House/pet sit for Marci in Fort Pierce was a Wonderful experience. The Kitties are very easy to take care of. My daughter and I had a very good connection with them. Marci is very helpful and was so nice with us. The house is very tidy and very spacious with a beautiful view on the lake. We hope we will house/pet sit again for Marci.
Maddi and Will are such lovely people and their home is super lovely, clean and located in such a good area! Bodhi is such a beautiful natured dog who’s super friendly and loves playing games in the spacious backyard! His feeding schedule was very easy to follow and it was nice to give him little treats on his walks. We will miss him a lot!
I had a great time hanging out with Heidi in her corner of Berlin. The flat has everything it needs and is perfectly located. Heidi is very sweet and easy going. She loves to play but is also very happy to chill and just enjoy the balcony. She is very well behaved and even let me sleep in late! Annabelle is also lovely. 😌
I thoroughly enjoyed my sit for Elizibeth and Terry, looking after their cat Sookie. The house is lovely and set in an idyllic garden which was beautifully tended to by their gardener who was very friendly and interesting to talk to. As cats go Sookie was very relaxed out. She liked her strokes and a bit of fuss, but was mostly off snoozing in the long grass, even in the rain! Elizibeth was kind enough to set up an office space for me in the garden room, which I took great advantage of and enjoyed how it kept work and home life seperate. I'd happily reccomend this sit to others, their home really is a relaxing place to be.
I had such a wonderful time in Le Châble with Secco, Nim and the beautiful surroundings! Milly and Josh are very kind and generous hosts. They made sure that I felt comfortable in their home and drove me from and back to the train station. Secco and Nim are a duo of delight! Both of them accepted me immediately as part of the family and were completely well behaved and sweet. They like to play and have fun but are also just happy when they can keep you company <3 Secco lights up on walks in the woods and is excited about everyone and everything that passes her way and her joy was very contagious :) I would love to return some day xx Thank you!
What a wonderful sit! All the pets were super friendly and well behaved. The kittens love attention and will come to find you at every opportunity. Luka, the older dog, is so calm, patient and well behaved and Cosmo, the puppy, is of course cute and quick to pick up tricks! The house is lovely and clean with everything you need, (including reliable internet, good water pressure and hot water)! The surrounding area is beautiful and there are various country roads to explore with Luka in every direction - all leading to a nice village pub to stop for a drink! A perfectly balanced country escape within a short distance to Bedale, with it’s shops and cafes/restaurants. Harry kindly picked me up from the station and Isabel was always available to contact throughout the sit and arranged transport for my departure. I had a lovely time here, escaping to the calm and tranquil beautiful Yorkshire dales reminds me what a great part of the world we are lucky to call home! I hope to be back again soon and see how Cosmo has grown! Thank you for a lovely stay Harry, Isabel & family!

Luna stayed here for a full week and she’s had a blast. Gayle takes really good care of all the dogs. You get daily updates on social media where you can see your furry friends enjoying their time with others on the green fields and all the safely fenced areas they have for the dogs. They also do doggy daycare, so there are always dogs so your little one has always some company. I will definitely will bring Luna back.

Great standard of care. Amazing grounds and facilities. Gayle is treating every dog as part of her family. It is home away from home type of care. I wouldn't leave my dogs anywhere else. My 3 dogs, 2 labradors and collie cross stayed with Gayle for 14 nights while we were away on holidays and Gayle took great care of them and provided me updates and photos via WhatsApp . One of my dogs has few phobias, like not being able to walk on tile floors and Gayle always trying to make his stay comfortable by using throws on the floor. Highly recommend.

Our dog Bailey suffered from anxiety due to being attacked, our dog trainer didn't work but taking our dogs to Bridle House Hounds has really helped. Both our dogs have a great time and we now take them once/twice a week. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and grounds. Friendly staff. Its like a doggy hotel. They looked after our 3, 2 labs and a collie, while we were away on hs for 10 days and we knew they were in good hands.

