I had a fabulous time looking after Misty. She was such a sweet and playful cat. Carol and her family’s home is is a lovely peaceful village in South Devon but is close to Exeter, the beach and lots of river and country bike trails and walks. Carol make me very welcome and I would gladly house sit for her again.
We had such a lovely 2 and half weeks at Zosa's beautiful home in Gibsons! She gave us plenty of recommendations for stuff to do along the Sunshine Coast, which made it easy for us to have an adventure-packed getaway. Zosa's responsive and very easygoing. Juno and Rowdy are a good pair together. Juno is such a sweetheart. If we're petting Rowdy, she'd run up and lick his face aggressively. If you give her lots of pets and cuddles, she'd return the favour with lots of licks on your hands and arms (if you let her). We enjoyed the morning cuddles with her in bed. Rowdy's a bit older but such a trooper. Still can do moderate hikes with zero complaints. He loves napping mostly during the day and takes his backyard patrol role very seriously. He'd eat anything being a beagle, which comes in handy when Juno's bowl's a bit messy from wet food or if she drops a few kibbles on the floor. Felix is outdoors most of the time, but is quite affectionate and comes back a few times throughout the day to say hi and occasionally play with Juno. Thanks Zosa for welcoming us into your home and for letting us take care of your adorable fur family! We'd love to revisit someday!
Christopher and Dee are about the nicest people you can meet. They are organized and the handoff was seamless. Ruse is very sweet and energetic but loves to cuddle as well. He rarely barked and loves to play fetch with his toys. He’s easy to take care of. Christopher and Dee have a beautiful house in a great location.
What a joy to have such a great sit! Candice was always available and I provided photos of Gary (cat) regularly. Gary was adorable, so sweet, so curious, so playful and talkative. Their home was beautiful near everything in Seattle and beautiful views and great neighborhood. Exceptional sit and wonderful experience.
Tyskie and his mate Merlot are two adorable dogs. Tyskie has boundless energy and Merlot quietly keeps him in mind. We got a good handover from Sam and Emma. The house is warm and comfortable and an easy walk to the centre of this delightful town (and Waitrose supermarket) Recommend this sit.
It was such a treat to care for this little feisty kitten. He loved playing with his toys and demonstrating his jumping abilities. I had never cared for a Bengal kitten, not only was he beautiful but he has a very unique personality. He will delight any cat lover. Thanks Lisa.

A very caring and professional service from both Sophie the business owner and Jackie who my dog boarded with recently (as well as her own lovely dog who mine adored staying with). I was able to relax on holiday knowing he was been cared for well and the stream of photos of him enjoying his time was very reassuring to me. Sophie took a lot of time to understand our situation and requirements and found us a great match in Jackie. Thank you We Love Pets Eastbourne. We'll be back!
Hi Sophie, we would like to say a big thank you to Julie and we love pets. Zuzu was obviously well looked after and had an enjoyable time with Julie and her family. We love the photos we were sent - it gave us peace of mind seeing Zuzu so content. Zuzu has settled well back at home, a bit quite and tired yesterday, but last night went straight to her crate to sleep. Her routine did not get disturbed during the stay over. Please pass on our thanks and we will be back in touch to rebook. Ellie and Zuzu
Signing up with Sophie and the team at We Love Pets and Eastbourne, has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is such a relief knowing that my Alfie is taken such good care of when I’m not around for work or at big events where dogs unfortunately aren’t allowed. He is my world so I spent a lot of time researching and interviewing local dog carers. As soon as Sophie walked in I knew she was the one. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced and of course a lover of dogs, her and her wonderful, vetted and accommodating team have been a real god send. They take genuine care of Alfie, sending me pictures and videos of him having fun when I am away for work, which makes my day! Alfie loves going for walkies, spending time with Sophie, Melissa and Rebecca, and even the odd doggie friend, which he loves. It really is a weight off my mind. If I could give 10 stars I would! Jane 🐶💛
We used We Love Pets and Sophie for the first time to look after our puppy for 4 days. From the first contact is was excellent, she visited with her colleague Melisa to learn what we wanted and interact with the puppy. When we went away the handover was easy and our puppy had the best time! On return Melisa had left our house spotless and a very tired and happy puppy !!! Thank you both, we could not recommend more highly.
Sophie has provided a fantastic service for our mini schnauzer Alfie ….we have Rebecca walking him and Julie boarding him in her home for us. They are lovely caring people and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I am so grateful - Sophie was looking after our budgies while we’ve been away. She has done amazing job and was very helpful. Thank you Sophie! We gonna recommend your service to all our friends.
We had the wonderful Melissa looking after our three cats for three weeks in July-August ('22) and we really couldn't have wished for a better experience! She kept us updated on WhatsApp with photos and the cats were evidently very well looked after - even the most shy of the three warmed to her, which was lovely. She also looked after the plants, the posts, and if anything the house looked better when we came back than when we left. Such a relief to have a kind, trustworthy person looking after our four-legged family members, can't sing her praise highly enough. Thank you Melissa, and thank you Sophie for a superb service throughout from We Love Pets :) xx
We are in Eastbourne attending a family funeral, and were unable to leave our dog at home, so looked for a home boarding service locally. Thankfully we found We Love Pets Eastbourne who weren't able to provide home boarding, but we're able to provide a sitter at the house for the duration of the funeral and the wake. Sophie is so kind and yet totally professional, and Kiera, who looked after Ruby whilst we were away is the sweetest person, and was put completely at ease with regards to leaving our third "child" with her immediately. I can't thank Sophie and Kiera enough, and based on my interactions with them, I would recommend We Love Pets Eastbourne without a moment's hesitation. Thank you for making an emotional day so much more bearable.
Highly recommend Sophie! Had a family emergency and as we are not local to the area, we were in desperate need of help. Sophie came to our rescue! Approachable, friendly, accommodating as well as being thorough.
Sophie and her team are incredible! They have looked after Archie, my chocolate Labrador puppy since he came home with me and he absolutely adores them! I trust them implicitly to take care of my baby and they have been great with advice and support to this first time dog Mum! I cannot recommend them highly enough and there is a big 'paws up' from Archie too!
Terrific service from Daisy. Chata, our pug is always happy to be there for nails to be clipped , day care or a few days boarding. Daisy understands those in her care and has a calming way with them. Chata always comes home happy and we never have any concerns when she is at The Dog House.
A brilliant service very knowledgeable and the dogs are so happy.
Recently I was diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome and had to rest for several weeks. Danni from We Love Pets, took over the care of my elderly horse while I recovered enough to get back on my feet. Unfortunately, my illness coincided with moving him to a new home. Danni went above and beyond to ensure that he settled well and sent me regular photographs and updates to give me peace of mind. It’s been a long journey for me and Danni still helps me out each week, so I don’t have to go every day. I also hired Danni as a chauffeur for my dogs at my wedding. She went to my home and dressed them in their wedding attire, before bringing them to the venue. All I had to do was walk down the aisle and give them a cuddle 🥰 and have photographs with them. Danni oversaw their care and kept them safe for me 😎
