Melanie and Kevin are very nice and helpful, they have been taking care of our dog for over a year. We can say that our Nina is under good care with responsible, knowledgeable and empathetic people who respond to the dogs individually and integrate them into the group. They have given us recommendations to improve certain behaviors with our dog for which we are very grateful. What we also likes is that when we pick up Nina from daycare or boarding, they tell us how she did during the day/days and she always seems to have a good time. Our 2y cockapoo has been fantastically cared for by Hundebetreuung Ruschenberg for almost a year now. Having moved a very social dog from a very sociable life with lots of freedom in the English countryside to a city in Germany lacking all of his familiar faces, finding somewhere new for him to engage with other dogs (and humans!) was nerve-wracking for us all. However, Melanie & Kevin were nothing but welcoming, our dog LOVES his days there - and drags us down the road with excitement to arrive - and it is fantastic piece of mind to even go away for a few days and leave him with them overnight, knowing that he’ll be cared for and interacted with to such a positive, high standard. They are very flexible with our variable schedule and in particular, helped me out in a recent emergency by taking our dog for the night last minute - for which I’ll be always grateful. Our dog will definitely miss HR when we return to England next year and I know that we will too! Thanks guys, as always- you’re the best.

If you have a reactive dog and looking for a calm, open and honest trainer you have come to the right place. I love my dog. He is the sweetest friendliest thing, but his reactivity prevented us from most normal life activities. Even going for a simple walk was quite a challenge with him, we have tried other dog schools but unfortunately it wasn't the right approach for my sweet Golden retriever. I would recommend Melanie and Kevin again and again. We just had one session at our home and his behaviour has been analyzed quickly! I was schocked how my dog respects his trainer. We have been using Kevin's tips for 3 days now and walking with my dog now is full of joy and not a challenge anymore and most importantly i can walk around my home without having my dog following me everywhere :) My dog is also going regulary to their daycare and come home tired and happy!

I am overjoyed that Ruschenburg dog day care exists. It's a wonderful feeling that I can give my dog there and I can be sure that she is in very good hands there. Melanie, Kevin and Leonie are doing a fantastic job! I have also had very good experiences with individual training at home because it works if you do it exactly as you are told and you continually stay on the ball. HuTa Ruschenburg is the best thing that could have happened to us. It is absolutely recommended! Thank you very much for everything!

Both are very good and competent dog trainers who understand their work. They helped me a lot with my dogs, so that communication between me and my current dog works better. I can only recommend both of them.

Our dog has been going to the dog walking service at Ruschenburg dog care for about a year and a half now and has also been to the HuTa a few times. Dealing with the dogs there is simply great, they are well exercised and have social contact with other dogs under professional care. You are always kept up to date on your dog's welfare, which was very important to me. Even if the dog walking service or HuTa remain closed due to vacation (which is... Incidentally, this is very rare!), you will be informed about it in good time so that you can replan accordingly. The “human” interaction with Melanie and Kevin is always absolutely uncomplicated and warm. We and our dog are completely satisfied and can only recommend Ruschenburg dog care!

Unfortunately, visits to see the place are only possible on weekends and only when there are few dogs on site. Does she have something to hide? Otherwise I don't know her. Unfortunately I couldn't find an appointment from Monday to Friday within 4 weeks. (I could have always during those days)