This was our first time using Canine Country Retreat. Upon arrival, it was clear to see that the premises were immaculate and the kennels were spacious and very clean. The large enclosed paddock at the rear was ideal for the dogs to be exercised and walked in. Jonathan is dedicated and clearly loves dogs, treating them as his own. The cctv feature was an additional benefit whereby we could log in and see our dog at any time of the day. Our dog Teddy spent 12 days with Jonathan and we would have no hesitation in leaving him with Jonathan again, he was clearly very well taken care of. We highly recommend Canine Country Retreat. Thank you Jonathan for the 5 star service and we will see you again in the future.
I left my Toy Poodle Jackson in Canine Country Retreat for 8 days recently. I would highly recommend the kennels. Jonathan was very caring and interested in Jackson’s welfare. There are 5 individual kennels and they are exceptionally clean. The bedding area is raised, making it cosy and dry. With the live video feed I could see that Jackson was happy out. I will definitely be leaving him with Jonathan again.
Our three dogs (ages 12, 4 and almost 2) stayed with Jonathan for ten days. It was their first time to stay with him. We have had a long and torturous experience with different kennels but on this occasion everything was really positive. Jonathan shows great respect for the dogs in his care by having premises that are spotlessly clean, a great attention to detail in terms of the dogs’ personalities, needs (in our case one of our dogs requires two different oral medications) and comfort. Jonathan communicated clearly and warmly in all our interactions and I could not recommend both him and the care that he provided highly enough.
First class treatment for your dog/s in Jonathan’s care. Kennels are immaculate and it is clear to see Jonathan’s love of dogs and the exceptional high standards to which he looks after them. Numerous daily walks in stunning surroundings and looked after as you would your own dog. I cannot recommend Jonathan more highly enough. We placed our two eight-year old pugs with Jonathan for a week in May. We were delighted with the service and both dogs were extremely well cared for throughout. The facilities are immaculate and Jonathan's warmth and love for animals shines through when you meet him. Fantastic peace of mind to know your dogs are happy and cared. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Our dog Oscar has stayed twice with Jonathan and I couldn't recommend highly enough. The kennels are spotless, fabulous exercise area and the individual 24hour camera for each dog is a great addition. It is obvious Jonathan loves dogs and gives each dog individual attention as he only keeps a few dogs at each time. Wouldn't want to send Oscar anywhere else from now on.
A big thanks to Johnathan who looked after our dog Boomer so well recently. On meeting Johnathan it's clear to see that he loves dogs and his facilities on site are top notch. He walks and exercises the dogs individually and each dog has their own kennel camera so owners can see how their dog is doing. He was also very helpful in giving us tips for our new puppy. Absolutely fabulous kennels. I was nervous about leaving my two dogs - one being a rescue and Jonathan was very calm and reassuring at drop-off. I could look at them any time via the CCTV camera, and they came back happy, healthy and well cared for. I would highly recommend the Canine Country Retreat.
Our beagle Chester stayed with Jonathan in Canine Country Retreat for two weeks in April 2022. Canine Country Retreat is by far the best boarding kennels we've used. It's clear that Jonathan really loves dogs and he takes extremely good care of them during their stay. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the kennels and also the time that Jonathan took to learn about Chester's behaviour and preferences prior to his stay. Jonathan takes the dogs out individually each day to run in the paddock which was fantastic as Chester is an energetic dog. I have already recommended Canine Country Retreat to family and friends.

