

I had tears in my eyes walking away from these utterly lovely pets and would love to sit for them again in the future.

Thank you for your trust, and hopefully à bientôt!