I went to Rabbit Rooms for bonding services when my rescue rabbits began fighting. As a novice bunny owner I felt very out of my depth and anxious of how to best help my buns. Fiona has been a fantastic resource and support throughout the process. I couldn't speak highly enough of the care, understanding and guidance given. Following her directions I was able to adapt to give Hiccups & Bob the best set up to preserve their bond. Often information available online relates to caring for a single bunny, bonded bunnies might require a somewhat different approach. I went from feeling like I would have to re-home one of my boys, to seeing them the happiest they'd ever been. If you can give your rabbits this chance at rebonding please do because you never know what can be achieved with the right support. Hiccups and Bob are now living their best lives thanks to Fiona 🙂
Fiona was wonderful. Amazing with rabbits and helped me through the whole bonding process with my 2 bunnies. I would highly recommend this business for any rabbit needs including bonding rabbits so they can live together happily, and boarding if you are going away, fiona will look after your rabbits as if they were your own!
Rocco, our dwarf rabbit, was back for his hols in the Rabbit Rooms Small Animal Boarding.again last week. Fiona and her lovely family couldn’t have been kinder, giving advice before about what to bring to help Rocco settle, doing a good groom and nail clip for Rocco and sending photos and texts to let us know he was well. It’s a pleasure to do business with The Rabbit Rooms and with Fiona and her family. Rocco will be back in his fave rabbit hotel again in July. And Rocco spent two weeks in the Rabbit Rooms in July/August 2024. He is always relaxed going to Fiona’s and come back in great shape. Very happy with the time and attention she gives him and with her extensive knowledge of all things bunny!
Fiona is amazing at her job! We had a few issues before trying to find a second bunny to bond with our rabbit. After we found a rescue rabbit that we fell in love with we really wanted to take him home but had concerns as we would be attempting to bond two males. Nearly everyone told us this cannot be done and it’s very rare if it is. When we brought our second rabbit home they didn’t really get along, we were so desperate to make it work so we took them to Fiona to get bonded, to our surprise when we went to collect them after their bonding time was up they were cuddling in the one carrier together!! they’re now inseparable and we couldn’t be happier we chose Fiona to do it for us. Seriously changed our lives and certainly Richards (our first rabbit) who was in serious need of company and Lionel who we took in from a rescue who needed a brother to play and cuddle with. I seriously cannot recommend fiona enough! Now instead of separate play times and cages to separate them, they run around together all day and can play and sleep together, it’s heart warming to see them both so happy in each others company.
If you're contemplating sending your bunnies for bonding with Fiona, do not hesitate, because you will not regret it, she is brilliant! She is honestly a Rabbit expert. She bonded our two female buns for us and we couldn't be more grateful. To see them now, the best of friends snuggling, is something I did not think was possible as we had some fights in the past. Fiona works miracles and is not only a rabbit therapist but a human one too because she will reassure you through the whole process! We needed Fionas help because Bonnie was a rescue bun, aggressive and fearful of other rabbits. We thought we made a mistake getting a second rabbit because they would attack each other through the cage. Fiona was able to work her magic and they are now inseparable! Our Bunnies have stayed with Fiona and family for several years now. We'd never cope without her. They are elderly bunnies at this stage and we know when we leave them with Fiona that they are in expert hands. She loves and cares for them as we do. Brownie (11yrs) was a bit 'off' this Summer and Fiona was quick to act. She was great with administering medication and seeking advice from our fantastic vet at Palmerstown Veterinary. It was a tough Summer with the heat at The Rabbit Rooms I'm sure, but Fiona and her fabulous team went to great lengths and kept their visitors cool. Thank you Godmother Fiona! xxx Brownie & Oreo
Toffee our pet rabbit was so well cared for and enjoyed his first stay at The Rabbit Rooms. He was in the company of lots of other rabbits,hamsters and guinea pigs which I wad told appealed to him and he showed great interest in these other furry friends. I am already thinking of prebooking him over the Christmas period. I would highly recommend The Rabbit Rooms for boarding your pet.
I was so delighted with The Rabbit Rooms. I had been nervous to leave my bunny anywhere for two weeks, but Fiona completely put my mind at ease. She sent me regular updates on him including photos of when he’d be spending some (supervised) time out in the garden, and he even got a pamper session while he was there! Will definitely be using The Rabbit Rooms again.
We have used the rabbit rooms a couple of times already and cannot recommend it enough! Fiona is really great with them and they come back very happy and stress free. The online booking system is really handy to see availability and the online portal gives the chance to give any needed information about your pets! Fiona was incredible all the way through with our three bunnies. Chaos and Tiny, both male and Penelope, our female, went in to fiona to be bonded. After just four days of intense work with Fiona, our two males who used to fight regularly are grooming and sleeping beside each other. All three bunnies are loving each other’s company and none of this was possible without Fiona. Great communication all the way though as well as easy, clear instruction for when you pick them up and take them home. Drop off and pick up was as easy as could be. Can’t recommend Fiona’s service enough. 10/10.
I left my dog Milo with Mark and Suzanna for a 3 night stay. He is a recently rehomed rescue dog and is a bit reactive to other dogs. They were amazing in how they adapted for him and he really bonded with Mark and went everywhere with him. They really love and care for the dogs. It is such peace of mind knowing how well your dog is looked after. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
We left our 7 month old puppy at chasing tails for 2 weeks. It was a long time to be away from him but the kids loved getting regular updates on how he was doing and I got the sense that they had got to know our dog and his personality really well. We particularly loved the photos of him playing with other dogs in the paddock. It just felt like he was getting a better experience that other boarding kennels. Suzanna and Mark are a lovely couple and I hope the business goes really well for them. We’ll be back
I recently left my dog with Suzanna and Mark while I was away for two weeks. They were brilliant and have a top class facility with kennels and a large secured pen area. Suzanna sent me updates and photos which was very thoughtful. They also made the effort to get to know what my dog preferred to play with or their normal routine. I recently left my dog with Suzanna and Mark while I was away for a week. Buster was a puppy of nearly a year and it was his first time being away from us for an extended period. Suzanna and Mark invited us in to see the kennels and brought us on a tour of the play areas where the dogs would be looked after. When we returned Buster was in really good form! We could tell that he had been given lots of attention and had time to play and grow with other dogs. We have booked in for an other stay soon!
Our pup was delighted to be at chasing tails for both doggy day care and overnight boarding. We're just delighted to have her looked after so well. Think she's happy to be home too ☺️

Declan and the team ensure Bobby and Bella have the best care when we travel and we can leave them in the knowledge that they are safe and happy. Bobby bounces out of the car once he gets there to play with all the other doges!
Our two dogs Basil and Prince have been on their holidays to Best Kennels over the last 3 years and we have been delighted with the care and attention they receive from Declan and his staff . I think they have more fun at Best Kennels than they do at home as they are calm and happily tired on each trip home so all the signs of a good stay . A little bit more expensive than some kennels but in return you are guaranteed your pets are very very well looked after 🐶

Declan and his team are brilliant. Due to a family bereavement he took Lottie in at very short notice, there was absolutely no issue and the booking was open ended as long as we needed. She loves it there, she cried coming home because we were taking her away from somewhere she is obviously very happy to be. Glad to say she's happy again to be home!
Top notch Kennels. Declan and his staff are brilliant. We have used Best Kennels on lots of occasions over the last few years, and we have no complaints. Our dog Ted has anxiety and trust issues , but never here, he loves the place. They really are the Best Kennels around.
Our 2 lively terriers have been coming here for many years. They leave in good form and come home in even better form. Dogs unlike humans don’t lie. We see they are delighted to be led in for their holidays and don’t even look back! The kennel trial at the beginning was a really sensible idea. I totally trust Declan and his team with our 2 terrorists! I notice some people complaining they can’t have a walk through- thank you Declan for protecting our dogs from total strangers & keeping them secure xx

Called this place this week to try book kennels and the man was absolutely totally rude . A bully and a liar . Said I needed my dog vaccinations done 21 days before going to kennels. Asked my vet and it's 10 . Possibly the most ignorant man ever . Shame the animals can tell you what he is like .
My husband phoned Best Kennels back in February and spoke to Declan. Declan confirmed that he had availability to look after our dog in June so we booked the dates. During the phone call Declan advised that the dog would need to have his vaccinations up to date before the dog could be kennelled. He advised once our dog had received the kennel cough vaccination he would take him for an overnight trial. Two weeks later we phoned back Declan to confirm that the dog had received his vaccination and to arrange a date for his trial overnight stay. Declan then advised that our pet would need to be neutered before he could do his overnight trial. Neutering was something that we had planned to do anyway so we arranged this to be done. Our dog has recently recovered from his operation so we phoned Declan to get his trial sorted out. To say Declan was rude is an understatement. He stated that he was fully booked out and he had no recollection of the previous phone calls. He had no record of the booking. He would never pre-book dates etc. He kept on repeating 'we would never hold dates for anybody' ?? Even though in previous phone calls to Declan he confirmed that he had booked our dog in! Very unprofessional and rude. Avoid.
I have used Declans facility for my dog on multiple occasions and I have to say he, his staff and the facilities are amazing.
Thanks to Amie for minding our 1.5yr old German Shepherd. She was fed her usual food and we got regular updates. Nothing was ever too much bother - would highly recommend. Thanks again Amie.
Dropped my dog off for a week from 04.08.24 to 11.08.24. We arrived a little later than planned back to Dublin. I text and said I'd ran late and would have to pick him up today 12.04.24 and this was not a problem. From the second I pulled up I knew John was special, he'd so much time to chat and play with Marley. They document every detail you give them about your dog. For example there was a clip board outside each individual kennel with the dogs name and your number and "may escape" "loves his toy" etc. So cute. Marley was in great form coming home ❤️ Would highly recommend.

I would 100 percent recommend delvin kennels. My Max is a Belgian Malinois and a bit crazy 😂 which not many kennels out there will even consider minding him and to be fair I have not had a night away from him in nearly 3 years for tat reason and I was nervous of leaving him to, until delvin kennels especially Amie from the moment I brought max to her I knew I had nothing to worry about and trust me I didn’t my max absolutely loved her. I got pictures and videos which helped me so much while been away as I could see how much fun he was having. This is definitely Max’s new second home 😂💙
When I collected my dog after he stayed there for 8 days he was very quiet. All day was very apathetic and would not eat. I have spoken with the owner trying to find out how was my dog feeling during the stay and if he was eating ok. The owner got very defensive, no compassion whatsoever, he told me he was perfect during the stay. I took my dog to the vet the day after I collected him. He was very sick- dying. Sir, I think you should consider change of profession if you cannot defer sick dog from perfect.

I would recommend Delvin Kennels. They take excellent care of my Dalmatian puppy. They pick her up and bring her back, which is the best service! They take excellent care of her when my female dog is in heat, and I don’t have to worry about a thing. The food is healthy, pure food like chicken or tuna, which my dog loves. In my opinion, they are real dog people, who have a big heart for their dogs.
I've been using Domnal's kennels regularly for the past few years for our border collie. I'm absolutely delighted with the service and have absolute trust in the level of care I know he gets. Our dog is always happy to get there and clearly loves Domnal as he jumps all over him when we arrive. The facilities are great and very well kept. Domnal himself is an absolute gent, as sound as they come and always very accomodating. Our 2 Yr old even calls him "the nice man from wow wow house". I've recommended him to friends and neighbours already and would recommend him to everyone else.
Our dog Leo had a great time on his holidays with Claire and Fiona who looked after him so well on his first visit with them. They genuinely love the dogs they care for and Leo who is shy with other dogs got on very well. Thanks Claire and Fiona.

I have left my shy cocker spaniel with a few different kennels/minders and this is by far the best kennels out there. Claire and Fiona are so thoughtful and caring with all dogs that go stay with them and they have lovely facilities for the dogs and a lovely sized kennel; not too large so that your dog won’t be overwhelmed.
We have a large dog who is more of a pack animal than a solitary one. Upon ringing to find out about availability, we were invited to come out for a tour. We were greeted by Fiona who showed us the area for the dogs, the play pen and more and were impressed by her genuine love of dogs and how clean and well run the kennels are. Some days later, we dropped our dog off to an equally enthusiastic Claire (apologies if that is misspelled!) who was very understanding of and flexible to our needs. Our dog was with them a number of days. I believe that the biggest tests of a kennel are how our dog behaves upon seeing me return to collect him and how he behaves at home for the following few days. Our dog was happy to see me for sure but was also happy to be around and petted by Fiona which I took as a great sign. On top of that, our dog adapted just fine back at home with no issues of concern. Because of the size and dynamic of the place and staff, this experience is partway between boarding at a house and boarding at a kennel. This is exactly what was best for our dog and the right balance of structure, routine and socialising - our dog made friends with an English Sheepdog and a Beagle. The cherry on the cake is that this is great value too. We highly recommend Haven Boarding Kennels and will definitely be using them again in the future. Also, a genuine thank you to Claire and Fiona for taking such good care of our dog! : )
Brilliant kennels. Our dog was so well looked after during his first time away in kennels. He's quite shy around new people but got on so well and made friends with everyone there. Thanks so much Fiona and Claire.

Fiona is competent and friendly. Fiona's Stoney Arch kennels came highly recommended. Our cocker spaniel, Brutus, adores going there. It is now 11 years and we know that when we are on holidays, so is he. Over the years Fiona guided us while taking great care of our dog. We are very grateful for having found stoney arch and Fiona. (Our furry one hated the dspca kennels and after two times there we decided to look elsewhere, this is how we came to Fiona.)
Our girl Ripley has become very clingy and needy in lockdown, and she just wasn't enjoying her time in her old kennel. A friend recommended Stoneyarch and we gave it a go as a last attempt at kennels. It could not have gone better. Ripley was given time to play with other doggo pals, she was kept busy and active all day and had a great rest at night. Fiona is passionate and cares deeply for the animals she minds. We treated Ripley to a wash while she was there, and she came home more gleaming and smooth than I've ever known her! 😂👌 Don't think twice, book your doggo in here.

I've been using Stoney arch kennels for a number of years and have found fiona and aidan a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend. My two black labs have grown up with them and love it there

Lovely place to Visit. Wasnt busy or sunny the day i visited. Enjoyed a walk on the beach. Id say on sunny days it would be hetic trying to get up or down the narrow road that leads to beach or pier.
What a lovely place so quiet nice little beach spent a few hours there just listening to the sound of the gentle waves on the Atlantic
